Been a patient for a little over a year and it's a pretty good place. I haven't had any problems at all. Even had to go to a different state for a week because of a funeral and received bottles for the entire trip. It's a great place if you have one of the good counselors that actually advocates for their clients.

It's okay. I've been to better clincs. This one has a hard time keeping councilors and things are always chaotic and unorganized. Different rules for different days and also for different people. If your known and friendly with certain people you get treated differently than those who are new or not as outgoing and personable. It’s always very welcoming when I go in there and they treat us like humans and not just drug addicts and alcoholics or criminals. They have conversations with us like they would with their best friend. That’s one of the reasons why I go the distance to be treated there because I feel so welcomed.. And the process is pretty simple. They don’t make treatment difficult for us. My experience giving birth at this hospital was incredible. From the very beginning, I felt safe, supported, and well cared for by the entire team. The doctors and nurses were extremely attentive, professional, and compassionate throughout the whole process. They made me feel confident and calm during such an important moment. Everyone, from administration to the nurses & the counselors, are there to help and to support you any way they can. It's a positive atmosphere and a no judgment zone. More often than not, you are in and out in just a few minutes on your dosing days. Redco workers are truly amazing. Very friendly and very open minded. They don't push all kinds of medications and they don't switch them so much like other places. i thought this place was excellent. i loved the groups and my counselor. it seemed like they really cared. i had shown up 25 minutes late for the 3 hour group and they wouldn’t let me in. i live 45 minutes away and had counseling 2.5 hours later. woman at the desk said it wasn’t her problem. i was having a really rough day and needed to be there. mind you, i chose to go there. i wasn’t mandated or anything. they do an outstanding job pushing people away on their lowest days.
