Just came home after four weeks at Serenity Treatment Center and it was a wonderful experience. I came home more with a better understanding of my condition and given great coping skills to deal with my anxiety and depression. I want to thank with all my heart two people in particular My clinitions Jack who gave me great one one one therapy with a kind and gentle heart and Rob...both true gemsne. Rob ran many of the group sessions always giving a lot of information and encouraged us to recognize our needs and work on coping skills that for me we're so important. Rob had a way of running groups and not making the groups boring with different approaches such as occasional an chuckle combined with many serious conversations. Anyone lucky enough to enter into the Serenity program is truly lucky. I would be wrong not to acknowledge the techs, nursing, cooking and cleaning staff all wonderful people.

RCA is a great program! The catch is you have to want it for yourself! It works if you work it! You have to put in the effort and advocate for yourself you are with 29 other women who all have needs as well So I recommend finding out who your clinical team is day one and get in their chairs and make yourself known and make it known how bad you want the help! Things take time and in any program there is a high turnover especially when all patient s are there voluntarily but keep in mind miracles don t happen over night and things do take time so I would recommend doing there thirty day program followed by there PHP/IOP program so you are still acquainted with your clinical team and can build lasting relationships in recovery.

I was destined to enter the doors at The Granite House and when I arrived my spirit was at its lowest due to my habitual drug and Alcohol relapses. I can wholeheartedly say with conviction that the spirit Of God works through the Amazing human beings who work in this organization. In the beginning I called them staff but before I knew it they were my family. Green Mountain Treatment Center saved my life. I was lucky enough to have found out about this facility in February of 2025. Words can not even describe how amazing the staff! My first night there was extremely hard for me and Petra was absolutely amazing ! I wanted to leave , I didn't feel good and she was able to calm me down and keep me there. My first impression of Mayflower was an amazing. I felt so comfortable with the staff immediately, they made me feel so welcomed and supportive. The staff was unbelievably knowledgeable in addition. I felt safe and well taken care of. My room was first class with my own TV. The food was cooked by a chef and was unbelievable. I was most impressed with the Director of the program. He did a morning group everyday to address any concerns we may have and to impress how he was there to help the clients. Very professional and comfortable at the same time. 10 out of 10. The best in Massachusetts if not the North East.

A truly amazing place staffed with kind, caring, wonderful, professional, fun, generous, thoughtful, and highly-skilled staff (I could go on) who are experts in ED recovery. My therapist at Laurel Hill is by far the best therapist I have ever had I learned so much from her and am still in awe of how she challenged me and ED narratives. I don t know how they do such a specialized and demanding job and do it SO well, all while getting to become so close with the clients.I would 100% recommend this place to anyone struggling with an eating disorder. If you are ready to accept help & want to make a positive change in your life you should definitely call them. I go to the Peabody clinic & it has been a great experience. Honestly I had no expectations I think except maybe I was just another number walking through the door & that has been the furthest thing from the truth. Everyone, I mean Everyone has been amazing. They care, I honestly believe that. They want to see you succeed in your recovery. When you walk in they remember you name, they are all very pleasant, which helps me so much going to a place that have a great staff. The security staff always smile & remember peoples names (incredible), the front desk are great, they are welcoming & funny, the nurses are always very pleasant & interact with you. I have the best counselor. She is amazing & so easy to talk to. She has been a rock for me in my recovery, I can t say enough about her. I have interacted a bit with the head counselor too & she has gone out of her way to help me when she was slammed with work & it s when I was new to the clinic. I really appreciated that. I just want to mention the director. She has been wonderful wherever I have interacted when her. She has been pleasant, calls me by my name which is impressive to me anyway because I don t see her much, but she remembers my name just the same. That says a lot to me about the type of person that leads the clinic. As you can tell I am a big fan of the place. They have helped me tremendously in getting over this mountain that I have been struggling with for a decade or so. When I see some of these negative reviews I don t think it s how 99.99% of the people going there feel. Most people only write reviews to complain. This clinic has i believe over 600 patients. Honestly if you are having a bad situation where you are not happy it s most likely because you messed up and are paying the consequences for your own actions. We are in this clinic to begin with because of bad decisions, bad roads we chose to take. The rules won t change from the day you decide to join to your last day after you complete the program. If you take care of your end of the deal they will live up to their end. Even if you relapse they will be there to pick you back up, encourage you and stick by you as long as it takes. I give a ton of credit & really appreciate the work that these people do. If you want help, call .. they will help you like they have everyone else.

Chapters is a great place to go to for php and iop the addiction to alcohol and drugs with this places get people life back on track. They have a great staff from Shannon James Dan Taylor Danielle Andi Drew Jordan Jaden Judy. They all give there heart out to support there patient and they do whatever it takes to make people feel welcomed. They also do great activity and the lunch is provided everyday Mon to Friday which is always delivered and delicious from where it comes from. Chapters saved my live! I would not be where I am today if I didn't meet the amazing people there and take in everything they had to offer. The staff is completely down to earth and they are genuinely passionate about helping you recover. Was on suboxone at a different clinic then relapsed for past 2 years til I found this place. Everyone has been supportive and none of them cynical, I feel like it's actually possible to get lasting and helpful treatment here. I don't know what others expect or consider important, but they listen and have been clear with me so I can learn what to expect and work toward short and long term goals. Front desk staff has been especially amazing. Learned quickly not to rely on anecdotes and just talk to them directly

The only thing I feel that some rules and who exactly makes final decisions on certain things,so there's no miscommunication for the clients. That would be extremely helpful, especially miscommunication with clients that have take homes basically I feel as though like I said in the beginning of this review maybe things need to be updated and everybody needs to be on the same page because I'm sure certain rules do change from time to time, and of course everybody needs to know what rules have changed whether you have take-homes or not. I would like to say something wonderful about three counselors and that's because I only know them and one of them is mine and the other one I do a group with and the third one I had have interactions with him when he was counselor of the week, the counselor Donna, Kim and Arthur a wonderful wonderful counselors they are fair and if you are doing everything you're supposed to and you're doing the right thing especially in working the program they will go to bat for their clients. Also the nurses are very nice as the front desk as well. I will end with this, this will work for you but only if you are going to use your footwork as well.

This place I received excellent help but I stopped going because I couldn't see myself completely sober ever because of regular physical and emotional problems. I have suffered much and I am going to get into a detox that allows me to go into a program from the detox so that I can adjust to sober living with support and treatment.But I give this clinic 5 stars for their staff and treatment they were really good to me and I am glad I found this website so that I could say Thank you to them.
