My 38-year-old husband was a patient here from June 2025 until October 2025. I am so glad God led us here. He suffered a severe stroke in February 2025 that left him in what they believe (locked in syndrome) Doctor's in Louisiana were saying he would never be the same, he would never get off the vent, and other unkind things (God is a Miracle Worker and a Promise Keeper). When my husband first arrived at TNC he was on a ventilator and within two weeks he was OFF!!! During therapy here he made great progress. We are so grateful and thankful for TNC. Dr. Gillbey, NP Allison, Ms. Stephanie, PT, OT, Speech, and our guys Mr. Vern and Mr. Carbert we appreciate all of you!!! Thank you TNC for everything!! You guys will forever be in our hearts

The staff there were excellent.In fact there was an important lesson I learned there and it was an accountability.and staffs such as Ms.Lori Mr.shakeb ms.diamond were all good staff.I miss them

My experience with individuals has been incredible on the CVU tele unit. Myself and my husband have been in the medical field and retired. I am amazed at the caring and always ready to explain what maybe be going on. I had multiple episodes of passing out, and saw Mario RN almost jump over the desk to save me, and Kim PCA to hold the chair to protect me. Their voice brought me back. I truly love my night nurse Hayley RN, she has been exception to ensure I am comfortable and clean and treating me like a human that can understand whats going on. She always makes sure I am not tired, she was the first one to let me sleep. Her personality is very strong cause she cares. That is the main point of a facility like this. I can't say anything bad about care I have received. Dr Hope has been amazing, I have no pain in my legs. He is exceptional and caring and make sure he or Kris his PA is always available. Dr Buser what can I say, he even brought charger for my phone so I could stay in contact with my family whom is not San Antonio. I am going to make him cookies. Dr Spath has taken charge and listens to me and my concern and how i feel. And now it is so much better. Dr Dewitt she wanted me to grow bacteria, but i didnt grow any bacteria, yay!! And the disappointment in her face was unique, she wanted to ensure she was send me with the right antibiotics since this is my 7th surgery and doesn't want me to have any infection moving forward. And allowing me to be home with my family, especially as we come in to the holidays. Moureen RN ensured I had cushion for my bed to protect me against any skin breakdown. Victoria RN very organized and had everything completed and to make sure I was on the right track. Briana PCA very on top of getting vital sign and very gental in her touch. Jackie with OT brought me a wonder face spary cause I had nothing, as i wasn't planning to stay. Everyone seems to know what I needed since i came for an appointment. I know that if my insurance didn't allow me to stay extra the team would advocate for me to get the care needed so I would not have to return 300 miles, but if I had to come back I would come here.

This is going to be interesting when I see Francisco García Face to Face Again,considering he never looked into What Occured while I was preparing for Surgery on Oc t 17th ,2025. Not only did this Hospital Completely Ignore The Protocol of In Network Agreement,HE blatentenly lied About Calling me back the next Day. Well,He did hand ne a printout, That he's Gonna be sorry he did. There is so much False information on it,He can't take it back now. I am going to Expose all of this in the Morning,possibly the afternoon, But ,yeah,Busted is Busted. Miss Tammy is How this mess got started in the First Place,Or was a key Player in this 3 ring Circus. Stay Tuned. This Will Likely NEVER be Removed by me,And the funnyThing is,He haded me the Printout. I bet the Owner is Just Dying to Know What my Next move is next over his morning Coffee?? UPDATE!! The only reason I have not Resumed my Quest to Expose this BUSINESS,yes...BUSINESS is because I have been in a HOSPITAL Having them Save my Life. No,it was NOT A Business of the BAPTIST sySYSTEM,but a Genuine,Caring,Medical HOSPITAL in Stone Oak. They Saved My Life!! When I am Well enough to persue recourse With Norteasr Baptist,They are gonna know it. I already informed my insura ce company of their blatent disregard for procedure. Stay Tuned!!

The Inn was very helpful shout out to Jillian,Kat,Sean,Daisy,Johnall the nurses and case workers....Tearney was always willing to help and quite resourceful...Beau is a blessing great groups ...Adrianna was also amazing...if you come to the Inn be positive and respectful if you really want help you will get it ....I PROMISE....forever greatful Anthony Rodriguez

This location off of Airport Blvd is amazing. I stayed at The Inn for a week with some concerning mental health issues I've never experienced before. The entire staff, from the monitors to the nurses and medication staff, I mean literally, everyone made my time there comfortable and got me all the help I needed. They always had answers for me on anything I had concerns with. One person in particular named Marc Bickgen has shown the most of anyone. He has helped me and taught me so much. He comes to my location for counseling since my wife is using our truck for work. He is always on time, and never once has he looked at the clock to try and run out the door. We have had two sessions at my apartment, so his knowledge and leadership with me in my time of need has been an absolute blessing. I've never been shown the respect or had any counselor take the time to show what it means to have a non judgemental, non biased, no opinion, and provide more tools than I have ever known I possessed to help me. The Inn and Integral Care have been a life changing experience for me, and for the first time in years, I am hopeful with the future. Thanks again to Marc B. and the rest of the staff at the Airport Blvd location.

I feel like my review is long overdue. My child was just there and she completed the PHP program with discovery mood. I am so glad we chose this place. She has come night and day from when she started. A special Thank you to Ginger. Who always was ready to be connected and willing to help us in any way needed. Thank you for helping my daughter.

i did discovery's iop and php program and it completely changed my mental health for the better. i've been to a handful of treatment programs and this one was by far the best. i was in such an awful place at the time and after finishing up the program i honestly feel like a new person. the therapists and staff always go above and beyond. they're funny, kind, and honestly make you feel safe. i highly recommend discovery to anyone struggling with mental illness. part of me was sad to leave!

I’m very grateful for this program. Mental health is something to be taken seriously and from day one I always felt like Discovery and the staff understood that and stand by it. My mental health and personal development benefitted greatly from attending Discovery. There were times where the things we did felt a little repetitive but I did see the benefit in revisiting things as well. I appreciated the patience and encouragement to get better. Shout out to all the staff everyone was extremely awesome and I’m gonna miss them all!

My experience here was the best thing that has ever happened to me! I’ve learned a new way of a healthy life to live now, thanks to this wonderful place. The staff here was wonderful to me, ms. Julie helped me with a lot there as well as ms. Ruby and chase and bre and the kitchen staff they all helped the most through my stay there. I’m so thankful to have them in my pathway of my recovery. Mr Kyle has a wonderful team there also not to forget medical staff.

I went for the detox and the nurses were all so kind. The nurse Caroline even would do fun stuff with me and play games with me because I was bored haha. The food was interesting since it seemed multiple staff cooked on certain days. But for the most part it was amazing food. They really cared and it was a fun experience despite the reason I was there.

My Dad was admitted to NE Baptist Hospital on 11-7-25 and all the staff at the ER were very nice and fast to care for my Dad provider Lim PA Stauffer and nurses Amanda,Brittany and Christy and he got moved to room 1268 to Electrophysiology Unit and nurse Mario was awesome with my Dad and fast on getting him all situated and comfortable with a lot of compassion and Day shift and night shift staff were so nice and understanding and very compassionate from day one 11-7-25 through 11-17-25 all doctores that took care of my Dad were very professional Dr Williams,Gibson,Prabhu,Tapia and Villegas and all the nurses Kayley,Amanda,Carol,Vanessa,Reagan and Maureen and all the assistants Kim,Briana,Celeste,Stacy,Malessia and Jennifer all were awesome and my Dad,nephew and myself would like to say thank you so much to all the staff that took care of my Dad while he was in this hospital unit we really appreciate every single one of you so please continue having that compassionate care for all your patients always,may God Bless ya'll, especially Kayley you are so awesome with your patients and your coworkers great job !👍🙏

From Mary Linda Patin: I think you are all angels and I haven't meet such a wonderful group of people so loving, caring and kind. They treat their patients in a way that warms your heart. The joy and laughter they bring is out of this world. And the smiles I see on there faces makes me happy. And I am so greatful to have all the doctors (Dr. Joe, Dr. Rose, Dr. Brown, Dr. Sergio) and nurses check on me. I didn't want to come to the hospital but now I don't want to leave because I feel loved and well cared for.

Been coming to wound care center for about a year to help with amputation they were very helpful and polite. My previous amputation took like four surgeries to close but with help from wound care it was able to close with one extra surgery. Thank you to Dr. McKenzie and her team.

My daughter attended Rise Inspire Academy for 2½ years and graduated in 2025. We were referred to the program by a close friend who works in the recovery community, and I'm truly grateful for that connection. Rise made a meaningful impact in my daughter’s life. She began her journey to recovery in 2023, and today, she’s the only clean and sober student in her graduating class. That speaks volumes about her commitment — and the support she received. Throughout her time there, my daughter was offered counseling, coaching, and a safe place to heal and grow. The program isn’t magic, and it’s not easy. But for students who are ready to put in the work, it can work. The staff includes some very kind, devoted individuals who truly care about the kids they serve. For that, I’m thankful. However, my experience as a parent was mixed. I found communication with the staff to be somewhat lacking. It often felt like they were focused entirely on my child — which is important — but I also felt left out of the loop and that my feedback was not always welcomed or acknowledged. That made things challenging at times. One concern I want to raise is how my daughter was led to believe she had a chance to work at the school after graduation. She went through the process of creating a recovery plan, submitting a resume, and even had an interview with the director, Evita. But in the end, nothing came of it, with no clear explanation. I can’t help but feel this decision may have been influenced by my own willingness to speak up about certain safety concerns and the need for stronger leadership. That was disappointing, especially after the growth and hard work my daughter had shown. Despite the challenges, I do strongly recommend Rise Inspire Academy to families with teens struggling with substance abuse. This school offers a life-changing opportunity for young people — but it requires effort, honesty, and a desire to change. For those who are ready, this program can be the turning point.

Group sessions and a safe place for your kid to hang out. Helped my family a lot!

my stay here has been truly amazing. I learned so much about myself. My self esteem has gone up considerably. I want to give special thanks to all the people who work at Virtue and especially my case workers Miss Kerry and Gillian they have gone beyond my highest expectations. I just did the 33 day program here and the staff was phenomenal! The therapists and case managers were on top of everything and made my recovery process so much easier. They were there for me from beginning to end. The nursing staff was on top of my meds and I never had any issues. Thank you Virtue for helping me grow and become the woman I am today. I couldn’t have done it without you! I have learned so much about myself and the disease I have to live with. You’ve given me the tools I need to help keep the disease at bay. Although it was hard for me to be away from my family, I would do it again because I am stronger now. The facility was nice and the food was amazing! Anything that I couldn’t eat because of diet, they always had something I could eat and made it for me! I’m gonna miss y’all but thank you again for helping my recovery and helping me leave a better and healthier person! Love y’all!!
