Phenomenal organization that truly cares about its patients recovery and were so helpful in my daughter's treatment, she is better off now from where she was when she first went in. It was not a perfect experience - there were several miscommunications that detracted from the recovery but their management owned all mistakes and missteps - Bill and Jen were especially forthcoming in this, something I appreciated. Most of the other staff were exemplary in their roles in supporting patients in their journey - want to especially recognize Amber as someone who exemplified the lodge's ideals of compassion and professionalism, she made a difference in my daughter's life.

Its been 3 weeks since I completed the 28 day program on (August 5, 2025) at Alina Lodge . From the moment I arrived (July 8, 2025)I felt comfortable and safe. THIS PLACE NOT ONLY SAVED MY LIFE IT ALSO BROUGHT LIFE BACK TO ME MENTALLY EMOTIONALLY AND PHYSICALLY! The program they have is great and I learned more and more about addiction but even more so about myself. The staff there are great , kind, loving amd compassionate. They are there to help and as long as you ask for that help you will get it . The environment was amazing given the space and time to recover and reflect on each group session. My favorite spot to sit and reflect was in the gazebo close the the river . The food was great each meal was also good and filling. Now at 48 days clean today 8/25/2025 i feel so great my life has improved dramatically! Thanks to the wrok i put it and the structure of Alina Lodge!!! I love you guys and thank you for helping me regain traction in my life I will be forever grateful!

Rolling Hills Recovery Center is the best! A loved one went there and had a great experience. From yoga to music therapy, they offer so many programs for those in recovery that go beyond other rehabs. They even have equine therapy at a farm nearby. Bobby, the Director of Client Care Services, was a gem and really cares about his clients. Highly recommend.

A joke of a mental health facility if I ever saw one, but what else can you expect from services in the impoverished part of Essex County, and quite honestly, from this country period. It's so underfunded and the clinicians' understanding of psychological disorders is minimal and what they do seem to know seems straight out of the 90s. I'm sure the staff cares to an extent but these professionals don't seem equipped to deal with the mental health conditions they're trying to treat. My perception of their IOP program was that it seemed more like an adult daycare than an actual mental health facility.

Been a patient for a little over a year and it's a pretty good place. I haven't had any problems at all. Even had to go to a different state for a week because of a funeral and received bottles for the entire trip. It's a great place if you have one of the good counselors that actually advocates for their clients.

It's okay. I've been to better clincs. This one has a hard time keeping councilors and things are always chaotic and unorganized. Different rules for different days and also for different people. If your known and friendly with certain people you get treated differently than those who are new or not as outgoing and personable. I went to this facility for a planned same-day surgery. The facility is very clean and modern appearing. The staff were all very kind and knowledgeable. I was rather anxious leading up to the procedure and the nurses were excellent with thoroughly explaining what to expect. This, coupled with excellent bedside manner helped to calm my nerves. We unfortunately, had to take my daughter into the emergency room Saturday night to get stitches put in. She is only three years old.Leah and The team of nurses were excellent they took care of my daughter, and they supported me as a parent. The best decision was to take her there and I am so grateful my daughter is recovering amazingly. They did everything right. I am beyond grateful for them.

I won’t go into specific details of who is the patient but I’ve been to many different behavioral health practices and this one by far as given me the most hope, the most reliable, professional staff and have made things better in so many ways. The office staff is absolutely the best. I haven’t talked to all of the providers there in a session capacity but the 2 that I have are beyond awesome and all the others are friendly and I would feel comfortable as their patient as well. Holcomb has been a life saver. They actually care about you and what you are going through and they treat you with the upmost respect and are extremely helpful, caring and knowledgeable, they now have 2 Drs who can prescribe medication if needed and I have personally interacted with 4 different therapist and they are all just wonderful and help teach you the tools and coping skills to apply in your everyday routine

Been a patient for a little over a year and it's a pretty good place. I haven't had any problems at all. Even had to go to a different state for a week because of a funeral and received bottles for the entire trip. It's a great place if you have one of the good counselors that actually advocates for their clients.

It's okay. I've been to better clincs. This one has a hard time keeping councilors and things are always chaotic and unorganized. Different rules for different days and also for different people. If your known and friendly with certain people you get treated differently than those who are new or not as outgoing and personable. One day your told that these things that they say must be complied with are required by the state and it's not. And some ptheir own rules for other

All I can say is this group of people helped me a lot. And believe me I have the same doctor they helped me find that was well over 3 years ago. And I am still sober and have a great support network to this day. People may feel that they've been done wrong or dirty or unethical and that's far from the truth. Personally i think the group of ppl that work there are very nice and made me feel as like i was home. not only did they give me great advice about my situations at hand but they helped with concerns n full drive to get me clean and healthy for society.. Like life they can be ruff around the edges but what do u expect when u are the one with a disease... I. I was scared, confused, unsure, sad and alone walking in. 35 days later I walked out confident, happy, made friends, learned habits to keep me healthy and I was clean.
People around me were supportive with my struggles, the staff was ready at any notice for a helping hand, a shoulder to cry on and sound advice. Avenues has saved my life twice they are my RECOVERY FAMILY FROM BUCKS COUNTY TO LAKE ARIEL I’m blessed to have received the best care.
