Love the staff here. They’ve been with my daughter since she was a newborn and have also been seeing my big kids for years. I love that we can take our entire family to one doctor’s office and make appointments in one day rather than several. We have way closer doctors offices, but I’ll make the drive to go here.

So my experience was really good. I enjoyed the staff. The staff were very helpful and the social workers are pretty amazing. They would talk to you. They would take that into account. Really amazing people are there. I feel like I got a lot of help while I was there. I was there from 2 to 3 weeks but overall was five star experience. Just remember to take care of yourself if you do go here and try to look at the positive and remember you’re there to get better. I also have one recommendation is that Allied therapy have more time. I feel like there’s not enough time for Allied Therapy other than that, I really liked my experience

To start, the food was actually really good! And the staff were amazing! So freaking patient! There, honestly, wasn’t one staff member there that I would say a bad thing about! If I could spell their names right I would name drop all of them but here are a few… Kaliyah, ms. Rory, Michelle, ms. Debi, the med nurses/babysitters<3 especially! I’m glad I could say what you couldnt sometimes and thank you for reining me in when I went too far. Oh I forgot the beard and Alex! The men! lol and the therapists/social workers! All amazing

The food there was amazing I was on all wings but 1 I was scared since this was my first time going to one of these places but the people were really nice and I made a lot of friends. Staff were pretty considerate and nice too. I did not really like the psychiatrist there as he did not really talk to you. Overall good experience very clean and will help with whatever you need normally and have access to all medical stuff there! Definitely trusted and reliable people besides the psychiatrist just be open minded and remember to do your best and do what you need to do for you!

I was here for a year back in 2013 I think at the age of 17-18. I’m 28 now. Completed the program. Got my GED. shoutout to “BROTHER” the teacher. we called him. That man was amazing!! I think about this place all the time. It changed my life. You gotta want change. If not it will be hard for ya. I was a full blown drug addicted fool at 14. I didn’t know anything else so this was what I needed. I’m not sure how it is today but that’s how it was back then. Of course you had good & bad employees just like anywhere else. We got to go off grounds if you was on a good status level. Behavior wise. Did what was asked of you. I worked at a zoo with some pretty wild animals. Helped out in warehouses making cups. I got a check after I got home for working. Also went to the movies, out to eat, played games. Actually went to a steelers and Giants game in Pittsburgh. Still My 1 & only so far NFL game I ever went to was because of them. I went to church on Sunday. I went to elk county to see elk with the teacher Scott. That was awesome. Forreal. I had a lot of good times here & meet some pretty awesome people and learned a lot about myself. I thought about revisiting just to see who all is still there but judging these reviews. I doubt they are still there. I was in Dakota dorm. Shoutout to everyone who was there when I was. Some names still stick with me. My counselor. Brittany. You was the best 💯. Thank you!! You’re the real MVP. I hope you’re doing amazing… also Bill Cox. Jake. Josh. Creddy. Jen. 🤔 Kaylony? I can’t remember everyone but I will always remember them names. If you have kids here. Go visit them if you can. I didn’t get but 1 visit my whole year there. It sucks & makes time go by so slow. Be there for your kids. Give them that positive energy they need to boost them through this process. Write letters. Send pictures. They look forward to it every week. It was good to live with y’all for awhile. I hope everyone here can make something positive out of it and become something in life. Get away from the negativity in the streets. Chase your goals & dreams. Only you have that power to accomplish them goals. Peace, love, happiness ✌🏻

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Chris as my son Blakes therapist. From our very first session, I felt truly heard and understood as a parent who was lost and concerned. Chris has a remarkable ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space where I felt my son was able to comfortably experience and dxpress difficult emotions. Her insights were incredibly helpful, offering new perspectives and practical tools that have made a real difference in my sons life. Chris is empathetic, patient, and genuinely invested in her clients' well-being and able to overall help a client. I always left her sessions with my son seeing a true positive difference in him. 💕 Thank you Chris for putting my son on the path to greatness!!!

The people here have saved my life. They actually care and want you to get better. I have to talk about Erin the nurse though. She has been such a great influence on my life. She has always been there to help and encourage me to succeed but never ever have I felt judged by her for my previous mistakes. I’ve seen some people get mad and say horrible things about her because they lost their privileges, only to later come and tell her thank you for holding them accountable and helping them to really get back on track. When you’re an addict you place blame on others so much because it’s the only way you can live with yourself, but then you come to realize that it’s us who did wrong, they realized Erin didn’t take their privileges they took them from themselves, and the same people have come around and told me she saved their lives as well. She is an incredible nurse. She cares so much and sets an excellent example. I hope that Foundations realize just how blessed they are to have someone like her. She’s a treasure and a beautiful soul. One reason I’ve been clean for so long is I couldn’t stand to let her down. When I say she’s saved my life I mean it. Cherish her. Always!

I cannot say enough good about foundations and their staff. The nurses Erin and Edie are God sends. These people have helped save my life and I have many years clean and sober because of their help. People have preconceived notions and judgments about medication assisted recovery but you don’t know how it really is. These people care. They don’t want you stuck there. They saved my life over and over and I will forever be grateful. I’m going on 19 years clean because of their help and services. If you or a loved one needs help, there’s no better help out there than foundations. ADDED…. I was reading the other reviews and I’d love to address the one who says the nurses are horrible human beings. ABSOLUTELY NOT. When you don’t follow the rules that are out there for your safety you lose privileges. The nurses are not being mean by having to tell you that you failed a drug test or you didn’t show up to group so you can’t have the same privileges as those who do what’s right.. YOU DID THAT TO YOURSELF. And then he stated someone should burn it down!? If anyone did something so heinous because they can’t comply.. you’d be totally destroying so many peoples future. Not only would you take innocent peoples jobs but you’d crush single moms in recovery and other people trying to make it! How incredibly horrible! If anyone out there wants to get their lives back these people will bend over backwards to help you. Please don’t be turned off by a rant from someone who destroyed his own experience by not doing what’s right. Part of recovery is taking responsibility for your mistakes. No one can ruin your recovery but you. Foundations is amazing and they care. Especially the AMAZING NURSES! I want to add about my counselor Sydney. I have never in my life felt more advocated for. She is absolutely amazing. The people here truly care and want to see people get better. The only people who have problems are the ones who are completely out of line and disrespectful. They’re mad because they don’t get privileges but they forget they are the ones who ruin it for themselves. The nurses didn’t make you give a positive urinalysis. You did that. I have maintained my privileges for over a decade by simply allowing myself to live a normal life. And I wouldn’t have this chance if it wasn’t for the help of these great people. Thank you foundation’s staff for helping to save my life. My son who I got clean for in the first place is now on his way to becoming a state trooper. If you listen to them and do what you’re supposed to do. You will have your life back!

I have been using the VA for all my medical care since 2008. When I moved to back to Jamestown the CBOC would be the 5th facility I have used for medical care after retiring from 23 years of service. Hello my name is Mark and I'm an alcoholic I have been for 40 years now not that I am proud of that. I had another DUI conviction and decided I needed help for my problem. I went to ccdaec before I had to by court it was the best thing I could have done for myself but ultimately went to jail and I saw a councilor while I was incarcerated which helped. I made the first four steps but then was released and I started my court ordered counciling which included groups and individual counciling. If you knew me you would know I'm not good with change or new people. I've never felt more comfortable with the counselor s I was assigned to. They brought out all of the things I have never talked about before. They made me so comfortable and supported me like I have never known before. I would like to take this time to say thank you for all that you have done for me but unfortunately without you in my life I have relapsed once again but thank you for trying it was a good run when you all were in my life. I'm not proud of what I have done but thank all of you for doing what you do. I love you all and once again thank you. Thanks Mark Ps I miss you all

I can't rate this place high enough. I've been coming here for treatment for about 2.5 years now, and have gotten great treatment the entire time. The staff cares and genuinely wants to help. I had to go through a couple therapists to get to my current one, but she is an absolute godsend and I'm so incredibly thankful I was able to become her patient. Her name is Kristin, and she's absolutely fantastic. I always know I can reach out to her and get excellent advice. She actually took the time to work her way in through my incredibly thick walls I've built around myself, and put in the effort to actually understand me and how I work. She's never made me feel bad for anything, and knows how to push me to saying/doing what I need to. She's actually made me want to go to therapy. My biggest praise to sing for her is from earlier today, which spurred me to write this review. She just called me, from home, ON HER DAY OFF, to check on me because of an email I sent her last night. She took the time out of her day, unpaid, to call me and make sure that I'm okay and that I'm safe. I'll never forget that.

Went here after letting myself get out of control drinking. Detox was great, they kept me comfortable and there was no pressure while I got clean. Then I transitioned to the upstairs program. The groups were hit or miss but the one on one sessions with my counselor really help me develop. My insurance paid for most of it all, but the owner waived my deductible so I didn't have to pay a dime. This was good since I went in right before the holidays. Place was updated and clean as a whistle. Food was always good. If your serious about wanting to get clean. This is the place to go to. They don't tolerate thugs and people just trying to avoid treatment so the community there is always mostly positive. Just call, its quick and easy.

I was recently locked up at summit and it was all around one of the best experiences I've had in my life. The staff was very helpful and their academic department is very good. Summit gave me the opportunity to show people that Im a better person than what I had portrayed myself to be. I thank the staff at summit and if any of you see this I want to say thank you to Mrs. Alyssa, Gretchen, Mr. Beznecher, Stew, Bobby, Ray, Rhett, Mrs. Danielle, Emory, Beau, and Brian.. You all told me that I was better than untold myself I was and showed me that I am and I just want to say that I appreciate everything you guys did for me and I hope you all continue helping troubled youth and continue pointing them down the right path
