I went to Washburn house from December 27-January 7 to their detox program. I was 100 percent going to do their CSS but unfortunately there were not enough beds for women at that time. So I was sent to another CSS. My 12 days at Washburn completely transformed my life. This was my first time ever being in rehab before so I was beyond terrified. When I arrived at Washburn the Staff was amazing to me. They made me as comfortable as possible and let me know I could talk to them whenever I needed to. My caseworker LJ was absolutely amazing. She was so smart, compassionate and just supported me so much. As were all the other case workers. You could tell they really cared about their job and wanted everyone to succeed. The daily meetings at Washburn were great and they were the same as the meetings that I got at the CSS that I transferred to to be honest. And that is saying a lot because detox they know that you are sick and they are just trying to help you get through the day. But I got the best tools and ways to cope at my time at Washburn. The day to day floor staff was also so nice. They always checked in on you and made sure you were ok. When I went to the new CSS not a day went by that I didn t add Washburn to my gratitude list. I honestly believe if I didn t go to Washburn first I wouldn t have gotten the positive and life changing experience that I got. I am 27 days sober and I plan on staying sober for the rest of my life, with a lot of hard work ahead of me. My family and me will forever be grateful to Washburn and If you are ready to do the work then you can get so much out of this program. I mean there are hard to find the words to thank a place that you feel like helped give you your life back!

The Washburne house is hands down the best DETOX/CSS In the State. I ve been to probably all of them and I ve never had a better experience. I went in October 2024 broken, lost my spouse of 20 yrs my business, my truck, and my apartment. I was negative about my future and ready to not even try. When I left I went to the facility I wanted to go, I was positive, and for the first time of many times trying in the past Im really serious and ready to stay sober. I can t say enough or express how much the BHTS CASEWORKER/CLINICIANS MDS/NURSING, and the kitchen and House Kitchen staff have made an impact on my stay. I would and will recommend anyone who wants to get there life together and seriously change the Washburn house is a place that will make you feel welcome and give you all the tools and support to continue and get you where you need to go on your journey to sobriety. On a final note I m going back in 6 months and apply to work part time as a BHT so I can give back the same experience and help to the next person in need also feel the same as the Washburn House made me feel. Hey Everyone at RCA Westminster!Rikku here, your favorite fluffy, Siberian Husky therapy dog, checking in with my human mom! We've been having a blast visiting you every Tuesday for about a year now, and we absolutely love being a part of the RCA Westminster family. It's our special way of giving back, and it brings us so much joy!You guys always make us feel so incredibly welcome! The staff are the best seriously, sometimes I think they sneak in even more cuddles than the patients (and I'm totally okay with that!). My mom loves to get me dressed up in a different bandana or outfit each week, so keep an eye out for my stylish looks! Seriously, she has something for every occasion!Our Tuesday routine involves visiting each of the three groups Wachusett, Monadnock, and Rescue for around 20-30 minutes each. I love showing off my tricks and all the cool things I've learned. It's also great hearing about your own furry friends and just getting to snuggle, especially when someone's having a tough time.My mom's face lights up whenever a patient or staff member says they've been waiting all day for our visit! We really put our hearts into making each Tuesday a special and uplifting experience for everyone.A Note from Rikku's Mom:Being part of the RCA Westminster community has been such an eye-opening and heartwarming experience. We adore our Tuesday visits, and the staff there make it so easy and enjoyable!Their genuine affection for Rikku is wonderful to see, and they always look forward to his visits and his ever-changing wardrobe.Rikku has totally got the RCA routine down. The moment we pull into the parking lot, he's ready to go, tail wagging, knowing he's about to get lots of love (and maybe a few treats, ok ok a LOT of treats!). He's even starting to pick up on when someone needs a little extra attention and will stay by their side a bit longer he's such a smart boy!We've attached some photos from our visits around RCA. I recently went with a friend, who is an alumni of RCA, to a meeting. My friend is sober over a year and is still involved in going to RCA. They can t say enough about the place, all positive for them. To see the change in my friend and my experiences as a visitor, I feel the same as they do. They have great staff and there s a good energy in the place. I m looking forward to going back with my friend and passing it on.

I've been to a few different rehab's by far RCA been the cleanest and most helpful program for my recovery I'm grateful that I was directed to RCA.

I struggled with drug addiction for 20 years. Could never break the cycle where I lived in Alabama 37 yrs of my life. I was out of options. My insurance found Paramount Recovery Centers in Massachusetts. I got ahold of them and they started the process to get me up here. They was a true blessing. Helped pay for my plane tickets and got me up here. I went thru 6 months of PHP program and then outpatient. Everyone from intake coordinators to councilors and all way up to program directors ALL helped me any way they possibly could. And thru this program I found hope again. I couldn t have done it without their help and am forever grateful for Paramount Recovery Centers. I stayed in their men s sober houses for 2 yrs now and am a manager at another one now. I highly recommend Paramount for anyone struggling with alcohol or drug addiction. Even mental health issues too. They are truly a leader in the recovery community here in Massachusetts.

I attended Paramount recovery program in February of 2023. I found it to be a life-changing experience thanks to all of the amazing clinicians and staff that work there. I would highly recommend this program to anyone that is struggling with addiction.

My cousin has struggled with addiction for most of his adult life. He s been to countless rehabs, tried meditation and even hypnosis to get over his issues with substances. It wasn t until he joined Paramount Recovery Centers PHP that he actually began to embrace sobriety as his new norm. You see, what my cousin never had was a sense of community, and that is exactly what Paramount provided. It was clear from the moment I dropped him off with the clinical staff that he was going to be in good hands. Without Paramount my cousin may be in jail or even worse, deceased. We will always remember Paramount as the place that saved his life.

Unfortunately I have been here a few times, but they were always welcoming and compassionate about it. They have some really great staff. The food is decent for the most part, there is plenty of it. The groups were good over all. Obviously some were more relative than others. Overall I would recommend NERC to a friend or relative.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about NERC in Westborough!!!! From my admission down at detox with Pam and Danny who really helped me decide to continue care at CSS and I m glad I did! To now 28 days later, I am ever so grateful for the team up there too! Words cannot describe how supported I was, If I had to use one word, I would say the care was priceless! Putting yourself first is something one has to do to get clean. I m so glad I did! Thank you New England recovery center! If it wasn t for you, I don t think I d be where I am now. Most importantly thank you Katie, for being such an amazing coach and cheerleader, do not lose that one because people like her don t come around that often! For Rose for saving my marriage! I want to thank all the staff at NERC for making my stay very productive and comfortable. The staff the food and the living area was clean and for the first time I feel very strong leaving the program with the knowledge and help of the staff in my recovery.

This is my first outpatient experience and have found this program to be very helpful. My therapist is very insightful and super kind. The group facilitators are very knowledgeable and genuinely thoughtful and supportive. This is a great place for both addiction and mental health.

Have been going to Resilience since November of 2024 and have nothing but great things to say. The staff are extremely helpful and kind, the group therapy is engaging and interesting, and the one on one therapy is extremely insightful. Whether you re here for substance abuse, mental health, or are a veteran in their veteran s program, RBH is the way to go.

Resilience has changed my life drastically for the better! I cannot recommend this program enough. Coming in with an open mind and ready to work on myself helped me better myself all around. This was the best decision I have ever made and I am happy I chose Resilience to help me with this journey! Thank you all!!

Came off 170 mgs of methadone without any major problems. I slept, ate, and was overall content. Nursing and tech staff made the stay what it should be. I m not really a taker but sometimes a smile from a random staff would get me out of the funk. They reduced my methadone 10mg a day from 170 until 20mg. I thought I would feel awful at 20 but the only problem I had was high blood pressure and sweating. All symptoms I could deal with. It s detox! You re not going to like everything about it!Atlanta, Mark, Christine, Joe, JAMIE! No techs or nurses ever made me feel like I was a bother. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get off a substance. Especially methadone, in I feel 1000 times better without that crap in my body. I live in NJ, only one place would take my ins. The rest would only detox from methadone of a 30-40mg dose. Sunrise did not rush me and kept their word I wouldn t receive surprise bills. They even didn t bill me for things they should have. Shortly before I went there I was on a ventilator. I am Doing the work but this place helped get me across the line. If you complain here it s your addiction talking. Has your addiction ever been correct with advice? Great place!

Place is incredible.The admin staff are rude and lazy.Nursing is great and Christine was an angel I needed at the time.Very grateful.

Love my psychiatrist I've been working with with psych drs since I was 6 for my anxiety and since I left my Dr from 6 to 14, I've been searching for a psychiatrist who understands me and I adore her I blab to her and she understands me this is the best especially with the refill line oh it's a life saver

Did a great job at drawing my blood, quick and easy. I've had a lot of times where people miss my vein multiple times so it was a relief.

A truly amazing place staffed with kind, caring, wonderful, professional, fun, generous, thoughtful, and highly-skilled staff (I could go on) who are experts in ED recovery. My therapist at Laurel Hill is by far the best therapist I have ever had I learned so much from her and am still in awe of how she challenged me and ED narratives. The clinical director treats clients like family and invests her time and energy into each and every one of us she spent her Christmas holiday with clients baking cookies, enjoying holiday kareoke, and other festivities that she planned for us it was a special holiday, filled with so much love and support. The nursing staff are SO cool and kind. The RCs are absolutely the best.. I don t know how they do such a specialized and demanding job and do it SO well, all while getting to become so close with the clients.I would 100% recommend this place to anyone struggling with an eating disorder. I had lost hope when I entered treatment, and now I look forward to the day when I can say I am fully recovered, because thanks to the LH team, I know that day will come.

I can't even begin to express my gratitude towards Monte Nido and especially the staff. Coming to residential at Monte Nido truly saved my life and I don't believe that I would be here today if I didn't go here.

Great Recovery has helped me so much in my journey to Recovery.

I've been at Merrick Street for nearly a year, and my experince has been truly amazing. Spectrum staff members are caring, well-educated and passionate about helping each client on an individual basis. The level of care far exceeds that of other programs. I started my 'journey' at Sisters of Providence in Holyoke, and (apart from my clinician -- who was amazing!), it felt like conveyor-belt-style care. Now, that was a 2-hour round-trip commute every morning, but Information about Spectrum (20 minutes away) was hidden from me (despite my inquiries) for months because it was a separate organization and they likely didn't want to lose me as a paycheck -- I mean patient.Spectrum is the total opposite. It has changed my life. I wasted years fearing a program, and the stigma attached. But I realized-- since I was already dealing with the stigma of having fibromyalgia and chronic pain, it made no difference, and I needed to try -- for me. Since entering, I have met so many incredible people, shared and heard many incredible stories, and in a way, I am proud to be part of something so positive.

I can't express, the staff & treatment is Top notch. Staff so compassionate. Meals ,very good. There is not a bad thing I can say re:overall services. The Worcester staff is very special. So compassionate. I all you guys &gals I thank you.still obviously dealing with my demons. But, 2 meetings a day. I thank you all!

I never knew anything like this existed! I've never met someone so caring, comforting, and helpful as Nicole! She went WELL above and beyond my expectations! I am so thankful for her help and how CC helps people in the community. PLEASE donate. PLEASE volunteer. We all have to do what we can to help keep organizations like this afloat!!!!

I wanted to take a few moments out of my day to acknowledge the staff at the Bradston street clinic. Especially Keiwon Crump.I don't usually write reviews... However, there is NO WAY that I could let this staff (and again, especially Keiwon) go without writing just how amazing, patient, understanding, and caring this establishment treats ALL of the people who walk through the door. (All due to the staff).The environment that Keiwon has brilliantly created there begins with staff at the door - whom without fail, always greets nearly each individual with a smile. If you have any concerns or questions, they are always ready and willing to make sure that before you walk out the door that whatever it is you may need is handled.At the front desk is where Keiwon typically mans the clinic. As you can imagine, there is a large variety of things that get sent through that station and in my experience I have never seen Keiwon look overwhelmed or be anything but cool, calm, and collected, and of course, professional! He is definitely the "go to guy" for any information of what you may need. He is very knowledgeable and always steers clients in the proper direction. I can't think of a single day he hasn't been there working, even all weekend (and what seems like) every weekend as well, on top of the regular work week. And I want to make sure I don't send the wrong information, Keiwon is working and over seeing FAR more than the front desk. That just seems to be where he works his magic from!The Bradston street clinic is lucky to have Keiwon to say the least. In my opinion, I get the feeling of why he is so compassionate about his job is 2-fold: (1) because he clearly is someone with integrity when it comes to his level of professionalism (2) he goes above and beyond for everyone because he really truly cares for the well being of the people walking through the door.Keiwon makes me want to go back into recruiting because he is definitely a stellar employee and just an all around amazing professional!!! He could work anywhere and with anyone. That's not a quality you can learn and is hard to find.I'm not sure if I should be writing this, but should anyone be looking for a once and a lifetime employee, check this guy out. In my experience when you work somewhere for a while and you are known to be a 100% trustworthy and responsible employee (to the point the top level staff sleeps better and night knowing they have less worries when Keiwon Crump is there) the more and more responsibilities you pick up but more often than not it doesn't benefit your paycheck. I only say that because I'm sure many professionals know this and have experienced it. It always happens to professionals who are dedicated like Keiwon!Thank you Bradston street staff for always helping my day start off happier!!!

This is my first time ever going to a clinic but for the most part everyone there seems pretty cool and there s never really a line. My only thing that I find really difficult is that I ve been stuck on 25 MG since I got out of detox at the end of October and apparently have to wait until the 19th of November for my clinical intake to up my dosage which I need badly every day it s hard to just wanna get up and go there because I m in so much pain. It almost feels like it s not even worth it to go sometimes because I have to walk 40 minutes there in 40 minutes back from my house every day.

Where else are u gonna get police escort. Sometimes donations..an nurses are very professional/nice now.. an councilors like Carlos or Dave O..if i can get 3yrs ..NO SLIPS. Keep it moving fam
