I have been to several treatment facilities and this one is by far the best one i have been to. Not only is the facility clean and well kept, the faculty that works there have amazing hearts. This is the only treatment facility that i have been to where the staff actually genuinely care for you and your recovery/well being. They have a unique treatment plan that works. Unlike many places I have been to instead of boring you to death, they actually make recovery fun, which in my experience has a lot to do with being able to succeed in recovery. I have recommended multiple friends and family members to go here when they are struggling with addiction and will continue to recommend Steps to Recovery to anyone who asks how i got clean and remained clean. I owe my life and my recovery to these people and they will always have a special place in my heart.Just a little update, celebrating 10 years clean in a few months

I recently graduated from STR. I was in programming between May to September, originally PHP and then in the IOP mental health program. While in PHP I was in housing as well. There are family sessions offered too, but I did not utilize that service while at STR.While the house I was at was not perfect, administration tried their best to accommodate every concern clients had with the house. It was overall a clean and safe environment to live in. If there are any concerns advocate for yourself and ask a tech to call a house meeting if it is an interpersonal issue within the house. If you have a different issue communicate that to the director and it will most likely be handled promptly.The PHP (partial hospitalization program) for mental health is six days a week, 9am-1:30 Monday-Friday and 9am-12pm Saturdays. The program changes as needs change. When I first began there process groups were three hours long, but when I left they were two hours long with an additional hour of psych ed. While the day may seem long, everyone gets a break between noon and 12:30. Afternoon there are different types of therapy everyday like art therapy, DBT, CBT.IOP (intensive outpatient program) is only 9am-12pm three days a week, usually Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. The director is accommodating though so if for any reason you need to not go on a Monday, you could always go on a Saturday if you advocate for yourself.You ll have one individual session a week with one of the clinicians. I had Ashley and she is phenomenal. While the staff really do care about the clients, Ashley definitely cares about clients and it shows in her work.You ll also have a session with either Dr. Newman or Monique once a week to go over medications they are both amazing!STR is shaped not just by the staff, but clientele too. I have reinforced and grew my support system while being at STR. And while I was in the mental health program, I have substance use disorder as well, I d recommend Steps to recovery struggling with their mental health or substance use. It may take a couple of weeks to really settle into the program, but continue to do the work since you are worth it and advocate for yourself if something isn t working for you.STR is also a great facility if you re part of the LGBTQ+ community. The staff here are not just accepting, but affirming. There is an optional LGBTQ+ group once a week with Christian, which was my favorite part of the week.

The staff were all very nice for the most part. I had some great moments. STR helped me out while I was in a rough position and for that I am grateful. I appreciate that they go out of there way to help people with extenuating circumstances. There are a lot of personalities and that can frustrating. However, I would recommend this place to a friend in need. Overall, it s a good place.

Legacy is an amazing program and very structured. All of the staff really does care about their clients and it shows in everything they do. Between the group facilitators, techs, clinical staff, everyone that works here you can tell wants to be here and help people get better. I couldn t have asked for a better experience, and I m truly blessed to have had the opportunity to go through this program. To have people that genuinely care and want to help is rare to find. Definitely a gem of a program! Shoutout to my therapist also because she s been amazing as well. I ve learned and grown so much. I definitely recommend to anyone who is serious about their recovery to give this program a try, you won t regret it. Thanks Legacy for a wonderful experience.

My overall experience with Legacy was life changing. The way the facilitators ran groups, and really interacted with us made me feel comfortable asking all the questions I have been dreading to ask since I started my recovery journey. I loved Legacies programs so much that I decided to stay and do IOP as well and continue my recovery journey! I am truly blessed to have been put in a place that genuinely care about their clients as well as their recovery, from the tech staff, to my therapist (whom I love so much), as well as the facilitators! I would 100% recommend coming to Legacy if you are thinking about starting your recovery journey, it is a decision you will never regret and come to be thankful for in the future!

Victory bay is by far the best long term sober living. I have been here for about a year now. It s like having a second family who supports you unconditionally. I have enjoyed my stay here and have learned so much more about my addiction. I feel confident in continuing my journey because of everything victory bay has given me. Justin, Johnny and Nicole are super helpful and do everything in their power to support all the clients in victory bay. If you re looking for help this is your number one best bet. Staff including Erica T, Haylee, Ms. Karen, Kiersten, Nadya, Tom, Justin, and Mark just to name a few there were truly amazing people who gave me tools of success to recover from my drug addiction and to go back into this world a changed man. This is a great place if you wanna recover from you addiction. I ll never forget the wonderful experience I had here and knowing that even I can recover!

I had a few different counselors but once I got Jackie I've had her ever since and she is awesome very informative easy to talk to and open up too .,I also feel she truly does care about getting u clean and on the right path.

I have been coming to this clinic for a little over 2 years and I have had a great experience. Courtney, the security guard, does such an amazing job and makes me feel safe and makes me feel like I m allowed to have boundaries. Which is so good for my mental health plus the small talk that I have with her has gotten me through depressed days that she might not even know of. Somebody just being nice to you for a second helps a lot I feel the same way about the nurses and the girls at the front Tanisha and I m so sorry, but I forget the other girls name but they are amazing as well. McKenzie my counselor is also a great counselor and I m so happy that I was matched with her because I feel like me and her are great match and we have an amazing connection and every time I leave her office I feel better not worse. so I only have good things to say about the methadone clinic here in Somerdale. The only thing is the driving company connected is not good and they lied about something I did so that s my only complaint, but I still give this five stars.

I m so grateful to my 30 days I spent at RCA Devon to get my life back together. This was my first time in treatment and I was scared to say the least. The therapists, group facilitators and RSS s realized how frightening of a time this was and took the time out of their days to make sure I was comfortable. The floor community we had was the most uplifting group of people I ve ever been a part of by far and I m still close with several people I d consider dear friends now. The care from RCA didn t just end when the 30 days passed , the made sure to outline aftercare for me and set everything up , not to mention working directly with my employer to handle FMLA so I wouldn t have that to worry about as well. If you re ready and willing to get help for yourself but are unsure of an extended in person rehab stay I couldn t recommend more giving it a try. I ve only been back out in the real world for a month and my life is immensely more enjoyable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart RCA DEVON :)

I came to bucks after a stay in Avenues Lake Ariel. I was hesitant to commit to a 6 month program. Today I can say it was the best decision of my life. I found friends, family, support, and most importantly recovery. Today I have almost 8 months clean. I'm truly grateful for bucks, and my new way of life.

Hello Dr. HassanI, What the heck is going on" wear is the myhealthvet. I can not use The pharmacy , Appointments , Messages and my health Records. This started about 2 months. Can you please let me know. I have tried to get into the new MYhealthvet. This cannot stay this way. I have some freinds and they do not like it at all. Please see what can be done!!

PRC is a great place to come if you are looking to transition between residential care and the real world. They have great programming, good therapists, and good ways to keep you accountable. The staff was excellent and the owner Brandt is a nice guy.

PRC honestly saved my life. I came here with fear, hopelessness, and no spirituality. Trust this program and trust all of the staff here. When I truly began putting in the work, feelings of hopelessness went away, slowly over time. The therapist I was assigned to here, is extremely supportive and knowledgeable. The clinical director here, is overall amazing. Shawn the program housing manager, I cannot thank him enough. Shawn and Brandt continued to let me back here after many slip ups. They let me back because they saw something in me that I did not see in myself. I believed I could never recover, but they saw otherwise. Everyone here loves you until we love ourselves. This place was truly a stepping stone in my life.

I am forever grateful for Dr. Norton, Leigh, Lori, Jason Chef Steve and the entire staff and nurses at Recovery Village. Amazing facility and would recommend to anyone who is struggling. They helped me tremendously.

The Recovery Village at Cherry Hill is a thoughtfully designed facility with a well-structured approach to care. The staff is made up of passionate professionals who genuinely prioritize the client experience. I was truly impressed by the amenities, which clearly reflect their commitment to ensuring clients feel comfortable as they navigate some of the most challenging times in their lives. It s an excellent place to detox, heal, and grow.

I am pleased to give this 5-star review of MRC. I attended PHP and IOP, and had individual counseling twice a week. The counselors are excellent. They encourage a lot of participation in the groups. The topics are relevant to recovery- stress management, 12 steps, nutrition, body-mind connection, gratitude, and a lot more. Weekly yoga is offered and it doesn't matter what level you are. I was supported and cared for all the way through the process of outpatient recovery.

I am very happy going to Montco Recovery Center. I get a lot out of my groups and I especially like my counselor Bill. He's very helpful in my recovery. I also get along with the majority of people in my groups. If anyone asks where to go for recovery I will definitely recommend Montco!

Sunrise detox save my life and has helped countless family members out of mine over the years. They have the best staff Katie is amazing goes above and beyond, and Rob talked me off the ledge so many times.

I have read the bad reviews and to all the people that say Malvern is chaotic, dirty saddening can t sleep.As an alcoholic addict with over 35 years of use. And now Living sober, I say, so is our addiction , chaotic sad ,dirty, and unfriendly.Yes you can t sleep you been getting wasted for year s your mind is racing.Go to rehab and slow it down.Thank you to Malvern For doing what you re doing and giving everyone an addiction a chance to recover.

Maureen is the best person I've ever met in my life, she's truly a god send and I mean that with all my heart. Everyone from the tech's to the counselor's truly care.

I'm from Long Island NY. I'm on Medicare and Medicaid. It was a struggle to get approval to go here but God got me in. I actually worked on getting there because I could smoke cigarettes which has been a huge barrier to my treatment. I have never experienced this level of care in New York. The medical treatment was wonderful nothing like NY. Most of the groups are run by people in recovery ( Crissy,derron, foxwell, Anthony and Brian) it was life changing to experience groups with people like me. For the first time I actually asked for more time after detox which is a miracle for me. So I'm writing this for the new Yorkers looking for treatment where you can smoke and find it impossible to stay inpatient without cigarettes. Go to this place and get everything you can during your time there. Even if you only get seven days it will change your life. I am soooo grateful for my time there, if you're like me and have been through dozens of treatment facilities...Go here! I am so grateful.

Colleen is one of the best counselors at Solstice. She always makes everyone in group feel super comfortable and always finds a way to make it fun and interesting.

Everybody is great

If you need to be in recovery, it s the place you should pick. Rachel in the front always makes me comfortable when I m in the most awkward positions. Colleen has become a rock for me. I came in not wanting to really talk to anyone but her personality has made me want to talk about things going on in my life. She makes me feel comfortable and also makes me feel happier during a dark time in my life. Her laugh and light are infectious.

The staff are helpful and pleasant to the clients.

My son talks to a therapist here. Its online due to covid but his therapist is great. Im now about to call and get my daughter services. Covid has mentally strained our kids
