I was here for four days, and it was as good an experience as I could have asked for. I was being seen by three types of doctors each day. The care truly is team medicine in every sense of the word. It is hard to describe how well I felt they were working together every syep of the way.
This also extends to the nurses. They celebrated my victories with me and always treated me with kindness.
Janaey deserves a special shout-out for keeping her patience one night when I was anxious and couldn't sleep, and another when it seemingly would take a bullhorn to wake me for nighttime meds, but aye never raised her voice. Make sure she knows that she is great at her job!
This will be my hospital of choice in the future.

Late vs most recent review.
Back in 2023, I had my daughter at this location and it was terrible! I felt like the staff wasn’t listening to me when I told them how much pain I was in AND my epidural half worked! I could not wait to leave the hospital!
This year 2025, I had no choice but to give birth AGAIN at the same hospital. This experience was so much better with my 2nd son! I had a magnificent team this time! Everytime I was in pain, the team helped managed my pain levels. My epidural WORKED this time!

I came here for my recovery, and at first I would say that I didnt like it, but that was making excuses for myself. But I stayed and graduated, this place tought me to learn patience and roll with changes that can come up in real life and not have to turn to drugs. Now im a peerlead helping others in the community to see the bright side of things and fight those urges we all get. This is hard thing to do alone, but if u build a community it becomes easier. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I visited the Dallas VA Medical Center Emergency Department and received excellent care from the moment I arrived. The staff was professional, attentive, and efficient throughout my visit.
The team explained everything clearly, ensured I understood my care plan, and made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. The facility itself was clean, modern, and one of the nicest VA locations I’ve been to.

As of now there’s only 1 nurse working & she’s doing a great job! The rest of the staff is great aswell and have always been very helpful if I’ve ever needed anything. To the one nurse that’s by herself, I feel bad for her but she’s doing what she can to make sure everyone gets taken care of & she’s doing an awesome job of it.

I absolutely love this clinic. They are so nice. This clinic has done everything possible to make the closing of my old clinic 4 yrs ago, so it was seemless and easy. I have stayed because I am completely comfortable. The counselors are so wonderful and nice. The cost is typical. They are even accepting Medicaid and Medicare. I am so happy I was able to transfer. I think I like this clinic the best out of the 3 others I have been to. Thank you Denton Treatment Services. You have been so wonderful.

I completed a full stay at the lighthouse sober living as well as went through their PHP, IOP, and SOP programs they offer. Lighthouse didn’t just get me back on my feet, but they laid the necessary tools to live a happy, sober, and independent life in front of me and showed me in depth how to use each and every one of them. I will forever be in debt to what this program gave me during the most formative year of my life. Lighthouse is one of very few places where every staff member truly just wants to see you succeed. Navigating this past year with my child in recovery was incredibly challenging, especially with him being 12 hours away from home. From the very beginning, the team at Lighthouse Recovery made me feel supported and informed every step of the way. I could tell that they truly cared for my child, not just as a client, but as a person.
Bryce, my son’s case manager, was always timely and compassionate in his communication, answering my questions and keeping me updated. Frankie, the operations manager, took the time to help me understand addiction and what my child was going through. Brooke, the Chief Clinical Officer, also offered guidance and support.
I had to trust complete strangers with my child, and I can honestly say that Lighthouse became an extension of our family. I am 6 months in fighting a battle with Kratom. I called Symetria 6 months ago and the next morning I was in the office in Arlington. When I walked in I was a mess, crying and scared. They took me in and helped me right away and took their time with me and the process was so easy to get started. I cannot tell you how much better I felt that day walking out of there. I am doing more than great because of myself and the team in Arlington- David, Misty, Kari, Anita and the docs are so patient and really care. They chose a plan perfect for me and keep an eye on me all the time, they are available 24/7. How ever they figured out how to do it, they did it right! I am thankful for them and will always recommend them. I advise anyone to please just reach out and make that first call.

PLEASE READ THIS TO THE END. PLEASE.I pray anyone who think about sending their child here sees this and considers what I have to say, I am advocating for the protection of your children. As someone who was here for 7 months as a kid, I implore you to find a different place. I have never in my life been treated so horribly and unfairly than at this place. They straight up told me that telling or reporting anything negative that occurred here to my parents was "manipulation" and that they'd put me on "work detail" for several DAYS if I reported any mistreatment. Think critically. Why would there be so many reports from past children who went here reporting extreme abuse and neglect they suffered here, many of the reports saying the same thing. Think about it, every time a 1 star review happens, multiple 5 star reviews happen. It could be a cover up, with fake accounts.

As a former student at Resolution Ranch Academy I honestly can't say enough good things about this place, I was sent here early December 2023 by my parents to be given a chance to turn my life around/to abandon the negative lifestyle that I was living. Before attending the ranch I was on a daily basis using drugs, skipping school, and disregarding authority all together. I won't lie and say this place was easy or that all my problems in life are gone because of my time at the ranch, but I will say if you are truly able to help your kid understand that change needs to happen and that the way he is living currently isn't working and that this place isn't a punishment, you can expect positive change. The staff there do truly care and want to see the best for you many of whom I still keep in contact with after graduating recently January of this year. The therapists there are also really empathetic most especially the one who I was assigned with, Mr. Clayton. He would consistently go out of his way to check in with his other students not because he was required to but because he cared, I can remember the countless times where it would be hours past his shift and he would still be there talking and processing with me to help me deal with my emotions and problems that I was struggling with. Thanks to the ranch I was able to excel at school and was able to turn my thoughts of wanting to dropout into now pursuing my education even further. The teachers there are super supportive and are willing to help you any chance they can and because of this I was able to go into the ranch mid way through my sophomore year of high school and come out a year later a high school graduate. As I mentioned before, yes this place can be difficult however anything worth doing WILL take time and on top of that your effort into whatever it is you are working on. If you choose to go in with a bad mindset chances are not much will change, but if you truly dedicate yourself to change I can promise you that you will be rewarded for your hard work. Lastly, I'd like to thank the ranch once again for all that they have done and the opportunities that they provided for me to be able to succeed in life in a way that I was unsure on how to do before.

I’ve been bringing my son here since January, and unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. We consistently spend more time in the waiting room than in the actual appointment. I was never informed that this was a virtual-only setup, and the sessions feel more like quick medication check-ins rather than actual therapy. There’s been no guidance or tools offered to help me support my child in managing his ADHD.
It’s also extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone. It took an unreasonable amount of time just to receive a simple letter confirming his ADHD diagnosis for the school. When I try to reschedule, I’m told to “do a walk-in,” but given how behind appointments usually are, I don’t feel confident that would be handled any better.
Now, my son is on a prescribed medication that cannot be stopped abruptly due to the severe side effects it causes when missed, and I can’t get anyone on the phone to schedule his refill appointment. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when it involves a child’s mental health and well-being.

I had an amazing experience with NP Ubabuco. I recently moved from Florida and attended an IOP program under the care of a psychiatrist. I didn’t agree with prior diagnoses and we discussed why I felt that way and NP Unabuco was able to give his input on what possibly led to those diagnoses. For the first time in my mental health journey I felt heard. I am excited to continue and feel that I am in the best place for care. Staff were extremely helpful as well. 10/10 ✨

CFD has been such a blessing for our family! The people there are so warm, caring, compassionate, helpful, and responsive. Starting this review by saying this is one the best places I've been to. I have never felt loved and cared for by any other place except this one. Manal and maddie are incredible people and have helped me so much they will help you. Ali gage and Elizabeth are amazing directors and therapists too. Although I hated this place in the beginning , I learned its not as bad as I thought. Its so much better compared to erc or children's , if you need help with an eating disorder definitely come here.

This is a great facility and program. The staff is amazing! I took off one star because the billing department at corporate is incompetent. Make sure you are well educated on your insurance coverage and know the financial process at the center ahead of time to avoid stress and frustration.

Before learning about this place; I had very limited knowledge about what programs I would be qualified for (I’m a veteran) I assumed just the VA (for medical ) and I never gave it much thought past that . Finding out about the RRC has dramatically changed my life for the better; and I’m profoundly grateful. Prior to going there -I had lost my job and was about to be added to the ranks of the newly homeless (Depending on how you define “ homeless” in some people’s eyes, I would’ve already been there. I was staying on the floor of a gym at a church where I would clean every night
in exchange for sleeping there. I was too stubborn to go to a homeless shelter, because the one thing I had left in my life that I had no intention of leaving was my cat. Me and Cleo have been together a long time- she’s my family.
Fast forward almost a year. I have my own car; my own apartment (cat friendly! ) I make a little income online but also searching for a job (it’s hard to maintain a job if you can’t wash your clothes or have a place to stay) RRC didn’t do EVERYTHING for me - But I can honestly say I would not be where I’m at now without them. And although it’s a government agency, I have not met a bad employee from there- My caseworker, Amanda Jones; has went out of her way numerous times to help me-These people care about their clients and they do whatever they can to help them- If you are a veteran and you need help, they should be the first people you call. You won’t regret it.
I can not thank them enough for what they have done for me..

Well I got my self in a little bind I had to look for counseling in AA and NA for Help , I called around in my area couldn’t find a center where I could get Intensive outpatient help and was able to contact Sunshine Care Centers in Arlington Tx
I called and Mr David happened to answer the call, by the way Mr David, happened to be the Owner, I informed him my issued and informed him what I needed , he immediately asked for my information and insurance and told me he was going to verify insurance and he would call me back in 5-10 minutes ,I’m pleased to inform you he returned my call in5 minutes,asked me when did I want to begin well got incontact Thursday, and began my Intensive Outpatient Counseling appointment the following day on Friday
I met my Counselor Miss,Micheale Merriot, she is very understanding she walks with you through the whole process

I’m writing this review without any idea how to express my gratitude. Sunshine was not the first place I called to help my friend but they are the place that gave me hope that maybe he would finally have a chance. I had been trying for over 2 years to help my friend get to recovery and everytime there was a closed door at some point of the process.. Whether it be $$ or programs or people on the other end of the phone unwillingness to help. I came across Sunshine Care Center with absolute defeat written all over me by the time I called them.. and there it was someone willing to not only to be the only other person on my team but to help me navigate what to do who to call how to help my friend with his addiction. I can’t put into words how much it meant to me to find a center that is truly there to help people that cannot help themselves. Beautiful people that work here with beautiful hearts. i needed help BAD and i called the crisis after hours line and a lady answered the phone and when i was telling her my thoughts, she hung up in my face. i took a deep breath and called again and Clint answered the phone in a sweet loving voice and was able to calm me down. he listened, set me up an early appointment for the next day and even picked me up. i wish i could give this location more than 5 stars. my special thanks goes to Clint. he doesnt know how much he saved my life.

The nurses and doctors, as well as, the physical therapists and occupational therapists were so good at their jobs!! They were very helpful and helped me work on getting my mobility back!
I would definitely recommend this hospital and would give every staff member that was assigned to me a glowing review!!

OT Edwin was the Best! A little hard at times, but balanced with encouragement that challenged my mindset to think in positive terms of what I believed I could do physically.
PT Justin was also very good at tailoring my workouts to accommodate sore muscles rather than charging forward with his original plan. He was very conscious to not over use a strained muscle and possibility risking an injury, but altered my plan to still achieve the goals set.
In reference to OT Edwin & PT Justin, I am amazed with my progress from Monday 8/4 to Friday 8/13!
Nurse on 8/6 (Wed overnight into Thursday AM) had a very unhelpful attitude towards me. It was like I was wasting her time when I asked for her help.
8/7 & 8/8 Nurse Ruth & nurse tech DeeDee were top notch! And great attitudes!
Nurses Karla & Michelle & nurse techs Janie & Lateka were also very good!
Dr. Rega stopped by everyday to ask if there was anything I needed--med adjustments, etc.). After I had been here a week, the bed was leaving a lot to be desired. When she asked me on Friday AM if there was anything she could get me, I half jokingly said a new bed would be nice. Her response was to let her see what she could do. When I returned from therapy at lunch, they delivered a new mattress! And they double stacked the new w/the old one. A major improvement!

Please ignore my previous post it wasn't complete. This experience at Methodist Richardson out patient Service. 8/20/25 I was scheduled for surgery and this is AMAZING!!!! From my Doctor Stone who Prayed for us before surgery. Starting in Triage. Austin and the female I can't remember her name. These two individuals are the best. Very curtious,respectful, and good at what they do. It's no doubt they are doing what they love. Dr. Patel and Tonya were the best they were very thorough and professional. Great at what they do. After the surgery woke up to another Wonderful experience. Mark,Paulina and everyone in recovery. WOW!! This Hospital has to be so proud of this staff,if ever staff member doesn't operate like this one. I mean everyone!! They should be training others. This should be how every patient should be treated when Lyn call me the next day Wonderful Customer Service and positive attitude. It was late in the day time to go home and was still in a great mood and you heard nothing buy good nature and a caring attitude like it was 9am and not 6pm. Wow!! Hats off to them all. God sent. Dr. Stone is the best a Doctor that openly prays for himself,Staff and the patient. SPECIAL!! IF anyone that reads this one Doctor that has done this you before. Please reply you or anyone has had an experience like this with another Doctors. Hi, I’m Yaaziyah and the resolution is the most wonderful place that you can ever come and work on your recovery app. I love it to staff for great the therapist Caleb he’s real good. I have a case manager Bobby. He’s a real good man. He’s there to help us a lot of staff here are really good and they’re here to help us also and they help us with our recovery. There’s any issues to help it to take care of it and make you feel safe warm. They feed us good thanks to the kitchen staff. Thanks for everything here at the Resolution. I would recommend this for anybody who’s trying to quit addictions or their drugs or alcohol or whatever it may be that you’re having problems with. I had a delivery at Zale Lipshy pavilion and had a hard time backing up to the dock not a lot of room for a semi truck. The employee there jenifer maciel was amazing went above and beyond to help me get this truck backed up. I appreciate her being patient and helping move cars out the way. She’s awesome the best.

Came here for hip replacement surgery and the experience was fantastic. Valet parking, helpful folks checking you in, excellent nurses and technicians all along the way. I cannot express how thankful I am for these people who made me feel at ease and in control of my own care. At no time did I feel pressured and rushed into anything. Past experience at the VA hospital
was quite different. Everything went well, and I will return to UTSW for my medical needs from this point on.
