Didn’t realize what a great facility this is until I moved to Florida and had my 1st VA outpatient appt today , Rochester Facility is top notch and I can’t say enough about Nurse Stephanie . She was always so helpful and went out of her way for what ever I needed. The facility here is small, older and out dated . Now Beaver County is getting s totally new clinic at the Mall . So no complaints here about the care I was given at the Rochester clinic . Also VSO Kathy whose office is currently in the courthouse , did an amazing job getting me a higher disability rating and applying for my property tax exemption. Now here in Florida, I met with the VSO about reapplying here for property tax exemption and was told not their job, I would have to do that myself. So anyone in need of the VSO please see Kathy at the courthouse , she’ll put in the work ,

I have been able to get the help I needed from Pinnacle Treatment Services for a few years now and it def has saved my life. The nurses are so very nice and so is the Doctor. Also I think the counseling sessions help a lot especially if you have a great counselor like I do. I def recommend going here and to help get your life back.

Real talk — I didn’t expect much when I first walked into LOH Detox. I was broken, pissed off, and convinced no one gave a damn. But the second I stepped in, I felt something shift. The staff didn’t treat me like a screw-up. They saw me. 👀 They kept it real, didn’t sugarcoat anything, but still showed me hella love.Group was 🔥 — no BS, just people speaking their truth. LOH Detox made a tough process feel a little less scary. The team there was solid — super knowledgeable, always kind, and never made me feel judged. The place was clean, quiet, and felt like a real break from the chaos I’d been living in.They walked me through every step, made sure I was comfortable, and checked in constantly. The nurses. Nursing aids, transporters, the Nurse Practitioner,Jenna, the doctors everyone i encountered was so kind and caring and helpful. That was the sickest I’ve ever been and I appreciate everything they all did to help me. My husband stayed with me as much as possible and the one problem is not having a cafeteria on weekends and no pharmacy. As happy as I was to get discharged on Saturday we had to rush like crazy to get back to Walmart in St Clairsville to get my prescriptions. Thank you to everyone that i encountered

Gateway Had its ups and downs, like any other place but Jenn and Denny were Who Stuck out the most. They both took the time to help understand the nature of addiction versus the nature of recovery and were very helpful in all areas of life. They are both very knowledgeable, caring and good at what they do. Bottom line shout out to both of them. They are a huge reason I am where I’m at in life today which is doing amazing. They handpick the speakers who come in every night and like I said they’ll go out of their way and above and beyond to help someone.

This institution is incredible the best thing about it is the staff.... Regardless of what kind of riff Raff comes through the place... They somehow find amazing Grace to love the best and Worst of US. All in the same boat. Survivors of wreckage.... And I LOVE every Single one.... With a higher power we're all going to make it!!!! I have a deal with the Creator if I try not to judge his handiwork he won't judge me!!!! There are a lot of people in that program doing God's work every single day suiting up showing up!!!! If we live our lives as an example this is a very good example is it perfect nothing is perfect but to suit up and show up everyday expecting the best and doing your best is a mission few choose take.... There is a reason may seem unreasonable but it is the best reason to get out of bed in the morning.... Believe!!!!

I just want to say that all of the employees of the Bryce W Kendall home have been amazing. They've made the lowest point of my life, so much easier. They went above and beyond, all of my expectations, by providing assistance wiitrh housing, counseling, IOP, food, and a shelter while i qas waiting for the assistance to go through I've been treated with respect and dignity and I hope some day, I'll be able to contribute to their work.

You really have to be your own advocate here. Not just here but everywhere. I've learned to be open and honest about my mental health and what's really going on is best. There's great councilors you just have to find the one you click with. Make sure you tell them what you're looking to get from going to see them. Just be clear on your intentions or nothings going to get accomplished.

The Counciling Center has helped me out tremendously throughout the years. They have excellent counciling for whoever needs it. They have a wonderful Aftercare group for anyone who is in recovery. They are very positive and uplifting in what they have to offer.I have become a better person to my family and the community. The staff is the best in the country. I would refer anyone to go to them for help.

I wish I had access to my first 🥇 review I posted about your Hospital 🏥. I had just left a "scattered site shelter" when I visited your facility. Your staff was so kind and courteous. Starting with the reception area at the front door of the ER, to the nurses I encountered and the very patient ER doctor. Believe it or not 🚫, I remember 👀. I remember you fed me and gave me water. I am currently in temporary supportive housing. Unfortunately I have a terrible eviction on my record and finding permanent housing is difficult. I am beginning to piece 🧩 together my "homeless life" with my therapist. This is important because while I was on the streets, I lost track of time. Guess I will just have to find my admission bracelet from your hospital 🏥 and fit the date into My ✋🏻 puzzle 🧩. I still have all of them, I held on to them for my sanity and to hopefully piece it all together and heal. I left many of my belongings at your facility, I was exhausted and what I was carrying had to weight easily 200 lbs. I strained my shoulder from being on the streets. I was constantly on the move, tossing bags over my shoulders and determined to keep things that were important to me. It's so sad when you realize you MUST lighten your load. I can't imagine what you and your staff experience on a daily basis. In case any of you remember me and are wondering how I got in that situation... I had just left a "scattered site shelter" in Pittsburgh. I was greatful to be in the shelter, however I was placed with people in active addiction. Being that I am a recovery addict, I was afraid for my life. I did not 🚫 want to go backwards. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I attached pictures 📸 of THEN and NOW. I know I was wearing that sweater the day before I landed in your ER. I remember that you let me repack my belongings and off I went, it was raining 🌧️. THANK the HEAVENS for PRT and a bus pass. I go here for therapy and psych for depression and anxiety, so I can't speak for more significant mental illnesses or addiction recovery. In my experience, I haven't had any negative issues with this place and find the staff and secretaries to be very kind. Only *minor* issue I have is the inability to access the website due to a server issue.

This place is awesome. Been going here for years. Maddy is a great person. She knows everyone by name and has no problem having a nice conversation with you. She can also be helpful with advice or just trying to make sure you are in a better mood then when you arrived. Dr. Ritz is very helpful in making sure you stay on track with the program. He gives encouragement when you feel like giving in to your craving. He reminds you as to why you are there. Does what he can to make sure you don't relapse. I would recommend this place for treatment with staff that cares.
