I loved this place. It helped me so much I’m eating 3 meals and 3 snacks a day. They helped me with my self esteem. Like seriously my self esteem was in the gutter until Celia Spoon came along. Kiley piper and Ms Tamika helped me know what I needed to do and always provided a safe space if I needed it. Ms Unika and Elizabeth and Danielle and brandy and Kim provided such safe practices for medications and gave me a good laugh or hug if I needed it. I miss you guys! And Zack, I hope you are doing great bc you made me laugh so much. I love and miss y’all. I highly recommend this place if you are truly intent on getting better (even if you don’t want to at the beginning) I made lifelong friends and have a beautiful experience. Please scratch tuna the cat for me please. 1000000/10 I heavily recommend.

When I was looking for a place to get help with my overwhelmed stress breakdown, I searched for a place away from all my stress, asentully I was looking for a place to run away and hide. The photos I saw of this facility looked relaxing and away from the main hustle and bustle of everyday life and seemed like the perfect place to attend.
I had all these anxious feelings running wild in my body all the way here, but when I arrived at the facility, it was so beautiful and out in the country, just like I had hoped it would be. I was excited to get inside and "relax". I went inside and met Nurse ELIZABETH, who greeted me with a smile; then she slowly, calmly, and patiently walked me through each step of the check in progress and answered any questions I had with an amazing attitude, didn't get frustrated with me when I was reading slowly, before answering, especially when I was trying to get my electric signature perfect, lol but it is nearly impossible to get it perfect but she laughed along with me as I tried my best to get it perfect anyways. While she was working with me, there were two other people going through my stuff and putting it all in a room for me, I was nervous about that at first, but it was explained to me what they were doing so I felt better.
With all of ELIZABETH's sweetness, I was able to quickly relax all my anxious feelings I had heading out here. I was then able to work with her and plenty of other amazing staff members daily, since I was doing the residency program here. We had staff here 24/7 who worked closely with each other to treat myself and all the clients with respect on our individual journeys to a healthier lifestyle from a wide range of treatment needs. There is the best Facility Director ever; CASEY, two awesome therapists; CELIA & CLARISSA, six amazing nurses; UNIKA/Head nurse, ELIZABETH, DANIELLE, KIM, BRANDIE, AND DREY; who rotate shifts, five great recovery coaches, who rotate shifts; TAMIKA, ZACH, TRISTAN, KILEY. AND PYPER, (There was aslo RIKKI who I miss) an amazing dietitian; LAUREN, two excellent chefs; HALEY AND DILLON, who cook all our meals, two very helpful doctors, DR. PERIJOC AND DR. SWARUP, who we meet with online weekly. I wanted to make sure I mentioned everybody's names on here because each and every one of them helped me so much on my 2 1/2 month journey here. There are so many wonderful things that I could say about them but there is not enough room on here.
This place is not what I originally thought it was going to be, but I am so very grateful for every opportunity this program offered me. The journey was not always an easy one but boy it ended up being one of the best roller-coaster rides I have ever been on, with all these amazing staff members providing me with helpful coping skills, important information about how the foods we eat have so many benefits to our bodies, educational groups, medication groups, fun art and music groups, and so so many more awesome resources.
It really shows that each and every staff member here truly enjoys their jobs, and generally cares about EVERY client that comes through their doors. They are so compassionate and go over and above their duties to make sure we are comfortable, seen, treated with respect, and feel special, along with learning to love ourselves as much as they love us.
I am going to miss, and I'm very grateful for every one of the staff members here plus so many amazing clients who have come and gone through this journey with me. I am a stronger woman now after having all them by my side. I was also able to help so many of them just by sharing my story, my struggles, and my victories with them.
I have now transitioned into the virtual outpatient program where I will be able to continue getting more help along my path to a healthier and more peaceful mindset, then they will work with me to ease back into my work life. Thank you so much. ☺ 😍
