Outstanding place I called and got right in.Been waiting for Penn Pychciatrric, and after a 7 month wait, I gave up.These people are great! Not a *^** show like Penn Phyciatric!.5 Stars!. Dr kim sucks at listening, diagnosing, and scheduling. This man has cancelled more than 2 appointments just so he could go on vacation or have the day off and forget about his patients. I’ve been seeing him for over 5 years and this just really pissed me off

I’m not sure how to adequately put into words how thankful I am for this school. My son was diagnosed with autism in December 2023. To say I was scared and clueless, would be an understatement. Daycare couldn’t handle him and I was so lost. When I found First Children’s Services, it was as if the clouds parted to let the sun shine through. The staff at First Children’s are compassionate and highly trained to help my son be the best version of himself. They are my lifeline and I am so grateful to have them in my court advocating for my son’s overall success. I honestly can’t recommend First Children’s Services enough. My daughter has been getting care here for a while now. It started as school based then when she stopped going because of mental health issues then it turned into telehealth services. This place is wonderful. I used to go here when I was younger and they were in a different office down the street. The staff were super nice and seemed to genuinely care about the wellbeings of their clients, along with the others in the waiting room. I was maybe only thirteen, but it was an amazing experience. I stopped because I felt I had no longer needed therapy, considering I was only in it following a traumatic event.
Flash forward to now. I currently see Andrea and she is the BEST therapist I have worked with. She always listens to everything I have to say and is eager to hear updates on past things we discussed. She remembers things very well and always steers me back on topic when I go off on a tangent. Kurt, who works at the front desk, is also super friendly and is super nice. He recognizes me now considering I attend weekly sessions and always greets me upon arrival.
Their main goal is to ensure you are physically, emotionally, and mentally safe around yourself and others and I believe it is one of the best things ever. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering to go here. Andrea has helped me so much in the short amount of time I've been attending her sessions, and I feel like I'm not the only one who has these beliefs.
Ignore these hateful 1 star reviews and listen to the people who know and understand. This place is amazing and I feel super comfortable in it.

The therapy I received was extremely helpful. In only a year, my therapist and I found the root of my issues and reduced my bpd episodes extremely! It's such a relief, I can't put it into words! I no longer have hospital-worthy panic attacks or thoughts of self harm, and I have my wonderful Therapist to thank!
If you suffer from mental illness, I highly recommend this place!

Honestly I really disliked the Cherry Street meeting when I first began attending, but it and the people in there grew on me pretty quickly.now that being said I will point out that the afternoon meetings are usually more. So if that's what you're looking for that time to go later meetings are more of a variety with quite a bit more younger crowd. Afternoon old head meeting is very by-the-book, straightforward, you know, if it's an AA meeting we're not mentioning other substances blah blah blah excetera excetera excetera.

Simply an awesome caring facility. The staff gives 100 percent and then some! They display a true genuine concern for those in their care. Communication is exceptional! My son has been in many facilities over the years and Provive Welles is the best place that he has been in and made the most progress. Everyone that I’ve communicated with was phenomenal.
However, the majority of my communications were with Megan, Emily and David. I must give them special recognition for my sincerest appreciation.

Been this way for about a week….I mentioned it in front of the house manager and nothing happened. Today was the worst of my urges. Going to RCA was the best decision I made. I am so grateful for this place. What makes this place so special is the people who work here. I see them show up everyday. They are selfless and continuously check up on you. Whether you are inpatient, or alumni, they are always there for you. It really is a beautiful thing. The AMAZING staff at the Caron Foundation facility in Del Ray Beach truly saved my sons life. As of tomorrow, he will have been sober for one full year!! The treatment at Caron surpassed all of his and my expectations. He had been in several rehabs over many years, and they would assist in helping him to get sober but after 15 to 30 days, out he went. The reasons for his continued addiction was never addressed. At Caron, the program they offer is life changing. Not only did they help get him sober but FINALLY the reasons behind the addiction were brought out front and center. The staff's ability to guide and push when needed to help get at the root of the origin of his addiction was our answer. We know he will struggle each day but going from where he was, on the street, homeless, to where he is now, brought him back to his family. We truly went years not having the knowledge to help. The staff at Caron , not only helped my son , but helped me. We went to visit him a few times while he was in treatment and the staff were beyond accommodating, along with their kindness and compassion for what they do, with each patient. I am pleased to give this 5-star review of MRC. I attended PHP and IOP, and had individual counseling twice a week. The counselors are excellent. They encourage a lot of participation in the groups. The topics are relevant to recovery- stress management, 12 steps, nutrition, body-mind connection, gratitude, and a lot more. Weekly yoga is offered and it doesn't matter what level you are. I was supported and cared for all the way through the process of outpatient recovery.

I picked this center because of it having all 5 star reviews, and many of them. I am happy to add one more to it! Ownership is amazing, and every staff member gets to know every client on a personal level. The center itself is a wonderful property. My counselor Chris is extremely relatable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Bill makes groups fun and impactful. Angie and Pam bring years of inpatient experience to this outpatient experience. Pam’s art therapy breaks up the weeks with fun activities and Megan’s compassion and insight makes you feel comfortable about opening up. Probably my favorite group of the week is the last one on Fridays where Pastor Jay has everyone on the edge of their seat while roaring with laughter. All this creates an amazing community with the sober living being by far best experience in such I have ever had. PRC is an absolute 10/10!

This is hands down a 5 star facility and program. The entire staff is professional, supportive, and encouraging during your treatment here. I wouldn’t have made it as far as I have without being there. I did the outpatient program but other patients here enjoyed the housing program. There are a range of therapists to choose from and they’re all great. There are different group therapies to sign up for if you’re interested like yoga, raki, etc. Don’t hesitate and sign up to change your life.

I've been to better and been to worse. They provide a therapeutic environment that allows clients the opportunity to heal and grow. They feed you well, the coffee is real and usually strong (though limited to meal times,) the gym is better than most. There are ample smoke breaks and there are decent amenities. It's not the Ritz, but it's not supposed to be. They're definitely understaffed, but the team they currently have is full of dedicated and compassionate people which made all the difference in my stay and helped my find direction and hope. I'm very satisfied and grateful.🙏

(This is a long one) I’ve had my fair share of therapists before and each time it was a crash and burn situation. It never worked out for me, I always felt like it was too much. I pushed it off until it smacked me in the face. I can genuinely say EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER DOWN TO THE RECEPTIONISTS ( especially Kaela, dr. Nelson, Greg & Nicole for me) welcomed me with opened arms at a time I needed it most. I never not once felt judged nor put down. I was held accountable each step of the way and able to express myself. Each one of them taught me a lot about my triggers, my attachment styles, my anger, the work I had to put in on my self and just the really understanding and loving the overall person I am. They taught me to identify why I was using bad habits to cope with my feelings.
I really don’t have the words to explain how much they have helped me. If so I would be here all day. Let me try to sum it up.
I had never been to therapy long term(some therapists just wouldn’t call back). I had never been on medication for my mental health(I would gas light myself and create bad habits to cope). I was in therapy for about a year and a half with kaela, Greg and dr Nelson. Some days I wish I had never left(I moved out the state). Dr. Nelson always listened to me, he helped me understand what was going on mentally. During my time he worked with me to find medications that helped me function daily. It wasn’t easy but he never gave up and he never pushed me to take anything I didn’t like or want to be on. Greg helped me to look within. He taught me not to bottle up my emotions and how to express what I’m feeling in a better way than I was. I have to give my props to Kaela for dealing with me the longest tho. Instantly I clicked with her. She really sets the bar high when it comes to a therapist for me. She listened to me yap on and on and she didn’t make me feel like I was a burden with my weekly visits. I actually looked forward to going to my visits.. even when I went back on my word. She didn’t make me feel ashamed of myself(No one there did) She always remembered everything, even when I didn’t. She made me hold myself accountable for my actions, as she did also. I loved that about her most. She didn’t let me slip. She helped me realize why I was doing certain things or why I was reacting the way I would and what they could’ve stemmed from. Other therapists didn’t do what they did for me mentally, even spiritually. Everyone at Caron is like a family to me at this point. I recommend everyone to come to Caron. All my friends, family, strangers. They made me realize therapy and asking for help wasn’t bad after all. If you needed a sign. This is it.

I had the pleasure of touring Blueview Recovery earlier this month and was extremely impressed with the facility. Their evidence based programs are tailored to the patient and encompass a variety of modalities that offer the patient comprehensive treatment for long term recovery. The counselors are highly qualified and compassionate, as are the administrative staff.
In addition, I had the opportunity of touring their sober living men's house located a few miles from the facility. It is a beautiful contemporary home offering a comfortable and safe environment for the residents.
I highly recommend Blueview for treatment!

6 years sober here after running the methadone program for 2 years to get off of opiates and benzos. Shout out to vanja, dawn, julissa and the rest of the nursing staff for helping make recovery possible. Some people go to get sober. Some people go to maintain getting high in a safe way when doing the methadone program. To each their own. I personally made a goal and got off and never looked back! So thankful for this program. It saves my life.

This is my 2nd review. My 1st review was from 3 years ago when I first started at Northeast Family Healthcare. Since then I had to transfer because I moved and I thought that I would write another review to let people know that for 3 years the staff faithfully stayed true to their teachings and never once judged me or made me feel like a low piece of s@%! even when I relapsed. I never had to lie who I was and cheat my way thru the program to stay in the program. After being a client at Northeast Family Healthcare in Quakertown for 3 years, I can honestly say this clinic has been life-changing for me. Having to transfer due to my move to another County was one of the hardest parts about relocating.
What sets Northeast Family Healthcare apart is their incredible staff. Every person I encountered there treated me with dignity, respect, and genuine care. In recovery settings, being treated like a human being rather than just another case makes all the difference. i do want to base this review on my therapist.
I cannot emphasize enough how instrumental Anna was in my recovery journey. In my 20+ years in various treatment programs (since 1999), I've NEVER connected with a therapist the way I did with Anna from day one. For all three years, she was my rock and a consistent source of support.
What made Anna exceptional was her genuine approach to therapy. She truly listened - not just nodded along, but actually remembered details from our previous sessions. During my struggles and occasional relapses, she never once responded with anger, criticism, or disappointment. Instead, she helped me explore what happened, develop better coping strategies, and work through my underlying traumas.
Anna's sincerity and passion for helping others is evident in everything she does. She clearly loves her job, and that authentic care makes all the difference for clients like me. I can confidently say that without her guidance, I wouldn't be clean today. Anna, I am going to miss you so much. You clearly were a gift from God. Thankyou for being you and accepting me for me. i had so much fun in our weekly Zoom meetings. I am clean today with the help from you and never giving up on me. I've been a patient here since 2015 amd they saved my life for sure. I had lost everything due to my addiction and since going here I've rebuilt my life from the ground up. I have a home multiple vehicles a wife and 2 amazing kids and I couldn't have done it without this place. I work some crazy hours sometimes being away for a couple days at a time and they have made sure I have my medication no matter what.
