Everyone is so helpful. Everyone is so kind, Empathetic, Supportive, Caring. The therapist run all the groups and they are geared towards coping skills, changing your mindset from negative thoughts positive thoughts, for both mental health and substance abuse. Mental health Groups are separate from substance here, Which is amazing. The therapist that conduct the groups are phenomenal and You actually want to show up a group and pay attention because they keep your attention and are Some of the best at what they do. If you’re thinking of going anywhere else besides here. Please, From someone who’s been to a few impatient places, please think again. I would personally like to Thank every single BHT, Nurse, Therapist and All of the staff, For helping me more than any place has On my journey to healing from all the trauma that I’ve been through. I wish I could rate this place 10 stars 100 actually. I’m textbook ADHD and I was able to pay attention to every single group they make them fun, Informative, They give you a coping skills and several other skills that you can utilize during you’re Mental health journey and/or to be able to begin your healing journey. Their office space is bright, calming and welcoming. All of the staff I interacted with were helpful, friendly and kind. I met with Shauna and I can't give her enough stars. She was professional, non-judgemental, understanding and very kind. I was not sure what to expect with Blueprints but I'd really recommend them to anyone needing their services. I felt had I needed further services or assistance, I would have been in really good hands. Which says a lot because I've had some bad mental health / social services experiences. Explained what a ‘normal’ every day would look like. They don’t sugar coat anything and if you come there- they do NOT treat you like a prisoner and hold you accountable- per my husband who is the patient. The experience from Bold Steps vs the last place is night & day different. The outpatient Supervisior, Erin L. assisted me in helping a family member into treatment. Her compassion to help others Is top priority. Her leadership with staff and clients are among the best. My counselor, Jon, was the best part of the experience. He was kind, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful. He listened with care and helped me work through personal issues I was already trying to address. I also appreciated my group and the people I met there. Sharing experiences with them was therapeutic and made the program feel more worthwhile. That said, I had mixed feelings about the initial recommendation for IOP. While the program had value, I personally did not feel it was necessary for my recovery at the time. I had already been sober for several months, was already in therapy, and had been actively working on myself before starting the program. I left the evaluation feeling like my personal progress and circumstances were not fully taken into account. Even with insurance, the financial cost was difficult for me, and because of my situation, I felt I had little choice but to follow through with the recommendation.
