My husband had surgery recently at Northwest Hospital and everyone we interacted with was wonderful! The nurses were professional and caring. The support staff was informative and helpful. Don't judge the entire hospital by the negative reviews.

My experience at Northwest Hospital was excellent. From the time I checked in to the time I left I was taken care of. The quick response to the nursing call was exceptional. Everyone was so polite and professional, Thanks to each and everyone I would recommend Northwest Hospital.

Overall a worthwhile clinic for anyone living in the core of the city. The primary physicians are excellent; I've known four of them there. Staff is a mixed bag - one called me a "snitch" when I notified the desk that a patient was screaming at a physician. It's Baltimore, right? There are always two attentive security guards. The dental office and pharmacy are both good enough. The social workers make effort. I even tried the mental health floor, which did not help me much. Overall, I do recommend Chase Brexton at Charles & Chase streets.

All of the staff is wonderful from the house monitors to the counselors to the managers and the owner I wanna point out Mrs Lopez and mr weaver they are wonderful and god sent for real everything that they do for us clients reflects upon our greatness I also wanna recognize Mrs Lakeya she is gods gift in conclusion this program is the best and I recommend anybody who is serious about their recovery and wanna get back on track look into it asap dr Campbell thanks for everything that u do and may god continue to bless u and bring u joy and happiness

The care at Kolmac is real, and the staff is thoroughly professional. Thanks to them I got my life back. Highly recommended. Kolmac is a life changer and a terrific program for anyone looking for a place to start recovery.

Would HIGHLY recommend exploring treatment options with Kolmac if you’re ready to step into your recovery. ❤️‍🩹 I completed the 90(ish) day IOP program attending online group sessions three times a week for three hours in addition to individual medical appts/medication management and individual treatment plan planning. I had the incredible pleasure of working with Lisa S as my group counselor. She was professional, compassionate and understanding of the needs of her group members. She maintained a healthy and safe environment for us to all lean into the process at our own pace and found ways to relate to everyone regardless of situation. My medical/medication management was also all handled via telehealth. I felt heard when discussing my apprehension to some medications and was made to feel like the process to improve my health and the decisions being made around it were collaborative. Katelyn was my individual counselor and assisted me with developing my treatment plan. She is an absolute sweetheart and though early in her career was able to provide guidance and encouragement that felt beyond her years. I am actively transitioning to their continuing care program and look forward to seeing how far I can go with such a strong team behind me. 97 days!!!

The Hum absolutely changed my life!! I tell so many others some of my story and tell them that they don't have to live the way they are living anymore!!! HUM provided me with a safe place to heal and recover from years of abuse and addiction. The services for veterans are good for helping veterans get back their self worth back. They provide shelter and help with common needs for veterans. There are opportunities for veterans to get help for those dealing with addition. They also help veterans who are looking for shelter on a temporary basis. I would recommend veterans who are facing a difficult time to give the Helping Up Mission a chance to help them reclaim their lives with dignity and respect. Mr. Rasheed Savage will get you the help that you need and he is very professional in his approach to helping people, especially veterans.

This place is helping my children’s father in a miraculous way. My adult children are now proud of their father. He stayed in the Hum, it’s been about 6 months now and he has made a huge recovery. Thank you HUM and I’m forever grateful to God! Hallelujah 🙌🏽

I stayed inpatient here back in 2018 and the people who worked here helped shape my recovery story today. I didn't realize it then because I was fresh off the street and detoxing but today I can say with much gratitude that its the people who care and work tirelessly to help the patients that make Hope House what it is.

This place gave me another chance to get my life together

I have been with Port Recovery for about a year and a half now. I've had sessions with Alana, Elaine, Courtney, Joanne, and Carol. I also had M-F 9am group sessions as well when I was on probation. I like the place enough that I've decided to stay with them after probation to keep seeing Ms. Cook as my psychiatric nurse practitioner. The welcoming environment is exactly what I need, and most likely you too. I was referred to Port Recovery from my Probation Officer. I got into trouble by wrecking my car into a ditch while sleep driving on Ambien. I couldn't remember a thing, only waking up in the hospital. So, I stopped taking extra Ambien even if I can't fall asleep back in February 2020. Now, I'm getting help at Port Recovery with my severe anxiety, depression, and PTSD issues. Best place I've been to for those issues, and being able to see all the professionals I need under one roof is perfectly convenient. Everyone is on the same page! Good luck to everyone else!!! Highly recommended!
