This recovery center is well structured and has helped me find my way in life. I came in without knowing what I wanted to do for work and having zero work experience besides some part-time jobs. The program is well-organized, focusing on skills to help the patient in a calm and considerate environment. The staff are very respectful and responsible with there jobs, especially the clinical director Laura who helped me through everything. Therapists make treatment plans for you that are specifically tailored to YOU and your situation. I have been in and out of many rehabs and recovery centers over the past three years, but this place helped me the most. Ultimately, I would recommend this place to anyone seeking recovery and help, however do NOT live in their sober living houses!

I traveled from New York to Rolling Hills Recovery Center in Chester, NJ, and the experience here exceeded expectations. The team provided excellent addiction treatment and compassion. The facility feels calm and supportive you can tell the staff genuinely care about recovery.

Phenomenal organization that truly cares about its patients recovery and were so helpful in my daughter's treatment, she is better off now from where she was when she first went in. It was not a perfect experience - there were several miscommunications that detracted from the recovery but their management owned all mistakes and missteps - Bill and Jen were especially forthcoming in this, something I appreciated. Most of the other staff were exemplary in their roles in supporting patients in their journey - want to especially recognize Amber as someone who exemplified the lodge's ideals of compassion and professionalism, she made a difference in my daughter's life.

Its been 3 weeks since I completed the 28 day program on (August 5, 2025) at Alina Lodge . From the moment I arrived (July 8, 2025)I felt comfortable and safe. THIS PLACE NOT ONLY SAVED MY LIFE IT ALSO BROUGHT LIFE BACK TO ME MENTALLY EMOTIONALLY AND PHYSICALLY! The program they have is great and I learned more and more about addiction but even more so about myself. The staff there are great , kind, loving amd compassionate. They are there to help and as long as you ask for that help you will get it . The environment was amazing given the space and time to recover and reflect on each group session. My favorite spot to sit and reflect was in the gazebo close the the river . The food was great each meal was also good and filling. Now at 48 days clean today 8/25/2025 i feel so great my life has improved dramatically! Thanks to the wrok i put it and the structure of Alina Lodge!!! If it wasn’t for Jesus Christ I would not be sober today. He receives all the credit for my rest, peace, restoration, rehabilitation, recovery and sobriety. I credit MM with convincing me to enter recovery. When I second guessed attending MM, from director down to intake coordinators they shared the benefits and advantages of the programs. I especially thank Irma for her encouraging personality and experience in the real world. The intake staff played a big role in getting me out of Michigan; where I felt unsafe and incapable of defeating the disease of alcohol and addiction. They called me 2-4 times a day, 7 days a week, for 1 month. They didn’t know me, but it felt as if they did. I finally had a friend or somewhat like a loved one that actually care about me living. Two therapist stood out to me; Meagan and Jesse! They were amazing. They obviously put not only their minds to their clinical groups, but they pour their energy and hearts into their therapy. I truly wish that one of them was my personal therapist while I was in the program. Jesse mastered bring clients/patients together. Meagan was unbelievable, her therapy and meditation tactics enhanced my relationship with Christ. It allowed me to focus in on my praying, conversational skills, praise and listening skills with Christ personally. In 2022, my father died and under the influence of my disease, I decided to not complete my MA in CMHC although I was only four classes away. Meagan’s expertise and compassion has changed my mind. I’m going to finish my Masters!!!! She was amazing! I also enjoyed specific staff members whom compassion and care was beyond genuine. Those staff members were two different Dans, Olivia, Victoria, Bill, Nick and Maryam. The highlight of my experience at MM were MY PEOPLE! Those who were just like me. Race didn’t matter, gender was no factor, and we all were blinded to anyone’s lifestyle preferences. We loved each other, taught each other, hugged each other, shared together, and encouraged one another. We all shared the same desire to be free. Not just free of addiction, but free in life alone. I encouraged everyone in my path to hate! Yes, I said it, “Hate”! I encouraged to hate drugs and alcohol. And I also loudly and proudly shared the name of my Higher Power. I will once again, if your searching for a Higher Power, I like to recommend mine. His name is Jesus! He has freed me in life. If you are ready for a new journey of sobriety, I strongly recommend MM of Randolph, NJ. This facility may require you to detox first, and two hours away I had an even greater experience at Enlightened Recovery located in Atlantic City, NJ.

Water Gap provided me with amazing treatment! A real home away from home. The facilities are modern, clean and well kept. The grounds are absolutely stunning, a tremendous asset while going through the healing process. No matter the season wster gap is truly beautiful. I am so grateful to g-d for sending me here. Only he could have orchestrated for me exactly what I needed. The classes are inspirational, engaging and very informative. I learned so much and my entire life has changed for the better. Through my amazing Therapist Tina, I really got to understand myself so much better and to feel good about what I have to offer plus your amazing compassion and commitment to your job! Dr Chelew is right on target and so compassionate and intuitive. From the creative art therapy class with Katie, practical mindfulness with Al, book reading with shannon imagine finishing a book in a week! Ashley's calmness and kindness. CBT and creating powerful mantras with Jessica. Chris st coffee talk ,art and techniques with Sheldon as well as amazingly creative themes. Taylor your classes are so creative Carrisa is so inspirational with the 4 agreements. William the anger management classes you teach are unreal! Susan your making meaning out of grief class was incredible. Thank you Bart for the great skills based classes you teach. Melissa thank you for being a great case manager Faith you have helped me build my faith and see the hand of gd. And of course plan amazing recreational activities. I entered with ankle sprain but the medical staff at Morristown Medical Center treated me like a champion until I departed. The nurses at Morristown Medical Center provided me with exceptional care while making me smile even when I was in pain. Their team delivered outstanding care to me.

Doctor, Annie, Rodriguez resident, and Dr Mark McQueeney ER Are two of the best doctors I’ve ever had to take care of me, they went above and beyond the call of duty to find out what’s going on with me even with the extreme heavy load that they had. Dr. McQueen he left his ER post for a quick five minutes to come and examine me as he Had the knowledge to do and special eye exam due to the pressure that I had behind my eye. Dr. Rodriguez physically went down to the emergency room to find a Doctor Who had the experience to do this test and Dr. McQueeney was the one she found, and both were more than willing to do whatever they had to do to find out what was going on with me and how they Could help me…… thank you, Dr. McQueeney and thank you Dr. Rodriguez for all the caring and above and beyond medical treatment that I received!! I have had several procedures at MMC. My doctors were all fantastic, and on the whole, so was my nursing. Even the food is good! Always try to get to MMC for world-class medical care.

This review is long overdue, but I really want to give a huge shout out to Scott Rosen from the Emergency Department. Every time I’ve come in, he’s been compassionate, patient, and genuinely kind. He has such a calming presence and always takes the time to explain what’s going on, which makes a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Having a chronic illness is a challenge and having a person like Scott made me feel so comfortable and calm and truly cared for. He not only made me feel safe and reassured but he went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and I was so thankful. I have had Crohns since I was 9 and I've never had a more compassionate nurse. He is truly one of a kind. On one visit, another nurse was having a hard time with my IV. I specifically asked for Scott, and as always, he got it on the first try and made me feel completely at ease. His technique is gentle and confident, and you can tell he truly cares about his patients. Scott goes above and beyond whether it’s offering a reassuring word, making sure you’re comfortable, or just treating you like a person instead of a chart. Nurses like him make all the difference in the ER, and I’m so grateful for his care. Thank you Scott!!!!!

The maternity center here has me in awe. I never expected to receive such top quality care during such an intense time. You hear horror stories at other hospitals about lack of empathy from staff, but at Chilton every person that we have encountered since arriving has been exceptionally kind and helpful. Shoutout to all the nurses here in the maternity ward! Keep up the good work 🥹

Recently my husband was a patient in the same day surgery center to have his pacemaker battery replaced. He received excellent care from nurses Tara, Natise, and Michele. This program changed my life for the better. I found myself in the position of needing a higher level of care but didn’t know where to turn. Luckily, I had help and support in finding High Focus Parsippany. The program is structured very well. I can honestly say that between the individual sessions and the group sessions, I learned so many new coping skills and so much more about how to better myself. All the employees are so caring and genuinely want to see you get better. I learned a lot from other participants in the program as well. Andrew is the absolute best. He validated, yet challenged me, better than any therapist ever has. He helped me in ways that will continue to have a positive impact on me, for the rest of my life. I owe a lot to this program and hope that others who need help, feel inspired and empowered to not be afraid to take a leap of faith and try High Focus.

Excellent program! The connections I made with all the clinicians/interns in only a few months was amazing, and helped me progress to where I am today (Special shout out to my clinician, Andrew, for making sure I'm okay always and helping me through some tough times!) The new building is beautiful, lots of light and windows as opposed to the old center. Thank you, Sylvia, for making me laugh at the times I wanted to cry, humor is much needed. Overall the program was a great experience for me personally. if you're ready to commit to a program and really put in the work, this is an amazing place to be. Amazing resources and all the staff are so kind!!

Our tween recently completed the PHP program at High Focus Centers in Parsippany, and we felt compelled to share what truly sets this program apart. While the clinical care was strong for our son, the hidden gem of this program is the weekly Family Group counseling sessions for parents! Facilitated by John, who cares deeply about the well-being of the parents as much as the teens, these virtual sessions have been an invaluable lifeline. They create a safe, supportive space where families can share, listen, and learn from each other. We found ourselves looking forward to these meetings—not only to gain insight and guidance, but also to support others at different points in their own journeys. If you’re navigating the mental health recovery path with your teen, this program provides more than treatment—it builds community, connection, and hope. We’re grateful to have found it!
