The ICU nurses are the best! so caring and attentive to my mom. Travis especially always checking my mom making sure she was taken care of and had everything she needed. WDR was my first and hopefully last rehab. I didn’t really know what to expect but I can say this place and everyone who works there are top notch. From the kitchen staff to housekeeping. The nurse and techs cared more about my recovery than I did. They really try to work with you. My case worker Donna was the bomb and even though she was in charge of my case that didn’t stop any of the workers from helping me when I needed it. The techs have a story of their own and they really get it. No one was judge mental and they treated everyone like a human being. There isn’t one person who worked there that I wish I didn’t meet. I honestly wish I could have bought them all home with me. Even the community was awesome. Clients helping clients. I give WDR a 10+ on the rating skill. The director even steps in and got his hands dirty. It’s team work at its best. I honestly fought the program the whole time for my own reasons. A week later I’m still sober ❤️ Thanks WDR for believing in me even when I didn’t believe in myself you guys made a good impact on me and my family Loves y’all more. Good luck to anyone who joins this program you will not be disappointed ❤️💪

I do have one big issue however, I disclosed something under the belief it would not be shared. I was not warned about mandatory reporting, and incorrect information was given to my parent. This is a very bad way of going about things, you guys dont know if someone’s parent is involved in that stuff, and if you are literally telling them what the child is saying, that can be a serious risk to the child. I’ve had more than my share of bad experiences with therapy, but the counselor here actually listend and helped my kids. Plus they were really flexible when I needed to change appointment times which happens a lot with me because of my work schedule. They also had telehealth appointments which made scheduling easier. Overall I’d recommend them

My first time getting clean I stayed clean for 8 years. I relapsed and it was hard finding my way back. By being persistent in finding a rehab didn't take No for a answer; sought help from any and everybody I found my way back. Through Hogar Crea PA womens center I realized just putting the drug down didn't mean I was clean and sober I had to change everything about myself. I have been coming to this location since the Mt.Pocono office was closed down. Ishima was my therapist at that site, and I make the drive to Allentown specifically to see her. In the three years I have been seeking treatment with Kidspeace, it's always been a positive experience. My reason for seeking treatment forced me to be very thorough in my looking into many different organizations and I can say I have made the right choice with Kidspeace.

I successfully completed my program last week. The 35 days I spent there have not only saved my life, I also now, for the first time in 43 years, LOVE myself. My counselor, Lisa, helped me put faith in myself, which I never experienced before. All the techs where awesome to me, I'd like to shout out Helen. Everyday she put a smile on and that smile is contagious, at the same time she genuinely cared everytime she asked myself, or anyone else how they where doing, that means a lot to so many of us, that were in those rooms. I've been to better and been to worse. They provide a therapeutic environment that allows clients the opportunity to heal and grow. They feed you well, the coffee is real and usually strong (though limited to meal times,) the gym is better than most. There are ample smoke breaks and there are decent amenities. It's not the Ritz, but it's not supposed to be. They're definitely understaffed, but the team they currently have is full of dedicated and compassionate people which made all the difference in my stay and helped my find direction and hope. I'm very satisfied and grateful.🙏

I thank my lord and savior jesus christ for pyramid in Quakertown. The clinical team as a whole is amazing, I would like to thank my counselor and the entire clinical staff for all there love and support in helping me strengthen my spirit as well as supporting me mentally and emotionally. They provided stability and assisted me in building a strong foundation for my recovery. I would also like to thank the entire nursing staff and case management. I'm a return client to Crossroads(Allentown Office), reconnecting with Miss Judy was a pleasure, she is always so welcoming and the atmosphere is so laid back, you really feel well taken care of. They're awesome. They are very organized for how busy they are, and they remembered me after one visit. It's a good feeling to feel like you are cared for in a clinical setting. The first time I called I immediately got set up on a telehealth appointment and had medication sent to pharmacy same day. Every in-person appointment since then has been smooth. No problems ever.

I had an endoscopy today at St. Luke’s Sacred Heart Campus, and while I was very nervous going in, Dr. Lacey and his team made the entire experience feel safe and comfortable. They were kind, reassuring, and professional from start to finish. The check-in process was a bit confusing, though that may have been on me for not fully following the pre-visit instructions. That said, someone on the ground floor was incredibly helpful and checked me in right there, which I really appreciated. Overall, considering everything, it was a very positive experience.
