Dr. Nicholson and the entire staff at the Marion Clinic do a fantastic job caring for veterans. A very clean facility.

Super friendly and efficient. They don't make you jump through any unnecessary hoops and give the best care possible. I've stopped in on a few occasions for quick questions or last minute needs and they've done their best to accommodate. They are the gold standard of VA care.

I don’t know where I would be today without Kerri and Marcia. In some of my darkest days of addiction and mental health they were always there for me. Stayed after hours for me, called to make sure I was okay when I didn’t show up for my appointment, always encouraging me and taking time with me to truly figure out the help I needed. I highly recommend this place. They’ve always known me by name and treated me like I was family and not just a patient which is exactly what someone needs when struggling ♥️

New Beginnings is a great residential treatment facility I've ever been in. This facility is very structured for those who truly want to give up drugs and or alcohol, and deal with their mental health issues as well. The staff is very compassionate and very helpful to all their clients. The clients are assigned in facility chores such as cooking and cleaning, after being promoted up in the program, the clients are allowed to apply for a job within the programs vocational/employment department here you able to earn a income while continuing your treatment in order for you to have monies soon that you can obtain housing, transportation and anything else you may need upon completion on the program. There are three phases in the program, you start off as a phase 0 within a two week period and you have met all the program requirements such as (program group meetings which consist of 5 to 6 meetings M-F starting at 8:30 am with the last meeting at night at 8 pm, please understand that there are breaks as well as a lunch and dinner in between these meetings. Any yes, there are meetings on Saturday and Sunday as well, not as many as during the week). New Beginnings has three separate housing facilities; Withdraw Management Facility, this unit is designed to help prepare the clients in the first seven to eight days to withdraw from the illegal substances that may be in their system, get them on any medication that is needed for them; the other two facilities is one for men and the other for women. The women facility has the same substance abuse and mental health programs as the men's facility. One thing about all of the units, a client is not locked in, a client has a choice to either stay or leave the facility at any time. The decision to receive help for the addiction/mental health problems is totally up to the client. New Beginnings has outside speakers who have been sober for years, that comes into the facility and teach the clients the way to recovery and sobriety.

Updating my review to 4 stars instead of 2.I have been going here for 5 years. Sad to see Dr. Bentley leave. He was awesome. This place is way better in every way than the Marion center. The pharmacy here is great. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is one of the nurses is somewhat rude and confrontational at times. She should leave her opinions to the doctors and not try to give out medical/medication advice. The other nurse is very nice.

I would be lost and not in a very good place without this counseling center....it has saved me a million times over...there is no shame in seeking help for life's tough spots!!! Thanks CCCC for your counselors, nurses, nurse practitioners, doctors, & receptionists y'all are awesome¡!!

I went through this program when I was like 15 I'm 27 now. While I will say this program did not directly lead me to sobriety there was so much I learned here that have stuck with me for life. I've got over 2 years sober now.

My son has been there for nearly 9 months, I have seen a big difference in him. I've seen the meals they are being provided decent food. Reading these other reviews makes me so mad, I see my son on a regular basis I have never been told I can't see him until I have a drug test and background. As far as the staff they are all amazing I have not had any bad encounters with anyone, the counselors are absolutely amazing and everyone cares about the progress and if my son!!

My name is Seth collier and I spent 8 months at abraxas and learned some very valuable things that I needed to learn. Abraxas provides help for dealing with whatever problems your facing not just drug and alcohol addiction. Shout out miss Amanda.

Excellent treatment, wonderful doctors and nurses, fantastic food. Can't say enough wonderful things to say about this place. Been to many hospitals and this one is the best!! I had health issues that no one would take the time to figure out but this place did.

The first place I didn't felt judged by anyone, before Marion's hospital I didn't felt comfortable even at home. I don't know how but since I got in I felt understood and also felt how people wanted to help me. A good place to go because of its professionalism. They took care of me in the best way possible.

Theres alot of good nurses on floor 2. No bad experience and I was in for 6 days. Shouout to Kaylee my head nurse. She was awesome.

The village network has helped me threw so much. They have really good staff there that are willing to help you and be their for you. I was there for almost two years and if i never went there and got help i would not be the the person i am today.. Ms.Lisa, Mr.Shane. and Mr.jerry and all of them helped me threw alot and if i ever messed up they helped me become better. And thanks to them i think i can make something good out of myself. This was an AWESOME PLACE FOR THE HELP& ISSUES I HAD! They Truly care and help no matter the issue. I was w/o ride home back to Columbus OH & WASN'T going home till that Monday. (This was Sunday I was released) Well, they helped me to where I was able to get my daily medicine along with helping me sleep there another night. They did some magic and I'm so so grateful for the staff there. It's great how they care about how you feel!

This place is really neat, the staff are friendly, and they even have play therapy for kids!

I was referred here, not always thrilled about getting new counselors, it's hard to open up to some. Not here though. My hour long sessions go by so fast, it definitely doesn't feel like an hour. I got Lauren for my counselor and it feels like talking to a friend more than a counselor. I clicked with her instantly. If you want a real connection this is the place for you. I don't have any regrets. Not sure how anyone has had a bad experience. You have to be open to it, and there are waiting lists everywhere for counseling. Especially mental health.

Nice place

I just wanted to thank promedica healthcare facility for caring for my mother so well. The nurses was so kind and understanding and patience with my mother recovering from major lung cancer surgery. When she arrived she couldn’t walk or hold a cup on her own. Now with the rehabilitation staff and nurses she doing all that. I couldn’t ask for a better place to take my loved one. She loved her stay and going to miss all the nurses there. Our family couldn’t thank you enough for all you done for our Mother Shirley Collier. Thank you again!!!!
