Alina Lodge not only provided the rehabilitation for my husband, but it did not ignore the effects on the family. Through the family program, I was able to understand addiction and its impact on me as a spouse. I will be forever grateful to Alina Lodge. Gratitude beyond measure. Love this place!

Alina Lodge is genuinely a place that saves lives. I don't have the words to adequately express my feelings for this place. From personal experience I can attest that every member of the staff here treats their students with compassion and care. They also instill a sense of personal responsibility and self respect that many of us had lost somewhere along the way. I wish there was a 6th star I could add to my review

I don t usually write reviews but I was at Alina Lodge for five and a half months. I did the extended guest program and I can honestly say that every part of this program is the reason I will have 10 months of sobriety in a few days. Alina accepted me when I was very resistant to treatment, trying to lock myself in my room for days and refusing to engage in treatment. The staff held such patience and love for me, and when I finally became willing and listened, the message provided to me helped me begin my journey through recovery. (Plus the food is so incredible I won t lie)

Wonderful experience!

Been here more than once sadly, the program and campus are 10/10. Beautiful scenic campus with lots of freedom, and groups that touch anything you may be going through. The only place i would recommend to anyone suffering through this disease. From staff to clients to the facilities, you will not find anything better and another place and team that are 100% on your side fighting with you. Much love always and it's phenomenal if you do have to get help.

All the staff were super nice, very professional and made my experience there as quick and comfortable as possible. You don t often run into people who actually care but everyone who I interacted with definitely did! Been a patient for a little over a year and it's a pretty good place. I haven't had any problems at all. Even had to go to a different state for a week because of a funeral and received bottles for the entire trip. It's a great place if you have one of the good counselors that actually advocates for their clients.

It's okay. I've been to better clincs. This one has a hard time keeping councilors and things are always chaotic and unorganized. Different rules for different days and also for different people. If your known and friendly with certain people you get treated differently than those who are new or not as outgoing and personable. One day your told that these things that they say must be complied with are required by the state and it's not. And some ptheir own rules for other

This place changed my life. I have spent the last 10 years rotating different treatment centers and nothing had a more profound and permanent impact on my recovery than water gap. From every aspect their treatment and experience is the best in class. A lot of the staff / psychiatrists have experienced addiction or mental health challenges in some capacity and to be supported in my recovery process by others who have REAL, lived experience and aren't just college educated / textbook informed academics trying to cure people of problems and challenges they can't relate to or understand from within is just one component of what makes Watergap so unique and so effective. The staff are not only extremely experienced and knowledgeable, but they have a perspective on recovery and healing that you can share and relate to with them, I think this also contributes to how caring the staff are, they really all take such a personal and deep interest in your recovery vs this just being a way to pay the bills and put their degree to use (which I have seen at many places). Beyond the staff and recovery approach being incredible and also unique, the grounds are absolutely stunning with world class amenities. The natural beauty surrounding the facility allows your mind and soul to really connect with nature in the healing process and there are also such a wide range of amenities it feels like being at a luxury resort. From a massage/spa room, hiking in the beautiful Poconos mountains, group yoga and meditation, themed dinner nights, a glass sun room for yoga sessions, a beautiful golf course, daily hikes, a swimming pool - there are endless ways at Watergate to stay constantly entertained, distracted, challenged and inspired. I am so thankful for Watergate for changing my life and can't say enough good things about my experience and the treatment I received there.

Best counselor there was Brittany, she addressed all my cares and needs with care and compassion. Was iffy about going to this place but having a counselor like Brittany coleman made my stay productive and conducive to my individual care. Can't say enough about her

The staff was very helpful and attentive. The nurses were superb in their concern, attentiveness, helpfulness, and were a delight in pre-operative state and recovery room

My friend George McKay needed preadmission testing and everyone was extremely helpful! He needed a wheelchair and the gentlemen that helped him get into the chair were very kind and patient. Everyone else that attended to him were excellent!!
