I have been attending High Focus Center- Jenkintown therapy for the past 2.5 weeks. I was stuck in a treatment plateau for the last few months; and even began to go backwards in my coping skills. I was so mad at the team in the beginning because they were asking me to challenge my fears and negative habits. I was experiencing high anxiety and discomfort. I have to say “what a difference a week makes.” As soon as I was able to let go and trust the process it has been remarkable. I am now healing in ways that were invisible to me previously. Everyone at HFC-Jenkintown are experienced, positive, supportive, and compassionate. I have had an exceptional experience with Jada, Torrie, Megan, Miriam, Jackie, Alexis, Amanda, Phyllis, Emily, and Danelle. The doctors and nurses here are great every time I’ve come, they’ve been kind and helpful. But the check-in process really needs improvement for emergencies.This last visit, I came in with severe food poisoning. I was throwing up nonstop, in extreme pain, and couldn’t even stand. My husband was with me. Instead of taking me straight in for help, they started the normal check-in process ID, insurance, questions as if nothing was wrong. I felt like I was dying right there in front of them.It would be so much better if, in cases like mine, patients could be taken to a room first and stabilized, and then the hospital could collect the information from a family member. This small change would make a huge difference for people in serious distress

My treatment here was absolutely a success. I came here highly depressed with a negative outlook on life with zero hope. Legacy is amazing, very welcoming and comforting. Jack is the Best, I could name many great people(Staff) from Jess, Andrew, Shelly, Terrance, Ed, Matt... The list goes on. I have had the best experience & not to forget You wouldn’t have legacy without Melissa. The way classes are organized from instructors to the scheduling she is on top of it.

Simply an awesome caring facility. The staff gives 100 percent and then some! They display a true genuine concern for those in their care. Communication is exceptional! My son has been in many facilities over the years and Provive Welles is the best place that he has been in and made the most progress. Everyone that I’ve communicated with was phenomenal.

Been this way for about a week….I mentioned it in front of the house manager and nothing happened. Today was the worst of my urges. How do you describe a place that actually saves your life? It's something that's impossible to articulate. But I'll say it like this...the people that work at RCA Devon are angels. They care in a way that's hard for a non-addict or a non-alcoholic to understand, and it's because they know what it's like to be broken and lost like the patients that come through their program. I made more than a few trips there, and I was always welcomed with open arms. The facility is as nice and comfortable as you're going to find in any rehab in the Delaware Valley. I can never repay the people who work at RCA Devon. All I can do is pay it forward. If you're struggling with substance abuse or alcoholism go there, and you'll see what real compassion and empathy look like. I am forever grateful to the people who work there.

I couldn’t recommend Pinelands more! I had no idea what to expect starting my recovery journey and I was so broken down and feeling helpless. All of the staff at Pinelands help me feel comfortable, encouraged, and supported. The meetings were so helpful and introduced me to the AA Program which I had no familiarity with beforehand. Now I’m close to 9 months sober and owe it all to Pinelands. The alumni program run by Eric is such an amazing resource and I’m so happy to still be able to be connected with Pinelands even after leaving at the end of February. I don’t even know where to start. Pinelands Recover Center of Medford truly saved my life. When I walked through those doors, I never thought recovery was possible for me. I was broken, scared, and convinced I couldn’t change. But from the moment I arrived, I was surrounded by the most caring, compassionate, and supportive team I’ve ever met. I got hit with the “welcome to the Ritz!” 🤣 IYKYK
The staff at Pinelands didn’t just treat me like a patient, they treated me like a person. Once you tell people you’re an addict, people never look at you the same but every single person went above and beyond to help me heal, rebuild, and believe in myself again. The facility was spotless and peaceful, and the food was really really good (seriously, better than I ever expected!). Everyone I spoke with there said that this is the best facility they’ve ever been to. It’s nice! I’m serious!!
I hid my disease from absolutely everybody, my family, friends and fiancé. I honestly feel like I got so lucky finding this place. Pinelands gave me something I never thought I’d have - a real second chance at life. Today, I’m almost 9 months sober. I also just got married a few weeks back and can honestly cry tears of pure happiness (actually happened this morning) because I’m living the life I once thought was impossible.
I remember reading reviews for this place before entering, so hopefully my review can help someone else like me 🩵 If you’re struggling, please believe me when I say this: if I can do it, anyone can. Pinelands gave me hope, STRENGTH, bravery and freedom. They helped me become the person I was always meant to be.

Listen, I am a total mess most of the time due to my catastrophizing things. I make everything start at worst case scenario hoping it doesn't stay there but unfortunately it sometimes does. Im not going to give you a play by play or some incredible testimony because my story is still going strong but I've come a very long way and I 💯 give my counselor, Susan, alot of credit for sticking by me even bk in the beginning when I would be nasty and childish towards her and ill never forget when she told me that she was just waiting for me to be ready. * full disclosure im a garbage head and at the time I needed rehab terribly. And she was so patient and calm n it drove me nuts. Until one day, I walked into her office and said im ready. And from that chair in her office I left for rehab right away thanks to a combined effort of the staff, Will a former employee but mainly through her approach over months. I've had several wonderful things happen since then but most importantly I finally won my 3 year battle with CPS and gained joint custody of my son back. Now, don't get it twisted, I am far from a shiney happy person now. I've got major struggles right now but ever since that day she can't get rid of me off her caseload. Mainly because secretly im her favorite.😄 but i won't let them switch me because Susan really does care about her clients and I am sure of it for many reasons. If Susan isn't you're counselor you're missing out. And because of her this center gets a 5 star 🌟 rating from me. Which, btw, NEVER happens.

Just got here two days ago. Very warm, welcoming and friendly staff. Relevant and very helpful recovery education. House for women is beautiful. Very clean and pleasant house members. Everyone really is working hard on their recovery here and it shows. Wonderful and caring house manager. In just two days, I feel like I am at home and I feel very safe and comfortable. The director personally took his time to meet with me and the other new girls. He is a very nice man. Thank you sobriety solutions. I would recommend this rehab to anyone!!Especially coming from someone who is not a first time winner and has been to many other centers. Very appreciative and grateful for this place!!!

I am pleased to give this 5-star review of MRC. I attended PHP and IOP, and had individual counseling twice a week. The counselors are excellent. They encourage a lot of participation in the groups. The topics are relevant to recovery- stress management, 12 steps, nutrition, body-mind connection, gratitude, and a lot more. Weekly yoga is offered and it doesn't matter what level you are. I was supported and cared for all the way through the process of outpatient recovery.

I am very happy going to Montco Recovery Center. I get a lot out of my groups and I especially like my counselor Bill. He's very helpful in my recovery. I also get along with the majority of people in my groups. If anyone asks where to go for recovery I will definitely recommend Montco!

One of the best experiences I’ve had to date in my journey to recovery, the staff was amazing and most are in recovery themselves so they know what you’re going through. The food is amazing and it is very easy to make positive changes with the environment provided with entertainment rooms, games, and meetings from various different recovery groups. This is hands down a 5 star facility and program. The entire staff is professional, supportive, and encouraging during your treatment here. I wouldn’t have made it as far as I have without being there. I did the outpatient program but other patients here enjoyed the housing program. There are a range of therapists to choose from and they’re all great. There are different group therapies to sign up for if you’re interested like yoga, raki, etc. Don’t hesitate and sign up to change your life.

I spent a little over a month there. It wasn't under the best circumstances, and I was scared, nervous, and unsure about everything that was happening to me. Everyone that I dealt with there was incredibly kind, sympathetic, helpful, reassuring, and professional. The staff there made what could have been a very stressful and trying time bearable and easy to go through. They absolutely deserve these 5 stars.
