Saw Dr. Martin at the Hunt Valley location for the first time today. Happy that I now have a competent Primary Care Physician. She lisrens and she is easy to talk with and doesn't rush. Staff at the facility could not be more hospitable to me. They went out of their way to help me with my disabilities. I am pleased!

Im thankful for going from prison to Gaudenzia. The first day Guy said we got you just do your part. Thankful for having Miss Kristen as a counselor before she moved on. Very grateful and thankful for Mrs Amy who became my counselor who showed how much she cares for her clients to succeed. Im thankful for Ms Rene who held me down at court and was always there when I had a question. Thankful for Mrs Chantel with the unlimited life skills information, can’t forget Mr Anthony, Mr George, Miss Stacey and all their positive insight and meaningful information. Im thankful for Mrs Brooks who holds down the front desk and always stepped in to help with my passes. I can’t forget the RSP’s they been in our shoes and want us to get it right. Catrina had done a great job with me, when I got out of jail the judge ordered me to this program, it wasn't my first go around with them, but luckily it is my last , not in a bad way. Looking into IOP can be a daunting task, because the process is intense and can make you feel anxious. But dealing with Kolmac from the people who walk you through the process on the phone in the beginning, to the counselors (shout out to Lisa and Katelynn) in group and individual sessions, everyone was absolutely wonderful. All the folks I met in group were the best and in large part due the people I met there I completed the program in such a better place mentally and spiritually I still can’t come up with the words of appreciation to thank them enough! The process is the the payoff! Kolmac was great! Thank you for everything! Highly recommend!

Kolmac will save your life, literally. They are great at creating a treatment plan to meet every individual person, and the medication certainly makes it easy to quit drinking. My facilitator, Lisa Stalnaker, is the absolute best. She is so caring and attentive to each and every patient, and really makes the meetings enjoyable, fun, and engaging. I can't say enough great things about her. I highly recommend Kolmac to anyone struggling with addiction.

Lisa and Katelynn are rockstars and have helped tremendously with my addiction by providing applicable (real life) coping skills and techniques, and for just being incredibly people both professionally and personally! CAM has by far been the best program I’ve been on. I was at another program (Cherryhill) for years & that place Hod change your whole energy. I would go in happy, come out in a horrible mood! There were a few good people there like Mrs. Hope & Nurse Michelle & a few good counselors, but at CAM, everyone has been amazing! From the beautiful woman at the front to the nurses & counselors, I am grateful for each one of them. I’ve been clean for 14 years & continue to be clean because of CAM.

Would HIGHLY recommend exploring treatment options with Kolmac if you’re ready to step into your recovery. ❤️‍🩹 I completed the 90(ish) day IOP program attending online group sessions three times a week for three hours in addition to individual medical appts/medication management and individual treatment plan planning. I had the incredible pleasure of working with Lisa S as my group counselor. She was professional, compassionate and understanding of the needs of her group members. She maintained a healthy and safe environment for us to all lean into the process at our own pace and found ways to relate to everyone regardless of situation. My medical/medication management was also all handled via telehealth. I felt heard when discussing my apprehension to some medications and was made to feel like the process to improve my health and the decisions being made around it were collaborative. Katelyn was my individual counselor and assisted me with developing my treatment plan. She is an absolute sweetheart and though early in her career was able to provide guidance and encouragement that felt beyond her years. I am actively transitioning to their continuing care program and look forward to seeing how far I can go with such a strong team behind me. 97 days!!!

I had lumbar surgery with Dr Zalatimo on Tuesday. The whole team that cared for me was amazing. Dr Lydia guided me through the process for the following days surgery. She was very kind and easy to talk to. Natalie in Pre-op got me ready to go and answered all of my questions. Dr Su and Danny, CRNA were very funny and reassuring to me and put me at ease prior to entering the OR. Dr Zalatimo and Mario spoke with me several times before the surgery as well. Everyone went out of their way to help my husband and I feel comfortable with the surgery process. My nurse in the post-op area, Lori, was so kind and helpful to my husband and I. The transporters, the X-ray techs, the ER techs were all friendly and efficient. I had a great experience at Sinai Hospital, and I would refer anyone who needs a Neurosurgeon to Dr Zalatimo!

I arrived at the Retreat at Sheppard Pratt suffering from severe obsessive-compulsive and body dysmorphic disorders. Jon Hershfield and the OCD team provided me with exceptionally skilled treatment so I could return home to a significantly higher-quality, more productive, and happier life. I worked specifically with Jon, Molly, and Rebecca (the entire team is fantastic), and they are without a doubt the most knowledgeable, compassionate, intentional, and collaborative clinicians with whom I have ever worked over the course of my 30+ year journey with OCD. They educated me on my conditions and empowered me to build the skills and tools necessary to live with and effectively manage these chronic illnesses. They worked closely with my psychiatrist and social worker on my care team at the Retreat to create a holistic approach to recovery. They also ensured that I was discharged with a comprehensive plan to execute with my psychologist at home. I highly recommend them and am eternally grateful for their life-changing care.

I went to The Retreat at Sheppard Pratt experiencing severe depression, anxiety and OCD. I'd been to other facilities and had to wait in line for up to an hour or more for meds that were dolled out without any consideration for the patient. I also had psychiatrist's who would schedule virtually once a week. This was NOT the case at The Retreat. The staff there were awesome! Absolutely ALL of the staff there, especially the doctors and nursing staff, were extremely attentive and knowledgeable. It HONESTLY felt like they cared. I literally cannot say enough great things about the OCD team, led by Jon Hershfield. They were tremendous! I met with Jon or one of his staff nearly every day I was there. Absolute pros!
