Hey Everyone at RCA Westminster!Rikku here, your favorite fluffy, Siberian Husky therapy dog, checking in with my human mom! We've been having a blast visiting you every Tuesday for about a year now, and we absolutely love being a part of the RCA Westminster family. It's our special way of giving back, and it brings us so much joy!You guys always make us feel so incredibly welcome! The staff are the best seriously, sometimes I think they sneak in even more cuddles than the patients (and I'm totally okay with that!). My mom loves to get me dressed up in a different bandana or outfit each week, so keep an eye out for my stylish looks! Seriously, she has something for every occasion!Our Tuesday routine involves visiting each of the three groups Wachusett, Monadnock, and Rescue for around 20-30 minutes each. I love showing off my tricks and all the cool things I've learned. It's also great hearing about your own furry friends and just getting to snuggle, especially when someone's having a tough time.My mom's face lights up whenever a patient or staff member says they've been waiting all day for our visit! We really put our hearts into making each Tuesday a special and uplifting experience for everyone.A Note from Rikku's Mom:Being part of the RCA Westminster community has been such an eye-opening and heartwarming experience. We adore our Tuesday visits, and the staff there make it so easy and enjoyable!Their genuine affection for Rikku is wonderful to see, and they always look forward to his visits and his ever-changing wardrobe.Rikku has totally got the RCA routine down. The moment we pull into the parking lot, he's ready to go, tail wagging, knowing he's about to get lots of love (and maybe a few treats, ok ok a LOT of treats!). He's even starting to pick up on when someone needs a little extra attention and will stay by their side a bit longer he's such a smart boy!We've attached some photos from our visits around RCA. I recently went with a friend, who is an alumni of RCA, to a meeting. My friend is sober over a year and is still involved in going to RCA. They can t say enough about the place, all positive for them. To see the change in my friend and my experiences as a visitor, I feel the same as they do. They have great staff and there s a good energy in the place. I m looking forward to going back with my friend and passing it on.

I've been to a few different rehab's by far RCA been the cleanest and most helpful program for my recovery I'm grateful that I was directed to RCA.

I struggled with drug addiction for 20 years. Could never break the cycle where I lived in Alabama 37 yrs of my life. I was out of options. My insurance found Paramount Recovery Centers in Massachusetts. I got ahold of them and they started the process to get me up here. They was a true blessing. Helped pay for my plane tickets and got me up here. I went thru 6 months of PHP program and then outpatient. Everyone from intake coordinators to councilors and all way up to program directors ALL helped me any way they possibly could. And thru this program I found hope again. I couldn t have done it without their help and am forever grateful for Paramount Recovery Centers. I stayed in their men s sober houses for 2 yrs now and am a manager at another one now. I highly recommend Paramount for anyone struggling with alcohol or drug addiction. Even mental health issues too. They are truly a leader in the recovery community here in Massachusetts.

I attended Paramount recovery program in February of 2023. I found it to be a life-changing experience thanks to all of the amazing clinicians and staff that work there. I would highly recommend this program to anyone that is struggling with addiction.

My cousin has struggled with addiction for most of his adult life. He s been to countless rehabs, tried meditation and even hypnosis to get over his issues with substances. It wasn t until he joined Paramount Recovery Centers PHP that he actually began to embrace sobriety as his new norm. You see, what my cousin never had was a sense of community, and that is exactly what Paramount provided. It was clear from the moment I dropped him off with the clinical staff that he was going to be in good hands. Without Paramount my cousin may be in jail or even worse, deceased. We will always remember Paramount as the place that saved his life.

Between their experiences, strength and hope combined with a passion for what they do this absolute power team will give you all of the tools and resources you need to combat mental health and addiction. The whole case management team is right there to help you with whatever you need and they always encourage you to come find them at any time . They ll help to set up appointment get In touch with attorneys and things you might not even realize you need. I was parred with a lovely young lady named Corinne and she s absolutely amazing it s truly a blessing to have had such a dedicated person on my team to help me every step of the way. Also from the bottom of my heart want to thank 1 particular group facilitator she was my rock through and through and I consider the more than just a friend and she goes by MJ. To anyone seeking recovery please do not hesitate to call. You are loved ,you are worth it, and most of all you ll never feel alone at Gatehouse.

Green Mountain Treatment Center saved my life. I was sick and scared when I arrived, but the transformation that occurred for me during the 80 days I spent on the mountain was nothing short of a miracle.I quickly recognized that hard work on my part needed to be done, or I'd be miserable and missing out on the gifts of the program. Thankfully, there is an incredible staff in place who walked with me through the introspection I had to do and showed me that recovery was possible. I marked 5 months sober yesterday and I truly believe that God removed my alcoholic obsession while I was on the mountain.Everyone's experience is different and I can only speak of my own, but I personally could not see myself succeeding as I did in any other facility. I'll be thankful to Green Mountain for the rest of my life.

The most caring recovery team that works there. Awesome accomodations. All around though really good program. First time to rehabilitation center and was my favorite stop on my recovery road. Glad I choose to go there. Hands down best place to go for real recovery survivors 100%

I was lucky enough to have found out about this facility in February of 2025. Words can not even describe how amazing the staff! My first night there was extremely hard for me and Petra was absolutely amazing ! I wanted to leave , I didn't feel good and she was able to calm me down and keep me there. My case worker Nicole was the best! I felt like she truly cared and wanted to help me get thru my time at the facility and she helped me set up outpatient care so that when I left Mayflower I was all set with good resources. This place was the beginning of redemption story and gave me a phenomenal foundation to start my recovery journey!

My first impression of Mayflower was an amazing. I felt so comfortable with the staff immediately, they made me feel so welcomed and supportive. The staff was unbelievably knowledgeable in addition. I felt safe and well taken care of. My room was first class with my own TV. The food was cooked by a chef and was unbelievable. I was most impressed with the Director of the program. He did a morning group everyday to address any concerns we may have and to impress how he was there to help the clients. Very professional and comfortable at the same time. 10 out of 10. The best in Massachusetts if not the North East.

Unfortunately I have been here a few times, but they were always welcoming and compassionate about it. They have some really great staff. The food is decent for the most part, there is plenty of it. The groups were good over all. Obviously some were more relative than others. Overall I would recommend NERC to a friend or relative.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about NERC in Westborough!!!! From my admission down at detox with Pam and Danny who really helped me decide to continue care at CSS and I m glad I did! To now 28 days later, I am ever so grateful for the team up there too! Words cannot describe how supported I was, If I had to use one word, I would say the care was priceless! Putting yourself first is something one has to do to get clean. I m so glad I did! Thank you New England recovery center! If it wasn t for you, I don t think I d be where I am now. Most importantly thank you Katie, for being such an amazing coach and cheerleader, do not lose that one because people like her don t come around that often! For Rose for saving my marriage! I want to thank all the staff at NERC for making my stay very productive and comfortable. The staff the food and the living area was clean and for the first time I feel very strong leaving the program with the knowledge and help of the staff in my recovery.

Love my psychiatrist I've been working with with psych drs since I was 6 for my anxiety and since I left my Dr from 6 to 14, I've been searching for a psychiatrist who understands me and I adore her I blab to her and she understands me this is the best especially with the refill line oh it's a life saver

Did a great job at drawing my blood, quick and easy. I've had a lot of times where people miss my vein multiple times so it was a relief.

A truly amazing place staffed with kind, caring, wonderful, professional, fun, generous, thoughtful, and highly-skilled staff (I could go on) who are experts in ED recovery. My therapist at Laurel Hill is by far the best therapist I have ever had I learned so much from her and am still in awe of how she challenged me and ED narratives. The clinical director treats clients like family and invests her time and energy into each and every one of us she spent her Christmas holiday with clients baking cookies, enjoying holiday kareoke, and other festivities that she planned for us it was a special holiday, filled with so much love and support. The nursing staff are SO cool and kind. The RCs are absolutely the best.. I don t know how they do such a specialized and demanding job and do it SO well, all while getting to become so close with the clients.I would 100% recommend this place to anyone struggling with an eating disorder. I had lost hope when I entered treatment, and now I look forward to the day when I can say I am fully recovered, because thanks to the LH team, I know that day will come.

I can't even begin to express my gratitude towards Monte Nido and especially the staff. Coming to residential at Monte Nido truly saved my life and I don't believe that I would be here today if I didn't go here.

Great Recovery has helped me so much in my journey to Recovery.

I've been at Merrick Street for nearly a year, and my experince has been truly amazing. Spectrum staff members are caring, well-educated and passionate about helping each client on an individual basis. The level of care far exceeds that of other programs. I started my 'journey' at Sisters of Providence in Holyoke, and (apart from my clinician -- who was amazing!), it felt like conveyor-belt-style care. Now, that was a 2-hour round-trip commute every morning, but Information about Spectrum (20 minutes away) was hidden from me (despite my inquiries) for months because it was a separate organization and they likely didn't want to lose me as a paycheck -- I mean patient.Spectrum is the total opposite. It has changed my life. I wasted years fearing a program, and the stigma attached. But I realized-- since I was already dealing with the stigma of having fibromyalgia and chronic pain, it made no difference, and I needed to try -- for me. Since entering, I have met so many incredible people, shared and heard many incredible stories, and in a way, I am proud to be part of something so positive.
