Love my psychiatrist I've been working with with psych drs since I was 6 for my anxiety and since I left my Dr from 6 to 14, I've been searching for a psychiatrist who understands me and I adore her I blab to her and she understands me this is the best especially with the refill line oh it's a life saver

Green Mountain Treatment Center saved my life. I was sick and scared when I arrived, but the transformation that occurred for me during the 80 days I spent on the mountain was nothing short of a miracle. I quickly recognized that hard work on my part needed to be done, or I'd be miserable and missing out on the gifts of the program. Thankfully, there is an incredible staff in place who walked with me through the introspection I had to do and showed me that recovery was possible. I marked 5 months sober yesterday and I truly believe that God removed my alcoholic obsession while I was on the mountain. Everyone's experience is different and I can only speak of my own, but I personally could not see myself succeeding as I did in any other facility. I'll be thankful to Green Mountain for the rest of my life.

Aftermath is an incredible rehabilitation program that is run by truly incredible people that care for each and every one of their clients. This program has provided me with the tools needed to change my life in the best of ways. I write this review 82 days free from the pain and suffering that drugs and alcohol have wreaked havoc on my life for as long as I can remember - I just hope that if any one else is struggling to get clean and sober that they please consider Aftermath as a resource to help them build a better life for themselves. In general, all the staff was excellent but in special the counselors really impacted in a positive way to make radical changes in my lifestyle. If you decide to visit them they will help you to achieve sobriety showing you the way, although it is not easy, with hard work, you will achieve it. Trust yourself and fight to be happy. I came in on February 1, 2018 for meth addiction, and was one of the first patients since it's reopening. Because our unit was so small, the first 10-15 of us grew into a tight knit group that remain in touch, and THAT is the biggest takeaway I got. The staff ARE dedicated, and the fact that so many of them are in recovery themselves validated their input on my recovery. The RSSs, Therapists, and Case Managers all moved mountains to get us reacclimatrd to the outside world.(special shout-out to Britney King, Danielle the art therapist, Sarah the music therapist, and Kelly Colanto.) The negatives: There needs to be more case managers per unit: 2 isn't enough for 30 patients. The psychiatrist needs to get fired. Pushing subs over vivitrol,on people who already detoxed off opiates, who voiced their view, and people who never even did opiates. Though the RSSs were great, when the material provided for modules gets repetitive after 1 week, there's not much they can do.

RCA Outpatient has changed my life and set me up with all of the tools for success. The therapists and staff here are insightful and help to guide us through this challenging time that not all understand. I am forever grateful for the support and look forward to living this new lifestyle.

Finding the right place for my son wasn’t easy, but Heartfelt gave us real hope. The team stayed in touch and guided us even after discharge, which meant a lot. I just hoped for more spiritual elements. Still, they treated my son like a person, not a case file. That alone made a big difference.

Honestly didn’t know what to expect, but Heartfelt turned out better than I hoped. They worked with my schedule so I could keep caring for my parents, and the staff was respectful and kind, not pushy. I do think more family classes and language help would make it even stronger.

I have had experience with different recovery centers and Northeast Addictions Treatment Center undoubtedly occupies the first place, in NEATC work exceptional individuals, they supported me during my moments of crisis, I'm deeply grateful for having taken care of me, their commitment with the people and families in Recovery is truly impressive. I was angry leaving my initial one star review because I felt lied to and deceived. I was told I’d be lucky to make it back to this place… meaning that I’d be dead and not be able to make it back. I was told I would be dead cause of how “horrible and defiant” I was. I did not like AA was not for me so I was going to die. Many people that worked here told me. My case worker gossiped about me to a whole group of my peers saying “one of you is going down a dark road” really? These are the people to trust? These are the people “getting me better.” Also they said the bill would not need to be paid and I kept getting harassed by AP office I believe in Florida? So I was furious. So my initial review was one star and I left out words because I wrote a nasty review and had to erase them. I wanted to come back and edit my one star review to a five star. Cause here I am, over 5 years later, still going strong as ever in my recovery, and I have a place that is mine, I have a good steady job, and I’m free of the chains of addiction. Whether I like it or not, my experience here is what lead me to where I am today. There was some amazing staff that was overworked and under paid so if by some grace of god they are still there, god bless. I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt and say they were trying reverse psychology on me, the staff talking crap about me to other peers, the staff saying I’d be dead. But they were not that smart, they genuinely were telling me I was hopeless. I won’t name you but I know that you know who you are. Now I sit here over 5 years later thinking that maybe if you did not spend so much time talking down and being hateful and judgmental to me, maybe all my brothers in program with me that are dead now, would still be alive if you paid them that energy. But it is what it is right? I don’t equate my success to NEATC, hell no. I put my success on my shoulders. I easily could have taken yall saying I’d be dead soon and actually gone and died. But I didn’t. I spit in all your faces and I proved all of you wrong. I did it for me. I did it for my brothers who died due to the lack of care they received wether insurance was poor or you just focused more on me being defiant than their complacent obedience to your AA. What works for some does not work for all. It’s your hate that drove the fight in me to succeed. I see my brothers in the program with me that never will get to share their smiles with the world, I can share the smile they taught me. I can share their message and I will not let them down. That’s why I have 5 stars. This place did exactly what it needed to. Just like life, drove me insane, judged me, hate on me, gave me a place to live full of rats and mice, financial issues to battle, had to face death, had to hear pain like no other, and was not the smoothest ride. But through the pain and darkness of life there is always light, you can be that light. You can change. Amidst all the bad, there was a handful of AMAZING staff and people that gave me a real life experience I will never ever ever forget. Just like life this place is not perfect, we need to take the challenges and push on. I loved this place. And always will. This place did heal me. Not how I wanted but how I needed. Just like real life. I noticed my growth as I wanted to change my one star review. Even after all the trouble, I pushed through and fought and still see the light. I am still a light that will not be dimmed. And this place is a HUGE part of the reason I am who I am today. An amazing light in a dark dark world. This place put a challenge in front of me, life is not easy, you need to put in the work, and when life punches, you need to punch back harder. Thank you NEATC and the amazing staff I can’t imagine would still be working here but if you are I love you. Forever I love you, and miss you, and wish you the best. Successfully completed IOP treatment with Ethan Green as my therapist. He was an amazing source of empowerment and strength in my recovery journey, his down to earth and human approach shatters any hesitation anyone may have to get treatment. I truly recommend this treatment center.

As I’ve pieced my life back together physically, mentally and spiritually Topsail has been my anchor. There are not enough words to express my gratitude for Topsails wonderful staff, especially my primary therapist. She helped save my life. Rockland Recovery has been such an incredible experience so far! As someone who has been to multiple outpatient facilities over the years, none of them compare to Rockland’s compassionate staff, insightful groups and recovery program that Rockland provides to their clients!

I am grateful for a second chance. Over the last few montha the program welcomed me back and I have made some positive changes in myself. The groups are really helpful, lunch is always top tier. Honestly I do get a lot out of the group therapy, my therapist hold me accountable and i have made some good friends. I feel comfortable being honest with all the staff, thank you for believing in me.

Woburn Wellness is truly amazing. They have the most supportive staff that are dedicated to each of their clients. All of the staff care for and treat each client with respect. I would highly recommend to any person who is looking for any support on their recovery journey.

This was my second time coming to NERC (hopefully last). I had lexi as my case manager and she was fantastic. She was extremely attentive and met with me almost everyday. She is so sweet, easy to talk to and extremely good at her job. I cannot say enough good things about her. 100/10! Ok

What a life changing experience! I have too many good things to say to list them all here. The buildings and the grounds are new and well maintained. The staff are all wonderful and go above and beyond for every client. I got to see first hand how hard everyone, frome the cleaning staff on up to the directors how hard they work for us and how much they care. The clinical staff are so knowledgeable and caring. I felt like everyone there was working on all my issues with such a drive and the highest level of competency. The recovery specialists do a food job of fostering a positive and safe group culture. I was especially impressed with Katie, who's commitment to the clients was demonstrated daily by her caring, upbeat, positive nature and willingness to go above and beyond for every client, all day, everyday. A big thank you to Katie and to Rose, Erin, Nikki and all the others who helped me change my life so drastically for the better in such a short 28 days. There are recovery centers out there doing good work and recovery centers doing great work. This place is doing phenomenal work. They help people make lasting changes in their lives. Thank you all!

This is a wonderful detox and treatment center! They will get you sober and give you the tools and resources that you’ll need to stay sober. Kind, caring, knowledgeable people (Case Managers, Recovery Specialists, nurses, food service staff, cleaning staff), nice, clean facilities, good food! Couldn’t ask for more. The folks at NERC truly care about you and your recovery. Special shout-out to Case Managers Sara, Tara, Brittany, Grace and Diana, as well as Recovery Specialists Pam, Gretchen, Danny, Nikki, Nikyrah, Esmeralda, Lauren, and all others whom I haven’t mentioned by name. Rose is an amazing family therapist. There are a lot of great, caring folks working here who truly want to help you! They also offer free, confidential family support through their Magnolia program. I highly recommend New England Recovery Center for detox and Clinical Stabilization Service (CSS).

I came to Bedrock on 28 April 2025 after struggling with addiction and alcohol abuse for many years. It was my third recovery. I didn’t have much hope that this one would work. I arrived. high sick and with a hangover. The intake process was simple enough and as soon as I got to the detox unit nurse Linda gave me medication to help with the detox. I was in detox for six days. it was bearable. Not enjoyable but bearable. After six days, I moved upstairs into a beautiful room. I shared a bathroom with two other girls and it was no problem. I stayed there for a total of 30 days. Those 30 days completely changed my life. At first, I didn’t believe in and didn’t trust my counselors or me. But with every day, my mind got clearer and some of what they said made sense. The medication’s helped. I’m not sure when or how but I started following the program and started doing the work and I got better. My counselor Jack was always available and I actually Started listening to him. I started trusting him.I started paying attention in group. I didn’t like what I heard -that this is lifelong and that I’ll have to do the hard work of recovery every day. But it got a little easier with every day and I started feeling better about life, about me , About a sober life. I made friends with some of the people in my group and found that I wasn’t alone with my pain, my doubts my disease. Playing ping-pong became a highlight of my days and painting became a place of peace for me. I had never painted before. I slept better and I woke up feeling good instead of guilty and ashamed. The cravings were manageable.. I cannot say enough about the techs at Bedrock. They were always available and went above and beyond to help us through difficult times and they also shared our successes with us. For real. The nurses were professional and supportive. My counselor Jack, and counselor math gave me concrete steps to follow to work my way out of a lifelong struggle. I followed those steps. Stacy and Nicole did fun activities with us and having fun sober was a new thing for me. They were wonderful. Arranging for my aftercare was not easy, but it got done. When I left after 36 days sober I started a PHP program the day after discharge. Now I’m in an IOP program once a week and I have 181 days sober and clean. Life is pretty damn beautiful. My marriage is better than it has ever been . The relationship with my children has been restored. I’m on step five and have a Sponsor in AA. I have a home group on Tuesday evenings and I look forward seeing them. The recovery work has become a natural part of my life. I live in a house now instead of a camper, and my stomach problems and headaches are gone. Bedrock saved my life my soul, my mind and I feel healthier than I have in decades. A truly amazing place staffed with kind, caring, wonderful, professional, fun, generous, thoughtful, and highly-skilled staff (I could go on) who are experts in ED recovery. My therapist at Laurel Hill is by far the best therapist I have ever had — I learned so much from her and am still in awe of how she challenged me and ED narratives. The clinical director treats clients like family and invests her time and energy into each and every one of us — she spent her Christmas holiday with clients baking cookies, enjoying holiday kareoke, and other festivities that she planned for us… it was a special holiday, filled with so much love and support. The nursing staff are SO cool and kind. The RCs are absolutely the best.. I don’t know how they do such a specialized and demanding job and do it SO well, all while getting to become so close with the clients. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone struggling with an eating disorder. I had lost hope when I entered treatment, and now I look forward to the day when I can say I am fully recovered, because thanks to the LH team, I know that day will come.

Aside from one of the RC’s always deez nutting the clients, great experience :)
