I truly loved this place. During my time here, I struggled a lot the first couple weeks, and that was intentional on the programs part. It’s not supposed to be easy and you can adjust to the difficult aspects by truly letting go of wanting to control and accepting why you came to get help. I grew more here in a month than I ever could have in the real world. I loved the staff, the doctors, the clinicians, the nurses, and my housemates. I never thought I’d say this but I actually miss being here! The forced structure was comforting and having small responsibilities daily helped me stay accountable. I miss making my bed after breakfast and tending to my little plant. I miss racing to the kitchen after group before 9 am hit so I could have one last cup of coffee. I miss that. I miss making things special as opposed to just having carte Blanche to drink caffeine whenever I want now, it takes the meaning out of the actions we choose when we live with no rules or structure. The content of learning was helpful, and yes at times repetitious, but that’s how we change. Changing isn’t learning something then doing it perfect the next day. It is tedious amounts of reps and time that add up to meaningful change, it’s not glamorous like the world makes change seem. This program is HARD. And that’s what I wanted. I wanted challenge, I wanted growth, and I was sick and tired of being tired. This time in my life I decided I wasn’t the expert on how to do things considering how badly things were going. Please know that if it’s hard or you think it should be your way, it’s okay to let go and let them be the experts in their field. I am forever changed from this place, and I hope you will be too. And I am better for it because of this place, the friendships and love from staff alike.❤️

The staff was excellent, the food was delicious, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations for the 30+ days I was in the residential program.

They were using for more than a year but as of now they're over 6 months sober, happy to be alive and found a really good community that accepts all walks of life. Roaring Brook is great! The facilities are extremely comfortable and warm, the staff are all super friendly and truly invested in your success, and the attendees all genuinely want to get better. It makes all the difference in the world to your recovery.

Roaring Brook deserves a perfect 10/10 from me. As a first-time participant in a recovery program, I was thoroughly impressed by the staff’s warm and loving demeanor. The material and techniques I learned are unlike anything I’ve ever encountered before. If you or someone you know is struggling with addiction, Roaring Brook is the ideal place for them to seek help and overcome their challenges.

Roaring Brook is an amazing program. It’s changed my life. This is the most professional program you’re going to ever find. The staff is amazing. Therapy, Peer Support, group all run by professionals with many years of sobriety. If you want to change call them immediately.

Like every where else. You get what you put in. And they're willing to help in anyway possible. The groups are positive and uplifting. The staff are kind and helpful with scheduling, and rescheduling. The doctor's are kind and understandable.

I have nothing but praise for LAC and the staff that make up the backbone of their approach to, not only substation use disorders, but also mental health. Sadly, this was not my first time around in rehab. That being said, this place is different. The program is incredibly solid and geared towards lifelong growth. They are willing to work with you to get you the treatment you need. The staff are amazing. Compassionate, extremely knowledgeable in both the scholarly and the nuanced personal subtleties that drive addiction. And they care. Truly care! I don't know one of them who wouldn't go out of their way to make something happen for you as long as you were willing to work for it with them. I've completed both the PHP & IOP programs and wouldn't hesitate to send anyone here who needed help. I appreciate everything they have done for me.

I was a client at Lexington Addiction Center for a month of PHP. My experience with LAC was tremendous. They helped me get back on my feet after a relapse and provided me with care that I’ve not experienced in any other treatment setting. The clinicians, TCM, medical staff and techs were all very helpful throughout my experience. This team is really about loving people back to life and it shows as soon as you step inside and are greeted by tons of smiling faces from staff and clients alike. The center for addiction treatment literally saved my life. I have an unlimited positive suppletives to say about the CAT House. Great environment and remarkable staff that truly cares. I recommend anyone that is looking for help getting sober to go to CAT.

I love this Treatment center. Been here twice. The staff is wonderful. I got exactly what I needed there . Counseling, case management , group therapy, educational groups , sober networking. I learned here I could find a new way to live my life and I'm a much better person after my back to back residential stays at this wonderful place!!

It's because of Brightview Georgetown that I'm sober and thriving the way I am today! They go above and beyond just a staff member,they are family. They go out of their way to make sure I'm secure in being there,having active sobriety, they've been there at court for me advocating that I'm doing everything I can to be a better person and mother. If I was having a bad day they're supportive,they answer my calls and genuinely want what's best for me! The staff there don't judge and want to help in any possible way they can. If you're struggling to get where you want to be when it comes to sobriety, they're in my opinion the number 1 place to go if you really want a change for the better ❤️💪🏼

I've never been to a better medical facility. The staff actual care and do everything they can do to help you in whatever situation you have. I've been going here a few years now and have never seen anyone mistreated. The only thing I have seen is people trying to take advantage and the staff, obviously, having to tell someone no, their request isn't possible. There are strict rules and laws and no one should expect the staff to break them.

BrightView Georgetown has literally helped keep me alive and stable. If you need help and want to get sober then this is a great place to check out. I haven't met a courteous staff member that isn't there to help in any way possible.

The choice I made to go to HCBTS was one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. Recovering from addiction isn’t easy but it is definitely easier with a staff that is very educated and caring. It has been an amazing journey with this establishment. I have accomplished many goals since meeting the people that work inside of journey pure. I will forever be greatful for the opportunity to meet the people that work for, as well as be a part of there growing community. Since attending the first group, I have been able to maintain a healthy lifestyle and there has been many drug counselors that have reached out the hole journey. They truelly are there for the intire journey! Never give up!

Talbert House on Gelnway Ave has been taking care of me since 2012. I was in a really bad way and they go above and beyond for my care. It's easy getting in with a therapist and their psychiatrist Dr. Pelnick is the best doctor I've ever had. They listen to you here and find what can help you most. If you have mental health issues, this is the place to go!
