Private, structured, and surprisingly tech-friendly. The CBT sessions helped my anxiety big time. Staff kept things discreet which mattered a lot. I just wish there were more tailored tracks for professionals juggling work. Still, solid experience overall.

I came here not knowing what to expect. Place felt strict at first, but they really cared. They helped with my court stuff too which was a big relief. I just wish they had more music programs or something creative to let us express.
Heather is attentive and knowledgeable. She has been really helpful with contacting pharmacies during the medication shortage to ensure I get the medicine I need to manage my symptoms.

I have had bad experiences with providers not listening to my lived experience and taking that into consideration while diagnosing me. I decided I needed to see someone new who understood the way my condition presents in adult women and was suggested to reach out here. I was seen quickly and truly listened to. Redco workers are truly amazing. Very friendly and very open minded. They don't push all kinds of medications and they don't switch them so much like other places. They truly help with keeping your moods stable. Gotta be open and honest for mental health care or its not going to be good. I totally recommend Redco.

So, I Just want to say that Nicole@Redco is the best of all times. The staff is great from the front desk to the back office the only thing missing is a couch in the rooms as an option for the patient to lounge in and unload to gain tools to face the challenges ahead. Thank you Nicole@Redco!!!

Phenomenal organization that truly cares about its patients recovery and were so helpful in my daughter's treatment, she is better off now from where she was when she first went in. It was not a perfect experience - there were several miscommunications that detracted from the recovery but their management owned all mistakes and missteps - Bill and Jen were especially forthcoming in this, something I appreciated. Most of the other staff were exemplary in their roles in supporting patients in their journey - want to especially recognize Amber as someone who exemplified the lodge's ideals of compassion and professionalism, she made a difference in my daughter's life.

Its been 3 weeks since I completed the 28 day program on (August 5, 2025) at Alina Lodge . From the moment I arrived (July 8, 2025)I felt comfortable and safe. THIS PLACE NOT ONLY SAVED MY LIFE IT ALSO BROUGHT LIFE BACK TO ME MENTALLY EMOTIONALLY AND PHYSICALLY! The program they have is great and I learned more and more about addiction but even more so about myself. The staff there are great , kind, loving amd compassionate. They are there to help and as long as you ask for that help you will get it . The environment was amazing given the space and time to recover and reflect on each group session. My favorite spot to sit and reflect was in the gazebo close the the river . The food was great each meal was also good and filling. Now at 48 days clean today 8/25/2025 i feel so great my life has improved dramatically! Thanks to the wrok i put it and the structure of Alina Lodge!!! I love you guys and thank you for helping me regain traction in my life I will be forever grateful!

One Year Later: A Heartfelt Thank You
It’s hard to believe it’s been one year since I was admitted to Water Gap Wellness. Looking back, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for how far I’ve come. Today, I’m thriving in my profession, deeply connected to my family and friends, and—most importantly—healthy in every sense of the word.
From humble beginnings, I now wake up to a life filled with possibilities, choices, and hope. That transformation didn’t happen overnight—and it didn’t happen alone. The support, compassion, and guidance I received during my time in treatment will stay with me forever.
Water Gap wasn’t just a stop along the way—it was a turning point. A place where I learned how to heal, how to grow, and how to believe in myself again.

Water Gap provided me with amazing treatment! A real home away from home.
The facilities are modern, clean and well kept. The grounds are absolutely stunning, a tremendous asset while going through the healing process. No matter the season wster gap is truly beautiful. I am so grateful to g-d for sending me here. Only he could have orchestrated for me exactly what I needed.
The classes are inspirational, engaging and very informative. I learned so much and my entire life has changed for the better. Through my amazing Therapist Tina, I really got to understand myself so much better and to feel good about what I have to offer plus your amazing compassion and commitment to your job! Been a patient for a little over a year and it's a pretty good place. I haven't had any problems at all. Even had to go to a different state for a week because of a funeral and received bottles for the entire trip. It's a great place if you have one of the good counselors that actually advocates for their clients.

It's okay. I've been to better clincs. This one has a hard time keeping councilors and things are always chaotic and unorganized. Different rules for different days and also for different people. If your known and friendly with certain people you get treated differently than those who are new or not as outgoing and personable. One day your told that these things that they say must be complied with are required by the state and it's not. And some ptheir own rules for other

Was in the hospital for 16 days trying to find a cure for my orthostatic hypertension. They work diligently to get it for me and 85% better. Staff was fantastic though.

As someone who recently left this facility (isn't my actual name), I don't agree with many of the reviews that I've seen. What I saw was a facility truly trying to help those who come in. Staff that would bend-over-backward to try to make people feel comfortable. They have a small staff, and a limited budget, and they go above and beyond places I've been that don't need to say the same. The rooms are clean everyday. The showers are great; let alone "not being able to clean your toothbrush". The place can be chaotic, but what would you call the people coming here in the first place? This isn't a spa; it's a place for sick people to get well, and they do their best to do that. I can't help but think a lot of these reviews are simply angry reviews by regularly angry people. It comes with the territory - we're people struggling. But I appreciate this place and the time I spent here; the staff and the effort they put in. The only credence I'll give is the minimal amount of contact to family had while here, but that doesn't equate to an unsafe environment and the allowance for people to make up whatever stories they want to about the place.
Anyway - to the staff of Hillside; thank you. You did a lot for me in my short time there. You actually pushed me to really think about getting into this line of work - helping people who are struggling as I still am, though improving everyday. Because of people like you, and places like Hillside

I went to this facility for a planned same-day surgery. The facility is very clean and modern appearing. The staff were all very kind and knowledgeable. I was rather anxious leading up to the procedure and the nurses were excellent with thoroughly explaining what to expect. This, coupled with excellent bedside manner helped to calm my nerves. This was my first time at this facility but based on my experience, I would highly recommend!

We unfortunately, had to take my daughter into the emergency room Saturday night to get stitches put in. She is only three years old.Leah and The team of nurses were excellent they took care of my daughter, and they supported me as a parent. The best decision was to take her there and I am so grateful my daughter is recovering amazingly. They did everything right. I am beyond grateful for them.

I’ve been to at least 6 clinics throughout my life and this is by far the best.
The lady behind the desk is an angel and remembers everyone’s name and number.
Counselors are great, dosing nurses are great, doctor is funny.

It has help me very much.i ŵas there during the pandemic covid and I was self pay I lost my job bc of covid19 and I could pay no more so brian had me detox I was at 53mg they detox me in 4 days and did not care it was like they thru me away.

They deal with a lot. They can range from extremely helpful, to them being overwhelmed, but it is not them being inconsiderate they just have a lot of clients.
Barbara is the star of the show here. She is empathetic and truly cares. She goes above and beyond for her patients and I believe she is what keeps this place running smoothly!

I use dual services through Holcomb. I have both an Intensive Case Manager, & a counselor I see and work with. They have helped me tremendously in a transitional time of my life. I highly recommend their services. Professional, personable, and relatable.

I won’t go into specific details of who is the patient but I’ve been to many different behavioral health practices and this one by far as given me the most hope, the most reliable, professional staff and have made things better in so many ways. The office staff is absolutely the best. I haven’t talked to all of the providers there in a session capacity but the 2 that I have are beyond awesome and all the others are friendly and I would feel comfortable as their patient as well. Holcomb has been a life saver. They actually care about you and what you are going through and they treat you with the upmost respect and are extremely helpful, caring and knowledgeable, they now have 2 Drs who can prescribe medication if needed and I have personally interacted with 4 different therapist and they are all just wonderful and help teach you the tools and coping skills to apply in your everyday routine
I came through PATH, formerly known as Bethesda from 2008-2010. I want to thank all of the staff for putting up with me. Can’t believe it’s almost 10 years since I left there. Lisa, Yvonne, Steve, Eric, Doug thank you all for making a difference in my life. Hope to visit the facility when I come visit PA.

I have been a client of this facility since October 2021 when I came home from inpatient. Pyramid is the foundation to my recovery... I have never felt like I had to stop coming just because I "completed" a program. I actively attend weekly group sessions and biweekly individual sessions with my counselor Jim. He has been a huge advocate for me since taking over my case a year ago. He is honest and patient with me and makes me feel heard. I have been on MAT throughout the entire time and even though it didn't always go my way, they supported me through it all. Dr. Malcuhay has been seeing me for years and makes me feel like she genuinely cares for my well-being. Sacha from Allentown is one of the nurses that has shown me compassion and held me accountable when I was extremely late for an appointment. Alyssa the nurse is prompt and professional, and it's refreshing to actually receive responses to my emails. Kate, Katie, Gage, Towanna have all been wonderful and I look forward to seeing them all. If your insurance is up to date and paid, you will have no issues here. Thank you for helping me find myself again!

I have been going to pyramid for 8 months, I completed my program and I still come once a week for group. Kate is my counselor and our group leader and she is amazing. All the staff is wonderful and very friendly. I have been clean and sober since my first visit 8 months ago. It's a wonder feeling.

All I can say is this group of people helped me a lot. And believe me I have the same doctor they helped me find that was well over 3 years ago. And I am still sober and have a great support network to this day. People may feel that they've been done wrong or dirty or unethical and that's far from the truth. If it weren't for me going to them I'm sure I would have Od'd years ago and prob would not be here. So all I can say is if you really want or need the help People Helping People is a home run in eyes! Best of luck recovering from drugs and alcohol ISNT easy but you can pull through I did

Personally i think the group of ppl that work there are very nice and made me feel as like i was home. not only did they give me great advice about my situations at hand but they helped with concerns n full drive to get me clean and healthy for society.. Like life they can be ruff around the edges but what do u expect when u are the one with a disease... I.
