I feel so blessed to have had my baby at Texas Health HEB, and I could not have asked for better care. The doctors and nurses I encountered were decisive, knowledgeable, compassionate, and kind. They took time to answer my questions and walk me through delivery, especially considering I needed an emergency C-section. A shout out to my OBGYN Dr. Cipriano and her operating team for helping me deliver a healthy baby--thank you for all that you do! Maury, thank you for your assurance before surgery, and the anesthesiologists who helped me greatly with pain management! Also, the labor and delivery/recovery nurses were absolutely top notch--Esther, Gina, Kayla, Spenser, Erika you are truly awesome, and I couldn't have gotten through those first few days without you. If you want a way out of that hell hole called addiction this is the place to go. This place has literally saved my life. The staff here are so caring and understanding of addiction because most of them are in recovery as well. I gotta say Nay is my favorite though. If you re serious about your recovery this is the place to take your life back !I started treatment on January 4th 2025 which was the best decision of my life. This is my 3rd month sober and I have to say that it was mainly because of the effectiveness of this program. I want to thank the whole staff for their professionalism and commitment. The program will guide you through the steps needed to defeat your addiction as long as you re honest with yourself and willing to put in the work. Edit update 1-8-2024I just received a bill for $577.06 from Bicycle Health for a visit I had on February 16, 2023 almost a year later. I have been on phone with insurance company and Bicycle Health and insurance company is saying denied because they must of coded it wrong. I can't get anyone else to help with this. The visit clearly states $199 a month so I have no idea why they are even charging me $577.06 for a visit. I have good credit . I owe nothing to anyone. Credit is spotless so if I don't pay they will put this on my credit. I will remove this review if someone from Bicycle Health will call me and bill me correctly which is $199 . This has just causedunnecessary stress. I will pay the $199 if you will help straighten this up please. My insurance has paid all year no problems with a $20 copay. I can't believe I'm slapped with a $577 bill almost a year later.Probably like everyone else I thought this may be a scam but I was willing to give it a shot to keep my life. It definitely is NOT a scam. I have been seeing doctor just for a few weeks now and so far I am impressed. The nurse is the nicest person I think I have ever met in the medical field. I don't talk about my past and everything I have gone through ever but she made me feel so comfortable sharing with her. I have been on pain pills since 2008 due to several injuries and surgeries. This year alone I have had two surgeries and although I stopped pills for a few years I had to restart this year because of surgeries that I had and need. I knew where this was headed. Back to the circle of draining account buying pain pills. Losing my life again. I am so grateful for Bicycle Health. Just a few short weeks and I already know my life will stay on track. If you are hesitant about calling and making appointment, don't be. This is 100 legit. I live in Texas so they take my health insurance. Even if they don't take insurance it is $199 affordable. Best thing I have done this year. Get out of that terrible circle. Take the chance and call them. You got this. You are worth it. The app is super easy to use and they also have support groups.

I've been attending this facility since 2016 great OBGYN. Dr.Folashade is the best at the women's clinic. I would highly recommend her! The hospital was also great, I've only had one bad experience in 2022 sent me into a deep depression. But the nurses and staff was comforting some of the staff has been there for years. So many familiar faces I remember through my journey of coming here.

As of now there s only 1 nurse working & she s doing a great job! The rest of the staff is great aswell and have always been very helpful if I ve ever needed anything. To the one nurse that s by herself, I feel bad for her but she s doing what she can to make sure everyone gets taken care of & she s doing an awesome job of it.

I absolutely love this clinic. They are so nice. This clinic has done everything possible to make the closing of my old clinic 4 yrs ago, so it was seemless and easy. I have stayed because I am completely comfortable. The counselors are so wonderful and nice. The cost is typical. They are even accepting Medicaid and Medicare. I am so happy I was able to transfer. I think I like this clinic the best out of the 3 others I have been to. Thank you Denton Treatment Services. You have been so wonderful.

If there was an option 4 10 stars I would of left that. This place is incredible. Loving, kind, understandable, never judgemental . I've lived it literally tried and been made to try several options and this seems to be the only one working. It took me three bookings and three cancellations to actually finally go but I was so glad once I did!!!! don't hesitate just go it's not going to get better on its own. This will become your safe place and apparently isn't like any other clinic around.

She truly deserves an award for the outstanding person she is as well as the other nurses! They put up with so much and yet they still smile through it All! Michelle is awesome too she has really tried to change things for the better and she truly cares as well. Miss Cherrie is another to add to the list. She has a hard exterior but a heart of Gold. The moment I step in the building I felt so good! The nurse cheri and Elsa and counselor Myrtle and many many more Dr Sally I could name so many more but every single person helped me so much educated me and made me feel wanted and very special I would recommend this office 1000 plus time all personal were so so good to me!!!love y'all thanks to have them on my sobriety journey!! The Drs, Lab, and Pharmacy are wonderful.Tiffany, is one of THE BEST Phlebotomist, and rarely has a problem with my small "senior" veins.I have a New Dr, Dr Khalil, he is very kind and patient, and takes time to LISTEN.The Pharmacy Techs are the sweetest ever! They always greet me by name when I walk in, and even Miss Monica, the PIC, looks up and speaks to me, asking about my grandson.

Starting this review by saying this is one the best places I've been to. I have never felt loved and cared for by any other place except this one. Manal and maddie are incredible people and have helped me so much they will help you. Ali gage and Elizabeth are amazing directors and therapists too. Although I hated this place in the beginning , I learned its not as bad as I thought. Its so much better compared to erc or children's , if you need help with an eating disorder definitely come here.

This is a great facility and program. The staff is amazing! I took off one star because the billing department at corporate is incompetent. Make sure you are well educated on your insurance coverage and know the financial process at the center ahead of time to avoid stress and frustration.

To be completely honest, I thought I would absolutely loathe these online sessions. And while I did at first considering I was forced to go through with it, I'm glad I did; and I would do ANYTHING for my girls. Matt and Sydney taught me things about myself I didn't know in my [at that time] 32 years of life. Matt was great and reminded me of Seth Rogen. He was very funny and straightforward and I like that. Also, he was a great teacher and has a good way of getting you to understand things. Sydney was the best counselor I could have asked for, and I appreciate EVERYTHING she did for me. She was more than just a counselor to me and even went out of her way to help my girls and I. I am forever grateful for her, Matt, and this program. I've never been to a rehab before this one so I may be biased, but if you're looking for a place to grow and get help, this is it. Thank y'all!

I attended LMR back around 2010-2012. I look back today and am so grateful for the support I received as I struggled with Cocaine addiction. I had been arrested just 8 months after losing my father to pneumonia and was having a very difficult time just living day to day. Thank you for everything you do and continue to do. I am now happily married to my high-school sweetheart and expecting our first child in just a few months. Jessica was my 1:1 counselor and I remember Dr. Fred very well.
