This recovery center is definitely a special place. And that is a good thing coming from me ☺️ and the first reason I am saying this is because of the fact that the staff. Like Britney Vallee she is literally beyond amazing she goes above her job obligations and she has a special quality of showing us ladies how it's done weather it's at the house or in public. The staff at RCA made a difficult time much easier for myself and my loved one. From the beginning, they treated him with kindness, patience, and genuine respect. You can tell they truly care about the people they help, not just professionally but personally as well. The nurses, counselors, and support staff were compassionate, attentive, and always willing to listen. As his partner, it gave me peace of mind knowing my loved one was surrounded by people who genuinely wanted to see them heal and succeed in recovery. They also made me feel supported during this time giving me resources and support when I needed it. I’m very grateful for the care and support they provided.

A truly amazing place staffed with kind, caring, wonderful, professional, fun, generous, thoughtful, and highly-skilled staff (I could go on) who are experts in ED recovery. My therapist at Laurel Hill is by far the best therapist I have ever had — I learned so much from her and am still in awe of how she challenged me and ED narratives. The clinical director treats clients like family and invests her time and energy into each and every one of us — she spent her Christmas holiday with clients baking cookies, enjoying holiday kareoke, and other festivities that she planned for us… it was a special holiday, filled with so much love and support. The nursing staff are SO cool and kind. The RCs are absolutely the best.. I don’t know how they do such a specialized and demanding job and do it SO well, all while getting to become so close with the clients. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone struggling with an eating disorder. I had lost hope when I entered treatment, and now I look forward to the day when I can say I am fully recovered, because thanks to the LH team, I know that day will come.

This place is great! I went there's TVs in the room and the groups are a amazing. Most importantly the staff are awesome they went above and beyond to get me placed where I really wanted to go. They made sure I had everything I needed for aftercare and just were amazing like I said! They gave me clothes. Made me feel comfortable. If your struggling check NERC out and most importantly after get to a 12 step meeting. Thank you!

I came to Elevate in April of 2023, and it was such a good experience, I stuck around for another 20 months to get better at emotional regulation. Good news! Now I am better at it! This is a great place to get better if you’re the mood to get better, and it’s even a great place if you’re not. The staff here genuinely cares about you, and if you’re willing to open up, they’ll do whatever they can to make things better. So give it a try if you’re on the fence! It sure worked for me.

I have struggled with my addiction for 20 years now and I’ve been on and off this clinic for several years. Linda is a miracle worker and one of the sweetest people I know. Laura is also the best! I’ve always had awesome clinicians Jim M. has been great to work with and has always been on point with helping me in every situation I come barreling in with!!! I couldn’t ask for a better person to be my clinician… except maybe Derek because he is the man 202 lol thanks Lowell Clinic I’m transferring so farewell for now I never know when I might come back to where I feel most comfortable and most supportive in my recovery!!!

Started at Peabody which was amazing. When I got to woburn a couple years ago I would have gave it a lower star but now they run so smoothly. There is almost never a line. Someone is always there to help you. Nurses are amazing and so nice and helpful. Front desk runs quickly and always answers questions and helps with a smile. As long as you put in the world, this program will work for you. Thank you for helping me so much during the worst time of my life.

The only thing I feel that some rules and who exactly makes final decisions on certain things,so there's no miscommunication for the clients. That would be extremely helpful, especially miscommunication with clients that have take homes basically I feel as though like I said in the beginning of this review maybe things need to be updated and everybody needs to be on the same page because I'm sure certain rules do change from time to time, and of course everybody needs to know what rules have changed whether you have take-homes or not. I would like to say something wonderful about three counselors and that's because I only know them and one of them is mine and the other one I do a group with and the third one I had have interactions with him when he was counselor of the week, the counselor Donna, Kim and Arthur a wonderful wonderful counselors they are fair and if you are doing everything you're supposed to and you're doing the right thing especially in working the program they will go to bat for their clients. Also the nurses are very nice as the front desk as well. I will end with this, this will work for you but only if you are going to use your footwork as well.

This place I received excellent help but I stopped going because I couldn't see myself completely sober ever because of regular physical and emotional problems. I have suffered much and I am going to get into a detox that allows me to go into a program from the detox so that I can adjust to sober living with support and treatment. But I give this clinic 5 stars for their staff and treatment they were really good to me and I am glad I found this website so that I could say Thank you to them.

I would like to say that Leah is the best therapist I’ve ever had. She is one of the most caring and sweetest people I’ve met. She truly takes the time to listen, understand, and work with you in a way that feels supportive and genuine.
