The VA has earned a bad name for itself over the years but I have not yet had one bad experience this clinic does great work

Yesterday was my first time visiting the VA and had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the Doctor took her time with my visit and explained all the different benefits the VA has to offer. First time going to a doctor’s office where I didn’t feel like it was a rush to move on to the next patient.

Check in/ out staff is great. The counselors are awesome! They get what you're saying. And always on time.

Look I'm going to keep it 100 right I don't get how anyone that has been there more than once would give any less than five stars. For real this is the first time I've done a review and I did it cuz I seen some haters and I ain't with that especially when I know it's real. All right so I want to highlight a few things and people that should give you a clear picture if you ain't never been there. Angie and Vic stand out to me because they're the first people you see when you get there and they make you feel welcome and they are really on point when it comes to making things happen quickly. I got ADD that one way and I'm terrible with names and I wanted to put everybody in here but I'm about to leave some people out and I apologize. I've been to a few other treatment places and none of them can compare to the service and flexibility along with the way you feel like everybody really has an interest in your well-being. Trish is like a counselor now so it looks like she is in an even better role to personally affect people's lives and it's easy to see that her interest in your success is genuine. I've been going there since 2020 and they've always done their thing but here lately they really on top of their game. If you in a tight spot financially they gon work with you and now there even little things like free snacks and other things. They are involved every area of your life that you feel needs improvement. Mental and physical health services are part of the package and even tho the stigma of substance abuse has been declining they ensure your confidentiality and will help you with your legal matters or parole/probation which is a big deal if you got to deal with the system. There's a couple ladies I wanted to mention just cuz they of important role they play in the whole experience so I'm hoping I can edit this after I see them next week. Angie isn't there all the time but when she is she keeps things moving and I have to give the boss a shout out cuz every time I needed something that he could help with he didn't hesitate to make it happen. What's crazy is that even with all the requirements that you go through to get your meds (which they provide right there on site so you don't even have to go to a pharmacy) they get you in and out of there so much quicker than they used to. If it's your first day going there so I can say is be prepared for a long day and a thorough examination which is necessary to get you started the right way. But after that it's usually pretty quick and easy. Last thing I want to say is how awesome the providers are. They never rush you through and don't judge you or chastise you if you slip up. I've been clean of opiates since 6-17-2013 because of Suboxone and back when I started it was super expensive and hard to get. I'm glad times have changed and a place like Brightview in Fairfield, Ohio exists. 💯

Im a Big Fan of Brightview. I have been since day one. I would recommend it to anyone who was serious about getting help. If you just need an excuse it's not the right fit but if you are earnest it's the best place you could put your trust in. Only complaint I have is each Brightview location should have their own number so when an addict needs to talk to someone they have a number to reach their councler or Dr... I realize it's not ideal to be available 24/7 but it could save someone's life and wouldn't that make it all worthwhile. Thank you Brightview

Brightview has played a significant role in my recovery from opioids. I would be dead if not for this medication. I say, thank the Gods for modern medication 😸😁🌄

Perfect place for recovery

I attend the MAT program at Crossroads. The building has numerous programs geared at assisting individuals with substance abuse issues from smoking cessesstion to heroin addiction. I have had interactions with numerous staff at multiple programs. I have been attending groups and individuals counseling as far back as 2013. I would highly recommend this place for people who are convinced they have a problem to people who believe they just need a little support to get over it. Give them a call. What could it hurt. Supportive, caring staff!!

ASAP is an amazing facility. The staff is outstanding and communicate with the families often. They treat the teen in need as a whole instead of focusing on only one issue. I love the support given to the families because it helps to know you’re not alone in the battle to help your child. Speaking with the other parents during group helps with learning different ways to support your child. Tools are taught to teach coping skills that will last a lifetime. I highly recommend ASAP to anyone with a teen struggling with addiction and mental illness!

A BIG Thank You to VA hospital, facilities , doctors, nurses , social workers,and support staff for the love and health care given to my cousin, Billie J. We know your work is critical and difficult. We are so thankful and appreciative. She has improved greatly.

Outstanding medical care for veterans.

Idk much about the main Center there other than my dad has been several many times. But I have been to the Geriatric/Nursing Home, Extended Care part of the campus. I have to agree with some other reviews that it was a little difficult trying to place someone there for care but sometimes thats to be expected. What I can say is that the staff at that facility are absolutely WONDERFUL!! My poor papaw has dementia and alot of health issues. We are so BLESSED to be able to have him there at that facility on the Leestown Rd Campus. They are so patient with him and literally treat him as if he was their papaw. I definitely believe that our Military should be given the BEST OF BEST care. Not just medically but all around. And maybe civilians are fortunate that they dont understand what soldier does and experiences. & the family that expereiences life alongside and supports their soldier. Its a different life. Hard life. But a blessed life! And I truly feel the ladies that care for my papaw understand that. Idk if they have any military history or not. But either way the compassion is beautiful. Like they emphasize. I couldn't ask for a better place or better care for him. I'd recommend this facility over and over. Thanks for being so great up there!!

What can I say about this place & these people... probably not enough. My journey with this program over the last decade has helped reshape & remold the person I was, to the person I am, & still, the person I hope to be. But those goals could never be achieved without 2things; the first one being God, & the 2nd being these beautiful individuals who move beyond the acts of what it is expected. People like Nikki & Ed who navigate the daily challenges of what addiction invites into our world are a true representation of grace. I wish I could highlight all the ways in which these earth angels show up for people like myself. But God knows & so do they. Forever grateful to those who have allowed me to be myself, at my best & at worst, & still encouraged me to keep going. What they say is true; one day at a time. It works if you work it. Thank you for believing in me.

Great overall clinic to help you get clean. NKY med has a pretty relaxed atmosphere, as long as your following the rules. 😉 If your serious about getting clean, it's a good place to help you get there. My counselor has been extremely helpful and understanding. I've been lucky and have had the same counselor since I started, but unfortunately that's not everyone's experience. Counselors get better jobs and move on. I've got experience at both here and at East Indiana (EICT), and I will say I like NKY med better, but it's been years since I went to EITC so they may have improved. If you're ready to make serious life improvements, then consider NKY med. I highly recommend them and have personally made serious gains and improvements in my life. Take back control in your life and end the rat race of buying drugs everyday, always scraping to get buy.

When the opportunities arise of providing recommendations for where patients can go to receive treatment for opioid addiction, NKY MED is always at the top of the list and the first treatment center I would recommend/suggest in the Cincinnati tri state area.

The staff at ucpc are incredible! Everyone there make my wife and myself so comfortable every day and go above and beyond to address any problems or questions we may have ln addition to the service they provide in treating our addiction. Thanks to the entire team there.👍👍

The organization cares about their clients, both women, men and unborn. Working with the Men on understanding where they are has been a blessing for me. And we are getting trained by a wide variety of people who have gone through what PCP works on best - crisis.

A comfortable, nice space with supportive staff who care about you and your child's well-being. They offer services in many areas as well as the emotional support that a woman needs during a trial she may be facing.
