This place was great I went here the staff went above and. Beyond to help me get to the place I choose for further treatment they also got me multiple things I needed like clothes and cosmetics literature for the 12 step program I do! The groups were good. The clinical staff was very good to me and made me feel at home! Also there's tvs in the room so that was cool when I had nothing going on and the smoke breaks were just enough. And spaced very good! If have to go any where again its gonna be here!

This time last year, I was in a place I had never found myself in before in this life. To say that times were dark and the outlook seemingly bleak and increasingly hopeless is an understatement. Then I did something I'm not typically accustomed to doing, I reached out for help. And to my surprise, someone picked up the phone on the other end and was there for me to listen, to offer solutions, and to help me begin the process of recovery. No judgment, no lectures, no cynicism, just a purely honest willingness to help up their fellow man. Regardless of my state of being, they were there with knowledge and encouragement and compassion and motivation and a true desire to provide you with the tools, skills, and abilities to not only help yourself, but to succeed beyond expectations and be fruitful in the process. I know because fast forward to now, my life couldn't be more of a polar opposite than it was at this time last year. My most heartfelt thanks and gratitude will forever go out to Jesse, Alyssia, Chuck, and the many many others in the Perennial Recovery family who have impacted my life in one positive way or another. I have to say when I first got to perennial I was one very angry angry individual due to being in seven comas and suffering traumatic brain injury ADHD PTSD trauma abandonment issues and drug and alcohol this place has given me I'm feeling of self-confidence being able to attend positive goals being able to look itself deal with self process my issues.... Every single individual that works there goes above and beyond .... Being from the streets since I was 14 years old now I'm 50 I've had some serious trust issues the feeling they give me is like family orientated with tough love they make it comfortable to deal with some serious personal feelings that I was never being able to talk to anyone about they help me break down my walls and build up positive ones having Alyssa as a case manager was just like having Wonder woman in my corner she worked with me and knocked it out of the park she never made me feel uncomfortable when I didn't understand something she showed me and guided me through it all so I could do it myself the next time nevermind all the tools to shimmy shake through the negativity and the tools to help me stay away from wanting to just avoid it and run to alcohol and drugs... The Washburn House program from the ATS (Detox) to the CSS program was incredible. I honestly will not be able to put into words how much this Program helped me so much in many different ways. The food, I did not have a bad meal in the 28 days I spent there. The camaraderie between most of the gentlemen and some women was amazing. Also, the staff. I could write a book on how helpful, thoughtful, caring, supportive, and genuinely there to help the clients in any way they could. Its hard to put into words how much Paramount changed my life. Ive been in a few treatment facilities over the years but this one has a different feel to it. From day one I felt like I was in the right place because the staff made it a point to welcome me and made me feel comfortable. I found all the groups very beneficial and the focus of mental illness and addiction made a huge impact on me. After completion of treatment I know I'm on the right path. Its going to be a life long journey but Paramount gave me the tools I need to succeed. Much love and gratitude to all the Staff at paramount. I plan on keeping in Paramount in my life!

I really can't say enough about Paramount, I just finished my treatment there, and I have tremendous gratitude for all of the staff for being a part of my recovery journey. I was overwhelmed that first day right after detox with all that happened with initially getting clean, but the staff is obviously well practiced at putting their new clients at ease. Loved the groups and their curriculum, it's clear they continually evaluate what works well and they listen to feedback. I felt like I was extremely well matched to my therapist and I made a lot of headway into having insight to my addiction and issues surrounding my relapses. I feel very well equipped after finishing the program to continue with my recovery and get my life back

I've been at Merrick Street for nearly a year, and my experince has been truly amazing. Spectrum staff members are caring, well-educated and passionate about helping each client on an individual basis. The level of care far exceeds that of other programs. I started my 'journey' at Sisters of Providence in Holyoke, and (apart from my clinician -- who was amazing!), it felt like conveyor-belt-style care. Now, that was a 2-hour round-trip commute every morning, but Information about Spectrum (20 minutes away) was hidden from me (despite my inquiries) for months because it was a separate organization and they likely didn't want to lose me as a paycheck -- I mean patient. Spectrum is the total opposite. It has changed my life. I wasted years fearing a program, and the stigma attached. But I realized-- since I was already dealing with the stigma of having fibromyalgia and chronic pain, it made no difference, and I needed to try -- for me. Since entering, I have met so many incredible people, shared and heard many incredible stories, and in a way, I am proud to be part of something so positive.

Great place to get sober. They had the best staff helping me to receive comprehensive care. I ended up staying with them 7months, I found it that helpful. Definitely not my first program, but they stand out from the rest. Perfect place for aftercare for people who have detoxed or done residential treatment. They work well with various sober living houses. They are also very flexible with the different levels of care that they offer.

I’ve been to many treatment centers and I was nervous to try a new program and I’m glad I chose to try Blue Hills Recovery. There are not many programs that have both clinical and housing and to have this option and opportunity stepping down from a residential facility was extremely helpful and necessary. From the BHTs at housing to the group facilitators, therapists, program director, and clinical director at clinical were extremely empathetic, compassionate, and helpful. I chose Blue Hills Recovery because they specialize in trauma work and they provided the space and care I needed to start that work.
