Great outpatient program. Understanding, flexible, helpful, and caring staff. Especially Mrs. Joy. I would recommend this outpatient to anyone in need of their services.

Very impressed and surprised because there are some bad reviews when every team member I meet was extremely caring and understanding of everyone's personal situations. They really care about you getting better and will help give you the tools and motivation to get there. I started in the intensive outpatient program which was important to my recovery in that it gave me a regular schedule and it felt good to get in that rhythm and everyone I meet in that class was respectful to each other we learned and had a good time. I recently moved out onto the regular outpatient and continue to meet new people who all share the same difficulties in life and openly share their stories and perspectives to identify our triggers and in my case: bad life traps and bad coping styles that lead to my addiction. We also are taught how to avoid the pit falls of addiction the through healthy coping mechanisms. They also started a new incentive program that awards healthy recovery based activities. Because of this program and the programs they provided me with outside of Guardenzia I was able to change my mindset and come to a place where I can finally admit to myself of my past addiction and admit to myself I cannot ever drink again and I'm grateful to them for getting me to this place where I can finally accept that.

In my time at gatehouse I was able to meet some incredible sober support and enjoy life again, what I enjoyed in particular was being able to go to the gym with my peers which was very helpful for my recovery. There are several techs that seem to genuinely care about you and offer there advice and experience, I've grown to care about my peers and got alot out of helping others, I hope to stay connected with them in my recovery journey

I just want to start bye saying this place saved my life and this is for real. When first showing up in very bad shape and asking for help as was treated with respect and care way above what I deserved from anyone the doctors the receptionist Josh who is now running the show and the most important person Connie who has been nothing but great to me it took me a while to get with the program I was still trying to do things my way. When I finally gave up and stopped all my bullshit things really took off and I have now been drug free for years not days. I had a person work with me about about my payment for there bill and other hospital bills I have went wzy beyond her job so in closing I just want to say thanks to all of you for helping me on this road of recovery you all truly saved my life. I have been a patient here for around 8 years and this place has saved my life. I am so grateful for the nurses and counselors who are all just amazing and really do care for all of us and the security guards are all very nice also. This place is very well kept and clean, and they are also great with my special needs son who I have to bring in with me. They help make sure he is safe while I m dosing or having to talk to my counselor. Thank you also to the doctors! Dr Rachel and Dr Davis have been there for me since I was pregnant and I am just grateful for pyramid in so many ways. Thank you for your program and help with my recovery!

This place helps alot and just walking in and getting greated by the most amazing receptionist ever always in a great mood helps with going to group with the amazing counselor Jamie I definitely recommend if you need help they are a great team.

All staff are nice and very respectful. All the treatment you need & more. All staff understand & are very helpful when it comes to your treatment! Would recommend Pyramid for ever struggling addictions

Bold Steps is the bees knees. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly ESPECIALLY TIA AND BRI. They are so friendly and make everyone feel welcomed. And the treatment center is 100% judgment free. Would absolutely recommend to anyone struggling with substance abuse or mental health!!

The service was beneficial to almost every aspect of my life in my current situation. The support I received helped propel me through this tribulation in which I thought I was defeated and couldn't see my way through. The staff here was amazing. I would recommend Colonial house treatment facility to anyone that seeks help in recovery or social services.

An amazing Facility they truly care about their clients. Some incredibly well-educated people In the field of PSYCHOLOGY AND ADDICTION running the facility. Attending intense outpatient recovery program there. They will work.With you and get the state to pay for some of it.Thank god.

This place actually wants to help people do good with their lives. They actually care about the people and everyone there is really nice.. They actually listen to you and make you comfortable as possible and they try to help set a goal plan for your life. They will help get you through on what you need to do.. And they dont judge you at all. I definitely recommend this place for anyone that needs help with addiction and also help you set goals for your future.

Amazing!!! Helpful and caring!!! There s nothing bad here nothing!! I can t tell you how wonderful it is and refreshing!!! I have been on methadone 4 years and had to relocate back to central Pa and when I made arrangements with my old clinic at ARS, they tried to literally kill me!!! When I moved my entire life and had it all switched so I thought until!!! I get there and then they say oh your insurance is for another county do until you switch it we cannot help you!!! And left me sitting in the room alone!! Just not even care or bothering with me!!! They make ppl want to relapse why bother when you don t care this much but I rememenrr beinf told Mechanicsburg ctc does same day so w only 32 mins left I rushed over to here and the world of diff of care, wanting to help!!! Willing to work with you as anyone knows even if you have no insurance the state of pa will pay up to 90 days back bills so they got all my paperwork and my dosingThat day and let me dose and set me up!!! I cannot tell you how as I say defeated in the other clinic defeated crying hysterically I saw my entire sobriety flash and about to be gone before my eyes!! I went from homeless, destitute, a person no one saw as worthy to a career in retail management, built myself to a respectable person agian that also helps others in recovery with at least that first step and now use my career to help give a job to those otherowise others look over!!So thank you sooooo much Mechanicsburg CTC because of you!!! I go here and I have to say they are awesome! They stay on top of everything which I like. I have the best counselor there and she has really helped me in the last two years. I recently transitioned from ARS of Lancaster, abruptly but I want to take a moment to thank the entire staff. You literally save my life. Although I had some bumps and brushes along the way just know that all of you are a God send, and you are making a difference and I diffinitely rate you all 5 stars plus. If not for Ars I would have died.

Dr. Pearce is the best, he knows his stuff and really cares about you if you take the program seriously. The girls at the desk are the best and always have great attitudes even though they deal with ignorant, disrespectful drug addicts all day.

This place literally saved my life going on 9 years clean and sober and couldn t be happier!!!!

This place! If you truly want recovery this place will challenge you but you will walk out with a whole tool belt ready for a fresh start. There are so many caring people it's literally like a family. A huge step in my story is owed to this place and I wouldn't change it for the world.
