Alina Lodge is genuinely a place that saves lives. I don't have the words to adequately express my feelings for this place. From personal experience I can attest that every member of the staff here treats their students with compassion and care. I don t usually write reviews but I was at Alina Lodge for five and a half months. I did the extended guest program and I can honestly say that every part of this program is the reason I will have 10 months of sobriety in a few days. Alina accepted me when I was very resistant to treatment, trying to lock myself in my room for days and refusing to engage in treatment. The staff held such patience and love for me, and when I finally became willing and listened, the message provided to me helped me begin my journey through recovery. | Moving Mountains Recovery in Randolph, New Jersey is an alcohol and drug rehab center. The facility was founded by three individuals who’ve personally dealt with the challenges of addiction. The levels of care offered include detox, outpatient, intensive outpatient and partial care. Clients can be admitted for treatment through a phone call or | Programs Payment Options | If it wasn’t for Jesus Christ I would not be sober today. He receives all the credit for my rest, peace, restoration, rehabilitation, recovery and sobriety. I credit MM with convincing me to enter recovery. When I second guessed attending MM, from director down to intake coordinators they shared the benefits and advantages of the programs. I especially thank Irma for her encouraging personality and experience in the real world. The intake staff played a big role in getting me out of Michigan; where I felt unsafe and incapable of defeating the disease of alcohol and addiction. They called me 2-4 times a day, 7 days a week, for 1 month. They didn’t know me, but it felt as if they did. I finally had a friend or somewhat like a loved one that actually care about me living.
Two therapist stood out to me; Meagan and Jesse! They were amazing. They obviously put not only their minds to their clinical groups, but they pour their energy and hearts into their therapy. I truly wish that one of them was my personal therapist while I was in the program. Jesse mastered bring clients/patients together. Meagan was unbelievable, her therapy and meditation tactics enhanced my relationship with Christ. It allowed me to focus in on my praying, conversational skills, praise and listening skills with Christ personally. In 2022, my father died and under the influence of my disease, I decided to not complete my MA in CMHC although I was only four classes away. Meagan’s expertise and compassion has changed my mind. I’m going to finish my Masters!!!!
She was amazing!
I also enjoyed specific staff members whom compassion and care was beyond genuine. Those staff members were two different Dans, Olivia, Victoria, Bill, Nick and Maryam.
The highlight of my experience at MM were MY PEOPLE! Those who were just like me. Race didn’t matter, gender was no factor, and we all were blinded to anyone’s lifestyle preferences. We loved each other, taught each other, hugged each other, shared together, and encouraged one another. We all shared the same desire to be free. Not just free of addiction, but free in life alone. I encouraged everyone in my path to hate! Yes, I said it, “Hate”! I encouraged to hate drugs and alcohol. And I also loudly and proudly shared the name of my Higher Power. I will once again, if your searching for a Higher Power, I like to recommend mine. His name is Jesus! He has freed me in life.
If you are ready for a new journey of sobriety, I strongly recommend MM of Randolph, NJ. This facility may require you to detox first, and two hours away I had an even greater experience at Enlightened Recovery located in Atlantic City, NJ.

There's no such thing as a 5 star detox, you're not necessarily there to have fun. That being said, if you absolutely have to go to detox, I would recommend Serenity at Summit. Dr. Williams is a great Doctor, and a good man. The nurses are kind and caring, with some expectations. The counselor's do there jobs, some better than others. The tech's all get 5 stars! Really kind, caring, people who are very likeable, and do a great job. The rooms are good, you'll likely get a private room since most people transition after 7 to 10 days. The food was mostly atrocious, but I had zero appetite, so don't go by me. Excel was instrumental in helping me change my life for the better, longterm. The balance of group and individual therapy was excellent, and I developed an impactful working relationship with my individual counselor. I also found that the step down process worked well for me, and all staff I interacted with were warm, professional, and helpful. I would highly recommend Excel because of the caring atmosphere and effective programming.

Unfortunately, I was then told on 1/24 that I needed a biopsy & the first appointment I could get at the Carol Simon Breast Center was a month later on 2/24. I told them that that was unacceptable & that I wasn t going to wait. I then found Chilton Medical Center & I was able to get my biopsy 6 days later 1/30, meet with my surgeon on 2/7, & was operated on 2/27/25, 3 days after what MMC offered as their first open appointment. My entire experience was 180 from the stressful, impersonal, over-grown hospital city of Morristown Medical Center. Chilton is the way Morristown used to be when it was known as Morristown Memorial Hospital small, personal, stress free, great doctors & staff, the free parking is right in front of the Collins Pavilion Cancer Treatment Center Building. No one ever wants cancer on their Bingo card, but my entire experience has been a positive one, thanks to my fantastic doctors & staff at Chilton. I believe my ability to get immediate treatment, instead of having to wait a month just to have a biopsy, made a huge difference & why I am now cancer free. I will be starting my radiation treatment & oncology care at Chilton, too. I will always think of Chilton Medical Center as my hospital of choice. I highly recommend anyone who is fed up with & overwhelmed by the experience patients get at Morristown Medical Center, try Chilton Medical Center it s a well kept secret worth trying.

I have been to the ED on several occasions recently and I have to say the entire team has been excellent. From the triage nurses, diagnostic imaging, techs, transport, etc., they all have been professional, respectable and caring. I have seen PA Stansfield on several of my visits and his bedside manner is unremarkable. He is calming, caring, compassionate and most of all understanding. I would recommend this facility.

Out of all the detox/residential facilities I've been to, this is, hands down, the best one. The food is great, the rooms are clean, and the staff cannot get sweeter. Recoverycnt changed my life view totally.

I don't even know where to begin RecoveryCNT truly saved me. The detox process was daunting, but the nurses were incredibly patient, checking on me every hour and ensuring my comfort. The facility itself is warm and welcoming, far from the sterile feel of a hospital. A special thank you to Maria at the front desk she is an absolute gem. If you're hesitant, take the leap you won't regret it
