Burning Tree Ranch is not an easy place—but it’s not supposed to be. This is long-term treatment designed for people who have tried everything else and feel completely out of options. I was at the point where I was dying, unable to stay sober for more than a few months, and Burning Tree gave me the structure and direction I needed.
There were many times I was asked to do things I didn’t understand or didn’t necessarily agree with. But the truth was, my own way wasn’t working. I had to surrender and trust the process. The staff here is dedicated, experienced, and they pushed me in ways I couldn’t have pushed myself.
There are negative reviews out there, but I believe many of them come from people who simply weren’t ready to surrender or follow directions. This program isn’t for everyone, but for those who are truly desperate and ready for real change, it can be life-saving.
Burning Tree saved my life. I am happily sober today, something I never thought was possible.

Hands down one of the VERY best substance abuse treatment centers around! The grounds, the staff, and the cirriculum are absolutely second to none! Places don't stay around this long unless they are doing something right. Incredible recovery happening here; and the results - long term sobriety! Just an all-round fantastic facility! The staff are professional and caring. They continue to care after treatment with alumni activities and check in regularly. Tina was an excellent case manager, Alas leads the veterans and first responders group and helps with all their needs. Everyone from housekeeping staff up to administrative staff is caring and attentive to their clients and their work duties.

Went to souls harbor on 8/2/16 broken and lost started drinking at age 13 I was 46 when I got there and I stayed and listened to what was said I have been sober for 8 years now... they saved my life and gave me the tools to stay sober. If you need help call them.and any donations are welcomed

I don’t even know where to begin. This treatment center is truly changing lives. My husband attended their program during one of the hardest times our family has ever faced, and I can confidently say they gave us hope and confidence in his recovery.
From day one, the staff treated him with compassion and dignity. They weren’t just professionals—they were caring, patient, and truly passionate about helping people rebuild their lives. The counselors went above and beyond, not just helping him work through addiction, but helping him rediscover who he is without it.
What meant the most to me as a spouse was how they kept family involved and supported throughout the process. I felt heard and understood. This wasn’t just treatment—it was transformation.

Discovery Point is an amazing place. I’ve only been here for a week, but it already feels like home. A pool, nice gym, great staff, and amazing chefs. Drew (chef) on top of her great cooking, is so positive and always smiling, and Star makes the best desserts - we even get desserts at breakfast when she’s here!! At the support staff and nurses are so kind and patient.

I completed a full stay at the lighthouse sober living as well as went through their PHP, IOP, and SOP programs they offer. Lighthouse didn’t just get me back on my feet, but they laid the necessary tools to live a happy, sober, and independent life in front of me and showed me in depth how to use each and every one of them. I will forever be in debt to what this program gave me during the most formative year of my life. Lighthouse is one of very few places where every staff member truly just wants to see you succeed. Navigating this past year with my child in recovery was incredibly challenging, especially with him being 12 hours away from home. From the very beginning, the team at Lighthouse Recovery made me feel supported and informed every step of the way. I could tell that they truly cared for my child, not just as a client, but as a person.
Bryce, my son’s case manager, was always timely and compassionate in his communication, answering my questions and keeping me updated. Frankie, the operations manager, took the time to help me understand addiction and what my child was going through. Brooke, the Chief Clinical Officer, also offered guidance and support.
I had to trust complete strangers with my child, and I can honestly say that Lighthouse became an extension of our family. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care made an overwhelming situation feel manageable, and I am deeply grateful for everything they did to support both my child and our family.

The team is excellent and you will get results if you’re committed. I have only positive thoughts about Chapter House. My son has been there the last 10 months until his recent transfer. Last year was the most difficult time for him (and us). Doug and Marty were fantastic. They get to know their clients and are really dialed into each of their challenges. My son has been in many treatment facilities the last 6 years and I can tell you he made the most progress at Chapter House, he is the most stable that he has been in years. Chapter House is more than a Sober Living facility, they have much more safeguards and work more closely with the clients, more so than other facilities he has been to. I plan to stay in contact with Doug (Director Oper.) who really developed a great relationship with my son (and myself), he has a great heart and is so committed to his people.

So, let me just start off by saying thank you to all involved with Aspire!
I was reluctant to say the least because I've been through IOP before. That shadow wasn't casted over me after the first session I sat in my seat.
I grew and grew with the help of Aspire and my journey was exactly what I was looking for.
I garnered the tools to get a ton of steam off and establish my support system in Aspire and OUTSIDE of Aspire, which they encouraged me to do.
The entire team was apart of my experience and went above and beyond to help me get on to the next chapter of my life.
I'm eternally grateful to the entire team and program of Aspire and would definitely suggest this be the group to consider for your start and introduction to getting the tools you need to stay sober in early sobriety.
I'll be a proud member of their Alumni program, and maybe one day, I'll see who reads this review at the Alumni group as well!

I will start this review off by giving some information about myself so you can actually get something out of this review and hopefully it will help someone else get their life back on track.
I travel 46 weeks out of the year, sometimes my company has to fly me home for a day so I can make an appearance at my home clinic to stay compliant, so I have been to Methadone Clinics all across the United States as a Guest Dose Patient. I can honestly say New Season is one of the good ones. The lady who works up front is super nice And has been nothing but helpful to me. I believe it is $15 a day to pay for your methadone and If you want to go the Suboxone Route they also offer that as well ( I dont remember the cost per day but it is slightly higher than the methadone ) they only serve the liquid methadone ( cherry ) IF you are guest dosing there is a $25 charge, but you only have to pay that once a year.
BUT what makes New Season Treatment a good to great clinic in my eyes, is no matter what person you deal with it is always with respect and they seem to actually care about the people they serve . From the Doctor to the Nurse to the Counselors dont have anything bad to say about any of them. I was in quite a predicament at one point in my recovery And I actually was a full time client with New Season and I ended 2 weeks later having to move to Houston And they never treated me differently or made a fuss about the situation just helped me get the transfer to Houston. I would WAY rather have stayed with New Season than my current Home clinic if I'm being %100 honest...
I can also say I went to other clinics in the DFW Area and I had a horrible experience at another clinic in Dallas and New Season is my go to for the Dallas / Fort Worth Area.

My physical therapy experience at the center on Virginia Parkway was exceptional in every way. Beginning with Kim at the front desk the entire staff is super friendly, professional and supportive.
My therapist was Manuel Rangel PT, DPT.
I’ve had physical therapy in the past but he is by far the gold standard. Manuel is motivating, encouraging and a genuinely caring man. Feedback from previous sessions is very important to him and he listens carefully, then adjusts the exercises as needed.
I began therapy with very little hope of improvement. I completed it last Thursday feeling so much stronger and hopeful and know that I’ll continue to progress with Manuel’s carefully prepared home exercise program.
He’s an outstanding therapist and a really great person. 😊
