Therapists Clarissa and Celia made me feel all the feels and get into my emotions which I hated but I guess was the purpose. From the beginning, the staff treated him with respect, compassion, and accountability while also giving him the structure and support he needed. What impressed me most was the growth we saw during his time there. He took the program seriously, worked hard, and ultimately completed the program successfully. The staff recognized his progress and strengths while still challenging him to take responsibility, communicate better, and continue working toward his goals. I also really appreciated the family involvement. The family sessions gave us an opportunity to have conversations that weren't always easy, but were necessary. We weren't just focused on what he needed to work on. We were also learning how to communicate better and support him as a family once he came home. Leaving Clearfork didn't feel like simply finishing a treatment program. It felt like he was leaving with accomplishments he could genuinely be proud of and a stronger foundation for what comes next. Several members of the team even offered to provide character letters for him, which meant a great deal to us because it showed that they truly got to know him as a person and recognized how hard he worked. I am very grateful to the counselors, staff, and everyone at Clearfork who played a part in his time there. Treatment is never something a family hopes their child will need, but if you find yourself in that position, having people who genuinely care about your child's growth makes all the difference. Learned coping skills when I was there that helped me when I was actually ready to get sober. Don’t expect your kids to come out never wanting to do drugs again that’s their own choice. They are both very sweet and kind and one thing I know they’re both Christians. And they are always smiling When you come back to their cubicle, I know this was lengthy and I’m sorry and I hope and pray you have the time to read this because there’s a lot more than I can say great wonderful things about Symetria but it’s not necessary for me to write a book so come out. One of the most helpful parts of my experience was the EMDR therapy, which helped me work through trauma in a way that was life changing for me. Because they haven't done the actions of truly first admitting their sins to those they have sinned against and second atone for the sins .....Too many people just skip right over this and it's crucial a must do to the best of our ability make right as best we our wrongs, pay back, fix, replace...whatever words you want to use, but a physical action with tangible evidence. As best we can to the best of our ability no matter what the other person or business says ...it took me years to learn this lesson....I'd be beat down and come back like the prodigal son.... completely avoid those I knew either wouldn't forgive me or the price of the debt was more than I was willing pay BACK. Emphasis on back because I had stolen, broken or taking or inquired damage to the other already I set the price of correcting my sins not them, understand? So there's that. Then one must "pick up their cross" and "daily" increase and strengthen faith and obedience to God by following Christ very clear and direct teachings....all right there in The Lord's Prayer. Problem is lots of people just want to pray the prayer, loudly and proudly shout they're belief in Jesus and use "no works will get ya into heaven".....and how dare anyone who doesn't forgive me like Jesus did and y'all are going to hell....I personally have only met one person at 55 years old numerous treatment centers of all types, that that persons one prayer brought a miraculous transformation and they were completely healed never to use drugs or commit seriously bad sins again....every other person I've met and that's in the hundreds for sure has been healed, recovered or transformed until they put the effort into the actions and sincerely beyond the shadow of a doubt admit to themselves and God that their self will and strength without Christ will only lead to sin every time all the time. I know we say to ourselves why does that person seem to get away with everything and have more things and money and easier life than us....well because they are going to pay the ultimate price with their soul in the end of them....these days even publicly stating they made that deal with the devil....so we must sincerely admit to ourselves our sins because only us and God truly know but there must be that third party and speaking your sins out loud....just praying in your head without that witness or the action of atonement your not clean enough to receive the Holy Spirit....and yes I get it's our nature to sin and we will never be as innocent as The Lamb of God.....however if you want to put your soul on the line and put all your chips betting well since no works get ya a ticket.....and you definitely believe in Jesus and release yourself from any responsibility or accountability well I hope your correct....but I guess we'll see....you very well may be....but how's your life been working out in the meantime? If your living in the Kingdom of Heaven here now on earth like Jesus says it is? Or is your life still a train wreck and you still keep trying to get to God your way? I had a great time at EDS. I absolutely loved my therapist and all of the clients I met while I was going through treatment. ED Treatment is hard but EDS supported me though it all. EDS saved my life more than once, I don’t know where I’d be with myself if I didn’t have them, all the staff is incredible from upper management like Stephen to therapists like Celia, and RC’s like Kyndel. The staff here is amazing. Tamika (bestie) just pours into all the clients with all her heart as does Kyndel. Really all the staff does but these two stand out. Sandy, G.G., Semaj,, Piper, were all wonderful RCs. The nursing staff was amazing and caring-Danielle, Shanna, and Elizabeth-couldn’t ask for better. Therapists Clarissa and Celia made me feel all the feels and get into my emotions which I hated but I guess was the purpose. And Stephen(executive Director) and Karen, (operations manager) always made sure we had what we needed in a caring and friendly manner. Above all, the serene countryside was just what I needed to heal my soul.

My testimony of what Freedom House has done in my life is something I will carry with me forever. When I walked through their doors, I was broken in ways I didn’t even have words for. I was grieving, physically weak, emotionally drained, and spiritually empty. One of the darkest moments of my life was when I miscarried and ended up in the hospital. It was a time when I felt alone, confused, and shattered. But I was not alone. Freedom House was there. They showed up. They sat with me in the hospital. They prayed for me. They made sure I had what I needed. In a moment when I felt like everything had been taken from me, their presence reminded me that I had not been forgotten. When I was sick and couldn’t care for myself, they cared for me. When I didn’t have strength, they stood in the gap. Everything I asked for—whether it was something physical, emotional, or spiritual—they did their best to provide. They made sure I had food. They made sure I had support. They made sure I felt seen. They didn’t just say they cared; they proved it through action. During the hardest season of my life, when I questioned my worth and struggled to see a future, they believed in me. They encouraged me when I couldn’t encourage myself. They reminded me that my story wasn’t over. They helped me rebuild step by step. Because of their guidance and support, I was able to get a job and begin standing on my own again. That wasn’t just employment—it was dignity. It was hope. It was proof that I could move forward. Freedom House didn’t just help me survive; they helped restore me. They gave me stability when my world felt unstable. They gave me compassion when I felt ashamed. They gave me love when I felt unlovable. Through them, I experienced what true community looks like—people who show up consistently, who don’t judge your past, and who fight for your future. Because of Freedom House, I now know that good people are real. Genuine love is real. Selfless service is real. They were the hands and feet of God in my life during a time when I desperately needed saving—not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. Today, I am stronger. I am healing. I have hope again. And a huge part of that is because Freedom House chose to walk with me through my darkest valley instead of leaving me there. I will forever be grateful for the restoration, the compassion, and the unwavering support they gave me when I needed it most.

Clearfork Academy was truly a positive experience for our family and especially for my son. From the beginning, the staff treated him with respect, compassion, and accountability while also giving him the structure and support he needed. What impressed me most was the growth we saw during his time there. He took the program seriously, worked hard, and ultimately completed the program successfully. The staff recognized his progress and strengths while still challenging him to take responsibility, communicate better, and continue working toward his goals. I also really appreciated the family involvement. The family sessions gave us an opportunity to have conversations that weren't always easy, but were necessary. We weren't just focused on what he needed to work on. We were also learning how to communicate better and support him as a family once he came home. Leaving Clearfork didn't feel like simply finishing a treatment program. It felt like he was leaving with accomplishments he could genuinely be proud of and a stronger foundation for what comes next. Several members of the team even offered to provide character letters for him, which meant a great deal to us because it showed that they truly got to know him as a person and recognized how hard he worked. I am very grateful to the counselors, staff, and everyone at Clearfork who played a part in his time there. Treatment is never something a family hopes their child will need, but if you find yourself in that position, having people who genuinely care about your child's growth makes all the difference. I would absolutely recommend Clearfork Academy to another family looking for that kind of support.

Went here 3 years ago staff was awesome. Learned coping skills when I was there that helped me when I was actually ready to get sober. Don’t expect your kids to come out never wanting to do drugs again that’s their own choice. My only complaint was the favoritism that would go on there besides that pretty solid. The foods great if JT is still the chef I can’t vouch for anyone else’s cooking. Shout out Big Ken, Jeff, Sherrod, JT, Justin and Mr James much love appreciate everything you did for me

I walked into Stonegate a completely broken person and walked out a woman actually fully loving herself and an amazing relationship with God. Everyone there became like my family and yes it is very structured and big on accountability in the program but as alcoholic and drug addicts its exactly what someone needs. To tell you the hard truths and its all out of love not trying to be little you. Getting sober is not easy so the process is not going to be comfortable but its worth it. I love Stonegate. Special shout out to Neil. He steps up for staff and clients and genuinely cares. You are not "just a client", Ive heard staff say that and I stopped listening to that guy the rest of my stay. Some of the ladies there are colder than ice cubes in the Andes. But lol, it seems like some of the guys at SG have never seen a woman, so maybe the ladies got it right. Stonegate pushes sober living a lot and there are conspiracy theories about it. Addicts, right? But I am in sober living because I actually took my head out of my rear end and listened to them. Im doing really well right now. The horse riding, the axe throwing, the secret door and the ghost in the dorms are all real.

Then I saw the magnificent charming, wonderful Dr. Cruz he listens to your every need He is an all around a great doctor very intelligent, smart as a whip, very caring And very kind I have yet to meet a doctor in this field like him at all I can’t say enough for him or anybody else Or anyone else at Symetria. The first time I came in, I was assigned to the counselor Carolee I met with her maybe twice because I quit coming and then I began to see Mr. wonderful Trey He is so good makes me feel like there’s A light at the end of the tunnel He is another one that will listen to you wants to set goals for you helps you set those goals and meet them so now when I come in, I see a beautiful smiling Karen she’s so bubbly she cares and she will always always ask you if you need anything else. She is a wonderful person. She will let The nurses know you are there and Keeshaw And Vicky are They will have your medicine ready and they will call you back to dose. They are both very sweet and kind and one thing I know they’re both Christians. And they are always smiling When you come back to their cubicle, I know this was lengthy and I’m sorry and I hope and pray you have the time to read this because there’s a lot more than I can say great wonderful things about Symetria but it’s not necessary for me to write a book so come out. Make an appointment do the first step and thank God in the process that you’re on your way to a better you, you will not be disappointed with Symetria and this crew in Fort Worth. so please make that first step with this Symetria family you will not regret it. Fort Behavioral Health was an important part of my recovery journey. I went there a few different times, and every stay I experienced caring staff who truly wanted to help people get better. The program has a strong 12 step focus, which helped me build accountability, connection, and a better foundation for recovery. The nurses and therapists were wonderful and treated me with compassion and respect. One of the most helpful parts of my experience was the EMDR therapy, which helped me work through trauma in a way that was life changing for me. The food was also surprisingly good, which made being there more comfortable during a difficult time. Overall, Fort Behavioral Health provided a supportive environment with people who genuinely care about their clients and recovery.

I will never forget what this man, Cris, the owner, did for my son and for our family. When my son was at his lowest point and I didn’t know where to turn, he showed up for us in a way I’ll always be grateful for. He didn’t just give me advice or hand me a phone number—he actually came to our house late at night, talked to my son with such patience and understanding, and then drove him straight to a rehab center himself. In that moment, I felt like someone finally cared as much as I did. He treated my son with dignity and kindness when so many others had just judged or given up on him. However this location is WAY better than the crazy chaos and bad energy at the Circle Dr location. Night and day different because this location is a standalone, way more chill. So much more pleasant. I just didn't like spending 4 hours there. All the staff cares though, and listens. Extra big thanks for the free rides provided my Tarrant county. It's like Uber or Lyft, a private ride in private car, to and from your appointment. Fantastic and much appreciated!! The drivers are fantastic, very good drivers, friendly, pleasant conversations.

@GDM Doesn't God do that everywhere? I understand you and many others had, do and will have life changing spiritual experiences. Kudos. But my point is it's not the place, building or location, no offense, but not even so the staff. I sat that because the staff can only point the way and the process which is the same for all Christians. The order doesn't matter as much as like you said a truly sincere request and the effort without reservation....I know God absolutely can and does heal people from addiction in the blink of an eye a true miracle for some very few some, pray one time and poof instant transformation....but that is a slippery slope that in my experience most will fall right back into a sinful life. Because they haven't done the actions of truly first admitting their sins to those they have sinned against and second atone for the sins .....Too many people just skip right over this and it's crucial a must do to the best of our ability make right as best we our wrongs, pay back, fix, replace...whatever words you want to use, but a physical action with tangible evidence. As best we can to the best of our ability no matter what the other person or business says ...it took me years to learn this lesson....I'd be beat down and come back like the prodigal son.... completely avoid those I knew either wouldn't forgive me or the price of the debt was more than I was willing pay BACK. Emphasis on back because I had stolen, broken or taking or inquired damage to the other already I set the price of correcting my sins not them, understand? So there's that. Then one must "pick up their cross" and "daily" increase and strengthen faith and obedience to God by following Christ very clear and direct teachings....all right there in The Lord's Prayer. Problem is lots of people just want to pray the prayer, loudly and proudly shout they're belief in Jesus and use "no works will get ya into heaven".....and how dare anyone who doesn't forgive me like Jesus did and y'all are going to hell....I personally have only met one person at 55 years old numerous treatment centers of all types, that that persons one prayer brought a miraculous transformation and they were completely healed never to use drugs or commit seriously bad sins again....every other person I've met and that's in the hundreds for sure has been healed, recovered or transformed until they put the effort into the actions and sincerely beyond the shadow of a doubt admit to themselves and God that their self will and strength without Christ will only lead to sin every time all the time. I know we say to ourselves why does that person seem to get away with everything and have more things and money and easier life than us....well because they are going to pay the ultimate price with their soul in the end of them....these days even publicly stating they made that deal with the devil....so we must sincerely admit to ourselves our sins because only us and God truly know but there must be that third party and speaking your sins out loud....just praying in your head without that witness or the action of atonement your not clean enough to receive the Holy Spirit....and yes I get it's our nature to sin and we will never be as innocent as The Lamb of God.....however if you want to put your soul on the line and put all your chips betting well since no works get ya a ticket.....and you definitely believe in Jesus and release yourself from any responsibility or accountability well I hope your correct....but I guess we'll see....you very well may be....but how's your life been working out in the meantime? If your living in the Kingdom of Heaven here now on earth like Jesus says it is? Or is your life still a train wreck and you still keep trying to get to God your way? Picking and choosing what Bible verses you, if you were God, would apply to you....The devil made me do it and I believe in Jesus and my sins are covered and no works will get me in.....mmmhhhmmm that never worked for me or anyone save that one man I've ever met....what I have experienced myself and see daily all around

My counselor Callie (my saving grace) showed me that I actually really do matter and gave me a sense of belonging for the FIRST time in my life! She truly cares and has helped me in so many ways that I can't thank her enough. If it weren't for her, I'm not sure where I'd be in life right now without her.
