Finally leaving this negative review after being patient and understanding with this place and their lack of urgency to help me for over a year. Again this month I messaged on MyChart and called them three days before my script was set to need filled to make sure they would have it ready on the day of. It is now 8 days later and after calling numerous time (most of which get no answer) I STILL do not even know if they will be calling in my script today or if they plan to at all. The lady at the front desk is very kind and seems like she is really trying to help but isn’t getting much from the rest of the team to get this issue sorted. Mind you this is maybe the 8th or 10th time I’ve been forced to go days on end without a medicine they very specifically told me I cannot cold turkey. It’s affecting my life and my work so negatively and they do not seems to care at all. So so frustrating and I am so disappointed that I continue to have to deal with this almost every month. Especially considering most of my meds are for mental health and come with nasty withdrawals I’m forced to face every time this issue comes up.

Personally, I loved my experience at Matt Talbot for women. Between the food that was good for a treatment center that is just there to get you back on your feet and the lovely RA’s I felt welcomed and at a comfortable place to restart my life. I believe people don’t realize that once you bring yourself into a treatment center you’re giving your life over to the care of people that are just there to help you get sober, but at Matt Talbot they do so much more than that. I got a sense of family friendship and peer support. I want to give a special shout out to the RA’s Ms.Shannon, Ms.Lacie, Ms.Robyn, Ms.Arnetha, Ms.Ashely, Mr.Jerry, Ms.Gloria and more. No matter what time it was, they were there for me when I wanted or Needed something. If it was someone to talk to when I was feeling down or just a pen to write in my journal if it was a volleyball game to play outside or to listen to music on the speaker, they did it with a smile on their face and no hesitation. Not only were the RA’s Delightful And like a family to me, the counselors and group facilitators were also amazing. To name a few Ms.Dorlene was one of the best people to do groups with, my counselor Ms.Jill Was very supportive and a great listener. Ms.Liandre was also great with her groups and a very strong woman who was fair to everyone and gave us candy. Ms.Erin I didn’t work with personally, but she did a good group with Ms.Jill. Same with Mr.Charlie I didn’t personally work with him but he did a good group and was fun to be around. Long story short if your looking for help to get sober In a clean environment with a sense of family And supportMatt Talbot is the place to go.

My son has been there for nearly 9 months, I have seen a big difference in him. I've seen the meals they are being provided decent food. Reading these other reviews makes me so mad, I see my son on a regular basis I have never been told I can't see him until I have a drug test and background. As far as the staff they are all amazing I have not had any bad encounters with anyone, the counselors are absolutely amazing and everyone cares about the progress and if my son!!

Specifically for the care at the cosgrove maternity ward. We were delayed to have our baby induced and the staff was extremely apologetic. Understaffed and high volume of babies being born, the team here is incredible. This was my second delivery here. My primary nurse Macey is so kind, caring and friendly. Bubbly and professional, she made my experience go so smoothly and was so personable.
After in recovery all of our nurses were fantastic. Brenda Teddy and Emma were attentive, friendly and made me feel our concerns and voices were heard.
Shout out to Olivia whom is probably the sweetest, nicest staff member I've ever had! She is truly in the right profession.

Prosperity Haven (Now Wellbrook Recovery) saved the life of one of my loved ones and I (as well as my family) will forever be grateful for it!!! We were able to visit every week and the staff and other men staying at the house were always so kind and welcoming to us. The house and property are so nice and well taken care of. The counseling and therapy as well as the friendships that my family member was able to find through this program was so unique and special, I truly believe it saved his life and allowed him to live a life he's really never been able to live before. He is now an alumni and still continues to participate in AA meetings and alumni events. Every week he is excited to reconnect with the men he met at the house and at alumni events since then. His experience at Prosperity Haven has allowed him to fully understand his substance abuse behaviors and how to find the right tools to handle his urges and temptations. It has saved his marriage and relationships with friends and family. If I could leave zero stars and still post it I would, sadly they make you give them a star they don’t deserve. These guys leave the same comment under everyone’s review but change a few words, they aren’t here to help anyone, they will not allow me to contact my wife but when she is able to call me be she is frightened and scared of the staff, why is this okay? Why is your company okay with treating people horribly? Do you not do background checks on your staff? Are you just there for the paycheck? What happened to helping the community? Your reviews reflect your poor staff behavior, fix your problems.

Not only have they helped me with recovery but they became part of my recovery family. Just checking in on you guys. Thank You for all your help and the tools to stay clean. I left about four years ago and was at 120 . After about 45 days of going thru withdrawals I finally gave in to Suboxone. My next step is the shot. Hi Bill and glad to see you're still here. TY for always being cool and I'll never forget you. Addicts do recover when they choose to!!!! Ty QBH for the tools to stay clean by making me go to group and therapy 🙌. Which made me start going to NA meetings. I believe in early recovery you gotta do 90/90. 90 meetings in 90 days to start change 😉😎. Remember to give yourself a break and get into NA to start working the steps of NA. The books how and why were my best tools. You must have a sponsor to work the steps. You can't do the steps alone because how do you know if you're doing them right 👍 and you'll have a friend forever.

A family member went to Talbot Hall recently. He had been to several other rehabilitation centers, but said this was by far the best facility he has been in. I went to residential this fall. The staff is just incredible. There is someone there for you 24/7. Only 15 beds so you really can work on your recovery with the smaller groups. They will help you with your aftercare program and after you leave will always be there for you if you need them.

I have been to rehabs that charge out of pocket and ones that take Medicaid. Talbott hall is among the best places to get treatment that take Medicaid. This place saved my life when I was at my lowest. Detox was comfortable and the out patient programs have been solid.

Dr. Amita Madan is one of the worst providers I have ever interacted with. She is extremely hostile and uncaring. She makes sharing sensitive information difficult. Working with her is uncomfortable and you can tell when she dislikes you as a patient.
I needed time sensitive paperwork filled out by her. I sent it to the office on 11/12. She responded the same day refusing to fill out the paperwork and no one from the office ever followed up with me. I had an appointment with her on 11/17 and she said she hadn’t recieved anything. Incompetent. Easterseals and their providers making life more difficult once again.
