Some of the staff at Pyramid was a great help with my extended stay and my recovery. Without the foundation of that place, I wouldn't have made it as far as I have. So far definitely achieved a lot since that first day of walking in that place. Broken and thankful to all the staff there that even in my worst times pushed me to be a better me.

It was great staff is awesome they truly care and want you to succeed. You get your own room,support from peers, freedom when you phase up,you can pick what clinical hours you participate in. It's a great program and halfway house. I would strongly recommend it in the future.

I am currently a resident here. All this is new to me… I really got lucky. I absolutely love it here. It literally feels like a big family, we are all so close… the employees included. Zoe, Michelle, Kathy, Tammy etc are amazing. I really do love them and know because of everyone in that house, I am where I am. It’s the Power House sorority ❤️

Western Psychiatric Hospital is one of the few places that leaves me genuinely struggling to find enough good things to say. Every experience I’ve had there has been exceptional. From the moment you walk through the doors, the staff, UPMC Police, nurses, and physicians treat people with dignity, respect, and compassion. More importantly, they actually listen. That alone sets them apart from many healthcare experiences. What impresses me most is the physicians’ ability to quickly assess complex situations and determine what’s actually going on with their patients. Their clinical judgment is remarkable, and in my opinion, some of the brightest doctors in the entire UPMC system work within those walls. On more than one occasion, I have witnessed them stabilize a patient in a matter of minutes after other facilities struggled for days. That level of expertise isn’t luck it’s the result of highly skilled professionals who know what they’re doing. Western Psychiatric has been the saving grace of UPMC for me. If it weren’t for the incredible physicians and staff there, I would have moved my healthcare to another network, such as Johns Hopkins or the Cleveland Clinic, a long time ago. To everyone at Western Psychiatric thank you for the professionalism, compassion, and expertise you show every day. You make an immeasurable difference in the lives of your patients and their families.

I have been at PCT for a very long time. Before going here I was at 2 other clinics, & I have to say that PTC is an excellent program!! There are many elderly & disabled people at my clinic, our nurses are outstanding not only in their jobs but they are compassionate & caring people without judgements!!! Whenever anyone asks my opinion about what methadone clinic is the best one to go to Pittsburgh Comprehensive Treatment Center is the very best!!!

In 35yrs of methadone maintenance I have been a client at 5 of the Pgh. Clinics. I've seen good and bad at all of them. But as employees go, Jennifer Zappata has done so much to help me to see the light at the end of more than one dark, damp and dreary tunnel. She is rare person with a healing sense of empathy.🕊️

I have nothing but good things to say about my care and my treatment recently at AHN Forbes Hospital. From the time I was admitted I was treated of the utmost care and concern that I have ever been offered at a medical facility. From Admissions, Pre-Op, the Operating Room, Recovery Room, and to my bed on the 4th floor. The staff was excellent and absolutely respectful of my needs during my stay.

I would rate higher than five stars if I could. It was my first time there this morning and every single staff member was SO welcoming and had a smile. I saw Dr. Dobariya, he took his time and listened to everything I had to say. I will not go anywhere else now!

Had a surgery scheduled this morning with an arrival at 6am and I thought it was at Magee, where I showed up on time. Turns out it was at McKeesport instead. When I finally got there at 7am, the team on the 7th floor could not have been more understanding, kind, friendly but professional during prep, procedure, and recovery. They kept a potentially-stressful situation from becoming so. Big thank you to everyone.
