Matr isnt a ordinary rehab program ..although 12 step program is in the curriculum it is a small portion of the rehabilitation process ...the staff and counselors have all been patients or in recovery themselves. When first walking thru the door u feel as if u just got to ur favorite aunt or relatives house u would visit yearly..you know the ones who never judged u but always made sure u knew when u were *€!@&÷? Up and gave u wisdom and advice to get thru it..jeanie is the sweetest REALEST people ive ever met..no matter the issue if ur genuine and u give 116% she will have ur back and shes saved alot of lives .kept alot of people from dying ,and serving life sentences in prison.shes known world wide and people listen when she speaks..hasnt been like that always if u know her story.but she spoke up for recovery addiction and other important issues and has gotten alot of laws and bills passed.you work with horses the environment is beautiful..not to mention the mind body and soul work ..its amazing what you learn..this is where u want to be if you want to change ur life..and u can smoke cigarettes .lol..

Maple Mountain Recovery in Utah completely exceeded my expectations. From day one, their team created a highly personalized treatment plan tailored just for me—every session felt tailored to my needs.
What really sets them apart is the way they seamlessly blend healing with genuine care and enjoyable experiences. Between therapy sessions, I had options like yoga, cold plunges in nature, art therapy, acupuncture, and many therapeutic adventures. It felt like real recovery, not just treatment.

The front desk forgot I came in first for the walk in appointment and scheduled someone else in the slot. Then I could hear them gossiping about me through the window, as I was leaving they scoffed at my comments about having to get there from Green River. Misunderstanding ensued, I did get an apology for the incident. Recommend if you live in Green River schedule a zoom appointment, save you a trip

I began Deer Hollow’s outpatient program after completing residential treatment, and it became one of the most meaningful phases of my healing. Outpatient gave me the structure and support I still needed, while also allowing me to start rebuilding my life outside of treatment.
The therapists at Deer Hollow are incredible. They understand trauma on a level I’ve never experienced before, and they know how to create a safe space where you can go deep without feeling overwhelmed or judged. The work we did — especially IFS and the group sessions — helped me continue unraveling the patterns and protective parts that had controlled so much of my life.
What made outpatient so powerful for me was the combination of accountability, connection, and continued therapeutic intensity. I was able to practice real-world coping skills during the week and then bring what came up back into group and individual therapy. It felt like a bridge between treatment and everyday life, and it gave me confidence I didn’t have before.
The community is also something special. Being surrounded by people who understand trauma, who get the ups and downs, and who are all working toward healing made me feel less alone. I built relationships there that still support me today.
Deer Hollow’s outpatient program helped me solidify the progress I made in residential and gave me the tools to live with clarity, stability, and hope. I’m genuinely grateful for the care and compassion I received during this part of my journey.

It takes courage to seek mental help. I did that and booked my appointment at the Murray Red Willow Center. When I arrived, the office was locked, dark, and deserted. I knocked for 5 minutes, no one came, so I left. Shame on them! My advice? Seek services elsewhere.

I flew in from North Carolina, Billie made the entire process very easy. Upon arrival at Salt Lake International, her transport team was very professional and greeted me at the arrivals hall.
When I arrived, the nurses seamlessly checked me in. I was given a thorough medical check before being able to lay down on a very comfortable bed! My stay was short (about six days), but the staff were professional and very friendly. I couldn’t asked for a more relaxed stay, thank you to the amazing staff!

I was torn between the Sheridan and the grand America, They had nothing but no vacancy, So Nexstep came in clutch last last second, They take in 24/7 and greet you at the door with welcome arms and Valume, They staff is absolutely stunning, Don't hesitate one bit for room service, This is hands down one of the best 5 day staycations I’ve ever had the fortune of encountering, I plan on coming here next year for my park city skiing trip.
They don’t cheap out on snacks and food, free tv and wifi I CAN ASSURE YOU!! I’ll be back for my next trip. absolutely LOVR Billy and the staff, They do no discriminate!! Everyone is welcome and you feel it the moment they grab your bags at the door . 10/10!!!

I've been going here for about a month now. It's been years since I've gone to a clinic. In the past I haven't had the greatest experiences at clinics due to many factors. Like having too many patients and/or lack of empathy. Their intake processes were always so ridiculous. They would make u jump through 100 hoops just to start dosing. And sometimes if you didn't meet their unrealistic qualifications they would turn u away and tell u to come back another day. But Tranquility Place has put those places to shame! The intake process is easy and painless and goes by quick! They get u to dose right away. They have dr's there each morning to help get u to a comfortable dose. The staff there is beyond helpful, professional, very sweet and personable. Very passionate about what they do there and it shows. Ive never felt judged and I've been met with a lot of compassion. I check in with my counselor maybe once a week for no more than 10-20 min at a time. Groups are available but not mandatory! Each time I dose im in and out in the blink of an eye. There is never a wait time when I come in to dose. I'm finally stable and my quality of life is already improving. I was against going back on methadone for a long time. But if u are anything like me and have had long term issues with opiates and u are considering a clinic, Tranquility Place is the clinic to go to! Trust me!

My brother Joshua was fortunate enough to be able to stay here for 40 days. He's doing so much better, he's sober and hopeful. He was released prematurely due to insurance/paperwork error, and Jeremy and Darrin were so kind and understanding. I feel like I would have been lost without there help. They are the best they walk you through in every detail the skills with you tell you get them down. I felt very scared that I was gonna relapse and end up back at the hospital but they showed me it was possible and having family notice the change is good but I still feel so horrible is still hard to tell if I am ready to finish and move on but I will say that this place makes me feel so safe and I struggle with my employer and you guys were able to get them to understand better the schedule even though I struggle with them for wednesdays cause sometimes I'm not out early enough to make it in time but i am so grateful cause it's been 2 years I was fighting postpartum depression I've been through so much all at once and I tried therapy and it just wasn't working and different medications and nothing and tried cbd oils and nothing and supplements and nothing.everyone is so nice and I feel so safe when I come here and my son used to cry once I pulled him out of the car seat and now I'm like do u want to go play with your friends and he didn't cry this time around which was great. I'd reccomend it especially for my daughter cause I feel down feel like she's going through it and she pulls me with her hopefully one day she will. Thank you all for what you do you guys know how to get the tears out so we're able to heal and feel better and what ever is upsetting us at the moment you guys listen without judging us and I appreciate it

There truly aren’t enough words to express how incredible my experience with Serenity has been and continues to be. I highly recommend the outpatient program. While individual therapy is always helpful, I found the group setting to be even more effective and transformative. One of my favorite things about Serenity is that the support doesn’t end when the program does. I’ve greatly enjoyed and benefited from their ongoing online classes, as well as their regular events and hangouts. I’ve made lifelong friends. After my husband tried multiple medications, years of talk therapy, CT scans, MRI’s, and saw countless doctors for different issues- we FINALLY got to the root of it all: his brain.
By addressing the core—his neurological function—we’ve found true healing from his depression, anxiety, ADHD, & addictions. Those painful cycles are over, as this has given us the tools to actually work through them. It’s been a long 7 years watching him suffer & feel disconnected, and now I’m finally seeing my husband be HIMSELF again. That means everything to me.
His quality of life has done a complete 180. He’s able to function optimally! He is healthy- and most importantly he’s happy.

Absolutely life-changing. I couldn't really have done it without them because of what they do here at neural life healing and it's just absolutely phenomenal. It's well worth the money and we'll worth your time because on all honesty. It's not that much time. It may be every day, but it's not that much time. .there were some days that I wanted more or longer sessions. Also, because I felt comfortable with the people providing the care and also because the care was amazing.

These guys are awesome, if your ready to get clean. If you want to keep getting high, go to the one that rhymes with fart. These guys know their stuff, understand addiction, and will work with you to get you sober. If you want a clinic that doesn't care and will let you do what you want, this isn't the place. I had an experience where they showed me this first hand. The level on one of my tests was out of whack, so they started doing my dose do make sure all was well. Once things were sstraightened or, the stabilized me for the first time ever. Now I'm good without dope. 5 years at fart and nothing, I come here and within a month, I'm stable. This is unlike any other clinic I've been to. No lines around the block, no staff talking down to you. Exactly what I needed.

EDIT: It's been almost a year since my last review & I wanted to update it again. I love this place and & the people. Unfortunately, Jerry, who was the owner, had to sell. I met the new owner & he seemed very nice but omg the new systems they're implementing are just so awful & annoying & frustrating. Before we would come in & Susan, the receptionist, who is so sweet, kind, smart, & efficient, would get us checked in & we could literally be in & out in like 3 minutes for real. Now they make u check in on a tablet & there's a TV where they put your # when you're allowed to go back & see Jeff, (the one who gives u your dose). I hate it for a couple reasons, #1- it slows things down A LOT!!! There is always a wait now & it is no longer in & out. #2- it makes u feel like your at the DMV! Waiting for your # to be called, you're not a person, you're a # & it feels so clinical & impersonal. Now one of the things I do like & really appreciate that they've done is if u miss your counseling apt they give u a week to do a group & if u do u don't have to pay a fine. Which I really appreciate. Last Monday the while morning was going awful & all these things came up & I totally spaced & felt so bad about missing my apt but am so grateful I am able to make it up! I'm also grateful Jerry is still there & I still have him as my counselor, he is a wonderful person who u can tell really cares about everyone & never judges. & I'm also so glad Susan is there & Jeff. Jeff is the nurse who gives u your dose, who is also one of my favorite people there. He is so kind, efficient & I love coming every day & getting to see Susan & Jeff cuz they're such wonderful people & I hope they never leave!!! Diane is another staff member who has been there for years & is such an amazing person. As a matter of fact, all the staff there is amazing & I'm grateful to have such wonderful people to be there & support me in my recovery journey. So even though I really don't like the new system (& talking to others, everyone else hates it too & were kind of hoping they'll do away with it after a while when they see how much it slows things down) I will still continue with, I guess it's called True North now because of the people there.

I feel like I would have been lost without there help. They are the best they walk you through in every detail the skills with you tell you get them down. I felt very scared that I was gonna relapse and end up back at the hospital but they showed me it was possible and having family notice the change is good but I still feel so horrible is still hard to tell if I am ready to finish and move on but I will say that this place makes me feel so safe and I struggle with my employer and you guys were able to get them to understand better the schedule even though I struggle with them for wednesdays cause sometimes I'm not out early enough to make it in time but i am so grateful cause it's been 2 years I was fighting postpartum depression I've been through so much all at once and I tried therapy and it just wasn't working and different medications and nothing and tried cbd oils and nothing and supplements and nothing.everyone is so nice and I feel so safe when I come here and my son used to cry once I pulled him out of the car seat and now I'm like do u want to go play with your friends and he didn't cry this time around which was great. I'd reccomend it especially for my daughter cause I feel down feel like she's going through it and she pulls me with her hopefully one day she will. Thank you all for what you do you guys know how to get the tears out so we're able to heal and feel better and what ever is upsetting us at the moment you guys listen without judging us and I appreciate it

I would recommend Serenity in Riverton to any mom struggling with depression, anxiety, or OCD. All of the therapists there are very caring and want their clients to know how amazing they are and want them to feel better. I participated in the OCD/anxiety IOP, and had a great experience. Being surrounded by other moms who were also struggling was so empowering as we learned coping skills for OCD and how to deal with it head on. The child care that is provided during IOP was wonderful and my child loved going there. Morgan Slade, is one of the therapists there, and I would recommend her to any mom that needs OCD treatment. I have seen many therapists in the past, but from my first consult with Morgan, I could tell she was very caring and compassionate for her clients and wanted them to succeed. Honestly, Serenity helped me get through one of the hardest years and I am so grateful for that. It is an amazing healing center for moms.

Room 925 11/18/25/ Very impressed with night nurse Finna, PCT Natalie, Nurse Chris on day shift, and Raven, PCT. They stayed on top of my meds and took good care of me. The food was great.
