I was in Astro home for children back in 1972 and I remember they put me in the cottage I’ll never forget Frank Mulhern, and his wife Donna Mulhern, and their son Keith I remember Artie Freeney I remember Dave Tompkins and Terry the house maid I remember sister Patricia wow so many years ago and I still remember their names. I am now 56 years old going on 57 this year so you know that was many many years ago. I had some good experiences there, but I’ll never forget the day. My mom dropped me off how sad I felt at five years old.

Excellent service

Great Staff. They work hard providing care. While the system is not perfect, the staff try their hardest to make up for the system.

Nancy is an excellent provider. She really pays attention to you and is very friendly.

Efficient, completely professional

New location convenient. They're closed every day from noon to 1 for lunch. Golden rules mean that they are sticking pretty close to appointment times.

I was there from either 78 or 79 till I think 82 or 83 , can't remember, but about that time . I remember Mike dent aka droopy . A woman in the office we called twiggy . And the one counselor that did help me more her name was Michelle . It was definitely a learning experience. And it looks way different now for sure. He did it at first but liked it at the end before I left..

This place has changed sense 85 thru 1987. Wow! I wonder if any counselors from back then are still working at this Old building its kept up well. Love to see it. The memories and good People had a great impact on my life. I will add old stock photos if their interested.

My is Christopher harris, I was a resident here around 1994 I think, this place saved my life. Mr Clinton Mrs Edwards tough sometimes... but fare. It was a great place to keep kids off the street. Thank you an God bless the staff. Btw we almost beat one of the top teams that year felt great to be apart of something thank you.

Provides excellent clinical recovery services

Its a good place for recovery. And they have a program called the Red Door. I strong recommend it if you're serious about your recovery

Great counsilers, the downside is you'll be waiting forever to be seen.

Gateway Hudson Valley is a wonderful organization. The services they provide are indispensable. The people of GHV care about the people they serve. They are an integral part of the community!

I love everything about Gateway HV! Gateway has been there for my brother (and therefore my family) for nearly 15 years. My brother has been helped with job coaching on the job, internships and computer courses. We were thinking of signing up with the job help, Health Home care case management and PROS (he could get psychiatry through that program. It would be great to have all his services right in one place. My brother has felt like staff are friends that he can rely on. Stephanie Turco, CEO is a dynamic leader...and fun! Top notch organization!

I have worked here in the past and found myself returning at the request of the agency. They treat employees as family and hold true to their mission and values when it comes to those we serve. I am very happy working here and look forward to continuing my employment here. All staff at every level that I have worked with have always been fair and never hesitate to help out when asked.

I spoke with Gina the Manager regarding a family friend and she was so helpful and truly a caring individual. Gina supplied me with information which was very helpful.

If your serious and your honest you'll get a whole lot further. I appreciate the staff who genuinely cares and there are several. At least.

I have nothing but true gratitude for Bridgeback who were so caring and really there for me when I needed a true rehabilitation from my alcoholism. 3+ years and still a recovering alcoholic w a great foundation due to Bridgeback!!!

I have children who receive services from here, and I am so grateful they do!

Great place to work on yourself.

I went there for outpatient surgery with Dr. Marici. The nurses were great and Dr. Marici and his staff did a wonderful job. I got to hospital at 8 and surgery didn’t begin until 12:45pm so prepare for long wait, at least with him. Go to 3RD floor. The woman who called day before said 1st and we walking all over the place and no clear signs. Staff and visitors helpful in helping locate. Room warm for me, cold for others. I’ve seen scarves thicker than blanket so bring own. They give you a locker. Bring own bag if you want to store clothes. Bathroom with toilet is very tiny, not suitable for large person. Sink is in room. My husband left shortly while I was waiting in the room. There is a monitor with your own assigned number that states your in surgery. DON’T pay attention to it. I WAS NOT in surgery and finally called him to ask where he was. If you leave, go right to room. Hospital is old and cramped but suitable. The hospital could have some small improvements as stated above, but went well. Nurses, staff all professional and very nice.

Had a Total Knee replacement. Process had many steps taking time but everything was logical and explained. Excellent guidance through the matrix. Day of surgery everything proceeded with military precision - and success! Only 4 stars due to less than stellar pain management policies. I have a high tolerance to analgesics and it took a very painful post op day for them to get this.

I received wonderful care in the ER today! The entire staff was friendly, kind, and very competent! I'd like to especially commend Ariel (EKG tech), Gil (nurse), and Dr. Craig Stanger. Thank you!

Regular and handicap parking adequate. There is an elevator to the 2nd floor or stairs if you like.

Tbh I was forced to come in the beginning but Its been 2 years since then and still going strong.

I have been going here for over a year now and it's a hit and miss situation the first therapist I had here was terrible and I could tell she didn't actually care about me. The first nurse practitioner I had here wasn't that good either. After that I would like to say that the second therapist I got was awesome he really helped me through some stuff, because of my work with him I have become a much less angry individual, I am sad to see him go, but people move all the time. I believe that the next therapist I have here will probably be good too. I would also like to say to people thinking about going here, take a chance, you may end up with someone you really like, and if you don't find someone else it is not much of a problem to switch therapists.

They deal with me and my mom, and many of my friends. Just wish the building was a little less creepy.

My therapist Kelly is amazing. She listens and gives great feedback.
