Received consistent and reliable quality of care here at this location. It’s very seamless to schedule an appointment here and there is a little to very small wait time to see a provider. There is an array of services that this place offers (Dermatology, Women’s Health, Primary Care, Lab/Bloodwork, Social Services/Counseling, Pharmacy, Diabetic care, Nutrition, Telemedicine) and staff are super helpful and accommodating! This sets the standard for how a VA clinic should operate.

I've been going here for years and when I started I was homeless and at the lowest point in my life. They helped me not only get sober but through counseling deal with mental health issues and provided me with resources to get my life back on track. Clear Choices helped save my life and I'm grateful for the help but in the end you have to be willing to put it the work and follow the rules and guidelines!

This place not only saved my life but also several friends and family of mine. The staff is so kind, caring and helpful-from the young lady at the front desk (who goes above and beyond what they expect of her), to the nurses, the counselors, the doctor and the women who run the place. I can't say enough good things about all of the staff. If you need help and are serious about your sobriety-this is the place to go!!!!

Over the course of the last 10 years, the East Liverpool VA has been a God sent. I have been fortunate enough to recieve the help and care that I need, each and every visit. Everyone from the receptionists to the doctors take pride in their work and genuinely care about their patients. It's so much warmer than a hospital and the pleasent environment has really been comforting. Ms. Cee and Tammy are exceptional! I would thank these ladies everyday if I could.

I'm from ELO, but I retired from the Army after 24 years to another state. While visiting family here, I woke up one morning in a lot of pain from a previous injury. I learned of this clinic and came in to be seen. The staff was extremely welcoming and took care of me quickly. When I went back to see the provider, she was extremely helpful and gave me an excellent treatment plan while visiting. While I hope I don't have to visit a clinic again, i would definitely come back because of this experience. I highly recommend using them of you're an authorized disabled veteran. 🇺🇸

This is a wonderful place for recovery. Fleming house saved my life! You get your own apartment and can have your kids, this place is one of a kind.

As of today I have been clean for four years, I am in college, and a productive member of society. I went from homeless to having my own house in Beaver PA. . I have the Moffett house and there staff to thank.

Was taken back at my scheduled appointment time. The tech was pleasant and to the point. She explained the procedure and answered my questions, also gave approximate time I would receive my results from the doctor.

Angela Nurse practitioner for Autumn Street center Township had to take an unexpected leave. I really enjoyed my visits with her and she's always spot on. Nevertheless An appointment was made for me At beaver falls Behavioral clinic. I must say Lacy is super As a nurse practitioner. She showed me kindness And listen to me run my mouth. If you ever have an opportunity to be in her presence take it

Brooke is an awesome psychiatrist. She really listens to what you have to say with your history and what has worked for you in the past and has great suggestions on things that may help benefit you in the long run. Best psych I've ever had.

I just want to say that all of the employees of the Bryce W Kendall home have been amazing. They've made the lowest point of my life, so much easier. They went above and beyond, all of my expectations, by providing assistance wiitrh housing, counseling, IOP, food, and a shelter while i qas waiting for the assistance to go through I've been treated with respect and dignity and I hope some day, I'll be able to contribute to their work.

You really have to be your own advocate here. Not just here but everywhere. I've learned to be open and honest about my mental health and what's really going on is best. There's great councilors you just have to find the one you click with. Make sure you tell them what you're looking to get from going to see them. Just be clear on your intentions or nothings going to get accomplished.

The Counciling Center has helped me out tremendously throughout the years. They have excellent counciling for whoever needs it. They have a wonderful Aftercare group for anyone who is in recovery. They are very positive and uplifting in what they have to offer.I have become a better person to my family and the community. The staff is the best in the country. I would refer anyone to go to them for help.

Let me just start off by saying how it is for me when my doctor says I have to go to the hospital. And it’s urgent, and if you don’t go you could really do harm to your body but also for the rest of your life. It all started with GOP CRANBERRY W/ Dr. Duke. My knee had some issues that I thought. Hey I can get it drained and move on. Well that wasn’t the case. And my knee blew up even more and had started and infection which had spread down my leg into my foot. I was so so sick. Chills, fever, migraines,muscles pains, It was horrible. I’m absolutely so thankful for the referral to HERITAGE VALLEY Sewickley. 1. Dr. Nicholas Kubik and his staff we absolute rockstars and professionals on explaining what needed to be done but doing it in such a manner that you felt so at ease with the whole team there. I felt so comfortable in the hands of this team. Everything worked out so well. The whole team communicated so well with my wife along the way. Also to Dr. Murillo for the help that she provides along the whole way as well. This hospital is a team and I felt it every step of my way thru this process I went. Thru. Every single nurse from the time I stepped foot on the property till the time I left, were the most kindest, loving, helpful, most generous people you could ever ask for. Everyone was extremely helpful. The only bad thing is security was lacking from the garage to SDS henee the 4 stars. Otherwise, it a nice place. Nurses were perpared and honest, helpful and respectful.

Nice place, worthy for people who go through the terrible problem that are addictions.

I go here for therapy and psych for depression and anxiety, so I can't speak for more significant mental illnesses or addiction recovery. In my experience, I haven't had any negative issues with this place and find the staff and secretaries to be very kind. Only *minor* issue I have is the inability to access the website due to a server issue.

I’ve went here for two years and I haven’t had any problems with Dr. Shreiber he is the best and does great with medication management.

This place is awesome. Been going here for years. Maddy is a great person. She knows everyone by name and has no problem having a nice conversation with you. She can also be helpful with advice or just trying to make sure you are in a better mood then when you arrived. Dr. Ritz is very helpful in making sure you stay on track with the program. He gives encouragement when you feel like giving in to your craving. He reminds you as to why you are there. Does what he can to make sure you don't relapse. I would recommend this place for treatment with staff that cares.
