Very impressed and surprised because there are some bad reviews when every team member I meet was extremely caring and understanding of everyone's personal situations. They really care about you getting better and will help give you the tools and motivation to get there. I started in the intensive outpatient program which was important to my recovery in that it gave me a regular schedule and it felt good to get in that rhythm and everyone I meet in that class was respectful to each other we learned and had a good time. I recently moved out onto the regular outpatient and continue to meet new people who all share the same difficulties in life and openly share their stories and perspectives to identify our triggers and in my case: bad life traps and bad coping styles that lead to my addiction. We also are taught how to avoid the pit falls of addiction the through healthy coping mechanisms. They also started a new incentive program that awards healthy recovery based activities. Because of this program and the programs they provided me with outside of Guardenzia I was able to change my mindset and come to a place where I can finally admit to myself of my past addiction and admit to myself I cannot ever drink again and I'm grateful to them for getting me to this place where I can finally accept that.

My daughter’s therapy got discharged. I spoke with Michelle and Katelin and they got it squared away when it wasn’t supposed to be a discharge and got her right back in with her therapist. Michelle is also so friendly and helpful. I had my 18m old with me and she accommodated to his needs so he would sit still during a session. I love PA. C. I never had a therapist like Judy. I struggle with many things and making appts is not always easy bc of my memory issues . I was often dismissed and then left with not therapist or psychiatrist in the past. Which doesn’t make sense when your being seen for mental health ! I came here and will never leave Judy. Through all the hard times the staff and front desk are very easy to talk to and are great as well. I see Judy weekly she also does intensive treatment for dissociative disorders & ptsd too. If it wasn’t for her knowing me working with me I don’t know where I would be, possibly not here today. I strongly advise seeing a different person if your first time doesn’t work out, they do have amazing therapist you just need to give it time and explore your option when your their. Don’t give up bc they won’t give up on you. I Highly recommend Pa.C. I wish I found Judy when I was younger, but I’m happy I have her now.

I felt compelled to write this review because of the wonderful care my 88 years old father has received. The respect, kindness and concern displayed by every one of the Doctors, nurses and personnel we have encountered is absolutely amazing. While they are too numerous to mention, I particularly wanted to give special gratitude to our home care nurse, Vinnie…my father just adores her and she is amazing. I also wanted to express my appreciation to Lorett, who tended to my father’s wounds yesterday. Lorett was incredible and so kind. Likewise were the doctor, Rachel and the staff in the emergency area.
In closing, I want to state that this VA hospital and all associated medical providers and staff should be recognized for its/their high degree of standard, but more importantly for the compassion and respect displayed to our Veterans. Thank you and happy holidays.

Today I helped a Vietnam era veteran. Remember as a veteran sometimes we struggle. When you see a service person in need of help, do what the Lord installed in your heart love of one another.
The gentleman was in need. I would encourage anyone whether you're a veteran or not. Help the elderly.
My suggestion would be to take an index card and put the person's first name only, last four if you're a veteran and POC. Place this in a plastic bag and safety pin it to the person in some form or fashion.
This would eliminate hours of wasted time helping people to connect with loved ones.
Let them know the Lord brought you to them out of love because he first loved us.
One other advice if you're helping someone and you have to walk away give them something of yours to assure them you will return. A small act of kindness goes a long way.
The Lord sees all and never forgets. Lose the attitude of someone not being your race. When you served you should NEVER see race. Remember that.
You don't know who may be near you to save your life. We leave no one behind. Amen UPDATE October 20, 2025*** Thank you so much for fitting me in your schedule with Radiology. I used their facility in Columbus, Ohio. Ii have 63 days today. The experience was more of wanting more of an education about addiction. The staff was awesome and I owe my sobriety to this organization and honestly probably my life. Ian building a solid support system and attending meetings and getting a sponsor! All of these need to be part of a success story of beating addiction weather it be alcohol or hard drugs! God Bless

I have been working with the company and the same ICM, Alyssa, for over a year for sure maybe almost 2. I don’t have any complaints. If I need her in a crisis I send a text or call the after hours number for help. During our time together we work on the necessary things to help me better function in every day life with friends family, social situations…. And so many other ways where I may need the help. I am very greatful for the service that Holcomb Behavioral Health has been able to provide me with. I can’t expect them to do everything for me either so I do make lists of things for us to go over just so I don’t forget. Over all I’m super appreciative!

I will be sharing the details with evidence shortly. This place does not care if you are immunocompromised they refuse to do intensive in home case management remotely. They do not care if you are being abused and might be evicted or abused. They wont help with landlord tenant conflict. They advise you to do stuff that doesnt even help. They refuse to tell me how to report them which is illegal. They refuse to do things within their scope and they dont even seem to comprehend basic text messages. The place is a mess they do not care if you are going to be illegally evicted. More to come with evidence I am off to figure out how to report them. Sadly most places here you have to report them to the highest people to get them to do their jobs and that is freaking sad!

I attended this facility and was very appreciative of the love and care I received. Was it all good no but that was of my own doings. I want to give a special nurse named Karen the most love of all. This lady is absolutely amazing,loving, caring soul. If anyone is ever blessed enough to be in her presence the they will understand she truly is a gift to be around. I say thanks to all the staff and volunteers for the assistance I received.

HORRIBLE PLACE
Within 3 days of being there. They lost my prescription that I brought. It was in a locked cabinet in a locked room. Got s chest cold which turned into a bronchitis. Happens to me. They put me on basic cold medicine. Told them.the nurse. They refused me to see dr, just a nurse. After 5 days of being sick they finally gave me mucinex. Said inhaler on order. Asked every day if it came in. Kept getting different excuses why wasn't there. After 8 days of not being able to breathe I put my 48hrs notice in that was leaving and doing aftercare. The cafeteria food was terrible. Undercooked chicken twice and other food as well. There were bugs crawling out of jelly container one day. Supervisor took back into kitchen. Servers wear no hairnets or beardnets. Saw hair in people's food twice. Finally at discharge they got my discharge address wrong. Had to wait to leave. Fitting way to end a terrible experience. Would NEVER recommend this facility
