My daughter spent a year at New Haven and it was an excellent experience for us and for her. If you are considering New Haven, you’re in a tough place and have been through a lot. We were there and made mistakes before finding New Haven. The team was excellent - especially her counselor (shout out to the amazing Amy). The depth of the program and the quality of the people had a profoundly positive impact on our daughter and our family. I’m extremely thankful that we found this place. Our daughter was at the New Haven stabilization for about a month. She improved so much that she was released about 4 weeks early and she is now enrolled in an RTC in Montana. We are very grateful for the care and attention our daughter received there .We want to give a special thanks to Kristin her counselor .The medical staff did an excellent job also .

I was in Acqua October 2024 and the staff was amazing. They listened to what the clients had to say. The one thing Acqua offered that not a lot of the other places did is dual diagnosis. Not only do they treat addiction but the helped me get on meds that worked for me. I loved that I didnt get the 12 steps shoved down my throat. I liked my counselors and the staff helped me get everything lined out to go home in another state. I'm been sober for 9 months now.

This program by far is the best Rehab facility in the country. My life was changed after being there for 56 days. The professional staff, attention to detail, intense therapy, and process groups all helped in my transformation on my road in recovery. They also included my family in the process, because this is a family dis-ease… I highly recommend Cirque…if you seriously want to stop drinking or drugging, are willing to be openminded, honest, and willing…this is the place for you. The Pathways inpatient facility gave me more than physical safety and care—it gave me something I had never truly known before: true emotional safety. The entire staff worked together to help me grow in the three areas of life that must be engaged—mind, body, and spirit. I walked in carrying a heavy prejudice against all men, but it was three men in particular who ended up aiding me the most, showing me that at our core, we really are all just human.
My main therapist, Daryl, guided me through reshaping my mindset and digging into my past to uncover my deepest wounds. He stood by me on one of the most emotionally painful days of my life, and I will never forget Destiny—one of the incredible nurses—literally running after him as he was about to head home, just so he could be there for me in that moment.
Dr. Sellers provided me with the best medical care I could have asked for. He never rushed through visits, always taking the time to explain not just what he was doing, but why—making sure I understood and felt safe with my treatment. I also want to thank Dawn, a powerhouse nurse who believed in my strength even when I couldn’t see it myself, and who pushed me to rise to the challenge.
Michael Ryan gave me the gift of faith and clarity in my higher power. He challenged me in ways I desperately needed, helping me confront the destructive core beliefs that caused me so much suffering and turn them upside down. He gave me the tools to question my own thoughts, and to approach them with both curiosity and compassion. Somehow, even in the middle of facing the hardest truths, he still managed to make me laugh and feel safe. I would also like to thank Lonnie, whose powerful meditation sessions left a deep impact on me. His encouragement meant so much because it came from a place of such authenticity.

It was such a pleasant experience. I really enjoyed all of the therapy, education, recreation therapy and meetings that we went through. I thought that staff was exceptional and helpful. Everyone was so eager to pursue the success of this journey that I experienced at Annie's House. I am so grateful! Wasatch is worth every cent because of Todd he told me that I was recovered the day I stopped using drugs. He is one of the greatest minds the Recovery community has. I am writing this from a hyperbaric and still sober. I didn't stay the whole time but I got what I needed. As a veteran in the opiate epidemic and a 20+ time rehab connoisseur. I can say Todd one talk with him brought more healing and more recovery than hundreds of meetings, doing the 12 steps and thousand hours of treatment groups. Find your people. Be of service. Give back. Heal your body. Up north there's a hyperbaric and wellness in ogden ran by a beautiful women named Mel who is also phenomenal human. If you go there try the tesla coil. Wasatch was my first treatment center. Some of the staff that are not as versed in mental health have a very dangerous and possibly harmful way of “treating” clients. That being said most of the staff really cares and went above and beyond for me. Dekard and Dee stand out the most their positive and encouraging attitudes inspired me and pushed me to keep going. I can credit them for how far I’ve come (90 days). Like any place Wasatch has its short comings but all in all if you’re struggling with addiction it’s a great option 🖤

This was the best treatment experience I’ve ever had and I have been to several other ones in Utah. The family atmosphere and the amazing staff who genuinely care and always had my best interests at heart, the case management team were amazing at helping me to figure out a safe place to live and aftercare, the medical staff especially Sarah!! were amazing at helping me find the right medications and make sure I was sleeping well and feeling good and I can’t say enough about the clinical team!! I changed my life at reflections and I would recommend it for anyone who wants to get real solid treatment and not just a vacation!! Thank you Dustin and all the staff!!

Past client here, I spend almost two months at JMCR and during that time I was able to make so much progress to become the person I always wanted to be. I remember on one occasion some of the staff were just reflecting on the emotional energy of time and tears started to well in their eyes. Where other treatment programs might be punitive, JMCR takes a different approach to build you up with respect and compassion to help you find your strengths. So I did the inpatient in Payton Utah as well as the day treatment (php) and the night classes (IOP) and I’m currently continuing in the aftercare program. I have been to quite a few treatment centers and Steps stands at the top of all. Their therapist and faculty genuinely care for their clients and tell them what they need to hear, not necessarily what they want to hear. They know from personal experience the struggles of addiction and helped me break down some serious walls that allowed me to hear the messages needed for me to find a new and much happier way of living. Today I am so grateful that I was able to get into step and would recommend it to anyone who is ready to take suggestions and do the work. How freeing it has been for me.

So far they're good! I've been able to heal and learn a lot from my growth here! Options between therapists are scarce and can be hard to connect with them however they all are very supportive and have a great communication!

Megan Judd is an amazing therapist! She listens without judgment and helps her clients work through their feelings. I really enjoyed doing EMDR with her. She also provides great feedback when requested by the client. If you're looking for a therapist, she's an excellent choice!

I wanted to share such a pleasant experience for my hospital stay at Saint Mark’s Hospital. I’ve been hospitalized twice in Utah using Mountainstar healthcare and this one was the best! Even though I came in to receive treatment for severe heath issues I was having, I can honestly compare my stay here like staying at the Ritz Carlton! My attending doctor Dr Maiya was great; he was so caring and took extra time to explain my condition and address my health issues. The attending staff who took care of me ‘round the clock was beyond professional, courteous, friendly and caring. With that said, I do want to recognize Sonu, Savanah, Rupa, Austin and Ben who took care of me day and night. I thank you guys so much for everything. Even the housekeeping staff took extra care cleaning the room and did not rush and made sure everything every aspect of the room was closely attended to and sanitized. That would be Nyamou. I would definitely come back for any health issues that I have and make this hospital my number one choice. This is the kind of hospital that when you go in for something, you don’t go home dealing with something else. I also had an excellent view with two extra oversized picture windows, so I’ve attached the view that I’ve had during my stay here which was an awesome sight!

Amazing people amazing place! The intake process was seamless and easy. They made us feel secure in our decision and hopeful. The transportation team that picked up our child were the best. The transportation experience was smooth and the team was caring and talked our child through the process and made it as easy as possible. Couldn’t say better things about this place and the process.

Just finished my 16 weeks at abc and am very pleased with the results. I really like Lewis and am going to miss going to group. I never thought i would change my mind about my drug use but clearing up my mind and having a support group to keep me accountable was what I needed. Thank you lewis. I am happy to say I am still clean and sober and I plan on staying this way.

I have been seeing Lewis Galway at ABC for 4 years now.He has been a real support system to me.The help I have received through my counseling with Lewis has helped me tremendously.He has helped me navigate through a very trying and painful time in my life.I am forever grateful for the help and guidance I am currently and have in the past received.Lewis is a very caring and insightful person.Lewis has a great deal of knowledge and insight with dealing with addictions.He can make you accountable and caring at the same time.Another thing I have really appreciated is how punctual and dependable Lewis has been .He has been awesome with working with me on the financial side also.I truly feel cared for as a client by Lewis.I would highly recommend Lewis Galway at ABC if your wanting to change for the better and move forward.

This place is excellent. Becky was wonderful and has extensive experience in dealing with children and really understanding them to help with trauma and coping. She knows great methods to help my child feel comfortable and to allow the space to speak and display what has happened to her. Would highly recommend. Hey and her staff really care for children.

I went here over a decade ago - it taught me emotional literacy, gave me a love of nature, reset my relationship with my parents, and set me back on the right path for college.
Many people think negatively of these programs (like the other review). It’s hard for someone under 18 to get sent away from home, there’s no way around that.
But I never had any negative experience with second nature, actually I have a lot of fond memories. Thanksgiving and Christmas special meals. Amazing campsites. Training to make a fire with sticks/busting an ember. Mentoring newer group members. Seeing the Milky Way at night. No one ever abused me physically or emotionally. The field staff was kind and respectful.
The other reviewer calling this place a “concentration camp” is being majorly disrespectful to the people who went to actual concentration camps. My experience was not even remotely close to that.

This is the right place for people who are going through a crisis, the staff of this center did everything possible to help me from the first day I visited them. They helped me to have confidence in myself again and they gave me hope to have a better future, I am eternally grateful.
