Unfortunately I have been here a few times, but they were always welcoming and compassionate about it. They have some really great staff. The food is decent for the most part, there is plenty of it. The groups were good over all. Obviously some were more relative than others. Overall I would recommend NERC to a friend or relative.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about NERC in Westborough!!!! From my admission down at detox with Pam and Danny who really helped me decide to continue care at CSS and I’m glad I did! To now 28 days later, I am ever so grateful for the team up there too! Words cannot describe how supported I was, If I had to use one word, I would say the care was priceless! Putting yourself first is something one has to do to get clean. I’m so glad I did! Thank you New England recovery center! If it wasn’t for you, I don’t think I’d be where I am now. Most importantly thank you Katie, for being such an amazing coach and cheerleader, do not lose that one because people like her don’t come around that often! For Rose for saving my marriage! Laura and Eli for being the all star team clinician and case worker combo ever created!!! Pam holding down the fort! And thank you to Erin the boss lady for employing such an amazing team!! Lastly, I want to thank all the staff specifically Manny, Isaac, Peggy, Brittany, O, Zion, NO for always being so nice and helpful throughout this journey! The food was great too!

My social worker, Katie, was a great communicator who seemed to get a very good sense of my child in a short amount of time. I spoke to the Dr on the phone twice and felt listened to.
After a week and minor med adjustments my seven year old was referred to a less restrictive environment and transported the next day.
