Some of the staff at Pyramid was a great help with my extended stay and my recovery. Without the foundation of that place, I wouldn't have made it as far as I have. Summit has got me clean and kept me clean. I have read some of reviews but the ones against Michelle are wrong. When you have to deal with 1000 different personalities and have heard every excuse in the world, she has to be a no nonsense leader. I've been here for years love both My Dr and counselor they become family practically. They genuinely care about each person. And they work with you way more than any other place would. I could go to the clinic 4 miles from my house but choose to drive the 45 mins because this place is the absolute best! Dr. Libre and Renee have been blessings to my journey of recovery. I can honestly say I wouldn't have come this far if it weren't for them and the staff at freedom.

Highlands is an extremely valuable resource to the people of Connellsville. I’ve always had great luck with being seen immediately, along with being treated with respect and care. I would suspect many negative reviews are from people who expected pain medication, but this isn’t 1998 anymore. I blame the pharmaceutical companies for pain being under treated now. I recently came and stayed at the behavioral health unit on the top floor I will have to say if you actually need and want the help go here if you are not ready to get help it’s not gonna work and your gonna get out and go back to the same ways I give all the staff 5 stars they were all amazing and very kind ! And I am gonna add if your are bathroom shy you will need to get over that as the doors do not lock and you will be sharing a bathroom what I found that worked for me was holding both door handles just to be on the safe side of nobody walking in on me

Western Psychiatric Hospital is one of the few places that leaves me genuinely struggling to find enough good things to say. Every experience I’ve had there has been exceptional. From the moment you walk through the doors, the staff, UPMC Police, nurses, and physicians treat people with dignity, respect, and compassion. More importantly, they actually listen. That alone sets them apart from many healthcare experiences. What impresses me most is the physicians’ ability to quickly assess complex situations and determine what’s actually going on with their patients. Their clinical judgment is remarkable, and in my opinion, some of the brightest doctors in the entire UPMC system work within those walls. On more than one occasion, I have witnessed them stabilize a patient in a matter of minutes after other facilities struggled for days. That level of expertise isn’t luck it’s the result of highly skilled professionals who know what they’re doing. Western Psychiatric has been the saving grace of UPMC for me. If it weren’t for the incredible physicians and staff there, I would have moved my healthcare to another network, such as Johns Hopkins or the Cleveland Clinic, a long time ago. To everyone at Western Psychiatric thank you for the professionalism, compassion, and expertise you show every day. You make an immeasurable difference in the lives of your patients and their families.

I definitely recommend this facility for anyone who is struggling with addiction. MOST of the counselors are great, ALL of the techs are amazing!! I have very little to complain about! The food isn’t great, it’s hospital food and not all of the therapists are great. But the others ones that are great will help you!! Hopefully I don’t ever have to go to treatment again but if I do I would go back there!

Since early November 2022, I have been a patient at Medmark in Greensburg, and I can honestly say that their support has been life-altering. Without their intervention, I likely would have faced incarceration, homelessness, or even death. I am deeply thankful for the positive impact that Medmark has had not only on my life but also on countless other individuals and their families who have sought help there. The staff at Medmark deserves special recognition; from the gentleman who greets you at the door to the nice and attentive and nonjudgmental nurses, knowledgeable doctors, compassionate and empathetic counselors, and the friendly front desk personnel, everyone embodies kindness, understanding, and support. For anyone struggling with addiction who is seeking help, I cannot recommend the Greensburg branch of Medmark highly enough. And once more, to the dedicated employees at Medmark, thank you sincerely for your life-saving work; without you, my son would be without a father, and he would lose the paternal guidance only a father can give and my wife would face the unimaginable loss of a husband and the incredibly difficult task of being a single mother... I been a patient since 2015,I have to thank Everyone that has treated me.They are wonderful and helped me better my life .The Doctors,Nurses and my Previous to my current Counselor whom is Courtney , which I had the pass few years are a blessing.My Experience has always been positive.I went to a Clinic in New Jersey in 2006 after I was discharged from the Army, And I had a addiction to my pain medicine from a combat injury.The New Jersey clinic was a terrible experience, Drug infested, they literally sold narcotics and the take home bottles in front of the door.Noone was clean including many staff members.Medmark is 5 star location for opioid treatment.It works if you work it.And the staff there want you to succeed.They are what makes it 5 stars, because they care.Thank you to the great staff ,I have my Life back for a decade after being lost for the prior 10 years.

This place may not be the best with bed situations but they really do care and try I will say if you want to get clean you can definitely do it here yes some people sneak things in but in reality that's everywhere the only thing I can say to help prevent it from happening while they are there is stop having patients take out trash & also they leave notes on windows for people to see & drop drugs off zoey tried very hard to get me to stay about 2 years ago but I wasn't ready yet this was one of my first rehabs & it surely can be way worse also they try to keep the guys and girls away from eachother but it doesn't work well I feel like they should drop that rule all together

I recently completed my treatment today after 13 weeks. I am happy to share that I am a new person and living a new sober life thanks to Ron my therapist- along with the rest of the staff. Everyone was awesome and went above and beyond to help in any way they could. I have learned some much from my peers in my group therepy sessions and plan on continuing after care coming in on Tuesday for alumni day!! Words can not express my gratitude for the care I received from this facility.

I have nothing but good things to say about my care and my treatment recently at AHN Forbes Hospital. From the time I was admitted I was treated of the utmost care and concern that I have ever been offered at a medical facility. I normally do not partake in surveys or take the time to acknowledge greatness when coming in contact with it. 5 months ago I was told I "HAD" to come here...yay another forced try at recovery nudged by the judge...I came to Harbor Light with a nasty attitude bc I hated myself and the decisions I had been making that paved my path to this facilities front door. I entered kicking and screaming and blaming everyone but myself for being there...then I met Nikki U. She worked the front desk and handled the day in and day out logistics and she did more for me than she will ever realize or care to take credit for...then Cassie, Gerald, Mark, Deb, James, Chris, and Kris, and Paul, and Miranda and on and on. The staff is phenomenal...the resources they line you up with has given me the best possible chance at sobriety and I will forever be grateful to Harbor Light and the staff as a whole bc this place is filled with the sunlight of the spirit and I feel it each and every single day! The therapists and staff here are very knowledgeable and experienced. Don't really have much to say about it since I've only been to one part of it. My PCP is here, and I like him and his team. I've been with them for more than 20 years but not in this building.
