This place is saving Lives. They saved mine that's for sure , they set a higher standard then most the other clinics I have experience with and I 100% recommend them to anyone and everyone. The staff at MedMark in Perry is just amazing. I actually enjoy going every day, because it's like going to see family. Ashley is so helpful,she has helped me with so many different programs, I never knew where out there. The nursing staff always has a smile for me .They get to know you on such a personal level,they take the time to ask you about you day and actually listen and remember the stuff going on in your life. They really care about you and your recovery and want to help you in every way.

Great place to go to try togetoff opiates. Great staff and I love my counselor Jeffery very professional and not judgemental at all the nurses are wonderful especially Amy she's probably the best person up there always so pleasant and kind n sweet literally lights up the whol3 room. I just had my last Jade appointment
The staff at Jade - Alex Dan Emily Gloria the doctors all of them Rosie are just fantastic you couldn't ask for someone to care more and someone to try more and if you're really serious about getting clean and living a different life Jade is definitely the place for you. Even if you're not clean and you're just trying to get there and you're brand new at it Jade is the place for you I can't think of a situation good or bad that Jade would not be as helpful as they possibly can be. I just know so many successful people that have come from Jade in their recovery they've just gotten very far to whenever they first started it Jade didn't even have a place to live. I feel like Jane is always went above and beyond but you know they needed to.
The fact that pretty much any time of night or day if you have to get a hold of someone in an emergency you can- it is not like that it all other facilities that I've been to. Jade is the only outpatient facility that I have went to and trust me I went to a lot of them that actually care. It's super sad because I've been with Jade for such a long time. I will miss Kristen forever and this is super hard to move on but I would recommend Jade over any other rehab facility in the world and if you are a patient at Jade you are lucky to be there and you should take advantage of everything that they have to offer because it's such a great facility and they truly do care. I wish all the staff yhe best and thank you for how far I have come thanks to you guys and to know you truly make a huge difference. I have three kids that are happy, healthy and in a nice home because of Jade and I couldn't be more grateful.

On August 25.2025,I was scheduled for an angiogram requiring an iodine injection.For me, any injection usually results in negative side effects. The Radiology dept., with MIKE at the helm, did an unexpected, outstanding job. In addition, I did not have to wait 2 months for an appointment.The registration was seamless. In and out. The twenty mile trip should be of minimal concern to a patient whose medical issues require immediate attention.Inordinate delays only exacerbate patient's condition for the worst outcome.

I was admitted to ICU with an undiagnosed heart condition. The staff couldn't have been nicer from the nurses to the doctors to the lab and even food service. I did have one incident where nobody answered my call bell even though the staff was in the nurses station. My procedure was well explained to me and it was helpful for my diagnosis. I only wish that toiletries were supplied.

This review may be a lil outta order cuz im not sure where to start lol…but i have been going to Medmark Treatment Center since 2019…and all I gotta say is that it’s definitely gotten better with time…are they perfect absolutely not but no one not even medical facilities are either…that being said if you’re thinking about giving Medmark a try go for it…everyone has their own opinions as well and I’m sure you’re gonna hear a lot of negative comments and reviews about them but don’t knock it till u truly try it!!! They have saved my life and they keep me going!!! They are my # 1 fans and would go to battle for me if they had to BUT YOU GOTTA DO THE WORK AS WELL!!! You can’t expect them to stay clean for you…lol…doesn’t work that way!!! So if you’re looking for a good place to try medicated treatment then Medmark should be where ya start!!! I have been comin here now for just about 5 yrs…in the beginning it was crazy and I had to go thru a couple counselors until they gave me the best news ever…ALYSSA was gonna be my counselor and I tell you what it’s the best thing that could of happened to me!!! Alyssa is absolutely amazing and has a heart of gold that she wears on her sleeve…if you need anything all u gotta do is call her…if she doesn’t answer all ya gotta do is leave her a message and she will for sure get back to ya…she has truly saved my life and doesn’t even realize it!! I can’t say enough good things about McKeesport Hospital! From the moment I arrived in the ER until discharge, the care and attention I received was absolutely exceptional. The entire staff went above and beyond in every possible way — they truly didn’t leave a single stone unturned.
Everyone I encountered, from the staff in the ER, the transport employees to the nurses, technicians, and doctors, were friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. You could tell that every person working there truly cared about their patients and took pride in what they do. It’s rare to find a hospital where everyone seems genuinely happy to be there, but that’s exactly the feeling you get at McKeesport Hospital.
The level of compassion, teamwork, and dedication was outstanding. I’m deeply grateful for the incredible care and would highly recommend McKeesport Hospital to anyone in need of medical treatment. Five stars all the way!

The therapists and staff here are very knowledgeable and experienced. I was nervous about attending at first but became quickly at ease with sharing my addiction related issues and felt that this was the best place for me to be for treatment and to get me on the right path to recovery. Just started treatment there and everyone was very professional during my initial visit. The doctor was very detailed concerning my treatment as I was on pain pills for 10yrs. The oxycodone caused me to get gastroparesis where the stomach don't empty resulting in a major operation in my stomach. My visit with Crossroads is getting me on track to be opioid free.

Place saved what life I had left before going there I had a foot and a half in the grave and I'm still alive so that is a great thing. . place has high turnover with councelors I've had atleast 8 since have been there ... There is good and bad truths and people have pointed them out I've seen it 1st hand .. my advice is if you go here do what you are told to do .. even better advice... Before you even think of using opiates or heroin save yourself and your family the heartache and don't take any pills or do heroin it messes up EVERYTHING and destroys people's lives more than a divorce does

I Delt with the receptionist at the drug and alcohol case management office and Samantha a caseworker, and they both did an outstanding job especially the receptionist who was super friendly very knowledgeable and really went far and beyond for me in reference to my significant other. Impeccable outstanding service,the professionalism was spot on perfect. I felt very comfortable dealing with drug and alcohol case management really good people over there, I do recommend them highly. If I could give a six stars out of five I would lol.
