The owner here is an amazing individual who stepped in to help my father in a time of great need. I spent a few years in counseling with Joe. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. I see there are several 1 star reviews and I am sure they have valid complaints, but I don’t believe that’s a good representation of this institution. I know there are many people they have helped. Often times people only point out the bad you do while the good goes unnoticed. I have highly recommended this place to my family and friends. You always have to be careful about who you trust. But I believe this is good place to look for help.

Received consistent and reliable quality of care here at this location. It’s very seamless to schedule an appointment here and there is a little to very small wait time to see a provider. There is an array of services that this place offers (Dermatology, Women’s Health, Primary Care, Lab/Bloodwork, Social Services/Counseling, Pharmacy, Diabetic care, Nutrition, Telemedicine) and staff are super helpful and accommodating! LOH Detox made a tough process feel a little less scary. The team there was solid — super knowledgeable, always kind, and never made me feel judged. The place was clean, quiet, and felt like a real break from the chaos I’d been living in.They walked me through every step, made sure I was comfortable, and checked in constantly. Hello my name is Mark and I'm an alcoholic I have been for 40 years now not that I am proud of that. I had another DUI conviction and decided I needed help for my problem. I went to ccdaec before I had to by court it was the best thing I could have done for myself but ultimately went to jail and I saw a councilor while I was incarcerated which helped. I made the first four steps but then was released and I started my court ordered counciling which included groups and individual counciling. If you knew me you would know I'm not good with change or new people. I've never felt more comfortable with the counselor s I was assigned to. They brought out all of the things I have never talked about before. They made me so comfortable and supported me like I have never known before. I would like to take this time to say thank you for all that you have done for me but unfortunately without you in my life I have relapsed once again but thank you for trying it was a good run when you all were in my life. I'm not proud of what I have done but thank all of you for doing what you do. I love you all and once again thank you.

The ladies that answer the phone are always kind and listen, I have called a lot in the last couple of months to leave a message for the doctor or what not and they are always kind about it. He takes his time and asks lots of questions and trys to help my son with out putting him on a lot of meds. My son has asd with sensory disturbance and hightend hearing so its very hard for him to navagate his daily life. There was a issue with one of the meds causing aggressions and from the start dr mike knew what to change and it worked wonders. He checked on my son 3xs a week when we first changed his meds and one time he was busy on a Fri and didnt get a chance to call and took time out of his weekend to check up on us. He stays in contact with the counsler and they work very well together for both my son's.

I’ve been going to Dr.Hielman for 15 years now and he’s truly amazing! The staff also is always friendly and caring. I wouldn’t bother looking anywhere else because it would be a waste of time! Dr.Hileman has helped with my pain management and has helped tackle other issues of mine.

My family has been involved with Family Pathways for over 5 years. We have loved all the staff we have come in contact with. They work well with my children, and my kids like the therapists that were chosen for them. We as parents and the community have to do OUR part and be INVOLVED in helping our children, or it won't be successful, like some of the reviews with issues.
I like the staff here, in every department. My children do too, which means the world to me. Be truthful and they will help you and your children. Remember, these people are humans too that deserve dignity and respect. I'm very thankful for this entire place and everything they have done for us over the years.

You really have to be your own advocate here. Not just here but everywhere. I've learned to be open and honest about my mental health and what's really going on is best. There's great councilors you just have to find the one you click with. Make sure you tell them what you're looking to get from going to see them. Just be clear on your intentions or nothings going to get accomplished.

The Counciling Center has helped me out tremendously throughout the years. They have excellent counciling for whoever needs it. They have a wonderful Aftercare group for anyone who is in recovery. They are very positive and uplifting in what they have to offer.I have become a better person to my family and the community. The staff is the best in the country.
