Through my recovery journey I have been to a number of treatment programs and facilities both php/iop-residential and have done well at most of them, but Footprints stands out as one of my favorites, by far, and the one I have made the most growth and progress at. I came in with a positive mindset, open to any and everything they had to offer and was able to really take advantage of it all. One thing I am most grateful for is the environment and community that grew my positive energy. Everyone from my APN, Dee, my therapist, Michael who I have learned so much from. Jose, my case manager who has always went above and beyond to facilitate any other needs I had. And for Melvin who always was a leader and ready with a smile and positivity. I always felt comfortable and connected. It was always easy for everyone and myself yo be able to engage in group settings and that is a credit to the vibe and energy of each one of the therapists who ran each session. If this is your first time coming to treatment, Footprints gets an A++ from me. Its always tough to take that first step, but they do an amazing job of walking with you the rest of the way. This is one of the best places I have ever been too. I started drinking at 15 and never looked back. I used alcohol to push down past trauma and also to run from problems I created. I stopped drinking in 2022 and finally wanted to take the extra steps to get better and get my license back for the most part. What started as a journey to get my license back turned into a life changing experience. The people there are great and really care about what they are doing. In that small time I consider those guys family. I wish them all the happiness this life has to give.

High focus in cranford i can honestly say this place saved my life. I had a mental breakdown and never did outpatient before. I didn't know what to expect, but immediately felt safe here. The Clinicians are a group of the most wonderful caring people. Shout to my Clinician Kaitlyn!!! They take time to get to know everyone and help them individually. I can’t say enough good things about this facility/program. I did my IOP here and from day one, I felt supported, understood, and genuinely cared for. Courtney and Mika are incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate—they don’t just go through the motions; they truly invest in your growth and wellbeing. The groups were meaningful, engaging, and actually useful in real life, not just “textbook recovery.” I learned tools that helped me rebuild structure, confidence, and balance in my life. The environment felt safe, nonjudgmental, and motivating, and I always walked out feeling better than when I walked in... they even have recliner "lay down and share" chairs oh and the Coffee is top notch This facility played a huge role in my progress, and I’m grateful for every counselor, staff member, and peer who helped me along the way. If you’re looking for an IOP that truly cares and makes a real impact, this is the place. Highly recommend.

The staff is amazing from the counselors to the medical staff, the front desk workers, the lab collectors, the security guards, and the upper staff. Phoenix changed my life! 10/10 highly recommend if you are suffering from the disease of addiction, phoenix is a great place to start your journey to recovery. The clinicians/therapists are highly capable and they make sure you have the tools you need to succeed! I had some doubts coming into the program but I was put at ease by the care and attention I received from my therapist and the other patients and staff. Good energy all around. The culture is great and it made me reconsider what it means to recover. The therapists really care about their clients and making sure the road to recovery is well paved. SHOUT OUT to the staff here..I have been to many many rehabs, and there is something different about these people, and this place..they are in my opinion, Earth Angels. No judgement, they really just want to help and are good humans! Also, the way they go about treatment, I felt really cared about , from the 1st day. I need a higher level of treatment but I will be going to Outpatient there after.. I can't recommend this place enough. They have no hard chairs that your ass goes numb from sitting in for hours, they have leather, lazy boy chairs, in the entire place, they have a quite room where you can rest if you are detoxing or dont feel good, they feed you great food, they have snacks and sodas and I was literally told "think of this place as your home away from home" and from the clinical staff, the nursing staff, the Dr., they're all special people. xoxoxoxo

My experience here has been great, so far! The staff has been friendly and helpful. They provide both in person and telehealth calls. My Dr actually listens and provides feedback, remembers and takes interest in things we've talked about prior, and follows up on them. It feels like he genuinely cares. I truly thank him for that! Before him at stress care, I was disrespected if I talked, had Drs not even look up at me or hear anything from me, just tried pushing medications that only made things alot worse! The social worker has been nothing but great! She is very nice, caring, and always willing to go above and beyond for her clients. I have felt better since starting, and no longer dread having to talk to a doctor. I can only speak to my experience with the staff, my Dr I've been had since starting, and my social worker stress cares provides to help you, even if just for a ride.

I don't understand the negative reviews for this place. We found getting registered and placed with someone easy and accommodating. Kelly is AMAZING! I have not had positive experiences in the past with therapists, but she is the absolute best. She's "real," she listens, she is amazing at planning a session but also pivoting if necessary. I can't say enough good things about her!

She’s always there and ready to help me in any situation all the counselors one specifically Betsy, who’s been there for very long time she’s always at the middle window with a smile on her face to greet me or anybody in that case And the head nurse I forgot his name. He’s a great man too. Everybody, everybody in that clinic will always open their arms to help you trust me. I’ve been there for almost 8 years now and I wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else and thank God I’m starting to do good in life. It took a while, but nobody ever gave up on me especially Regina. She never gave up on me and now I’m finally I can say that I’m clean one day at a time I would like to thank everyone at Morris County after care for the smiles the warm welcomes and all the help that I’ve needed through my course in life. I’ve never have been in a clinic better than Morris County aftercare in Denville. They are aces in my book. I am giving 5 star for this place. My kid was transferred from other out patient program. I definitely experienced what a big difference the service of High Focus comparing the other one. The facility might not be shining, but the service was right on spot. The staff are very experienced. They are calm, professional and compassionate. They don't response on minute to my email. But they know when to communicate with me and listen to all my important observation. They conducted the treatment in the right pace and told me to be patient when I was super worried. They provides parent education sessions which is very useful. The front office is also very friendly and responsible. I would highly recommend this place if you are searching the out patient program.

At the clinic, I was having some problems getting to work on time. I was having a problem with getting my right amount of bottles and I wrote a grievance. Then a counselor from the back that heard my problem came out and began speaking to me. Her name was Elaughn Davis-Lance. She immediately went to the back, spoke to the doctors and got me double the amount of bottles I usually get for the inconveniences of not being able to get to work! Without her and doctor cadet, I would have had a lot worse problems and wouldn’t have handled the situation correctly. Rebecca genuinely cares for all her patients and treats them with utmost kindness and compassion. Without her patient listening and offering valuable advice, I might still be using drugs today. I been a client since 2022 and I would like to leave a 5 review to my counselor Mr RahJohn Rouse . He has been my counselor for almost a year and what a great guy he is. Very easy to talk to and a guy who really cares about his clients recovery and would go the extra step to make you feel comfortable. I would also like to leave another 5 star review to the staff member who whe front window Mr Sadiq Rouses he is very pleasant person and a great guy to talk to he makes the morning very easy since he knows ever client by name he will never have to ask for your number he knows ever one by face and have you checked in and tell you what you need to do before you go to the window.. It's been a year later and MR Rouse is still the man if you come here try and request him if you can. He is a amazing counselor and person
