My experience at Steps to Recovery has been great for the most part, the people and the environment are very welcoming and comforting. I have had some issues that have come up, but they usually get resolved. My only main gripe is with some of the other clients at the community living house fail to clean up after themselves, and some do not know self control. But, the staff here is very professional and easy to talk to. I find that the opportunities here for my recovery journey are pretty good, although I'd like access to more holistic therapy resources. I've actually personally facilitated a Dharma meeting and will facilitate more in the future. I appreciate my time here at STR and am excited for the future with them.

It's an over all good place to help get yourself together and learn more about yourself and the counselors and therapists are very good at helping you

My experience has enlightened me and inspired my path of what they call treatment and recovery which I renamed Training staff is impeccable and caring. Upon arrival I was welcomed by Melissa with open arms and a huge smile that made me want to stay instead of run away like most. Most Techs are great even knowing they are 1/2 my age. The ones that stand out most as super stars are Jeff N, Terrance. Darrell and Matt. Therapist super stars are Jamie. Alexis and Matt. I am extremely happy with my choice and am sober and loving life. I have been integrated into Legacys treatment for A DAY and the staff, community, as well as the setting is nothing like any other experience; They provide lunch and other food for anytime, the staff call out our flunks, therapy is provided at the highest quality once or twice a week, an inhouse doctor prescribes and stays up to date on your medication journey. The sweetest and most beautiful ladies work the front desk, Shoutout Melissa!

Amazing place!! Saved my life!

Honestly didn’t know where to start and from the first call I was walked through all my options. I decided IOP was the best place for me to start and although it’s a lot at first, I feel like it has been the best decision of my life.

My names Anthony, I just gotta say I moved up to Pennsylvania from south Florida 2 months ago and I’ve been through others programs before in the past and at Provive I’ve been welcomed with open arms. The community of therapists and practitioners go above and beyond to provide guidance and support for me and patients as a whole. I love this program and have never been better in my life Thanks Provive !!

Simply an awesome caring facility. The staff gives 100 percent and then some! They display a true genuine concern for those in their care. Communication is exceptional! My son has been in many facilities over the years and Provive Welles is the best place that he has been in and made the most progress. Everyone that I’ve communicated with was phenomenal. However, the majority of my communications were with Megan, Emily and David. I must give them special recognition for my sincerest appreciation. I’ve been with Provive for about a month or so now. I was having urges to drink myself into a blackout state. Been this way for about a week….I mentioned it in front of the house manager and nothing happened. Today was the worst of my urges. Megan had reached out to check on me and she was able to help me through without relapsing…. Thank you, Megan for all your help!!

RCA Devon changed my life. The support I received here helped me build a foundation I didn’t think was possible. Joey, the alumni coordinator, deserves special recognition because he has been a huge part of my recovery journey. He stays connected, provides resources, and shows real compassion for everyone who comes through the program . I’m truly grateful for this place and everything it has done for me.

This place has been amazing and it has given me an new outlook on life. I am a graduate of the program and now part of the alumni and Joey has been such an asset in helping me grow as I transitioned back into normal life. He was always so willing to go the extra mile and I love the events he works so hard to put together. I would recognize this place to anyone who is struggling with addiction they absolutely saved my life.

Going to RCA was the best decision I made. I am so grateful for this place. What makes this place so special is the people who work here. I see them show up everyday. They are selfless and continuously check up on you. Whether you are inpatient, or alumni, they are always there for you. It really is a beautiful thing. I’ve developed strong relationships in sobriety because of RCA. I will be forever grateful carrying the message the gift of sobriety brings.

Listen, I am a total mess most of the time due to my catastrophizing things. I make everything start at worst case scenario hoping it doesn't stay there but unfortunately it sometimes does. Im not going to give you a play by play or some incredible testimony because my story is still going strong but I've come a very long way and I 💯 give my counselor, Susan, alot of credit for sticking by me even bk in the beginning when I would be nasty and childish towards her and ill never forget when she told me that she was just waiting for me to be ready. * full disclosure im a garbage head and at the time I needed rehab terribly. And she was so patient and calm n it drove me nuts. Until one day, I walked into her office and said im ready. And from that chair in her office I left for rehab right away thanks to a combined effort of the staff, Will a former employee but mainly through her approach over months. I've had several wonderful things happen since then but most importantly I finally won my 3 year battle with CPS and gained joint custody of my son back. Now, don't get it twisted, I am far from a shiney happy person now. I've got major struggles right now but ever since that day she can't get rid of me off her caseload. Mainly because secretly im her favorite.😄 but i won't let them switch me because Susan really does care about her clients and I am sure of it for many reasons. If Susan isn't you're counselor you're missing out. And because of her this center gets a 5 star 🌟 rating from me. Which, btw, NEVER happens.

When I first started I was rough but the program helped me. My counselor Jackie is really good she helped me so much… she real and cares!!!

Staff is awesome, always made me feel comfortable and new me by name first day. Hands down great place! The Dr's are even better very knowledgeable and caring!!

Ahmad, a supervisor in Community Care did a wonderful job helping me get an appointment I’ve been waiting on for 9 months back after it was canceled due to the dental department not responding to authorization requests. This was an issue for 9 months, he and his team member Jenny got this done in 30 minutes.

My husband was able to get In-N-Out with his appointment.

It was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was also blessed with a great group of residents. If anyone is interested in Treatment, I highly encourage them to join. It’s a life changing experience. 👍👍

This place was great for me and I think it would be great for anyone who does it for the right reasons. They say we'll find whatever we're looking for and if you're looking for a good environment for treatment this is the place for you. The clinical staff was great. My therapist challenged me and I grew from it. The techs were hit and miss but anywhere I went I feel like its the same. When ppl care about their jobs and put their hearts in it, it really does make a difference in the lives of those struggling. The team at Recovery Village cared enough to do whatever they could to accommodate anyone and everyone. If you want recovery you have to work at it and this place provides the tools to make it just a little bit easier to accomplish. Thank you for myself and those you helped, it truly does make a difference

I am pleased to give this 5-star review of MRC. I attended PHP and IOP, and had individual counseling twice a week. The counselors are excellent. They encourage a lot of participation in the groups. The topics are relevant to recovery- stress management, 12 steps, nutrition, body-mind connection, gratitude, and a lot more. Weekly yoga is offered and it doesn't matter what level you are. I was supported and cared for all the way through the process of outpatient recovery.

I am very happy going to Montco Recovery Center. I get a lot out of my groups and I especially like my counselor Bill. He's very helpful in my recovery. I also get along with the majority of people in my groups. If anyone asks where to go for recovery I will definitely recommend Montco!

I picked this center because of it having all 5 star reviews, and many of them. I am happy to add one more to it! Ownership is amazing, and every staff member gets to know every client on a personal level. The center itself is a wonderful property. My counselor Chris is extremely relatable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Bill makes groups fun and impactful. Angie and Pam bring years of inpatient experience to this outpatient experience. Pam’s art therapy breaks up the weeks with fun activities and Megan’s compassion and insight makes you feel comfortable about opening up. Probably my favorite group of the week is the last one on Fridays where Pastor Jay has everyone on the edge of their seat while roaring with laughter. All this creates an amazing community with the sober living being by far best experience in such I have ever had. PRC is an absolute 10/10!

This is hands down a 5 star facility and program. The entire staff is professional, supportive, and encouraging during your treatment here. I wouldn’t have made it as far as I have without being there. I did the outpatient program but other patients here enjoyed the housing program. There are a range of therapists to choose from and they’re all great. There are different group therapies to sign up for if you’re interested like yoga, raki, etc. Don’t hesitate and sign up to change your life.

These is a place to be redeemed and start over again.

This place save my life the staff was beyond great.I recommend Malvern for new clients the nurses was the best the food was a solid 8 2am smoke breaks you can not ask for anything better my counselor Ray help me get to the root of my addiction the after care staff went above and beyond for ipo ...love this place I really don't understand why would anyone say this place was dirty the have staff cleaning everyday my room was spot less

I loved Malvern. Their counselors, their techs, and the groups especially helped me a lot. I am 7 months sober since July 13th, and I can say Malvern helped a lot in that. Thank you so much!!!!!!! I have established life long friend connections because of that place. I will never forget when they helped me out when my cigarettes got stolen. They helped me a lot, the staff is amazing and very educated. Thank you Malvern <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

I am very thankful to valley forge medical centers staff for helping me restore my heart and diabetes. Staff in the kitchen was especially excellent. The ability to talk to the counselors and set goals for myself helped me think about my future. The staff here has been 5 stars.
