I started out here on methadone, then left and came back on suboxine and now go there for the brixadi shot. All of the staff are so nice, easy to talk to and supportive. All the staff was wonderful. I want to highlight the following people from each department because without the staff here I would have not exceled. In Client Care, Melanie and Jack took a vested interest in my recovery journey from start to finish. In nursing, Susan and Sierra were so sweet and were always there when I needed someone to listen and assisted me with anything I needed regarding my medication. Medical staff, Cindy was by far one of the best provider's I have ever met in a treatment setting. She was patient with me, addressed all my concerns and did not push any medication on me which was very much appreciated. Sabriya was an amazing recreational therapist and she found creative ways to bring me out of my shell and was always there when I needed someone to talk to. As far as facilitators, John and Michelle were absolutely top tier. The behavioral techs were amazing at the Haven. Bridget was wise beyond here years and became one of my main sounding boards during second shift. I also want to mention Angie, Tim, Cheena, and Zaahir who were instrumental in my recovery. I want to give a separate shout out to Amethyst who started working for the Haven during my stay. I was able to see her quickly adapt in her new role and how passionate she is to assist others, I can tell she has a drive for this and will most defiantly succeed. Last but certainly not least I want to recognize Rosie. She was the one who completed my intake. From our first interaction she promised my I was safe and she would be with me the whole way. Not only did she keep her promise but any time I panicked or had any concerns she was right there by my side. Even on her days off she checked in on me and let me know she was thinking of me and how I was doing in this brand new community. It's because of the dedication of these people and all the other staff that I was able to not only complete my treatment but also feel prepared and ready to tackle the real world, moving here to Jersey for a new start. Staff is always welcoming, the doctors, in any field, always speak with my father like they've been friends for years & making sure he knows exactly what to expect before, during & after his procedure/surgery. Athough it's a hike from the Atlantic City area, the doctors & staff make the drive worth it every single time. I'm actually here now & although there's a bit of a wait, it's still comforting knowing my father will be in good hands. It took a little time because their travel liaison was out of office so I had to go to their ER, and they were on a different system than my home VA, but I really appreciated their dillagence. Unfortunately, my addictions got the best of me and I relapsed and didn't return.I was so ashamed of myself I didn't want to show my face and went back to boozing and now thankfully I'm finally getting help that I need. I was admitted to Jefferson Hospital suffering from severe alcohol withdrawal syndrome, borderline experiencing auditory hallucinations. I was also suffering from gait abnormality and balance and coordination issues so they transferred me to Wyndmoor Hills for Physical therapy and once I'm discharged well before I'm discharged, I'll pick a rehab facility for inpatient treatment.Wish me luck. Val is the best house manager and i had to move to legacy for 30 days before going back to sobriety solutions and i can’t pray everyday enough for the time to just go by so i can go back to this program and house. She is always open and honest l. She's never guided me in the wrong direction. Honestly she works so hard in taking care of us clients and what we need that sometimes it feels like I'm not doing enough for my own recovery. If you're nervous about taking the next step in your recovery as I was never have been to a PHP before. She makes sure that it's a smooth transition. Honestly the only way you could think Haley or the rest of the staff isn't doing enough for you is if you're so lazy and aren't really serious about your recovery that you just expect everyone to do everything for you. I. That case you may need a higher level of care. Because I've never been so excited and felt like I had the help I need in my recovery as I do in sober solutions and working with Haley. The staff was nice, respectful and intelligent, very compassionate, and patient also, The cooks the counselor’s The Doctors, the day-to-day staff even the janitors were all nice and helpful and respectful. Anyway, the place was always clean. I was always respected. I was able to get the help and treatment that I needed and after let’s say about 25 days day, I was discharged with a treatment plan also with numbers and addresses that I might need help with outside of the treatment center.
