The staff at MedMark in Perry is just amazing. I actually enjoy going every day, because it's like going to see family. Ashley is so helpful,she has helped me with so many different programs, I never knew where out there. The nursing staff always has a smile for me .They get to know you on such a personal level,they take the time to ask you about you day and actually listen and remember the stuff going on in your life. My husband just completed over 60 days and is on his way to his outpatient phase. Any phone call I placed was answered or quickly returned. I don't know what I would've done without the daily remote family support meetings. They were spot-on with information about addiction and it's effects on family as well as the patient (I know from my own work experience). The open discussions and parallel family support was a lifeline for me. They have done everything they've said they were going to do, above and beyond my expectations!

Dreamlife was my first inpatient detox and residential treatment facility. Coming in without knowing what to expect, I can overwhelming say that Dreamlife set me up in the best way possible for recovery. The clinical staff is top tier with a major focus on mental health and addiction therapy. The many groups, outside activites, and recreation allowed for autonomy and a personal focus on myself. Overall, Dreamlife gave me a running start to a continued sobriety.

I just had my last Jade appointment
The staff at Jade - Alex Dan Emily Gloria the doctors all of them Rosie are just fantastic you couldn't ask for someone to care more and someone to try more and if you're really serious about getting clean and living a different life Jade is definitely the place for you. Even if you're not clean and you're just trying to get there and you're brand new at it Jade is the place for you I can't think of a situation good or bad that Jade would not be as helpful as they possibly can be. I just know so many successful people that have come from Jade in their recovery they've just gotten very far to whenever they first started it Jade didn't even have a place to live. I feel like Jane is always went above and beyond but you know they needed to.
The fact that pretty much any time of night or day if you have to get a hold of someone in an emergency you can- it is not like that it all other facilities that I've been to. Jade is the only outpatient facility that I have went to and trust me I went to a lot of them that actually care. It's super sad because I've been with Jade for such a long time. I will miss Kristen forever and this is super hard to move on but I would recommend Jade over any other rehab facility in the world and if you are a patient at Jade you are lucky to be there and you should take advantage of everything that they have to offer because it's such a great facility and they truly do care. I wish all the staff yhe best and thank you for how far I have come thanks to you guys and to know you truly make a huge difference. I have three kids that are happy, healthy and in a nice home because of Jade and I couldn't be more grateful.

April has been my counselor for almost 2 yrs. I have always been able to be very open and honest with her, without any sort of judgment. When it comes to addiction, people always do judge. But not her. That's just who she is. The nurses, I feel like they are judgemental.
Whether it's our session, me just venting, or me needing someone to talk to. April has always been there. I can't show enough appreciation. I always feel better when we hang up

Don't really have much to say about it since I've only been to one part of it. My PCP is here, and I like him and his team. I've been with them for more than 20 years but not in this building. It's clean and more secure ever since a stabbing or shooting happened a few years ago, but it was the hospital part and not the office part where my doctor is.

I spent 35 days here in September of 2022 and absolutely loved it. by far the best rehab I’ve ever been to. I didn’t want to leave when it came time to go. the staff was super caring and polite, Melissa made sure to always let me know how worthy I am of being sober and was always so positive about everything, with her bright smile. the nursing staff was nothing less than phenomenal, sometimes short staffed but they always made it work and listened to my every need. the food was awesome, you can choose from a few different choices each day on a weekly menu they hand out. calls home to my family were plentiful, I was able to call every single night. I was never able to do that at any other rehab I’ve been to, maybe 3x a week at most. so that was amazing to say the least. it’s a very small tight knit community, I think 22-25 patients, gender mixed. they’d take us to the park on nice days and let us take a walk or play cornhole, throw a football, or just chill and listen to music. the showers were AMAZING. great pressure, not too hot and not too cold. just perfect. the beds were very comfy which I was surprised because they were small and I am 6’6” .. but I slept like a baby every night after detox. Detox was a bit rough but I think that’s a given no matter where you go. it’s all about what YOU make of it during detox. 5/5 stars I’d give 6/5 if I could. this would be my first choice every time from here on out, if I were to ever need to go back, or if I had to refer a friend, this would definitely be the place!!!

I just spent the last 5 days at McKeesport Hospital for a very serious illness. I was impressed by the caring, friendly and knowledgeable staff I encountered. Every single person involved in my care seemed genuinely concerned for my well being. Even the student nurses. Shout out to DJ. My room was clean, big and comfortable. I’ve been to other hospitals and I think I got the best care here. If I ever need help again, I’m definitely coming here.

My 3y/o was taken here by ambulance recently for lack of oxygen due to the croup/RSV. I've consistently heard bad things about UPMC Mckeesport, but our experience with the paramedics, the emergency department, the nurses and the care provider were all better than anything I've ever experienced at Children's in the last three years. I found everyone to be very kind, caring and helpful. The room was clean.

I Delt with the receptionist at the drug and alcohol case management office and Samantha a caseworker, and they both did an outstanding job especially the receptionist who was super friendly very knowledgeable and really went far and beyond for me in reference to my significant other. Impeccable outstanding service,the professionalism was spot on perfect. I felt very comfortable dealing with drug and alcohol case management really good people over there, I do recommend them highly. If I could give a six stars out of five I would lol. Loads of reviews here about how bad Dr Brinkley is, but he really isn’t. He’s great and caring, he does have a hearing issue sometimes. Despite his age, he’s one of the more progressive psychiatrists out there and tries his best to help as much as he can. He has 15 minute appointments and does the best he can. Many people say that he doesn’t care and address certain issues, the main point is that he addresses medication issues (hence the 15 minute med check) and any other personal issues are discussed with the therapist. Yes, you can say I’m feeling more anxious/depressed and he can increase or change your meds but he’s not there to counsel you etc.

I’ve have been coming to Axiom for 6 years now. Ive also been seeing the same therapist for the entire time. Anytime someone asks for mental health recommendations I always suggest Axiom. I’ve also been taking my son here for about 2 years, his mental health has improved so much since starting to come here. The offices and waiting room are super clean. There’s even sound machines playing in the waiting room with which is really relaxing and calming. Such a small detail but they use lamps in the offices instead of super bright over head fluorescent lights which changes the vibe entirely, it’s a more intimate less intimidating setting.
