After having the courage to walk through the doors I had the most positive experience with the Rescu unit. The staff, counselors and all the supporting roles from kitchen to housekeeping made my stay amazing. I walked away with clarity and the tools to conquer the next step in life. Thanks to all for being compassionate and showing up to do good things for a person that was on the down and out.

I have been to RCA Westminster on a couple of occasions. The staff has always treated me well and the care team was great. The rooms are very comfortable with showers and queens beds for most of the rooms with just one roommate. I was very please with the accommodations and the plan that was set forth by the care team while I was there and my exit plan upon discharge. I would recommend RCA Westminster to anybody that is interested in starting their journey of recovery.

Love my psychiatrist I've been working with with psych drs since I was 6 for my anxiety and since I left my Dr from 6 to 14, I've been searching for a psychiatrist who understands me and I adore her I blab to her and she understands me this is the best especially with the refill line oh it's a life saver

Did a great job at drawing my blood, quick and easy. I've had a lot of times where people miss my vein multiple times so it was a relief.

Before coming to AdCare, I tried treatment at other places, but nothing ever worked. It wasn't until I went through detox at AdCare Hospital and got unbelievable care and then moved into their virtual outpatient care and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that everything changed for me. It took me a few tries, but they never gave up on me—even when I had completely given up on myself. ​I attended IOP with clinician Gladys, and she runs an absolutely unbelievable program. She taught me so much, gave me the tools i need to handle this disease, and never stopped believing in me. On top of that, I also have 1-on-1 counseling sessions with Gladys where I can really personalize my own recovery journey. It takes a very special kind of person to do this work, and Gladys is just an amazing human being. Graduating from her IOP was a huge moment for me. ​Now, I’m in two virtual groups that keep me grounded: Mondays at 10:30 a.m. with Marline, and Fridays at 10:30 a.m. with Elizabeth, the clinical manager. What amazing groups these are! Marline and Elizabeth are such incredible, compassionate people. They create a safe space for us without any judgment. They show what true compassion looks like every single day. ​These groups remind me that I’m not alone. We all have the same disease, but we each have different stories that matter, and they always make sure we feel seen and heard. These outpatient groups are so important—they literally teach us how to live, laugh, and to forgive ourselves. The staff is extremely helpful, very kind, understanding, willing to assist in any way they can. The Dr that is here does everything in his power so your detox process is gentle and what you need.

Experience I had was awesome.The program could do more than what it should we have more cigarette breaks on a different type of atmosphere.It would be helpful to some of us, some of us.It will be unhelpful, we need to have more music classes.Above all , the atmosphere of it is great , thank you

The combination of Reiki sessions provided by Lighthouse Holistic Healing and peaceful nature walks and hikes offered an invaluable opportunity to recharge both mentally and physically while reinforcing the importance of self-care in recovery. Resilience was a really big stepping stone for me. It was exactly what I needed when I got there. Great community of people that will do literally anything to help you. They’re always available. The lunch provided is also really good too!

Resilience was really helpful for a friend of mine. They offered EMDR therapy for a lot of the stuff they had been through and they found it very helpful. The therapists were very warm and kind. Groups were very informational too. Would definitely recommend!

Alright the staff is absolutely amazing, Sara the case manager helped me clear warrants and get into a sober house,. The other Sara the clinical director was extremely pleasant and has an open door policy which is really nice. Emily the nurse is another one that went above and beyond for me for my medications. The facility is nice, tv in the room, separate male and female tv lounges then a big one that’s for both. The food was great. The smoke breaks kinda suck, 7 a day last one is 8pm. The medical part really sucks, there blanket protocols so someone that used once gets the same protocol as someone using for years, it was ruff, you don’t get to talk to a dr ever. There famous for denying you any narcotics your prescribed either so keep that in mind. If it wasn’t for the medical aspect it would be 5 stars for sure.

my youngest son who is 20 months old saw Dr. Semmes and her amazing team yesterday for his first well child appt at this office and wow we had such an amazing experience! we booked it a few months ago when we first moved back to MA and it was definitely worth the wait! My son has in recent months (after several ear infections) become very fearful of doctors and dentists however it ended up being a really positive, FUN experience for him, his dad & i. they had a “child life specialist” who provided our son with toys to play with during the visit and had amazing techniques to distract him while he received his immunizations (the nurse who administered the immunizations also had great techniques!!) They both were so sweet and understanding. great communication from everyone, clean office and friendly front desk staff! very grateful and relieved! i definitely plan on bringing my next baby here who i am having in feb 🤍 thank you!

Laurel Hill was great and coming here is the best thing you could do for your recovery! I ended up discharging early and wish I stayed longer but I am so grateful for all the help i’ve got during my time and definitely suggest Laurel Hill if you are thinking about residential! You truly do feel at home here!

A truly amazing place staffed with kind, caring, wonderful, professional, fun, generous, thoughtful, and highly-skilled staff (I could go on) who are experts in ED recovery. My therapist at Laurel Hill is by far the best therapist I have ever had — I learned so much from her and am still in awe of how she challenged me and ED narratives. The clinical director treats clients like family and invests her time and energy into each and every one of us — she spent her Christmas holiday with clients baking cookies, enjoying holiday kareoke, and other festivities that she planned for us… it was a special holiday, filled with so much love and support. The nursing staff are SO cool and kind. The RCs are absolutely the best.. I don’t know how they do such a specialized and demanding job and do it SO well, all while getting to become so close with the clients. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone struggling with an eating disorder. I had lost hope when I entered treatment, and now I look forward to the day when I can say I am fully recovered, because thanks to the LH team, I know that day will come.

I travel 1.5 hours to this clinic (when I could just go to one 20 min from me) bcoz they treat you with such care, ZERO. judgement, support & compassion. From the front desk clerks to the nurses to the bomb upper level staff. They deal w/ tough stuff daily within this industry & their hearts are still wide open. HCRC bradston is so busy but treats u like ur their only client - Kiewon remembered my full name & # after meeting me once! I love it there & dont have enough space to write all my top notch experiences they've just been a huge support in my journey (the most important journey of my life tbh) so ill gladly travel the 3hour round trip!
