I would strongly recommend Rockland’s PHP and IOP if you are looking to strive in your recovery. All of the staff and clinicians are extremely well educated and very welcoming. 10/10!

Rockland recovery is like no other, I’ve been to many recovery programs and have never been affected this drastically. I recommend this program to anyone seeking treatment.

Serenity was one of a kind I really owe it to them because time n time again they save my life I’m super thankful to have a place where it’s not home but close enough the staff is amazing and I’m really blessed to have made it this far thank you a million times

From detox to the three weeks at css, not once was I not cared for no matter what my needs were. . From every bht' ( shot out to Ari ,Navaeh, Jessica Andrea, jay , Megan, kaleigh and Caroline) to my case worker Nicole , the clinical team, especially lindsey and jenine, to the actual directors Kelly and Mike... Each and every step I took was guided and held sacred for the sake of what was best for my journey to freedom from the disease of addiction. The nursing staff is exceptional too, and the RN Leah is always on the floor personally checking in with each client at least twice a week ,so I never felt unheard or alone through any part of my detox to css. The groups are informative,consistent and really address the causes and effects that could create freedom or relapse. There is a commitment every night too!! The facility itself is luxury. And once I got to css I started to hit the gym!! sanity over vanity!! Movement is a big outlet for me! The food here is incredible, and they offer a salad bar for lunch , as well as food alternatives every day. I'm headed to further treatment, and am leaving Serenity feeling supported beyond words. This place brought me back to life. It started with my admission, I didn't feel judged, just supported, and I'm leaving feeling like Serenity will always have my heart and grateful it begin my journey to freedom!!!

Successfully completed IOP treatment with Ethan Green as my therapist. He was an amazing source of empowerment and strength in my recovery journey, his down to earth and human approach shatters any hesitation anyone may have to get treatment. I truly recommend this treatment center.

I’m two and a half years clean thanks to this place. To keep it short, I left detox and went to another facility that was extremely strict about AA and pushed it in a way that didn’t work for me. When I expressed that, it became an issue, so I chose to leave.. leaving was difficulty the other facility made me walk miles and miles before allowing myself a cell phone and left my stranded in the middle of nowhere. I got the courage after leaving to find another facility and CHOOSE NOT TO GO BACK TO THE LIFESTYLE I ONCE HAD. Finding Mayflower made all the difference. I appreciated that they allowed a more balanced, normal routine outside of meetings—you could relax, watch TV, do crafts, play basketball, and still focus on recovery. They also offered a different approach to sobriety that felt more supportive and personalized. What really stood out was the medical staff—they were always there when I needed them and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. This was my first time getting sober, and I’ve stayed sober ever since because of this place.. great food as well. I’m so thankful for this place because without them I don’t know where I would be today. If one place isn’t a fit for you in recovery please find the next place and do not give up!

would get 5 stars if one bht didn’t make me feel uncomfortable and didn’t act so hostile towards me. when this bht was working i felt uncomfortable to talk to her, or even do anything in front of her because she made it show she didn’t like me. but besides that it was great.

The staff were as instrumental to my success in sobriety as anything I did on my own, if not more. They are knowledgeable, relatable, and very caring. All of them treat you as an individual and will always make time for you. My experience with Topsail was a life-changing one.

I did an evening IOP for close to 4 months at Topsail. I feel very, very fortunate to have found myself there as I had done a different program before that “didn’t stick”. There was a wonderful diversity to the staff that lead the nightly sessions - different in terms of personalities, thoughts, approaches, insights etc. The group of patients/clients was equally as varied. Yes - doing a night program after working all day wasn’t the easiest (mentally and physically) but I genuinely looked forward to ending my day with something that was meant to help me. I also met one on one with a therapist (Jen Unger - fantastic!!!) and a Nurse Practitioner (Craig - bright, articulate, and intelligent) and I can’t say how much those interactions helped as well. I was discharged from the program and feel like it was a solid foundation on which to proceed on my recovery. I had not a single negative interaction with the Staff of Topsail during my time there; they have all obviously chosen the right careers for the right reasons. my youngest son who is 20 months old saw Dr. Semmes and her amazing team yesterday for his first well child appt at this office and wow we had such an amazing experience! we booked it a few months ago when we first moved back to MA and it was definitely worth the wait! My son has in recent months (after several ear infections) become very fearful of doctors and dentists however it ended up being a really positive, FUN experience for him, his dad & i. they had a “child life specialist” who provided our son with toys to play with during the visit and had amazing techniques to distract him while he received his immunizations (the nurse who administered the immunizations also had great techniques!!) They both were so sweet and understanding. great communication from everyone, clean office and friendly front desk staff! very grateful and relieved! i definitely plan on bringing my next baby here who i am having in feb 🤍 thank you!

Laurel Hill was great and coming here is the best thing you could do for your recovery! I ended up discharging early and wish I stayed longer but I am so grateful for all the help i’ve got during my time and definitely suggest Laurel Hill if you are thinking about residential! You truly do feel at home here!

A truly amazing place staffed with kind, caring, wonderful, professional, fun, generous, thoughtful, and highly-skilled staff (I could go on) who are experts in ED recovery. My therapist at Laurel Hill is by far the best therapist I have ever had — I learned so much from her and am still in awe of how she challenged me and ED narratives. The clinical director treats clients like family and invests her time and energy into each and every one of us — she spent her Christmas holiday with clients baking cookies, enjoying holiday kareoke, and other festivities that she planned for us… it was a special holiday, filled with so much love and support. The nursing staff are SO cool and kind. The RCs are absolutely the best.. I don’t know how they do such a specialized and demanding job and do it SO well, all while getting to become so close with the clients. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone struggling with an eating disorder. I had lost hope when I entered treatment, and now I look forward to the day when I can say I am fully recovered, because thanks to the LH team, I know that day will come.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Liz in Admissions. She was patient, kind and informative. I can’t speak to the services themselves, but if getting through the initial interview is anything like the rest of the experience, it’s bound to be high quality and worthwhile.

I am so incredibly grateful for Liz and the kindness and compassion she showed me during a very difficult time. She patiently answered all my questions, walked me through the registration process, and helped schedule my first appointment. But what meant the most to me was the way she made me feel while discussing such personal and sensitive information. She was warm, understanding, and genuinely caring. I never once felt rushed or judged, only heard, respected, and supported. It takes a truly special person to make someone feel comfortable and cared for during such a vulnerable moment, and Liz did exactly that for me. She made a difficult first step feel so much less overwhelming, and that meant more to me than she probably realizes. I hope she knows what a difference her kindness made. Thank you, Liz, for being such a bright spot during a difficult time. You are truly appreciated!

Liz helped me out with getting into META. i have just started treatment last week. But she was very helpful, answered all my questions, and seemed very genuine!
