Uodate the company closed it's doors went bankrupt.
Six mths ago the company changed hands. They used to be terrible but now I've never received this level of quality care. Now I have a psychiatrist, a therapist, a case manager, and a psycho-social-rehab therapist and they're all very good at what they do. Except for the psychiatrist, they all come to my home because I can't drive.

So far the few times I've brought my kids here they've been very nice and helpful and are very concerned about my children's needs and feelings and the staff members that come to my home for the kids weekly Therapy Session's and My case manager from BSS are also FANTASTIC. Couldn't ask for a better group of people to be a part of mine and my children's lives there very helpful in so many different ways. Thank You all for being so caring and helpful.

I was super nervous goin in but honestly this place helped more then I thought it would. the people who work here are mostly chill and really seem like they care, they don’t talk down to you or anything. i didn’t feel judged which matters a lot. only thing is the outside crowd can be sus so i’d say just head in and out, don’t stick around. it doesn’t feel all strict like a hospital or jail so that helped me stick with it. not perfect but it’s real and its helping me stay clean. would def recommend if you need a place to start

Hands-down, the best experience I’ve had ever with a dermatology office. The front desk staff was amazing over the phone and in person. Lia and Mia were professional, patient, friendly, and helpful. Whoever answers your phone and is the first person you see in an office makes a difference. Unfortunately, the majority of doctors offices today don’t have the kind of staff that this place has. Marissa in the back was very patient and thorough. I barely waited 2 minutes which was fantastic. Stella was a great nurse practitioner, patient with all my questions and did my body check with dignity with proper eyewear and lighting (that has never happened at my prior derms office). She provided a lot of helpful suggestions and a prescription for future use for a concern I have. She also cared about my medical history and ensuring my safety and skin health. If I needed to suggest what green flags to look for in a medical practice it would be everything this place is. The facility is also clean and kept up with. I can’t say anything negative at all! I’ve been so happy with my initial appointment and shared their information with other people. Thank you for a great first appointment and for being so much better than what’s out there. I was dreading this due to other practices I’ve been to but you exceeded my expectations thank you to your amazing team!

Truly, the only reason I give them a star is for most of the Behavioral Technicians. They make just barely if not the same as a fast food workers yet their compassion extends much further than administrative, nursing, and therapist.
3900$ a day for insurance, lies told to get your loved on there, none of the amenities, (equestrian, massage, music ext) if not offered. Also, my son had a horrible detox but made the decision to go for himself. This is where the BHT really deserve every single bit of praise. Especially, Autumn, Corey, Troy, Brian, Greg, Tammy and a few other my son mentioned. It’s quite sad when my son explains he is being discriminated agasint for multiple incidents he had nothing to do with, then to have professional staff agree with him! To have HIPPA violated when a patient broke down a secure door with all the patients medications they came with, cellphones ext. PRIVATE PROPERTY! just before my son left they lost a patients private property and still could not recover it by the time he left. The patient who committed this horrific act putting the facility at risk was offered to remain, even after he still have his phone to get narcotics on him until he was finally asked to leave! Bonnie the clinical director is a joke. I am going to be pursuing full criminal action against this facility! Also beware they are far from HIPPA compliant. Right before and after my son arrived they had two incidents where patients where sexually active. They couldn’t blame my son for the first but during the second blamed my son despite no evidence of any sexual activities. Yet one Patient admitted to being sexually active with another patient, with markings left on the male and female who engaged in it. Yet my son was treated poorly after still dealing with a horrible detox.
My son is missing two credit cards out of his book bag which they failed to list on his property. STAY AWAY! they know they are non complaint with HIPPA! Unprofessional, Bonnie is unprofessional

After l told them I was reconsidering bc they couldn't answer some basic questions, they became incessant and heavy handed in trying to get me to commit. Ryan tried shame/guilt by trying to tell me what my wife would want me to do, "Don't you want to get some help? I know [your wife] wants that. " Then Trent asks, "What else is holding you up?" Which is ostensibly could be seen as a problem solving question. I've been in sales for 30+yrs; it's also a question to move buyers along, to get a decion rushed/ made soon. Overall, I have asked them 4 times in 2 days to stop contacting me but someone else keeps calling/texting to try to get me to come in. I have grave concerns about the clinical staff rushing patients through for a quick paycheck.

I came here for over a year without any issues. I had to switch providers for a different service. That provider never came out to get me for my appointment, the front desk staff told me they didn’t know where the provider was, and I asked for a manager to call me (I left after 40 minutes of waiting) and no one ever called. So unprofessional and not worth the traffic, hassle, or price.

I didn't have a good experience there. The counselors are not liscenced and don't give a damn about us. They treat you like you are a liar and a thief. They don't focus on what you need to do to get better. They shoot you down before you get up.

Almost all staff there when I was there to rehabilitate, was thoughtful and had their hearts in the right place.
The program directors, support councilors, and all other staff members on campus made sure almost daily to check up on the youth, and building solid foundations of trust needed to have consistent progress in therapy both in session and internal.
There were opportunities to further your education and if you could show responsibility and determination to better yourself, your given opportunity’s to learn more hands on life skills, like painting or how to properly write a resume and apply for a Job.
While from the perspective of being rehabilitated, things can seem negative and hopeless at times. When I was there I didn’t share an positive outlook, but after deeply analyzing my experience In hindsight, this was the safest and most caring place to learn necessary coping skills to stay recovered.

I did time there 2002 to 2003. It was called ARC back then. They had alot of escapes there. Mrs Flowers was the best person there. We were placed in cottages like a summer camp..they fed us well. I learned alot from my experience

Its a nice facility, medical care is a little messed up but besides that its a wonderful place and campus 😊. They may change you're meds doses or just flat out not give you them a lot of people have left because of that. Shelly the clinical director can be a little passive aggressive and if you get on her bad side it can mess up most of you're stay here. Everyone else is wonderful Wades the best case manager and helped me with a lot and Matt my therapist is wonderful and has helped me work through a lot of issues. BRING BUG SPRAY!

The Refuge, specifically the therapist Deborah, has been a major blessing for me. As an 18 year old addict, I’ve been a mess from a young age. The Refuge offers a place of healing and unconditional love for any and everybody willing to do the work. This has been my third facility, and I’ve never made so much groundbreaking progress in so little time. If you are ready for sobriety and healing COME HERE!!!

I went to this program a few years ago and it was the best thing that ever happened to me, I learned structure which I needed bàdly. How to make and keep friends, basic life skills, money mangement and and how to live life on life's terms. Career skills, sober living, skills needed to do it yourself, how to take care of your health. It was an amazing experience and it wasn't all fun but it was all worth it in the end.
