This is my 6th or 7th year in methadone started at the Charleroi treatment center 3 months after they opened yes you will find some wonderful people there but Jason's a joke he runs the place don't waste your time it's to much of a mixed bunch. They saved mine that's for sure , they set a higher standard then most the other clinics I have experience with and I 100% recommend them to anyone and everyone. Don't believe the stigmas. I actually enjoy going every day, because it's like going to see family. Ashley is so helpful,she has helped me with so many different programs, I never knew where out there. MBS MBS 2 months ago I went to them on December 21, 2022 by the time I was able to get there that day I was going through withdrawal the team was wonderful before they even did the intake process they made sure that they got be properly medicated to help me so that I would be safe. Even if you're not clean and you're just trying to get there and you're brand new at it Jade is the place for you I can't think of a situation good or bad that Jade would not be as helpful as they possibly can be. I just know so many successful people that have come from Jade in their recovery they've just gotten very far to whenever they first started it Jade didn't even have a place to live. I feel like Jane is always went above and beyond but you know they needed to. The fact that pretty much any time of night or day if you have to get a hold of someone in an emergency you can- it is not like that it all other facilities that I've been to. Jade is the only outpatient facility that I have went to and trust me I went to a lot of them that actually care. It's super sad because I've been with Jade for such a long time. I will miss Kristen forever and this is super hard to move on but I would recommend Jade over any other rehab facility in the world and if you are a patient at Jade you are lucky to be there and you should take advantage of everything that they have to offer because it's such a great facility and they truly do care. I wish all the staff yhe best and thank you for how far I have come thanks to you guys and to know you truly make a huge difference. MOST of the counselors are great, ALL of the techs are amazing!! I have very little to complain about! The food isn’t great, it’s hospital food and not all of the therapists are great. Without their intervention, I likely would have faced incarceration, homelessness, or even death. I am deeply thankful for the positive impact that Medmark has had not only on my life but also on countless other individuals and their families who have sought help there. The staff at Medmark deserves special recognition; from the gentleman who greets you at the door to the nice and attentive and nonjudgmental nurses, knowledgeable doctors, compassionate and empathetic counselors, and the friendly front desk personnel, everyone embodies kindness, understanding, and support. For anyone struggling with addiction who is seeking help, I cannot recommend the Greensburg branch of Medmark highly enough.
