Traveld several hours for the birth of our 7th grandchild, this was an absolute wonderful place to bring in memories, my daughter/granddaughter was taken excellent care of from start to finish!!! First off i would like to thank all of my labor & delivery doctors & nurses at OCHSNER ST ANNE. They gave us the best care ever, the was my first time at this hospital & i definitely would recommend others to go deliver here as well. They listen to you, & everytime you need something their there. They are absolutely the best team ever. They are constantly checking on you to see if you need anything at anytime, & not only you your spouse or visitors well. I love them real bad! 10/10 definitely recommend. They dont do anything to you without letting you know what they are doing first. They made sure we was comfortable as heck. They are great at communicating, they are gentle kind. Both doctors & nurses that i had on both morning & night shift. Big shoutout to Nurse Susan, Nurse Cassie, Nurse Lexie, Nurse Gracie, Nurse Michaela🥹🥹💖💖💖💖💖💖

Lake Wellness has been a great experience for me from the curriculum, to the counselors, and that extends to the staff who works for us. They are so very humble and down to earth, they’re always extending their hands at being helpful. Most of the staff is in recovery so they know what we are looking for and understand us. The staff were amazing. Detox they took very good care Of me. No one knew my bad behavior, caused by seizures. 5 different types. Walking talking worst. I'm mean violent, after seizures. They dealt with me, kindly, I wasn't nice at all. I still have doctors they set me up with. 5/6 years ago, I was there. Before you judge staff, look at yourself. Detox, is hard. Springfield Wellness Center is the first step that God led me to discard my old ways and build a new way of life. I have complete Gratitude for this clinic and more importantly Dr. Paula and the whole staff at Springfield Wellness Center. Nurse Angela is exactly what her name means an angel and messenger from God and a great nurse too. All the nurses fit this same description they were comforting, extremely attenuative, and calmed my anxiety as well as make me smile which was not easy for me at that point in my life. I entered the treatment close to death and saturated with Alcohol I left 10 days clean. I did follow with IOP treatment and embraced the AA fellowship program and today by the Grace of God and his will I am 4 months and 10 days clean of any harmful substance. Springfield Wellness Center is a special place, the grounds, facilities, food, NAD treatment, most of all the people that are there. I am blessed to have started my new journey there and highly recommend their program of care. I hope that I will be able to revisit in the future for NAD boosters.

I can not say enough about Springfield wellness center.....
Starting with the help, and guidance prior to coming to the facility, followed by the time at the facility during the treatment.
The staff makes you feel like family, their open arms make this experience be on a level no other places offer.
It welcomes the whole family, with support, and years of wisdom each person has.
It feels like a home away from home. A support system that will always be there for all. I could go on and on. It is a 5 plus star I can guarantee you.

I was worried after reading all these negative reviews, my mom doesn’t speak much English so I was scared the staff would mistreat her , but I spoke with her everyday and she said the staff was very kind , she mentioned they take showers daily , get new scrubs everyday. The facility did smell like urine . I was also able to visit her , a counselor (Angelle Hobbs) got a hold of me and was very communicative . Which put my mind at ease .

Before I came to Narconon Louisiana I was an opiate addict and thought I did not have any resources to get better. Narconon LA happily took me in and treated me with a level of dignity and respect that I had never received in a treatment facility. Every single staff member had something to teach me and were ready and willing to do so. They helped me with every problem I ran into whether it was related to my addiction, family issues or just something I was going through personally. They provided me with a safe and supportive environment to discover who I am and who I can be without drugs. The Sauna program brought me back to a state of physical and mental clarity that I thought I could never achieve again. In all, my experience with Narconon LA brought me from a drug addict that felt life was hopeless to a happy confident person that feels like I can take on the world!

Narconon Louisiana saved my life. It truly was the greatest gift i could've ever given myself. When i arrived there November 2017 it was by far the scariest thing i have ever done. My family and i were greeted with warm and genuine smiles. The staff and interns from the start made me feel important and that they truly cared about my well being and my recovery. I not only healed the damage i had done to myself physically and emotionally. I also started to rebuild and mend the broken relationships i had. After i graduated the program i wasn't left on my own. I was and still am to this day allowed to call the staff on my good and bad days. Also my family can do the same thing. I went to Narconon broken lost and filled with darkness. I left there proud of who i am with a family behind me! I am 18 months sober and living my best life! I would HIGHLY recommend if you are a family member is struggling to give the incredible staff and Narconon a call!

There isn't enough space to say how I feel about Lake Wellness. I woke up on 9/10/23 and decided to reach out to them via online. I filled out a form and was called within minutes offering help. I honestly could not do it by myself. The staff there is exceptional. The counselors there were exceptional. And the doctor very caring. Everytime I went in I felt like I was walking into home and knew I was safe. Thank you so much Lake Wellness, yall saved my life!!!!!

While enduring a brutal chemotherapy and radiation treatment protocol for Stage 4 cancer and with my wife pregnant and the birth of our third son imminent my evil mother in law used this as an opportunity to steal our kids with outrageous lies to DCFS and to get our kids back we both were ordered into IOP for Substance Abuse regardless of what I was found to have was prescribed by my cancer Dr. I wasn't real hopeful for this government funded agency but I couldn't have been more wrong Our counselor, Ms Pearl Watson facilitated a diverse class of court or job ordered clients with a firm hand that demanded accountability but rewarded those in compliance . with compassion, empathy and a deep knowledge of tools to access for sustainable recovery. The Clinical director , I believe named Tianna had designed a treatment plan that was easy to learn, and encouraged us to reveal things about our behavior that didn't seem apparent at the time.These people were a rare mix of empathy and creative genius that make me grateful for the program and i will be eternally grateful for the impact they made in my life and the others I consider family forever. Great place that makes me sad to leave.

Narcanon Louisiana is a safe haven. This is a place that can help you drastically change your life if that’s what you need. The entire staff has first-hand knowledge of what a drug addict is going through, and that carries a lot of weight toward rehabilitation guidance. The tactics used here are outside of the box, and they are teaching powerful methods of conflict resolution that can be applied in so many life situations. A person always has to be proactive in their own path in life, and this program shows you how to forgive yourself and move forward in a more meaningful way than previously experienced. I left Narconon in September of 2022.
I am enrolled in school now with my own apartment, car, and healthy relationships with all my friends and family.
Considering I came from about as rock bottom as it could get (broken hearted, socially despised, and facing felony charges), I have completely altered the outcome of my life with the help of these dedicated and knowledgeable staff members.
This is a 10 star place! The immense knowledge I have gained from my student program, as well as nearly a year of staff work, has laid the foundation on which I have been able to start building a life I never thought I could achieve.
From being a hair away from a bid in prison, to a high functioning and appreciative member of society, I share the wealth of knowledge I learned here with everyone who is facing conflict in their own lives.
The program is not easy, and will force you to take ultimate responsibility for all aspects of your life. The unrivaled support and relationships you acquire here will last you a lifetime, but you have to first be honest with yourself.
I don’t mean to put down anyone’s subjective experience, however, the one star views prove to me presence of an intense bias.
Proof? Why are there no 2 or 3 star votes? How is something either 5 stars or 1?
Contemplate that for a second like I have and you will come to the reasonable conclusion that those 1 star-raters have a strong emotional bias towards situations that they feel they were victim to.

They DO NOT take healthy blue like the website says. I have been going here for about 4 months now and they just keep saying they are waiting on the paperwork or something. They should really take it down from the website and contact medicaid and let them know they are not taking it cause healthy blue is the one who gave me this doctors info cause they said that they took my insurance but that wasn't the case. Other than that I love applegate recovery and all the employees , everyone is really nice and understanding.

I attended the Intensive outpatient program there. It surpasses other similar programs I have tried in the past. The team there really cares for the patients and makes sure they help you get to class. Very responsive with any problems you may face even after hours.
