I had to attend a screening appointment at Blueprints to fulfill a requirement and while due to the nature of my situation I will not continue services there, I did want to shout them out. Their office space is bright, calming and welcoming. All of the staff I interacted with were helpful, friendly and kind. I met with Shauna and I can't give her enough stars. She was professional, non-judgemental, understanding and very kind. I was not sure what to expect with Blueprints but I'd really recommend them to anyone needing their services. I felt had I needed further services or assistance, I would have been in really good hands. Which says a lot because I've had some bad mental health / social services experiences.

An excellent experience. Events happened rapidly without long Waits between times. Staff was excellent, particularly in treating me like a person, not just patient number so and so. They also showed concern for my companion , taking care to keep him updated. Procedures relating to disinfection were impressive. A minor complaint is the young man at check-in who did his job coldly and efficiently, very different from the treatment I received from anyone else at the entire facility. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone needing treatment

My daughter’s therapy got discharged. I spoke with Michelle and Katelin and they got it squared away when it wasn’t supposed to be a discharge and got her right back in with her therapist. Michelle is also so friendly and helpful. I had my 18m old with me and she accommodated to his needs so he would sit still during a session. The service was beneficial to almost every aspect of my life in my current situation. The support I received helped propel me through this tribulation in which I thought I was defeated and couldn't see my way through. The staff here was amazing. I would recommend Colonial house treatment facility to anyone that seeks help in recovery or social services.

I was a client At this drug and alcohol center and I honestly wouldn't have made it through without the nurse manager Rachel, she went above and beyond for me more than I ever expected, and honestly more than I saw her do for any of the other clients .when I was about to get kicked out she didn't just stand by she stood up for me defending me and did everything she could to keep me there .when staying wasn't an option anymore she even offered me a place to sleep on her own couch until I could get into another treatment center that's not something you see everyday and I'll never forget it she didn't just treat me like another client she saw me as a man as someone who was special, and I will always be grateful for what she did And has offered me.

This program saved my life. The staff here is amazing especially the counselors. I highly recommend it. Most inpatient recovery places are strictly after 1 thing but not here. They actually care about everybody that comes through the door. They also allow you to work to get established for your next destination. What more can anybody ask for.

With comprehensive treatment programs and setting up aftercare plans for individuals, they are empowering every person as they prepare for each next step in life. Also addiction impacts families as well and New Insights II hosts events which bring everyone together to prove recovery is possible for all. John was the best counselor I have ever come into contact with hands down.. He is a down to earth guy who actually understands what it is we are going through. Not only is he passionate about seeing people thrive in life, He lives for it. Gotta be the only guy who could deal with my crazy life. Its a great place. Counselors and staff. I was there I guess through Christmas back in '20 or '21. At the time we were quarantined there and I struggled with that, I had got on suboxone basically so I could get out of there and not violate my parole. However that wasnt a reflection of the ppl or staff there who all were not just in recovery but active in recovery and with quality sobriety. For anyone trying to get there life in order it is as good a place as ive ever been in and ive lived recovery and relapse I guess almost 30 years now. Oh I should mention at some point after I left they started to allow Suboxone there as far as a MAT program or whatever it is

I came through here 2 times and am almost 3 yrs clean. I've had my ups and downs, multiple rehabs, multiple rehab relationships, etc. This was a male only rehab and that's what I needed. I could complain about some things but the goal was to stay clean and I didn't wanna die from an overdose. My counselor was Casey and she was what I needed in a counselor and she lived everything she says. Amazing counselor. Also night staff Brad and Gino. Brad always talked to me and believed in me and he's everything I wanna be In a man and in my recovery. He is the definition of what a man is. Gino is just a thorough dude. Also the nurse Pam and I had an amazing relationship, we spent hours talking and she helped me so much. I want to thank Conewago Place for bringing my soul back.
