As a disabled veteran, I can genuinely say that the care I’ve received at the Spokane VA has been outstanding. The staff is incredibly responsive, compassionate, and professional — I’ve consistently felt respected and well cared for at every step of my medical journey. While referrals can take some time (as they are prioritized based on urgency), I’ve seen firsthand that when the need is urgent, they act quickly and decisively. I required two high risk surgeries, and the Spokane VA didn’t hesitate to refer me to the most qualified specialist in the entire state — in Seattle — ensuring I received top-tier care without delay. That kind of advocacy and responsiveness speaks volumes about their commitment to veterans’ health. I highly encourage all veterans to take full advantage of their VA medical benefits and get registered with their local VA facility. The care, support, and dedication I’ve experienced at the Spokane VA have made a meaningful difference in my life, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything they’ve done for me.

I am in Spokane visiting family and visited the Urgent Care who took absolutely amazing care of me. They were so kind, attentive, quick, and efficient. I am beyond grateful for their amazing care, thank you all so very much.

Went to Colonial Clinic November 2020, and I am so incredibly grateful I found them. At the time I attended (I hope it's still the same to this day) they require attendance of an outside support group, and strongly suggest getting a sponsor. I followed the suggestions and am still with the same sponsor to this day (May 2023). Did Colonial fix my problems? No. But it was a great first step coming here. That's why I give them five stars, because they kick-started my lifelong recovery process.

Breakthrough has been an amazing resource for me. They were able to help arrange a payment plan, and the groups are very beneficial to my recovery. The counselors are all kind and invested in helping their clients. Highly recommend to anyone ready to achieve and maintain sobriety. They offer various levels of treatment from PHP to Outpatient services. Also, forewarning: they will hold you accountable. You may think your disease is "not that severe," or you can "control" it, but that's part of the disease. You have to be ready and willing because they expect your sobriety as part of the treatment.

Breakthrough is amazing! They genuinely care and want to help each person who comes in. Not like other places in town. The facility is beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming. The counselors are caring, helpful, and diligent. If you’re looking for a place to feel like your health and sobriety are a priority, Breakthrough is the place!! So grateful for them!

SUD (Substance Use Disorder) is a serious disease that requires the assistance of educated, compassionate and empathetic individuals to navigate and conquer. You will receive the help you need at Break Through if and when you are ready to live a substance free life. PHP (partial hospitalization program) is available during the day and the evening. It is time consuming but a necessary step in recovery. You will be surprised how fast you move through this section on to Intensive Outpatient then Outpatient. No one is let to ‘slip through the cracks’ as another review stated. Each client receives one on one therapy. There are book studies, massage, yoga. EMDR is available if the staff feels it is necessary for your recovery. The facility is immaculate and up to date. Every employee and outside contractor is heavily vested in your recovery. Counselors. Group Leaders. Medical staff. Reception. Director. Yoga Instructor. Masseuse. You will rarely meet an employee there that is not in active recovery. In other words, they get it! The staff meets on a regular basis to review all clients. My group leader noticed a shift in me and asked staff to keep an eye on me. I did relapse soon after because I didn’t reach out for help. And yet again later in the program. Both times I ignored the warning signs. Each time it was handled professionally and compassionately but firmly. I knew that that second time was my final or I would be heading back to Inpatient. I am now 10 months sober. Was it easy? Hell no! The hardest part is walking through the door for the first time after finally choosing your recovery over addiction. Recovery does not look the same for any 2 individuals. Break Through operates on this premise and will guide you through to a life that even you didn’t imagine you could be living.

Just started at sparc a couple weeks ago and it s been great! The sense of community they bring in is awesome. Always a broad variety of people so you definitely won t feel like an oddball. I ve been to other counciling places that just don t teach you much. They definitely have a standered and stick by it. Especially for taking state insurance!

Jessica is a great counselor. This place isn't a bad option. It's a good way to build a sober network of friends

The staff of this medical center was very professional, friendly and efficient. The reception staff was very helpful to me, they resolved all my doubts.

Sundown was absolutely the best thing I could have ever possibly done for myself. I was terrified to go, and I was greeted with such gentle kindness and understanding. The staff is amazing and they all work so hard! Your room is cleaned for you, your laundry is done for you, and the kitchen cooks you 3 amazing meals a day and prepares snacks! The staff really makes you feel like family, and you can tell that they genuinely care about you and your journey. The rooms give you the perfect amount of privacy and space and they are incredibly comfortable. My counselor Barb is the most amazing, helpful, loving, and understanding human being and I am so blessed to have been able to work with her. 🙏🩷 I already miss her dearly! All of the lectures from the counselors were raw, moving, and very eye opening. I gained so many tools, friends, and knowledge to stay sober on the outside. ❤️ I would recommend Sundown to ANYONE struggling with addiction. This recovery center is absolutely amazing. It helped me gain back my purpose and will to live, and 100% saved my life. Love you, Sundown! Thank you so very much!

Staff is manipulative, they lie. Haze and harassed me into a self discharge. After one rule break, food in my room, which I was guilty. And stood accountable, received my punishment, loss of privileges. No big deal. Lesson learned. But I was punished two more times for the same incident. They refused to give me medicine prescribed by my doctor. Subscription was still active. Even my therapist, for almost a year said , "you were treated unfairly". The case manager said, "I wish we would have done things differently." Sum it all up in two words, they SUCK.

I've been a client for 7 years. I was originally told the goal would be to get me life skills necessary for a productive and independent life and not need services. Instead I have been faced with harmful policies and the worst case management team I have come across in almost 20 years as a client of mental health care. The website lists providers that don't practice anymore and haven't been with the company in 5 years. For the love of all things holy find any other organization for your needs or the needs of your loved ones
