I finally tried looking for some place closer and thank the Lord He led me here. I called and they asked about insurance which I gave all my info about. I seriously had doubts that it would be of any help. Years ago methadone wasnt covered easily by insurance... But they made my day when they told me yep they take my insurance which is through marketplace. AND I would not have to pay anything out of pocket!! I was singing and dancing. Been here ever since. Even when I messed up and missed open enrollment, they still worked with me without insurance... i was so worried but everyone reassured me that they would find a way to help me here and they did. The office manager helped me find a location where I could get my dose since I missed it on Saturday and I was so grateful for him to reach out because I finally got my dose I needed Because THEY CARE! I believe it is $15 a day to pay for your methadone and If you want to go the Suboxone Route they also offer that as well ( I dont remember the cost per day but it is slightly higher than the methadone ) they only serve the liquid methadone ( cherry ) IF you are guest dosing there is a $25 charge, but you only have to pay that once a year. BUT what makes New Season Treatment a good to great clinic in my eyes, is no matter what person you deal with it is always with respect and they seem to actually care about the people they serve . From the Doctor to the Nurse to the Counselors dont have anything bad to say about any of them. I was in quite a predicament at one point in my recovery And I actually was a full time client with New Season and I ended 2 weeks later having to move to Houston And they never treated me differently or made a fuss about the situation just helped me get the transfer to Houston. I would WAY rather have stayed with New Season than my current Home clinic if I'm being %100 honest... I can also say I went to other clinics in the DFW Area and I had a horrible experience at another clinic in Dallas and New Season is my go to for the Dallas / Fort Worth Area. I called 988 in July 2024, and they sent 2 regular people to just talk to me. They did not judge or tell me what to do, they listened and were able to get me out of the living environment that was making my grief from my sweet baby brother’s suicide so much worse. I’ve been homeless and was DONE soI took half a bottle of blood pressure pills. Crazy thing because I didn’t even get a good night sleep. So then I was assigned a case worker who was a regular person going to college to get his degree in counseling, who would come and pick me up, take me to my appointments and take me to the pharmacy. It was amazing and it’s because for once I was SHOWN my life was worth living, clearly something my own family would never do. I’ve been at this clinic almost a year and now my social security will finally go through in a few months. They even helped me do my application and soon I will have my own income and will never need help from any family ever again, and THAT feels great. I’m healing a little and none of this could have happened without MHMR. I’m just so grateful & this place does great work if you’re very direct and honest about what you need. I use to go to denton clinic last year and even years ago and I was honestly struggling very hard to keep up with payments and Im not here to bash... I blame myself for not communicating better. At the time I was forced to leave my denton home and stay with family in the colony and had to drive every day Mon thru Fri to denton. I finally tried looking for some place closer and thank the Lord He led me here. I called and they asked about insurance which I gave all my info about. I seriously had doubts that it would be of any help. Years ago methadone wasnt covered easily by insurance... But they made my day when they told me yep they take my insurance which is through marketplace. AND I would not have to pay anything out of pocket!! I was singing and dancing. Been here ever since. Even when I messed up and missed open enrollment, they still worked with me without insurance... i was so worried but everyone reassured me that they would find a way to help me here and they did. Everyone is SO NICE also. Love it here.

I absolutely love this place from the front staff all the way to the back staff. Everybody is so amazing and so kind. The office manager helped me find a location where I could get my dose since I missed it on Saturday and I was so grateful for him to reach out because I finally got my dose I needed Because THEY CARE! My counselor Callie (my saving grace) showed me that I actually really do matter and gave me a sense of belonging for the FIRST time in my life! I will start this review off by giving some information about myself so you can actually get something out of this review and hopefully it will help someone else get their life back on track. I travel 46 weeks out of the year, sometimes my company has to fly me home for a day so I can make an appearance at my home clinic to stay compliant, so I have been to Methadone Clinics all across the United States as a Guest Dose Patient. I can honestly say New Season is one of the good ones. The lady who works up front is super nice And has been nothing but helpful to me. I believe it is $15 a day to pay for your methadone and If you want to go the Suboxone Route they also offer that as well ( I dont remember the cost per day but it is slightly higher than the methadone ) they only serve the liquid methadone ( cherry ) IF you are guest dosing there is a $25 charge, but you only have to pay that once a year. BUT what makes New Season Treatment a good to great clinic in my eyes, is no matter what person you deal with it is always with respect and they seem to actually care about the people they serve . From the Doctor to the Nurse to the Counselors dont have anything bad to say about any of them. I was in quite a predicament at one point in my recovery And I actually was a full time client with New Season and I ended 2 weeks later having to move to Houston And they never treated me differently or made a fuss about the situation just helped me get the transfer to Houston. I would WAY rather have stayed with New Season than my current Home clinic if I'm being %100 honest... I can also say I went to other clinics in the DFW Area and I had a horrible experience at another clinic in Dallas and New Season is my go to for the Dallas / Fort Worth Area.

Every one here is SO NICE! I was looking forward to finally meeting a doctor who could help me. Well, when I met Dr. Dinghra through an iPad and only saw her eyes and nothing more, it felt extremely impersonal. I gave the doctor the benefit of the doubt. As we proceeded to talk she began interrupting me and even worse he started subtly insulting. Complete lack of empathy throughout. She only had his eyes in the frame I had no idea who I was even talking to. I could barely understand her but I definitely understood the insults. She should be fired IMMEDIATELY. Update: The director switched me doctors to Reddy and she was by far way better than Dangra. She is very nice and listened to me.

If it weren’t for MHMR, I wouldn’t be alive today. They have saved my life! Maybe my situation is just different?! I called 988 in July 2024, and they sent 2 regular people to just talk to me. They did not judge or tell me what to do, they listened and were able to get me out of the living environment that was making my grief from my sweet baby brother’s suicide so much worse. I’ve been homeless and was DONE soI took half a bottle of blood pressure pills. Crazy thing because I didn’t even get a good night sleep. So then I was assigned a case worker who was a regular person going to college to get his degree in counseling, who would come and pick me up, take me to my appointments and take me to the pharmacy. It was amazing and it’s because for once I was SHOWN my life was worth living, clearly something my own family would never do. I’ve been at this clinic almost a year and now my social security will finally go through in a few months. They even helped me do my application and soon I will have my own income and will never need help from any family ever again, and THAT feels great. I’m healing a little and none of this could have happened without MHMR. I’m just so grateful & this place does great work if you’re very direct and honest about what you need.

I have only positive thoughts about Chapter House. My son has been there the last 10 months until his recent transfer. Last year was the most difficult time for him (and us). Doug and Marty were fantastic. They get to know their clients and are really dialed into each of their challenges. My son has been in many treatment facilities the last 6 years and I can tell you he made the most progress at Chapter House, he is the most stable that he has been in years. Chapter House is more than a Sober Living facility, they have much more safeguards and work more closely with the clients, more so than other facilities he has been to. I plan to stay in contact with Doug (Director Oper.) who really developed a great relationship with my son (and myself), he has a great heart and is so committed to his people.

My experience was far beyond my expectations. I had a tooth pain like something I've never experienced before. I just walked in and was like, look I need help, I can't do this. They said give us an hour and we got you lol. I came back and they got me back there, prepped, ready and done in 45 minutes on a busy Friday afternoon. The real kicker is I went to another Dentist office and they quoted me a $900 for a tooth and I left this appointment paying around $150! I believe my dentist name at JPS was Dr Steven but him and his ENTIRE staff were not only amazing but really friendly too. Their care alone made my mouth calm down some on its own. I hope they see this review and know that I thank them for saving me from another night of absolute tooth torture! I wouldn't wish that pain on anyone.

Not proud to admit I have been to treatment several times, but I am proud to admit that valley hope has been an amazing place to go. Staff is amazing from nursing thru administration. The follow up support has been better than my AA sponsor. I would recommend this facility to anyone struggling with addiction. Everyone in the building calls you by name and it is a personalized plan to get you started on the road to recovery.

I had such a beautiful experience at Valley Hope. It truly changed my life. All of the counselors are exceptionally great - Teresa, Alex, Nick, and Jeff. Alex was my counselor and I made so much progress in the 82 days I was there, thanks to her help. All of the staff were polite, professional, and positive. I specifically remember the housekeeping staff being polite - both Jamie, and I forget the other woman’s name. The nursing staff and the techs were absolutely wonderful. ❤️ The work they do was nothing short of amazing, and on some of my worst days, they helped to uplift me and shift my focus towards progressing, rather than regressing. Miss Iesha, Miss Shauntae, Miss Priscilla, Miss Kathy, Miss Lisa, THANK YOU ALL for the work that you do! Seriously, the nursing staff and the techs all have hearts of gold. It was a complete difference from my first and prior experience at a rehab in Grand Prairie. Chris, the clinical director, was very fair to me in all of our encounters and always treated me with respect. The food there was phenomenal. Mr. Tony and the other kitchen workers were always polite and kind. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I made so many incredible bonds, formed friendships with people outside of Valley Hope, and learned so many valuable lessons in my 82 days there. I have maintained my sobriety thus far upon completing the program, and with the thanks of my counselor, I have continued care outside of Valley Hope by attending intensive outpatient therapy Monday - Thursday. I hope to be back for renewal day to retrieve my mug after May 11th, 2027. 🫶🏼 Thank you to all of the staff for everything. Even the patients during my time there were great. ❤️😁

Staff care and work hard to help. Groups are focused on individuals needs as well as the whole group. They encouraged us to learn and grow from each other's successes and even failures. When I struggled they accommodated me and helped me with the extra help I needed. They also find services for additional help or higher level of care if needed. Side note: I noticed a lot of the negative reviews were for inpatient and children's services this location in Plano doesn't even offer at this time or never offered. I'm assuming many of the people were looking for the main hospital in Carrollton to review and made a mistake.

Partial Hospitalization program was very lovely and informative and important for my growth mentally. Very lovely and kind and patient staff. They support you as long as you communicate and even catch when you don’t clearly communicate with words. They are quick, efficient and not just for the money. 10/10 totally recommend this for treatment mentally. Update: I just clipped my nails with a nail trimmer for the first time in my life. I’ve always been an anxious nail biter. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve been to over 20 different inpatient stays, and Carrollton springs is by far my favorite Inpatient program. Great staff, great food, great experience. 10/10. They’re more than happy to help in active crisis. Special shout out to Dr. B, who saw my symptoms, quickly and accurately assessed me and got my meds regulated.
