I am unsure of why this hospital receives such poor reviews. My 98-year-old mother was recently admitted and cared for, and I cannot be happier with the treatment she received. Everyone was very kind and attentive to her. The hospital is small and they have personal individual rooms, at least on the geriatric floor that I could see. Parking is easy and free. I would highly recommend this hospital for people who need urgent care as well. Thank you for taking such good care of my mom during her stay.

My mom had to have emergency surgery. From the time we arrived to the hospital, everyone was so nice and explained everything to us so we understood what was going on with my mother's care. I want to thank the entire team that took care of my mother.

I was greeted upon arrival. The receptionist was very friendly. My check in was quick. The technician who gave me the mammogram was very friendly and made me feel at ease. The procedure was done quickly. The Breast Care Center at NW Hospital is definitely a great place.

Not gonna lie, I showed up to Tranquility Woods with the attitude of a dude being sent to jury duty for a month. I was skeptical, annoyed, and fully prepared to hate the whole experience. Instead, I ended up meeting some of the realest people I've talked to in years. The funniest part is that a bunch of people from completely different backgrounds somehow ended up in the same place having the deepest conversations imaginable one minute and arguing about the thermostat the next. Recovery is a weird universe. The staff treated me with respect, and Nicole was especially awesome. She actually listened instead of talking at people. A lot of folks there felt the same way. You can tell when somebody genuinely cares and when they're just reading from a script. I also met some great people along the way. People who made me laugh, people who challenged my thinking, and people who reminded me that everybody is carrying something heavy, whether they show it or not. The food was solid, the facility was comfortable, and I got way more out of the experience than I expected. I came in rolling my eyes and left with people I still keep in touch with. No place is perfect, but Tranquility Woods gave me time to think, reset, and meet some genuinely good human beings. Five stars from the guy who was convinced he wasn't going to give five stars. 😂 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tranquility woods has been transformative for me. The Clinicians were awesome. The grounds serene. I met with my Therapist 4 times a week. I had a weekly massage, acupuncture, great food and met friends for life. It was a emotional rollercoaster, but I was able to start healing from my trauma. Im grateful I gave myself this gift of recovery. Now the real work begins.

Im thankful for going from prison to Gaudenzia. The first day Guy said we got you just do your part. Thankful for having Miss Kristen as a counselor before she moved on. Very grateful and thankful for Mrs Amy who became my counselor who showed how much she cares for her clients to succeed. Im thankful for Ms Rene who held me down at court and was always there when I had a question. Thankful for Mrs Chantel with the unlimited life skills information, can’t forget Mr Anthony, Mr George, Miss Stacey and all their positive insight and meaningful information. Im thankful for Mrs Brooks who holds down the front desk and always stepped in to help with my passes. I can’t forget the RSP’s they been in our shoes and want us to get it right. Catrina had done a great job with me, when I got out of jail the judge ordered me to this program, it wasn't my first go around with them, but luckily it is my last , not in a bad way. Looking into IOP can be a daunting task, because the process is intense and can make you feel anxious. But dealing with Kolmac from the people who walk you through the process on the phone in the beginning, to the counselors (shout out to Lisa and Katelynn) in group and individual sessions, everyone was absolutely wonderful. All the folks I met in group were the best and in large part due the people I met there I completed the program in such a better place mentally and spiritually I still can’t come up with the words of appreciation to thank them enough! The process is the the payoff! Kolmac was great! Thank you for everything! Highly recommend!

Kolmac will save your life, literally. They are great at creating a treatment plan to meet every individual person, and the medication certainly makes it easy to quit drinking. My facilitator, Lisa Stalnaker, is the absolute best. She is so caring and attentive to each and every patient, and really makes the meetings enjoyable, fun, and engaging. I can't say enough great things about her. I highly recommend Kolmac to anyone struggling with addiction.

Lisa and Katelynn are rockstars and have helped tremendously with my addiction by providing applicable (real life) coping skills and techniques, and for just being incredibly people both professionally and personally! All the Staff are very positive, supporting and fight for you, when you might need a little more extra help, due to some mental issues or physical, or emotional. They are there for you 100% . I went to Caron in 2000, at that time I was 16 years old. I detoxed and then stayed for adolescent rehab program. At the time, I was given a scholarship but my parents still payed a lot of money. I had such a great experience there. I got to enjoy Father Bills Church every Sunday and also a counselor who was Native American and would take us deep into the forest and cleanse us with sage. I will never forget Caron, the staff and amazing memories there.

CAM has by far been the best program I’ve been on. I was at another program (Cherryhill) for years & that place Hod change your whole energy. I would go in happy, come out in a horrible mood! There were a few good people there like Mrs. Hope & Nurse Michelle & a few good counselors, but at CAM, everyone has been amazing! From the beautiful woman at the front to the nurses & counselors, I am grateful for each one of them. I’ve been clean for 14 years & continue to be clean because of CAM.

Would HIGHLY recommend exploring treatment options with Kolmac if you’re ready to step into your recovery. ❤️‍🩹 I completed the 90(ish) day IOP program attending online group sessions three times a week for three hours in addition to individual medical appts/medication management and individual treatment plan planning. I had the incredible pleasure of working with Lisa S as my group counselor. She was professional, compassionate and understanding of the needs of her group members. She maintained a healthy and safe environment for us to all lean into the process at our own pace and found ways to relate to everyone regardless of situation. My medical/medication management was also all handled via telehealth. I felt heard when discussing my apprehension to some medications and was made to feel like the process to improve my health and the decisions being made around it were collaborative. Katelyn was my individual counselor and assisted me with developing my treatment plan. She is an absolute sweetheart and though early in her career was able to provide guidance and encouragement that felt beyond her years. I am actively transitioning to their continuing care program and look forward to seeing how far I can go with such a strong team behind me. 97 days!!!

I had lumbar surgery with Dr Zalatimo on Tuesday. The whole team that cared for me was amazing. Dr Lydia guided me through the process for the following days surgery. She was very kind and easy to talk to. Natalie in Pre-op got me ready to go and answered all of my questions. Dr Su and Danny, CRNA were very funny and reassuring to me and put me at ease prior to entering the OR. Dr Zalatimo and Mario spoke with me several times before the surgery as well. Everyone went out of their way to help my husband and I feel comfortable with the surgery process. My nurse in the post-op area, Lori, was so kind and helpful to my husband and I. The transporters, the X-ray techs, the ER techs were all friendly and efficient. I had a great experience at Sinai Hospital, and I would refer anyone who needs a Neurosurgeon to Dr Zalatimo!
