So I was in inpatient treatment, and this nurse Shareema She was a straightup blessing. Every time I had a question she helped gave me a list of doctors I can check up with when I got done with treatment for my blood pressure she had my back tryin to get me away from my bad thoughts She didnt just do her job she went out of her way when the others wasnt trying to She hooked me up with info helped me figure out how to get my Social Security card and even gave me a journal so I could put my thoughts down when my head was all over the place. This woman helped me get my life right for real. I respect her to the fullest, and she deserves all the props.

The woman answering the phones for this facility is extremely patient, accommodating, and kind. I called up here and was stressed because I thought I missed my code a phone. She swiftly connected me to the right facility and I was able to resolve my issue immediately. Wish I could give 10 stars.

I had a great experience at the Forester Center as Tarji Littlejohn is not only a fantastic therapist, but she’s also a very considerate friend. She made sure that I had the right resources and she was always available when I needed. Her group was great but the individual therapy that I had with her was even more meaningful and really helped me open my eyes to the problems that I have and that I’ve continued to get over. I have the most respect for her and how she helped me along with countless other individuals.

I can't really give a rating, since I haven't used their services. I was there to photograph the property for a client who was involved with building the project. But during my experience, the staff I met were very nice. The property is clean and well maintained. And it has a lot of cool amenities and beautiful landscaping.

Hello my name is Jackson. I went here from February 2024 - May 2024. And again August 2024 - September 2024 | This place is really what you make it. It’s a truly unique experience that you won’t get to experience ever again. The campus is super cool and refreshing. They have a barn with horses, a mule, and a donkey. They have a pretty cool ropes course, a big house that you share with 13 other kids and staff, a van and a car that they take you to places in (AA, NA, Activities), and 2 pretty cool chefs who make surprisingly good food for a treatment center. I had the pleasure of working with Valerie. I’ve worked with so many therapists over the years but she truly sticks out from all of them. She’s incredibly nice and very good at her job. Although when I came back home after my first trip here I ended up falling back into my same habits but worse. Which resulted in my coming back to foothills for a second time and wilderness after that. This is not foothills fault for not giving me enough resources. It’s my fault for not taking it serious enough. I’m currently in my 8th treatment program in Utah 320+ days sober. And I can say this program was a part of that sobriety. Watch of for staff that give kids substances, kids that get substances on outings, and kids mistreating other kids to fit in. Before sending your kid here, I recommend you do a lot of research to truly see if this fits your kids needs. Good luck 👁️

The one star reviews seem to be from people who were removed from the program due to choices they made ie…consequences were enforced. It is a homey, clean facility with a beautiful campus. A wonderful facility with caring and present staff. The support our entire family received was amazing.

I can’t speak for all staff here, but the staff in my care team are fantastic. The VA as a whole is a joke, and the providers are limited. It seems the non-medical staff often show up to collect a check and the PTO for government holidays. Getting any VA facility to answer a phone is next to impossible. When they do, you certainly have the wrong extension, department, clinic, etc. I have found my team to be extremely responsive to the secure messaging however. I went through about 6 primary care Dr, and several mental health providers before I landed where I am. I have since moved out of state and will travel to keep my current provider team. It was a long and bumpy ride, but this facility is much better off than it was several years ago.

Dr.John Carter has been seeing my boys since small children. I love how he includes the parent in last half of sessions, and explains everything as clearly as he can, and stays on top of medication, and side effects. RE: A "edit" to my post- Today we learned that Dr Carter is retiring at the end of this month....a day I knew would eventually come, but had hoped would be a few more years away.... to see him 20 years +, it was emotional and very sad news😢. We were told a "Dr. Lee who is a good doctor, and younger" wI'll be taking Dr. Carter's position the first of January. My son is not pleased at all, but we will have to wait and see if they "connect" in February. At any rate, with new management at Family Preservation, and all staff changes, and lack of staff, my "5 star rating" may be much less very soon.

When I found next step recovery I was at my lowest, I had found my bottom. I had my mind made up that suicide was my only way out. Then I found next step, and my second chance at a better, clean and sober life. I've been in and out of rehabs and detoxes my whole life. But this facility was different. I was welcomed like I was family and I had come home. With the love and compassion, not judged, but given a real chance at a better life. I'm currently living in the sober living house, and unlike a lot of places. The houses are very nice, clean, and up to date homes fully furnished. This place has been a game changer for me. God led me here, no longer feeling like im riding in the backseat of my sobriety/ cleanliness. Now im driving this train and pulling some folks too.Feels amazing...also want to note how sweet the staff all were, even the couple token sourpusses have their value for sure. The food was actually pretty edible! Not that u really want to eat, but this is an absolute necessity in the beginning as well as sleep and the bed was comfortable enough i was able to sleep another absolute necessity you would be surprised i didnt find at other places, sometimes its about those little things that otherwise would have caused anyone so much more unnecessary uncomfort. Also, plenty of vape breaks, and they give u a good vape for your stay as long as u attend the groups, plz do as many groups as uu possibly can. Thank u again to all the staff, support and to all the beautiful people I met in there. If youre reading this and this would be your first time coming in for something like this boy are uu lucky to have just found this place.PLZZ JUST DO IT! ...RIGHT NOW. It finally is working for me wish I would have come here first! I plead the Blood of Jesus over you, and apply it to your situation in His Holy Name. Thank you Lord Amen

I could not be more grateful for the care I received here. The staff are amazing and will make sure that you are always comfortable. You will be respected, heard, and treated with dignity. You won't be dismissed, all your questions will be answered. Be completely honest so that you can receive the exact care that you need. You could not ask for better accomodations or understanding. The environment is immediately welcoming. Its quiet, peaceful. They have everything you need, you really just need clothing. (Its a bit chilly, bring hoodies and fuzzy socks) There are even laundry facilities. You will be provided with a vape or nicotine patches if you use nicotine products. You may rest as much as you need, the staff will let you sleep through the night, vitals are during the day. You can call your family, except for during group meetings. No visitors, but the stay is short. The counselors and peer support specialists are very honest, open, and eager to help you with your personal journey, without being pushy or making you feel rushed. Whether faith based or evidence based care is right for you, that is your choice. There are options for both approaches! The idea of group meetings was terrifying for me, an introvert, an addict full of shame and guilt. You are not obligated to contribute, that was reassuring. But I was surprised at myself for wanting to contribute and engage. It was a bit sad leaving. While here, I was not just a junkie, just an alcoholic, a lost cause, all of the negative adjectives I used to describe myself. I wasn't the things my family called me. I wasn't an echo of the childhood I lost. I wasn't an empty, lonely vessel on autopilot. I was a person. A human. Im more than my story, but sharing our perspectives and caring for each other felt like being part of a family. A family where you aren't the black sheep. It was almost overwhelming to feel that kind of support and HOPE. Ill be honest; When I came in, i wasn't ready to get help. The timing was just right. But very quickly that changed. They made me want to be better. Not for recognition or pats on the back. Not for attention or brownie points. They made me want it because they made me see I deserve it, I deserve to live a good life and be happy. If you are thinking about making some changes, please come here. What do you have to lose?

Glory to God be the highest !! I’ve spent seven years in and out of inpatient programs across the country, and I can say without hesitation that Solutions Recovery Center in Greenville, SC is on a completely different level. I’m not exaggerating when I say this place has impacted my life more than anywhere I’ve ever been, even during the hardest season I’ve ever faced. When everything in my life felt like it was collapsing, they saved my life. Solutions isn’t just a sober living community — it’s the gold standard, the blueprint, the example the rest of the world should be studying. The amount of respect they show every single person who walks through their doors is unmatched. They don’t just tolerate you; they honor you, they listen to you, and they give you the freedom to express yourself without judgment or shame. The staff doesn’t just do their job — they go above and beyond in ways that feel almost unreal. Their compassion is overwhelming, their dedication is unshakeable, and their belief in people is so powerful it feels supernatural. I’ve never experienced a team so committed to giving people a real chance, a real opportunity, and a real path forward. The community itself is something rare — a place where you’re treated like a human being with value, potential, and purpose. A place where accountability and love walk hand‑in‑hand. A place where you can rebuild your life with dignity. A place where you’re allowed to grow, stumble, rise, and become someone you never thought you could be. I’ve been through more programs than I can count, but Solutions Recovery Center is the only one that truly changed me. The only one that reached me when I was at my lowest. The only one that helped me find myself again. If you’re looking for the world’s greatest sober living community — you’ve found it. If you’re looking for a place that will treat you with respect — this is it. If you’re looking for a place that gives you opportunity, structure, freedom, and hope — Solutions is the answer. I owe them more than words can express. They didn’t just help me. They saved my life.

It took 17 years for my brother’s life to change. 17 years of agony, not only for his family but for himself. Last night my brother graduated from the program and is clean and free for 18 months. This is the only program that worked for him, just being in the meeting hall you can feel the sense compassion. Thank you so much to the staff and community that surrounds Solutions Recovery Center. My family is extremely happy with this program and will recommend it to anyone!

I loved my stay here! I basically came in kicking and screaming. But I’m forever thankful for basically being forced to make this decision for my life. This place saved my life. From my over the phone intake to the moment I discharged every staff member made me feel supported and they were excited for me to take the step Forward. Let’s start with the most important piece (at least for me). THEY ALLOW YOU TO BRING YOUR PETS. There were 3 puppies there basically the whole time I was there. It was so amazing. I also heard they had a bunny there at one point. So they love Furr babies and know how important they are for us. Paula picked me up from the detox. She’s the alumni coordinator. But really she’s a fairy God Mother. She does so much for everyone there. She answered my millions of questions everyday. She was always doing something and had the answer to basically everything. Kambree, the head nurse is the bomb. She’s so funny and caring. Very helpful in every way possible. Dr. Reed was great at adjusting my medications and going over the information about them all. He’s also quite funny! Brittney is the Boss and you would never know it because she’s so humble. She would get us ice cream like every other Friday! And was easy to talk too. All the groups were amazing. I learned so much about my recovery. All the therapist were GREAT! I had Tessa and she met with me every week, some times twice a week, and was very helpful. We talked a lot about boundaries and life balance. I loved her! Mario and Joe were awesome too and so fun and funny. You should check this place out just to hear Joe read a story. The Techs were so supportive and loving. Troy, the head tech, kept it 100% real and didn’t bull shit or sugar coat shit. As addicts we need that. Tray, also a tech, the maintenance man, driver for pick ups and discharges, plus an awesome man to talk too. He did so much for us while I was there. Tanner is also one of the best techs I have ever come across. And I’ve been to quite a few rehabs. He’s so caring, so understanding, amazing to talk too, very funny, Hung out with the clients but never made anyone feel like he was above them, which gained him a lot of respect. If anyone ever needed anything he always got it taken care of in a timely manner and didn’t make you feel like a burden, or forget about what you asked. Amber and Shannon made the weekends fun for all of us. We had a water balloon fight, went hiking, played volleyball. They were also very easy to talk to and trustworthy. Caitlyn and Shandra were there my first day and really made me feel welcomed. Other staff that I want to give a shout out just for being awesome: Melissa (financial lady), Maren (discharge lady), Mandy another therapist but also another title I forget. Over all living: you get a list for groceries you get to check off what you need, live in really nice apartments 3br 2 full baths. 2 people to a room. You get your phone for an hour a day 1pm-2pm while on lunch break. That hour really saved me. Allowed me just enough contact to the outside world and allowed me to check in on my family daily. (Except weekends). Over all this place was THE SHITT!! One of the best rehabs I’ve ever been to. All the staff were amazing.clients were awesome too. I will always be so thankful for this place. If you need help and you’re near Asheville, or even if you’re not, this is the rehab to choose. I love you my CV Family!!!
