Avia Mental Health located 320 Macdade Blvd. Collingdale Pa. 19023, has been an asset for our community! It has provided me with supports for my children, such as a full Wrap Around Services with experience behavioral health consultants and behavioral health technicians! In addition, they specialized in providing services for individualized therapy! They have a renowned doctor to provide monthly medication management! Our family’s experience has been awesome and the great thing, is that they are still growing, but what a phenomenal start!

My experience has enlightened me and inspired my path of what they call treatment and recovery which I renamed Training staff is impeccable and caring. Upon arrival I was welcomed by Melissa with open arms and a huge smile that made me want to stay instead of run away like most. Most Techs are great even knowing they are 1/2 my age. The ones that stand out most as super stars are Jeff N, Terrance. Darrell and Matt. Therapist super stars are Jamie. Alexis and Matt. I am extremely happy with my choice and am sober and loving life. I have been integrated into Legacys treatment for A DAY and the staff, community, as well as the setting is nothing like any other experience; They provide lunch and other food for anytime, the staff call out our flunks, therapy is provided at the highest quality once or twice a week, an inhouse doctor prescribes and stays up to date on your medication journey. The sweetest and most beautiful ladies work the front desk, Shoutout Melissa!

Simply an awesome caring facility. The staff gives 100 percent and then some! They display a true genuine concern for those in their care. Communication is exceptional! My son has been in many facilities over the years and Provive Welles is the best place that he has been in and made the most progress. Everyone that I’ve communicated with was phenomenal.
However, the majority of my communications were with Megan, Emily and David. I must give them special recognition for my sincerest appreciation.

I’ve been with Provive for about a month or so now. I was having urges to drink myself into a blackout state. Been this way for about a week….I mentioned it in front of the house manager and nothing happened. Today was the worst of my urges. Megan had reached out to check on me and she was able to help me through without relapsing…. Thank you, Megan for all your help!!

Going to RCA was the best decision I made. I am so grateful for this place. What makes this place so special is the people who work here. I see them show up everyday. They are selfless and continuously check up on you. Whether you are inpatient, or alumni, they are always there for you. It really is a beautiful thing. I loved my time at pinelands, plain and simple. From the techs to the therapists. Every member of the staff is so supportive and knowledgeable about recovery, if you are struggling and considering treatment, this is the place to go. I couldn’t recommend Pinelands more! I had no idea what to expect starting my recovery journey and I was so broken down and feeling helpless. All of the staff at Pinelands help me feel comfortable, encouraged, and supported. The meetings were so helpful and introduced me to the AA Program which I had no familiarity with beforehand. Now I’m close to 9 months sober and owe it all to Pinelands. The alumni program run by Eric is such an amazing resource and I’m so happy to still be able to be connected with Pinelands even after leaving at the end of February. I don’t even know where to start. Pinelands Recover Center of Medford truly saved my life. When I walked through those doors, I never thought recovery was possible for me. I was broken, scared, and convinced I couldn’t change. But from the moment I arrived, I was surrounded by the most caring, compassionate, and supportive team I’ve ever met. I got hit with the “welcome to the Ritz!” 🤣 IYKYK
The staff at Pinelands didn’t just treat me like a patient, they treated me like a person. Once you tell people you’re an addict, people never look at you the same but every single person went above and beyond to help me heal, rebuild, and believe in myself again. The facility was spotless and peaceful, and the food was really really good (seriously, better than I ever expected!). Everyone I spoke with there said that this is the best facility they’ve ever been to. It’s nice! I’m serious!!
I hid my disease from absolutely everybody, my family, friends and fiancé. I honestly feel like I got so lucky finding this place. Pinelands gave me something I never thought I’d have - a real second chance at life. Today, I’m almost 9 months sober. I also just got married a few weeks back and can honestly cry tears of pure happiness (actually happened this morning) because I’m living the life I once thought was impossible.
I remember reading reviews for this place before entering, so hopefully my review can help someone else like me 🩵 If you’re struggling, please believe me when I say this: if I can do it, anyone can. Pinelands gave me hope, STRENGTH, bravery and freedom. They helped me become the person I was always meant to be.

Listen, I am a total mess most of the time due to my catastrophizing things. I make everything start at worst case scenario hoping it doesn't stay there but unfortunately it sometimes does. Im not going to give you a play by play or some incredible testimony because my story is still going strong but I've come a very long way and I 💯 give my counselor, Susan, alot of credit for sticking by me even bk in the beginning when I would be nasty and childish towards her and ill never forget when she told me that she was just waiting for me to be ready. * full disclosure im a garbage head and at the time I needed rehab terribly. And she was so patient and calm n it drove me nuts. Until one day, I walked into her office and said im ready. And from that chair in her office I left for rehab right away thanks to a combined effort of the staff, Will a former employee but mainly through her approach over months. I've had several wonderful things happen since then but most importantly I finally won my 3 year battle with CPS and gained joint custody of my son back. Now, don't get it twisted, I am far from a shiney happy person now. I've got major struggles right now but ever since that day she can't get rid of me off her caseload. Mainly because secretly im her favorite.😄 but i won't let them switch me because Susan really does care about her clients and I am sure of it for many reasons. If Susan isn't you're counselor you're missing out. And because of her this center gets a 5 star 🌟 rating from me. Which, btw, NEVER happens.

Awesome place if you want to get sober and are serious about it. Haley who works at the front desk is the most sweetest, helpful, caring staff member I've ever had the pleasure of working with in regards to my sobriety and staff at a facility. She is always open and honest l. She's never guided me in the wrong direction. Honestly she works so hard in taking care of us clients and what we need that sometimes it feels like I'm not doing enough for my own recovery. If you're nervous about taking the next step in your recovery as I was never have been to a PHP before. She makes sure that it's a smooth transition. Honestly the only way you could think Haley or the rest of the staff isn't doing enough for you is if you're so lazy and aren't really serious about your recovery that you just expect everyone to do everything for you. I have all good things to say about this program. I was not planning on continuing treatment in New Jersey, but the director of the program came and talked to me in detox and explained the benefits and calmed my anxiety about the whole process. He told me about the women's house manager, Val, and he said there is no one else he would recommend to take care of his clients. He said that if he could send everyone to live under Val, he would. I am happy to say that even that was an understatement for Val. Big personality, big passion for recovery and so much love for her girls. From the day I stepped onto Val's doorstep, I felt welcomed, valued and truly cared for. From the beginning she displayed confidence in me and a real desire for me to be there. Val is the reason that house is a home, and for a woman like me, who literally lost everything this year, that made a world of difference. The unity and sisterhood I experienced at sobriety solutions sober living reminded me that connection is the antidote to addiction. Thank you Val, and Mike, and all of sobriety solutions staff! You carried me through a very difficult time, away from my family and in a delicate emotional state. You continue to text and check on me, celebrating my wins and helping me through triggers and tough moments. This place was great for me and I think it would be great for anyone who does it for the right reasons. They say we'll find whatever we're looking for and if you're looking for a good environment for treatment this is the place for you. The clinical staff was great. My therapist challenged me and I grew from it. The techs were hit and miss but anywhere I went I feel like its the same. When ppl care about their jobs and put their hearts in it, it really does make a difference in the lives of those struggling. The team at Recovery Village cared enough to do whatever they could to accommodate anyone and everyone. If you want recovery you have to work at it and this place provides the tools to make it just a little bit easier to accomplish. I went to this detox and rehab several times and they always accepted me back and let me keep trying to get myself clean a year and a half ago I went to their pemberton campus which is not the best of places but I made due and I’ve been clean a little over 18 months now so I don’t think it’s ever the rehab because I’ve been literally everywhere just has to do with if the persons willing to put in the work to make the best of the place they can get in get as much out of it and not go back out and use so you don’t ever have to be in an uncomfortable place like detox and rehab rehab and detox isn’t supposed to be comfortable and with how a lot of these places are they make it so comfortable people want to keep coming back but this place not only was my counselor great but the techs were great and went above and beyond to make sure that I was fed if I was too sick to get up and go to any meal and made sure I was up for my smoke break I owe Merryville my life because I’d probably be dead if they didn’t get me extensions and set me up for my mat treatment for when I left. Thank you Merryville for helping me get back to where I needed to be I owe you guys big time

I would like to thank the entire staff at the Williamstown location for being there! This experience was very hard for me and even harder to stay and complete. However, I did complete, Thankfully! This place was and still is a blessing for me. This was my first time in a place like this and it was a very positive experience. I can not say enough positive things about the cit's and Maryville in a whole. I was treated with respect from everyone there. I feel as though they go above and beyond for there clients. They give you all the tools you need to be successful apone leaving and I'm very thankful for that. It is how anything is in life you will only get out of it what you put in to it and that being said I got more than words can say out of it, but that is because I chose to make it that way. I want to thank Maryville and all the cit's / counslers there you guys have saved my life and I will forever be thankful to you all. Big shout out to a few people who deserve honorable mentions as they went above and beyond for me and everyone around them. First is Derek and Tay they work over night and we're always a ray of sunshine when they came in. Mr E is the most down to earth man and super understanding. He is very protective of his clients and it shows in his all around character. Also the cit June bug ( Jesus) he has a great grasp on recovery he helped me in more ways then I can say. Last but far from least is the A team of nurses barb and Julie these two nurses gave me all the respect a man can ask for. I am pleased to give this 5-star review of MRC. I attended PHP and IOP, and had individual counseling twice a week. The counselors are excellent. They encourage a lot of participation in the groups. The topics are relevant to recovery- stress management, 12 steps, nutrition, body-mind connection, gratitude, and a lot more. Weekly yoga is offered and it doesn't matter what level you are. I was supported and cared for all the way through the process of outpatient recovery.

I am very happy going to Montco Recovery Center. I get a lot out of my groups and I especially like my counselor Bill. He's very helpful in my recovery. I also get along with the majority of people in my groups. If anyone asks where to go for recovery I will definitely recommend Montco!

I picked this center because of it having all 5 star reviews, and many of them. I am happy to add one more to it! Ownership is amazing, and every staff member gets to know every client on a personal level. The center itself is a wonderful property. My counselor Chris is extremely relatable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Bill makes groups fun and impactful. Angie and Pam bring years of inpatient experience to this outpatient experience. Pam’s art therapy breaks up the weeks with fun activities and Megan’s compassion and insight makes you feel comfortable about opening up. Probably my favorite group of the week is the last one on Fridays where Pastor Jay has everyone on the edge of their seat while roaring with laughter. All this creates an amazing community with the sober living being by far best experience in such I have ever had. PRC is an absolute 10/10!

This is hands down a 5 star facility and program. The entire staff is professional, supportive, and encouraging during your treatment here. I wouldn’t have made it as far as I have without being there. I did the outpatient program but other patients here enjoyed the housing program. There are a range of therapists to choose from and they’re all great. There are different group therapies to sign up for if you’re interested like yoga, raki, etc. Don’t hesitate and sign up to change your life.

I signed up for outpatient treatment and the staff was very friendly very helpful and my therapistMr. Derek) a good dude, very understanding never looked down on me because of my alcohol and powdered cocaine addiction. Unfortunately, my addictions got the best of me and I relapsed and didn't return.I was so ashamed of myself I didn't want to show my face and went back to boozing and now thankfully I'm finally getting help that I need. I was admitted to Jefferson Hospital suffering from severe alcohol withdrawal syndrome, borderline experiencing auditory hallucinations. I was also suffering from gait abnormality and balance and coordination issues so they transferred me to Wyndmoor Hills for Physical therapy and once I'm discharged well before I'm discharged, I'll pick a rehab facility for inpatient treatment.Wish me luck.

Everyone that I dealt with there was incredibly kind, sympathetic, helpful, reassuring, and professional. When one decides to seek therapy, there’s so many emotions that run through your spirit about it. I loved Malvern. Their counselors, their techs, and the groups especially helped me a lot. I am 7 months sober since July 13th, and I can say Malvern helped a lot in that. Thank you so much!!!!!!! Amazing staff who make sure you’re are well taken care of and comfortable. The chef made incredible food for every meal and stocked the fridge every day with fresh food that we could eat at anytime as well. They also kept the freezer stocked with ice cream and water ice. The facility is cozy and kept very clean. There is a smart tv in every room as well as in the lounge/common area which is set up like a living room. I found the groups helpful. There are 3 hour long groups you can attend but don’t have to and either an AA or NA speakers that comes every night for an hour long meeting. I liked that Sunrise is a smaller facility, having room for about 20 patients. This made it easier to open up and share. You are able to go outside for fresh air or to smoke anytime except during group time. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Sunrise Detox. Thank you to all the staff! You all are amazing!!

I went to sunrise 6/7 for the first time ever and I don’t regret a single thing about. Never been to detox before but the people who work there actually care about you and want you to get better. It only works if you are ready though. The food was amazing everyday, the counselors are there to help you, and the doctors/nurses want what’s best for you. I will 100% be going back there one day to speak to the patients to show them that recovery is possible. They also help you with finding resources after being discharged. I was recommended tk a doctor for the sublocade shot and had it done within two weeks of leaving sunrise. It’s a smaller operation but I found it to be better.
