First off i would like to thank all of my labor & delivery doctors & nurses at OCHSNER ST ANNE. They gave us the best care ever, the was my first time at this hospital & i definitely would recommend others to go deliver here as well. They listen to you, & everytime you need something their there. They are absolutely the best team ever. They are constantly checking on you to see if you need anything at anytime, & not only you your spouse or visitors well. I love them real bad! 10/10 definitely recommend. They dont do anything to you without letting you know what they are doing first. They made sure we was comfortable as heck. They are great at communicating, they are gentle kind. On April 10th, I went to St. Charles Hospital to get an angiogram by Dr. Iftakhar( He's a great doctor). When I arrived, Lynette registered me into the hospital then Jodie, Shawn, Ashley and Courtney F. guided me through the procedure. This entire staff was friendly, courteous, and compassionate. I'd recommend this hospital to anyone!

Absolutely awesome ! Kudos to Day Surgery team and Dr Hearny. Had an endometrial biopsy done and it was a breeze. Everyone was very kind and professional and just down home great people. Highly recommended!

This is the most wonderful outpatient program that I've ever been to. The director, counselors, therapists, staff and Doctors are genuinely concerned about their patients. This place is more than just a facility. It's a kind , caring atmosphere where you are able to receive treatment for your psychiatric needs. The workers have become like an extended family to me. I would highly recommend compass IOP to anyone seeking help. I graduated from Compass yesterday and have made so many wonderful memories 💓. Thank you Compass for being such a vital part of my life. 😀

I came to this place the 19th of December 2024. It was a nice facility! They treated me with respect and compassion. The techs/nurses played bingo with us, we did arts and crafts, they took us outside for fresh air, they were all for the most part very professional and caring! A few people stood out to me. I was on the quiet wing and made friends while I was there. I am so very thankful for the staff at this place!!!

First off I have been with SCLHSA for almost 2 decades now. Don't expect to see a doctor or counselor on the first visit or after the first phone. I see a doctor, Dr Brice who is amazing and reads patient files and a counselor once a month. They can be overbooked and understaffed but do try to accommodate everyone. Yes I do have telehealth visits at the clinic as doctors are spread thin. I have never had any problems except for parking, which is no longer an issue, and people coming in thinking they can get seen right then and there with no consideration of others and yell at the workers who also have to worry about their own mental health.

At this place, no one cares if you get your meds on time or not. The only good thing here is about three nurses, who do all they can, but their work is not enough, they do as much as they can. This center is a joke, the worst clinic ever!

The best treatment facility I've been to. It was one of the best experiences I've had and really made me truly enjoy being sober and showed me how much more I could enjoy life without substances; it was life changing really. The staff there is phenomenal and attentive I couldn't have asked for a better support system while I was there and also up to today. There isn't enough space to say how I feel about Lake Wellness. I woke up on 9/10/23 and decided to reach out to them via online. I filled out a form and was called within minutes offering help. I honestly could not do it by myself. The staff there is exceptional. The counselors there were exceptional. And the doctor very caring. Everytime I went in I felt like I was walking into home and knew I was safe. Thank you so much Lake Wellness, yall saved my life!!!!!

The staff were amazing. Detox they took very good care Of me. No one knew my bad behavior, caused by seizures. 5 different types. Walking talking worst. I'm mean violent, after seizures. They dealt with me, kindly, I wasn't nice at all. I still have doctors they set me up with. 5/6 years ago, I was there. Before you judge staff, look at yourself. Detox, is hard. Springfield Wellness Center is the first step that God led me to discard my old ways and build a new way of life. I have complete Gratitude for this clinic and more importantly Dr. Paula and the whole staff at Springfield Wellness Center. Nurse Angela is exactly what her name means an angel and messenger from God and a great nurse too. All the nurses fit this same description they were comforting, extremely attenuative, and calmed my anxiety as well as make me smile which was not easy for me at that point in my life. I entered the treatment close to death and saturated with Alcohol I left 10 days clean. I did follow with IOP treatment and embraced the AA fellowship program and today by the Grace of God and his will I am 4 months and 10 days clean of any harmful substance. Springfield Wellness Center is a special place, the grounds, facilities, food, NAD treatment, most of all the people that are there. I am blessed to have started my new journey there and highly recommend their program of care. I hope that I will be able to revisit in the future for NAD boosters.

I can not say enough about Springfield wellness center.....
Starting with the help, and guidance prior to coming to the facility, followed by the time at the facility during the treatment.
The staff makes you feel like family, their open arms make this experience be on a level no other places offer.
It welcomes the whole family, with support, and years of wisdom each person has.
It feels like a home away from home. A support system that will always be there for all. I could go on and on. It is a 5 plus star I can guarantee you.
