Came to these people in mental crisis. Enrique was the first I spoke to. I'll never forget how compassionate and understanding he was. He also called me to try to get me in earlier than my scheduled appointment. I see Katelynn (I'm terrible at names and probably misspelled her name, 😐) She is Wonderful. Very empathic, compassionate and such a good listener. I know I haven't been easy to deal with. I'm not having an easy time dealing with me and everything around me.. but Katelynn is helping me. For everyone that I've encountered there, they have been so very nice to me. Even when I wasn't being so nice to be around. For me, this place, Enrique, Katelynn and the rest of the people I've encountered, has been a Godsend.

The care that we received was absolutely the very best that we could get. From the nursing staff, both shifts, to the physical therapist, to the dietary was so good. On march 17,2026 I was a patient at the emergency room for an issue with my throat.From the time i walked up to the registration desk until the time I left I was treated with nothing but professional and kind care and concern. The doctor that day and for the life of me I can't remember his name but he is also the director of the emergency department, especially stands out in my mind for taking the time to explain so much to me going the extra mile for me to make sure I get the care that I need for this issue and just all around being a great person I'd like to thank you if you read this for how you handled me that day I really appreciate it and it will stay with me the rest of my days I'm sure.Bravo Zulu to the staff of the emergency department at the pharmacy Creek veterans hospital

Resada is a great way to start your path to recovery I personally love it here, remember know matter where you go what you put in is what you get out. This rehab has an amazing way to make you feel better about finding yourself again. If you're going to complain about the things that you can't do there then you're there for all the wrong reasons. Remember you're there to work on you and learn ways to overcome what our addiction throws at us. Be 💯 and you'll get 💯. Thank you to everyone at Resada who has impacted my life. 30 days isn't long enough but it's a start to get me on the journey of my sobriety!!! And do you see everyone who has something negative to say was court ordered! Your having structure issues try to self admit then you'll see better results.

My next step absolutely changed my life for the better!!! I started the program in April and today I have 8 months and 28 days clean and sober….! I can’t find the words to explain the staff…..they were exactly what I needed when I needed and I owe my life to them! I could write pages about my experience with My Next Step; If you want something better in life and an extended family that will walk with you and give you the love and support while holding you accountable; to get you there… then I only recommend MY NEXT STEP! Going in I was skeptical. The VA gets a bad rap. After getting the physical and paperwork the nurse came to the waiting room, sat down and explained the results. My private doctor does not do this. Appointments made and taken care of in a very timely manor. I was pretty impressed with the VA and this location.

Not perfect, but its clean and medical appointments are easy to come by. Mental health is a little harder to get the apts you want, but they're always available by phone. Small, but very clean and staff is extremely nice.

The whole crew ( Betty, Tammy, Crystal and Dr. Perez) is very respectful and understanding even when some of us can be a little moody as we go in there. I can assure you that they will do everything in their power that the VA says they can do for you and if they don't, then you probably messed up somewhere.
