All the Staff are very positive, supporting and fight for you, when you might need a little more extra help, due to some mental issues or physical, or emotional. They are there for you 100% . I want to mention My Counselor, Ms. D. Herrera... She is the Best, Most, Supportive, Positive, Strong and Caring Counselor-(Drug).... I have ever had. Ok. I'm going to go out on a limb and see if you respond and take action on this. I'll assign a tentative 5 stars rating, with the expectation you'll formulate the correct approach...
I wrote a google and yelp last week about this to Safeway at WMC Drive in Westminster; they responded that someone would contact me but they never did. So, I'm upping it a notch and see hat you good folks have to say!!
Last week, late at night, I was in Safeway on WMC Drive in Westminster. A customer brought their pet dog (not a service animal) in to the store and the 2 of them strolled from aisle to aisle shopping here and there. I asked the store's on duty boss, Kris, if having a pet dog in the store was appropriate. Kris, in front of 2 of his store coworkers, looked at me like a deer in the headlights, cleared his throat a couple times (I could see the brain neurons moving at warp speed trying to come up with a response), and he uttered "well, I don't know the store policies or regulations on this, but I guess it's ok for them to have their dog in the store. I responded "so, let's assume the dog poops in aisle 3 and raises its leg and sprays the fresh organic lettuce with pee pee in the fresh veggie section, what are you going to do and wouldn't that be totally unacceptable in the store?" Kris shot back with "well, sir, I can assure you I'll clean it up!!" Kris did not instill any confidence in me and I could just imagine the dog barfing up grass next to the open grapes in the fruit section in a manner similar to the way my childhood pet reacted in our backyard many years ago.
So, Mr or Ms Health Department, is it okay if I bring my pet parrot into Safeway some night, let him fly all around the store, and watch him deposit numerous droppings everywhere, including on the fresh open-air French bread???? This might be fun, especially if Kris is working!!
What say ye?????????????????????????

Wanted to start off by saying ATOM! was a very huge part of my road to recovery. They helped me so many ways show me love, Supported me even when I was being an asshole. I completed this program three times Because the program works, I just wasn’t ready and still did what I wanted to do. The things that they taught me the love they showed me in the support that I got made me realize that people do care that I am not alone. My counselor did an amazing job. The director did an amazing job. The groups were amazing. The houses were amazing. The areas were amazing the activities we did were very helpful. It taught me a lot and here. I am now four years later still clean and I work here now I must say I honestly do understand that life is not perfect. A lot of people has to grasp the fact that no program is perfect. They will give you the tools, but you have to put in your own footwork. Nobody should fight for your life as hard as you and I fought for mine so I wanna see. My counselor Mrs. Yolanda is amazing!!! I have never in my life had a counselor truly care about my well being . You really saved me from a lot of pain I appreciate you always being up front and real . I can't imagine the lives you touch and how many others you help. You have Mrs. Rhonda another amazing women who was my counselor before. And Jess the nurse is the sweetest she can always make you smile . Gabby that pretty face you see when you walk in such a doll I love talking with her.. Not only do all these women do there jobs they make the time you are there comfortable and they actually treat you like a human being not a junkie . I have seen people dissing the Dr I don't know why she does her job . She's not rude she just does her job so I don't see why people are making bad comments about her.. I was upset the other day and regret making the review that I had that isn't how I truly feel I was just taking my anger out and that's not like me I believe in the if you have nothing nice to say don't say anything at all .. I apologize for my recent post I was just upset over the situation and instead of being the adult I am I was a child for a moment. But I realize that my anger and stupidity looks poorly upon this business which does not deserve anything poorly said about them when they are a good place too go get help with amazing employees inside. If you not only want help with your sobriety and great counseling I suggest come in and start your new life!!! I GOTTA SAY IT AGAIN MY COUNSELOR IS THE MOST AMAZING WONDERFUL WOMAN EVEN!!!! This center understands the challenges of opioid addiction and tailors its opioid treatment program to the needs of the individual, equipping them with the tools and resources they need to break free from their addiction. Taking th | Treatments | I will share a real review as soon as I find out what they are going to do to help me today. My husband has emergency chemotherapy tomorrow, we have to be there by 530 so I ask to get tomorrow methadone today with Saturday and Sundays take homes. I went there at 930 and still telling me the doctor is busy. Ok we will see because they close at 1 so I better be hearing something soon. I will never be done by 1pm tomorrow.

I love this program. With their help and my determination I've been clean for 12+ years.
Mrs.Hope and Mrs.Michelle are superstars. The other nurses are awesome too(Lynette) I've never had an issue with my counselors, they've all worked with me.
A few months back I had an issue and filed a grievance. The director called me back within 1 business day. She LISTENED to me and assured me thing would be taken care of. So far she's been true to her word.
The only reason I deducted 1 star is the amount of times I've been switched back to liquid. I'd have preferred to stay on the 40mg wafers/diskettes even wetted. The liquid gives me such terrible GI issues and has my blood sugar #s skyrocketing. All I can hope is that one day they will bring them back or I find a clinic close that has them. I mean you already had to have 2 weeks or more of take homes, I don't see what the issue was.
I recommend this clinic to anyone that asks me about where to go. I even recommend to people that used to go to the old building (Glass/Daybreak)
