It was not very crowded. I did not have to wait long to be seen. All the staff was warm, friendly, listened and provided updates as the procedures progressed. The PA and the technician explained things extremely well. I received great care during the 3 1/2 hours I was there.

I had a calcium heart scan and as I was paying she said $300 and I said I was told it was $100 but we paid and as she looked she said something didn’t look right and put the paperwork aside to check ! Said I might get a refund which shamefully thought she was saying it to get me out of her hair !
Lo and behold weeks later I got the refund !
From the way I was treated all thru the test was incredible with very nice people NOW this !! They deserve recognition !!

Although a surge of cases was ongoing during check in, the entire staff was found to be very attentive. Particularly the Registered Nurses and Nurse Assistants, often not given the recognition that they deserve. My Spouse staying with me through the whole time I was there, was treated with the same respect, asked repeatedly if there was anything that they could do for her every time they came to check in on me. The Staff definitely made a difficult experience a lot more comfortable to endure.
Amazing learning curve, wonderful support team and amazing families in group working together to help our loved ones struggling, that are working on recovery. Ann Marie has beautifully guided and help navigate us through changes and new successful approaches that have resulted in new communication styles and renewed relationships with our struggling loved ones ...
