It's because of Brightview Georgetown that I'm sober and thriving the way I am today! They go above and beyond just a staff member,they are family. They go out of their way to make sure I'm secure in being there,having active sobriety, they've been there at court for me advocating that I'm doing everything I can to be a better person and mother. If I was having a bad day they're supportive,they answer my calls and genuinely want what's best for me! The staff there don't judge and want to help in any possible way they can. I've never been to a better medical facility. The staff actual care and do everything they can do to help you in whatever situation you have. I've been going here a few years now and have never seen anyone mistreated. The only thing I have seen is people trying to take advantage and the staff, obviously, having to tell someone no, their request isn't possible. There are strict rules and laws and no one should expect the staff to break them.

BrightView Georgetown has literally helped keep me alive and stable. If you need help and want to get sober then this is a great place to check out. I haven't met a courteous staff member that isn't there to help in any way possible.

It's easy getting in with a therapist and their psychiatrist Dr. Pelnick is the best doctor I've ever had. They listen to you here and find what can help you most. I attend the MAT program at Crossroads. The building has numerous programs geared at assisting individuals with substance abuse issues from smoking cessesstion to heroin addiction. I have had interactions with numerous staff at multiple programs. I have been attending groups and individuals counseling as far back as 2013. I would highly recommend this place for people who are convinced they have a problem to people who believe they just need a little support to get over it. Give them a call. What could it hurt. Great overall clinic to help you get clean. NKY med has a pretty relaxed atmosphere, as long as your following the rules. 😉 If your serious about getting clean, it's a good place to help you get there. My counselor has been extremely helpful and understanding. I've been lucky and have had the same counselor since I started, but unfortunately that's not everyone's experience. Counselors get better jobs and move on. I've got experience at both here and at East Indiana (EICT), and I will say I like NKY med better, but it's been years since I went to EITC so they may have improved. If you're ready to make serious life improvements, then consider NKY med. I highly recommend them and have personally made serious gains and improvements in my life. Take back control in your life and end the rat race of buying drugs everyday, always scraping to get buy.

The team of dedicated professionals—ranging from staff like Alyssa to medical staff demonstrates a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face, and working tirelessly to support their patients recovery.
When the opportunities arise of providing recommendations for where patients can go to receive treatment for opioid addiction, NKY MED is always at the top of the list and the first treatment center I would recommend/suggest in the Cincinnati tri state area.

I've been to several northkeys I'll say here they have always been nice at front desk . My son has seen Shelby for a while now but today was told it's her last day . I'm very sad , shes always went above and beyond her job to help my boy who deals with schizophrenia/ bipolar . He doesn't care for most therapist / counselors but he really likes her . He feels safe talking to her . Since we have been going there I see a huge difference in my son . She actually listens to what his father and I have to say. She genuinely cares for her patients .. I'm not sure that we will continue going to Northkey because she was the main reason we stayed I'm also not sure why she's leaving but I hope Northkey didn't let one of the better ones go . You can't fake empathy . She's a kind soul and she'll be missed . Five stars for Shelby

I have been going to therapy here for a couple years now, seeing Kit Dijkstra, and I cannot recommend them enough. Scheduling is super easy, and the sessions themselves have been life changing on my journey to healing and being a functioning human. Kit is an incredible therapist - empathetic, really listens, challenges me, doesn't just tell me what I want to hear, and really truly cares. Every session I walk away with a little nugget or quote from Kit that I write down as a mantra. Highly would recommend and so grateful for Mindfully and Kit!!!

Took my girl to a very special place today at 737 Ann St in Newport Ky. Its a place where domestic violence reared its nasty head and took a life of a good woman as im told. My therapist Jetona and the nurse practitioner Lorie are amazing. I was going through a really hard time for awhile and would get back to me almost immediately when I reached out. And also one of the women from the front desk did too when I was having problems with the pharmacy and there was a miscommunication. I appreciate all of you. When my son was born, there were a lot of suprises. We were confused and scared. The staff at this hospital stood up for us in every way. They explained everything, taught us, laughed with us and embraced us. We had no family to invite or to offer us comfort but the doctors and nurses were our family. This is about my past experience, and I wanted to share this, as I am about to pass an important milestone in my recovery journey.
Nearly ten years ago, I was in a bad situation. Were it not for the respect and encouragement given to me from a doctor working in the ER department, I would not be here today. He kept me in my bed and gave me hope that things could get better, and they have. I could have given up and continued the path I was on, but all it takes is one human, and this one human happened to be a Good Samaritan ER doc. Thank you.
