I have had 2 Therapist at SIMHC that became more like close friends to me. They have given me tools to deal with the loss of my son. Mental health is a very tough field right now and the shortage of licensed providers make it very challenging for facilities. If you want to help change this contacted your Representative and Senator and get involved.

I think everyone there in the team at this place is very caring helpful and they really have taken the time to set up a crisis line where they will come to you or you can stay there 36 hours in a recliner, and they are excellent. Surprisingly for ottumwa.
Great job Dr. Jimmy Mascaro and the rest of the team.
