Phenomenal organization that truly cares about its patients recovery and were so helpful in my daughter's treatment, she is better off now from where she was when she first went in. It was not a perfect experience - there were several miscommunications that detracted from the recovery but their management owned all mistakes and missteps - Bill and Jen were especially forthcoming in this, something I appreciated. Most of the other staff were exemplary in their roles in supporting patients in their journey - want to especially recognize Amber as someone who exemplified the lodge's ideals of compassion and professionalism, she made a difference in my daughter's life.

Its been 3 weeks since I completed the 28 day program on (August 5, 2025) at Alina Lodge . From the moment I arrived (July 8, 2025)I felt comfortable and safe. THIS PLACE NOT ONLY SAVED MY LIFE IT ALSO BROUGHT LIFE BACK TO ME MENTALLY EMOTIONALLY AND PHYSICALLY! The program they have is great and I learned more and more about addiction but even more so about myself. The staff there are great , kind, loving amd compassionate. They are there to help and as long as you ask for that help you will get it . The environment was amazing given the space and time to recover and reflect on each group session. My favorite spot to sit and reflect was in the gazebo close the the river . The food was great each meal was also good and filling. Now at 48 days clean today 8/25/2025 i feel so great my life has improved dramatically! Thanks to the wrok i put it and the structure of Alina Lodge!!! I love you guys and thank you for helping me regain traction in my life I will be forever grateful!

I went to this facility for a planned same-day surgery. The facility is very clean and modern appearing. The staff were all very kind and knowledgeable. I was rather anxious leading up to the procedure and the nurses were excellent with thoroughly explaining what to expect. This, coupled with excellent bedside manner helped to calm my nerves. This was my first time at this facility but based on my experience, I would highly recommend!

We unfortunately, had to take my daughter into the emergency room Saturday night to get stitches put in. She is only three years old.Leah and The team of nurses were excellent they took care of my daughter, and they supported me as a parent. The best decision was to take her there and I am so grateful my daughter is recovering amazingly. They did everything right. I am beyond grateful for them.

Overall great experience. I have been to other detoxes before but Princeton detox was hands down the best. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful, especially Denise. Hopefully I never have to come back but if I ever do this is 100% where I will be. Rooms are nice and cleans, food is delicious and groups were very informative.

My experience at Cambridge Recovery has been exceptional. The house as a whole flows and there’s just a good energy about the place, it’s clean, relaxing, nice beds, and a safe place in a nice quiet neighborhood. Cambridge Recovery Sober Living is beautiful, it’s a step above traditional sober living environments. The individuals who live at Cambridge want to be sober and change their lives for the positive, that was a huge decided factor for why I chose this house. Best sober living in NJ. Really nice, spacious, comfortable home (that’s an actual photo in the profile) in a quiet, safe, classy neighborhood with easy access to main thoroughfares/highways. Residents get relatively more freedom than their peers at other sober homes, but while still getting all the support they want/need. There are rules to follow of course, like regular testing to ensure sobriety, but for the most part it’s not a universal set of restrictions, but rather a unique system of support/care tailored to each individual. The case manager, Abbie, is on site M-F, is a wonderful person, and will literally help you with anything. Also, a great perk is free dinner that you order everyday, included with the reasonably priced rent. Finally, Howard (owner) & the aforementioned Abbie are just incredible people, a delight to be around & get to know, and are genuinely invested in each & every resident’s success in all facets of life.

This is a without a doubt one of the better sober living houses in the tri-state area. It is plainly evident that the owner and the house manager have a genuine interest in seeing the residents succeed. They care a lot; and they are actively engaged on a daily basis with residents to help with recovery, day to day living concerns, planning and the transition from addiction back to a happy, whole and functional member of society. They work hard to have the house feel like a community.
The house is spacious, clean and well kept. Appliances and furnishing are modern and tidy. The house is on a traditional residential cul-de-sac, which is not a common set up for a sober living. In that regard, the house is not walker-friendly and a car is almost a necessary thing to have to be able to comfortably get around town. The surrounding towns have all the necessities and activities that a person needs, but you can't walk there.
Overall, Cambridge is a good stopover on your recovery journey.

I usually don't write reviews unless it's necessary for others to be aware of. I just want to say that at first I was a bit uneasy about leaving a family member here due to the reviews.
I will say that the admitting process is long. It is important for others to realize once you enter the building you would not be able to leave as part of their policies, which is something I wish I knew to ensure I had my necessities (phone charger, blanket, and snacks) to be comfortable with the long wait. So have someone else get these items.
The staff were excellent, particularly Aubrey and Alex, who ensured the admission process went as smoothly and quickly as possible. Once you get upstairs, the nurses and staff really ensure that the person being admitted will be okay. The first few nights were scary, but as the days went by, my family and I felt sure that my family member was safe and well taken care of. The discharge process went more smoothly than at the beginning, as we received direct answers and resources. I hope this helps anyone going to this facility.

My adult son experienced a mental health crisis, at which time he was admitted through the Emergency Department of a local hospital to the in patient services at UBHC. As a seasoned healthcare professional, I am always quick to check reviews of any office/facility which provides care to myself and my family. I was more than a bit disturbed when I saw the many negative reviews about UBHC. Since we had no choice in the matter, I decided to come to my own conclusions about this facility and not allow the experience of others to negatively influence my opinion.
I am delighted to report that my son, my husband and I had an absolutely exceptional experience at UBHC from the moment he arrived on their ward. Every single employee treated my son with compassion, caring and respect. Our interaction with his physician (Dr. Ashraf) and two social workers (Charles and Kristen) was stellar. The communication was excellent (fast to respond and thorough in answering all questions and concerns) and their demeanor was always kind and caring. Sadly, we have had experiences at multiple other behavioral health facilities; some were good, others not so much. I can say with 100% certainty that UBHC was the BEST facility we've ever encountered. The caring staff is their primary attribute, but other measures (including cleanliness and security of the facility, quality of the meals, availability of parking for visitors, etc.) all contribute to my five star rating of this facility. While I hope we'll never need their services again, it eases my mind to know UBHC remains ready to address the needs and concerns of a very special patient population with the dignity and respect they deserve.
