I used their facility in Columbus, Ohio. Ii have 63 days today. The experience was more of wanting more of an education about addiction. The staff was awesome and I owe my sobriety to this organization and honestly probably my life. Ian building a solid support system and attending meetings and getting a sponsor! Getting anything from a government office is usually like trying to squeeze water out of a rock, but this particular office in Westminster was very much the exception. Wendy, Ozzie and Andrew made the whole (and very brief) effort an exercise in friendly and engaging hospitality. I came for a copy of my birth certificate and despite a couple of hurdles (not having a driver's license at the moment) was passed with their willing and helpful assistance. And now that I have had this experience from New Life for girls I have completely turned my life around, I was a drug addict for 3 years almost lost my children to my parents and now I am a life coach I work full-time I am getting my own home and my own new car and I am thriving in the Lord and it is all 100% due to this experience at this facility. Remember my mom dropping me off and when I first saw the place I told her there was no way I was staying at the Bates motel. Somehow she convinced me to stay. Begged her to come get me every chance I got to call until some point something clicked. Definitely taught me all the things I needed to know about for recovery. Later this year will make 40 years since I was there. Highly recommend Mountain Manor. Definitely turned my life around and opened my eyes to many things I couldn't see on my own. A+++++ from me

I knew I had a problem but never knew how seriously alcohol was destroying me until I came here. This place is a reset that allows you to learn about what you're doing to your body as well as the mental issues maybe contributing to to your substance abuse. I recommend mountain manor.

I enjoy this practice. Dr.T and Kyle listen. Doctor doesn't try to force you on handfuls of medicine. Have been very accommodating thru the pandemic. Also the staff seem nice and allow you to book up to 4 appointments ahead for therapist which is convenient. Still offer Zoom which personally with someone who suffers from social anxiety is VERY cool. I would recommend.

I've been to a lot of drug treatment centers in the area, I'm sorry to say. This is the only one where the staff are qualified, helpful and care to such a degree. I started here years ago when I was court ordered, and I stay to help myself now that I am free. You can see the reviews of this place are very polarizing. Either one star or five star. Drug treatment is not a pleasant process. Whether ordered to be here or on your own volition, this is therapy and it means confronting aspects of yourself you don't like. You WILL come to a point where you are angry, disgusted, fed up, etc. You can either quit and go write a one star review, or push through it and be better for it.

ER visit between about 11 pm Thursday to 3am Friday. Very friendly staff. Quickly triaged, quickly seen by a doctor, and quick diagnostic screening. The time for the stay was for observation and fluids. The easiest, most low-key, comfortable ER experience I have ever had. Can't recommend emergencies, but if you have one, this seemed like a good place to have it dealt with.

Shirt stay for sevreal tests. All nurses, aides, volunteers and staff were curtains. I have never had institutional food that was perfectly cooked and delicious. Most places over cook veggies. The ones I had were perfectly cooked. that is not easy to do when preparing large amounts that have yo be held for plating. Kudos to all!

My boyfriend (he is leaving a great review also) and I have been a client at BH a little over a year and we both think the entire staff is wonderful!!! They always treat us with kindness, respect and compassion. I have been to 2 other facilities in Laurel & Cherry Hill and BH is by far a much better Facility. Each and every staff member has greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing EVERY time and I consider them all to be more than just "staff". My Counselor Megan is phenomenal, she answers every phone call or text message and really listens to what I have to say and sometimes I'm sure I ramble, lol. I can talk to her about anything and her advice has helped me many, many times. I consider her more than my counselor she's my friend. I have NEVER had a false positive, EVER. I think you have to be honest with yourself and not blame BH, that's a part of recovery, personal responsibility. BH's staff members are a big part of the reason I am currently at the highest Level, Stage 4, and I am over 6 months clean!!! Hats off to you BH because of you I'm sober and I finally have my life back!!!! YOU GUY'S ARE ALL WONDERFUL AND SUPPORTIVE!!! FOREVER GRATEFUL!!🙏🩷
