The staff at MedMark in Perry is just amazing. I actually enjoy going every day, because it's like going to see family. Ashley is so helpful,she has helped me with so many different programs, I never knew where out there. The nursing staff always has a smile for me .They get to know you on such a personal level,they take the time to ask you about you day and actually listen and remember the stuff going on in your life. Great place to go to try togetoff opiates. Great staff and I love my counselor Jeffery very professional and not judgemental at all the nurses are wonderful especially Amy she's probably the best person up there always so pleasant and kind n sweet literally lights up the whol3 room. I was admitted to ICU with an undiagnosed heart condition. The staff couldn't have been nicer from the nurses to the doctors to the lab and even food service. I did have one incident where nobody answered my call bell even though the staff was in the nurses station. My procedure was well explained to me and it was helpful for my diagnosis. I only wish that toiletries were supplied.

The therapists and staff here are very knowledgeable and experienced. I was nervous about attending at first but became quickly at ease with sharing my addiction related issues and felt that this was the best place for me to be for treatment and to get me on the right path to recovery. Don't really have much to say about it since I've only been to one part of it. My PCP is here, and I like him and his team. I've been with them for more than 20 years but not in this building. It's clean and more secure ever since a stabbing or shooting happened a few years ago, but it was the hospital part and not the office part where my doctor is.

Just started treatment there and everyone was very professional during my initial visit. The doctor was very detailed concerning my treatment as I was on pain pills for 10yrs. The oxycodone caused me to get gastroparesis where the stomach don't empty resulting in a major operation in my stomach. My visit with Crossroads is getting me on track to be opioid free.

Place saved what life I had left before going there I had a foot and a half in the grave and I'm still alive so that is a great thing. . place has high turnover with councelors I've had atleast 8 since have been there ... There is good and bad truths and people have pointed them out I've seen it 1st hand .. my advice is if you go here do what you are told to do .. even better advice... Before you even think of using opiates or heroin save yourself and your family the heartache and don't take any pills or do heroin it messes up EVERYTHING and destroys people's lives more than a divorce does

Thanks to a wonderful counselor who listens to me n doesn’t judge anything I’ve done now or in the past “MY ‘GOD’” has inspired me that I can n will stay on top of things ,yes I’ll miss my sessions with him n even the nurses... as I’ve finally started my descend to beat my disease... I go for therapy and for medication and I've been going to Latrobe for about maybe 2 years now! It took a bit to work out medications, but it takes time y'know? They're not gonna know right away the meds you need. They're always really quick to pick up the phone when I call to make appointments which is really nice because then I don't have to play phone tag. The first therapist I had was amazing, she was really nice and very easy to talk to, and my current one is also great! I was very weary of having a male therapist at first, but he made me feel comfortable and is very easy to talk to! Although, I do have a complaint about the *inpatient* services. I went once for an evaluation and I was there for FOUR HOURS. I had to tell my story to 4 different nurses, and the evalution itself was 3 hours long. After being there for that long and going through the ENTIRE PROCESS, they told there were no beds avaliable, and no discharges in the morning, meaning that I couldn't go to a room after someone got discharged, but we were fully welcome to stay in the concrete cellar we were currently in. Or, we could go to another hospital that was 3hrs away that did have an opening. We went home. I didn't want to because I needed help because I literally just tried to off myself, but my mom didn't want to drive 3hrs to come see me. Couldn't you have told us there were no beds BEFORE the 3 hour long evaluation?? I think that the outpatient services are outstanding, but I don't have a good experience with the inpatient services and I don't recommend them.

This staff has been overworked and under appreciated. Westmoreland County is in a health crisis and there are not enough workers to meet the need.
Please be patient with them and treat them with the respect that you expect you yourself to be treated.

When I went to teen challenge, I fought it all the way at first. When I arrived I was greeted with the nicest , caring, staff that made me feel welcome, warm and comfortable. During my stay at TC I learned alot about myself and how to deal with life head on. I was able to learn about God and work on my relationship with God. Everyone at TC between the staff and the clients have touched my life in away I just can't explain I would reccomend teen challenge to anyone who is struggling and is ready to surrender. I've been here for years love both My Dr and counselor they become family practically. They genuinely care about each person. And they work with you way more than any other place would. Received consistent and reliable quality of care here at this location. It’s very seamless to schedule an appointment here and there is a little to very small wait time to see a provider. There is an array of services that this place offers (Dermatology, Women’s Health, Primary Care, Lab/Bloodwork, Social Services/Counseling, Pharmacy, Diabetic care, Nutrition, Telemedicine) and staff are super helpful and accommodating! This place may not be the best with bed situations but they really do care and try I will say if you want to get clean you can definitely do it here yes some people sneak things in but in reality that's everywhere the only thing I can say to help prevent it from happening while they are there is stop having patients take out trash & also they leave notes on windows for people to see & drop drugs off zoey tried very hard to get me to stay about 2 years ago but I wasn't ready yet this was one of my first rehabs & it surely can be way worse also they try to keep the guys and girls away from eachother but it doesn't work well I feel like they should drop that rule all together

I recently completed my treatment today after 13 weeks. I am happy to share that I am a new person and living a new sober life thanks to Ron my therapist- along with the rest of the staff. Everyone was awesome and went above and beyond to help in any way they could. I have learned some much from my peers in my group therepy sessions and plan on continuing after care coming in on Tuesday for alumni day!! Words can not express my gratitude for the care I received from this facility.

Ron Cambest is an excellent therapist. I was in really bad shape physically and mentally. Ron brought me back to a healthy happier me. He basically save my life. I’ll always be grateful to him for that.

Sojourner House offers a unique healing expe for women in addition in that it United and often reunified women in recovery with their child or children and their families. There aren't many organizations that permit women to live with their children in their own apartments while participating in individual, group, and family therapy. I have been able to get the help I needed from Pinnacle Treatment Services for a few years now and it def has saved my life. The nurses are so very nice and so is the Doctor.
