This place is awesome. Been going here for years. Maddy is a great person. She knows everyone by name and has no problem having a nice conversation with you. She can also be helpful with advice or just trying to make sure you are in a better mood then when you arrived. Dr. Ritz is very helpful in making sure you stay on track with the program. He gives encouragement when you feel like giving in to your craving. He reminds you as to why you are there. Does what he can to make sure you don't relapse. I would recommend this place for treatment with staff that cares.

Does this treatment center accept my employers insurance United Health Care? Not medicaid but private insurance? Thanks, Chris

Been going here 15+ years. Well actually in cranberry 1st, then here at NC. In all that time, I've come to realize this: they don't need us. We need them. They have ALL the leverage, we have none. That being said, I would suggest getting down on your knees and thanking God that you have the option here in NC of Discovery House. Would u rather go back to criming, sick every other day.. Ugh. Not me. If u follow the rules, such as showing up during dosing hours,etc u will have no issues.

NPVA is an out patient clinic. The staff is friendly from the time you arrive until the time you leave. I have received excellent medical care from any doctor I have seen.

If your a veteran your care is top of the line, the nurses and Doctors care about you.I am adding to this post on Dec. 1 2025 my house was considered a total loss. I went to the VA. For assistance in this time of need. I am not service connected not disabled and they went above and beyond. 10 Stars.

The Butler VA center is probably the best one I have ever visited. Every doctor, secretary, and staff member I have interacted with was kind and professional.

Never had an issue any of the multiple times I've been in so far. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Very up to date and clean facility as well.

Tadiso saved my life. I've tried numerous things over the last 10 years to get clean & stay clean, all unsuccessful, until I decided to try Tadiso. Have been going there for the last 5 months, & I'm so proud of myself for doing this & sticking to it. I understand this may not be the route for everyone, but if you're currently struggling with addiction, please go to Tadiso, you won't regret it!!

It’s very amazing since this year 2021 Abby as 1 of the nicest counselors has gave me the information to this company and Ashley Spahn as the nicest counselor has been helping me during a lot of struggling pressure day’s with nightmares and she gives me great skills to help me during the times i have and she’s the nicest counselor that i talk to during how i feel and she helps me.

30+ years ago, this place gave me a life!

I went to turning point in 2017 and I knew nothing about how to live a "normal" life. I had no idea how to do anything clean. Turning point taught me so much I still use today. The staff was amazing and helped me through early recovery and learning life skills I didn't know. I was so broken when I got to turning point but they uplifted me when I didn't want to continue. I'm still clean today and I have no doubt that turning point has a lot to do with that. I would recommend turning point to anyone

I attended the Woman with children program at turning point in 2015, I have since been able to stay clean coming up on 6 years and have since had my child full time. This place changed my life for the better. They slowly integrated me back into the community, teaching me life skills and how to be a woman! The rules may be a little strict, but if you truly want to better yourself, these rules are in place for that. Behavior modification, learning how to cook and clean, and counseling for my addiction. I wouldn't be the person I am today if it wasn't for this program.

Don't really have much to say about it since I've only been to one part of it. My PCP is here, and I like him and his team. I've been with them for more than 20 years but not in this building. It's clean and more secure ever since a stabbing or shooting happened a few years ago, but it was the hospital part and not the office part where my doctor is.

Ive been to a few mental hospital and this one is the worst. Staff mostly dont care about you and a guy had bad chest pain asked for help and it took forever for them to call ambulance. Like they didn't believe him and just was telling him even if u go hospital ur coming back here...like he was doing it to b able to leave. You literally walk a mile for your food bc of where the cafeteria is, tho they do bring it back if you dont go. Staff mostly in their own world and they have the wristband you must wear and they must wave their pad at it every 15 mins. It is very clean tho. Super loud hospital. To include the staff. Don't recommend.

Drove My Loving Wife to {Columbus Ohio Psychiatry Hospital for an Intake Assessment,~ So She Could Get Her Mental Health Diagnosis Updated &Get Her Medication Re-Assessed {cause She's been Experiencing More than usual Discussional schizophrenia episode's becoming Very Distance with Spouse Isolating Herself and Verbally aggressive towards Spouse* In Department Store's "Wal-Mart,"While Walking to the Local Convenient Store,"While Staying With Family Members, Creating an uproar Causing a Stressful, Uncomfortable Environment, Becoming Very Unstable and Unpredictable, non Responsive to Positive Reinforcement when We Calmly Express the Situation and Behavior Being Displayed and the Dramatic Outcome That Resulted from.

Feed medicate tv smokebreak repeat must have good phone service staff were on them at all times an no privacy take me aside an ask what brought me there. Dont question me in the common area or in middle of hallway. Already feel terrible dont add embarrassment to it. An the 1hr a day of group therapy if even you get that is a joke. There was plenty of staff for each unit so its not lack of manpower it lack of compassion. This place needs a undercover operation on it im sure lots of positions would be open after. About the only people who gave a damn were the cooks. They did best they did with what they got. An a few social workers i could tell they were trying but everyone else needs a performance review......sum all up. If you have a choice do not send your loved ones here

I would recommend this practice. Dr. Mathur is an excellent doctor and head helped me tremendously.

Dr. Mathur is fantastic and Karen too!!! They have helped with my son so very much! Dr. Mathur doesn’t rush the visits like other Dr.’s. They genuinely care about the patient. Karen is great, she’s the glue. They are a fantastic pair. Professional, kind, knowledgeable, understanding and they both truly care about their patients. I highly recommend this office!
