Ive been to alot of different rehabs over the years and most of the staff and counselors are rude and could care less about the addicts. But the Catskill Twin County facility is absolutely amazing! The staff and counselors are very courteous and truly do care about the addicts that are coming there for treatment. They are all very down to earth and are easy to talk to, and actually seem like they care and give a shit! When i was going to group there i use to actually look forward to going. I cant say enough good things about them! If i could i would give them a 6 star rating.

When I was done battling my addiction i checked in to there outpatient program. Brenda is amazing. I’m 5 years sober with the help of there services. They care and are always a phone call away. Thank you Twin Counties for helping me get my life back!!!!! It’s a long journey and with there help it made it a little easier to navigate.

My daughter spent over 2 months at Never Alone on her recovery journey. We can't say enough great things about the staff and the facility. The staff communicated well and provide support for the entire family. Never Alone brought back the child that was lost in drugs and addiction. We can't say enough about the staff and the facility. They loved and cared for her so well provide her with all the things she needed in her recover and helped her find herself again and provided her with the knowledge she needed to start her recovery. The staff cares about their jobs, care for the kids their wellbeing and their success in recovery and it shows in their dedication and interaction with the kids. Never Alone has provided her a new opportunity at life.

Amazing place and miracles truly happen!!!I truly didn’t want to live anymore when I first got there but the staff there helped me change my thinking around and I am truly forever grateful!!!!!!Lori was nothing short of amazing and relentless on helping me get into the rehab and I ended up with an amazing counselor named John that really helped me open my eyes !!

Over the last 5 years I have been a patient in many world class hospitals in New York City and in the last 2 years I have been a patient at Health Alliance Hospital twice. During those stays, I can say that the doctors, nurses, and nurse assistants are exceptional. They are as good if not better then some of the personnel in the highly touted hospitals. Some of these reviews are stunning since they do not reflect my experience here on two different occasions.

I was in Astro home for children back in 1972 and I remember they put me in the cottage I’ll never forget Frank Mulhern, and his wife Donna Mulhern, and their son Keith I remember Artie Freeney I remember Dave Tompkins and Terry the house maid I remember sister Patricia wow so many years ago and I still remember their names. I am now 56 years old going on 57 this year so you know that was many many years ago. I had some good experiences there, but I’ll never forget the day. On July 11th 2025 my body felt like it was on fire, I came out to the kitchen and pulled out everything frozen and put it on my body that was swollen, my feet and legs swollen, my neck and head, my arms and fingers I thought it was the end, I got dressed I couldn't even put my feet into my sneakers that's how swollen they were and my husband took me to the er. Stripped me of my clothes, my body looked like the Pillsbury dough boy, my Bp was 189/59. That's not me. Dr on duty Dr Stanger ordered multiple blood work, cat scans, x rays, and ultrasounds at end of day I found out what I had: Lyme disease. Dr Stanger was kind and professional the nurses extra ordinary in kindness and compassion, overboard with medical help, my body wasnt as swollen anymore. His prescription was 200 MG or 2 100 MG doxcycline twice a day with food. Lyme disease destroys every cell in our bodies including our organs. This was last Friday I'm happy to say my feet and body are no longer swollen my neck is not sore my muscles not tight I'm able to walk whereas before I could not. Exceptional care at the ER.
My regular Dr a month ago told me to put my feet up. After a month of her advice I could have died. I wish Dr Stanger had an office cause I'd have him for my Dr he is the best.

This hospital has done a complete turn around as far as quality of health care that used to be subpar at times in the past. Now under the management of Albany medical center you can be more confident of the care you will receive here. Recently my father had to stay here for a week following a new cardiac diagnosis at the ER and at first we were skeptical of staying here because of past experiences but after our exponential the ER here we felt confident enough to stay here. While in the ER after diagnosis he was admitted pretty much instantly to a room and it was a private room and updated and the care he received was comforting . He doesn’t like staying at hospitals …who does but we were surprised and many things we expected to be typical of our past experiences but he was very satisfied with the attentiveness of the staff and even wise the food was good and hot. He was here a wrk and discharged with follow up appointments . With his new cardiac doctor. it’s nice to see that they have worked out the past kinks and turned this place around and you have a local hospital that you trust will give you decent care when the time arrives and not have to worry about going hours away to receive good healthcare.

The first nurse practitioner I had here wasn't that good either. After that I would like to say that the second therapist I got was awesome he really helped me through some stuff, because of my work with him I have become a much less angry individual, I am sad to see him go, but people move all the time. I believe that the next therapist I have here will probably be good too. I would also like to say to people thinking about going here, take a chance, you may end up with someone you really like, and if you don't find someone else it is not much of a problem to switch therapists.
