I came to this place the 19th of December 2024. It was a nice facility! They treated me with respect and compassion. The techs/nurses played bingo with us, we did arts and crafts, they took us outside for fresh air, they were all for the most part very professional and caring! A few people stood out to me. I was on the quiet wing and made friends while I was there. I am so very thankful for the staff at this place!!!

I'm very thankful for the staff, doctor's, nurse,counselors,and techs. When I came I was lost, and now that I'm graduating I have been fine. The counselors taught me how to handle my feelings and to learn coping skills to deal with my diagnosis. Everybody welcomed me with open arms and that made me feel like one big happy family. I recommend anybody that is dealing with a diagnosis and don't know how to handle it to try them out. It worked for me and it can work for you. Thank everybody

First off I have been with SCLHSA for almost 2 decades now. Don't expect to see a doctor or counselor on the first visit or after the first phone. I see a doctor, Dr Brice who is amazing and reads patient files and a counselor once a month. They can be overbooked and understaffed but do try to accommodate everyone. Yes I do have telehealth visits at the clinic as doctors are spread thin. I have never had any problems except for parking, which is no longer an issue, and people coming in thinking they can get seen right then and there with no consideration of others and yell at the workers who also have to worry about their own mental health.

At this place, no one cares if you get your meds on time or not. The only good thing here is about three nurses, who do all they can, but their work is not enough, they do as much as they can. This center is a joke, the worst clinic ever!

There isn't enough space to say how I feel about Lake Wellness. I woke up on 9/10/23 and decided to reach out to them via online. I filled out a form and was called within minutes offering help. I honestly could not do it by myself. The staff there is exceptional. The counselors there were exceptional. And the doctor very caring. Everytime I went in I felt like I was walking into home and knew I was safe. Thank you so much Lake Wellness, yall saved my life!!!!!

NOLA Detox saved my life. Treatment there has given me hope and the tools I need to beat my addiction. Their team of mental and behavioral health professionals helped me every step of the way.Throughout my 28 day stay the clinical team put together a comprehensive care plan. That included medication assisted treatment, group, individual, & family therapy, one on one psychiatrist visits, and recovery groups. Additionally I took part in the professional training group sessions and nutrition & wellness discussions that were offered.I enjoyed the Queen sized bed and the large plasma screen Roku TV in my Patient Suite. My two roommates and I enjoyed binge watching on Netflix.Copeland's provided the many delicious options at mealtimes. My clothes were even sent out to a professional laundry service.A nature trail and lush grounds were well maintained and ideal for jogging, walking, and meditation.My stay wouldn't have been what it was if it wasn't for the kind and empathetic staff that went above and beyond. A team of caring nurses and techs encouraged me on my recovery journey. I would not have been able to do have done this without them.My recovery journey is ongoing. NOLA Detox is still by my side. The staff were amazing. Detox they took very good care Of me. No one knew my bad behavior, caused by seizures. 5 different types. Walking talking worst. I'm mean violent, after seizures. They dealt with me, kindly, I wasn't nice at all. I still have doctors they set me up with. 5/6 years ago, I was there. Before you judge staff, look at yourself. Detox, is hard. I can not say enough about Springfield wellness center.....Starting with the help, and guidance prior to coming to the facility, followed by the time at the facility during the treatment.The staff makes you feel like family, their open arms make this experience be on a level no other places offer.It welcomes the whole family, with support, and years of wisdom each person has.It feels like a home away from home. A support system that will always be there for all. I could go on and on. It is a 5 plus star I can guarantee you.
