I am extremely grateful for Embark. My daughter has been struggling for the past 5 years with her mental health, and the last year and a half has been extremely difficult for her. This led to her needing higher care to keep her safe. That transition alone was enough to rip our hearts out. To not be with her every day or comfort her while she was struggling, was unbearable for me as her Mother. As hard as it was for me though, it was even harder for her, which is what makes me so grateful for Embark. My daughter went there 2 days before Christmas and also missed her birthday with family, which was two weeks after. While it was extremely hard for us to find any joy in those occasions this year, Embark made it special for her. They did stockings for the girls and had so many fun activities. I always felt informed and had several contact numbers at Embark with direct lines to staff to be able to check on my daughter. They were also very accommodating and gave my daughter the respect to make choices for herself. They made special accommodations for her diet, schooling, and even sleeping arrangements when she was struggling. They never treated my daughter with unkindness and she said they were always really nice. Even when it came to my daughter expressing anger and saying she was going to run away, they respectfully accompanied her as she went for a walk until she decided to return. They informed me if the incident right away and told me that they didn't restrain her from her behaviors because she needs to have the ability to be able to function when she comes home without us keeping her safe. I love this about them because she ultimately had to make the right choices herself.As scary as it is to have your child away from home and in the care of others, I know that my daughter is in a much better place psychologically after having gone through their program. They do so many fun things in the program. While my daughter was there, they went to the rec center and library weekly, the movies, and also horseback riding. They frequently did Just Dance, ordered pizza, and had movie and popcorn nights, etc.Unless you are a parent who has a child that has gone through a mental health illness, you can't fathom the pain it causes, but knowing that she was treated with love and kindness and that they gave her an environment of happiness while we were apart, is the best I could have asked for.Thank you so much Embark!

Embark was a VERY long, confusing, sometimes stressful journey but it was all worth it, I also had A LOT of fun. First getting there seemed stressful especially because of drama, lots and lots of stupid high school drama, But staff attended to our wants and needs as much as they could. Very quickly I got into 1 on 1 and family therapy with my therapist but soon after (maybe 2-3 weeks) she quit and I had to restart with a whole new therapist, her name is Noelle:)) She is AMAZING and so slay! She is very welcoming and so good at her job especially when it comes to safety of others, myself, my family, etc. Embark puts all their love and might into our safety but can sometimes get blind sided. A big room for improvement for Embark is communication, other then the communication between staff and parents, that great! The communication between staff and students or staff and staff is . Other then that Embark was A LOT of fun, I entered on July 2nd and for the 4th of July they got bouncy castles with water slides and staff would bring their pets (mainly dogs but one of my favorite staff (Aaron) AKA (AA batteries) has a tortoise) :) They are constantly giving us a homey feel and staff will bring in treats every so often and tell us all about their family and open us with open arms whenever we need someone to talk to or give us advice and coping skills when needed. I do recommend this treatment for addiction (Self harm, drugs, alcohol, etc.) or any fears of your child being life being at risk. This program can be really easy or really hard and it can be long or short but it all depends on the client and if they take their treatment seriously! Beautiful facility, the perfect setting for a relaxing experience. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable; and I believe the program they have in place really hits the mark.

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. Having a private room was a huge plus it gave me the personal space I needed to focus on my recovery while still managing my work and school. The fact that I could use my phone and laptop was incredibly helpful, allowing me to stay connected and on top of everything while receiving the care I needed.The staff were incredible not only professional but genuinely caring. They treated me like a friend, making the whole experience feel much more comfortable. The facility itself is very comfy. Plus, there were plenty of fun outings that kept me active and distracted in the best way possible.If you're looking for a place where you can focus on recovery while still maintaining your responsibilities, I can t recommend this place enough!

I had the privilege of going through detox at this facility. To say this place is awesome is an understatement. They sincerely care about your well being and health. It's a small facility so they can spend more individual time with the residents. They cater three amazing meals a day along with snacks 24/7. If you are truly thinking about changing your life forever, this is the place you want to start your journey. I highly recommend this to anyone needing help. Thank you for reading. I went there in November of 2024 because I was desperate to get help. They were very helpful with getting me there, checking with me before I got there, and making sure I didn't change my mind about going (as most of us do when It comes to getting sober). I had an awesome time there, the staff was great (they had their off days, as us alcoholics/addicts do). We were busy most all day every day. They take you to the gym 3x a week, they do panels, and outside meetings as well. The facility itself is clean, there's laundry machines, snacks & coffee on deck 24/7, they take you to the vape shop and wal mart once a week, and they are working on more outside activities. There were tvs and DVD players in every unit with a TON of dvds. No bed time so you are free to roam around the facility or chill and watch TV. The groups got a little boring (but if you are with a good group of guys they are a lot of fun and informative). The way insurance and every thing works was a little frustrating because it's on a weekly basis if you stay on the treatment side or go to phase 2. You are allowed your phone 3x a day for a hour each time. The units are awesome, it is an apartment (if you go try to get into the one above the kitchen on the left haha). Mike who is one of the main dudes is an awesome person! I am currently on day 63 and if it weren't for the lighthouse I would most likely be either dead or in the process of drinking myself to death. If you are in need of help, do the hard thing and ask for it. The money, job, or whatever it is that is keeping you from going won't be there much longer if you continue to do what you're doing. I love you all and hope this helps!

I would like to express my gratitude to the Lighthouse and all the staff who had helped me and guided me. I stayed at the Lighthouse for about 90 days and in that timeframe I was able to receive one on one Care meet with a therapist. All my needs were met. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. I am forever grateful for this facility and being there for me at a time when I needed it the most.Thank you, Stephanie and Julie for holding my hands as I walk through those doors!

I highly recommend Everlast Recovery to anyone who is interested in stopping the use of alcohol and drugs this place is a home away from home. You are located in a beautiful neighborhood you go for walks, outings, there s amenities staff is amazing they make themselves available the curriculum is good and the food is delicious. Thank you Everlast for all your help! I appreciate all the staff for helping me and teaching me there is another way to live free of all substances.

Coming into a program like this is terrifying. Just making the call takes a ton of courage and effort. The program is challenging in all the right ways: Taking you out of your comfort zone to improve your self worth, massive amounts of material to learn and put into practice, and learning patience. I will be forever grateful for the wonderful councilors and staff. There is no question they care greatly about each and every client, and show that every day and every step of the program. I stayed here May 2023, The program really helped me find myself. The housing is great lots of room, big backyard w/ a pool. Staff was friendly and attentive. We grilled a few times, felt nice and homely. Thank you Hathaway House!!!

I am very happy with the treatment I received at Hathaway. The staff and therapist really care about you and I think that s number one when choosing a place to recover. The therapist are top notch!!! The amount I learned in the 2 months I spent was incredible. I wasn t a huge believer in group therapy before I came but the impact it had on me will last a lifetime. I had some ups and downs in treatment but overall my experience was wonderful and any complaints I have are minute compared to what I am able to take away. They invest in what matters. Shout out to George and Nicole - You guys really are the best managers!It s also a beautiful location and the view of the mountains is absolutely gorgeous. Outings were super fun and they made my birthday super special (Thank you Dina!)If you have a desire to stop using, or have co-occurring disorders this is the place to go. As long as you have an open mind and are honest I believe Hathaway will be extremely beneficial

I am very so very happy with the treatment I received at Hathawa Recovery. In just 47 wonderful days, ive learned so much about recovery and mental health. I felt lost, anxious, confused, and ashamed. But as soon as I stepped into DEDICATO they treated me with compassion and empathy, I wasn't judged at all. I felt so at ease and comfortable. Dr. Marshall is very understanding he knows where I was coming from and he felt my pain. The staff treated me like family. The first person to greet you is Lilly with a smile and helps with any questions you might have, Kalen a staff member and a physical trainer is their by your side step by step. I call them the three wise men again Dr. Marshall keeps it real with me, that's what I wanted honestly, by my side during my journey on recovery. I have David an awesome person has great group zoom meetings. Charles keeps it real also honest and humble, very understanding. I recommend this place to everyone and everybody who wants to change their lives and recover from any addiction. HANDS DOWN the BEST program I've ever been to.I went there a few years back and I've been to several programs, and this one genuinely cares and IS NOT in it for the money. Dr.marshall is very professional and doesn't just sit behind a desk + poures his heart out!

Dr. Marshall is a prime example of fighting the odds and changing his life in a complete 180, inspirational in so many ways. I'm lucky to have the privilege to attend his classes at The Salvation Army and every time it is an exceptional lesson I learn. His story from having nothing to being successful in school, attaining multiple degrees in college, and opening up rehabs of his own shows his determination and will power to want change and better for himself and still try to help others. He has shown great resources and ways to be successful and it is extremely helpful to have a source like him to listen to and learn from. The staff, clinical teams, kitchen chefs, transportation team, and maintenance/cleaning services at the Lighthouse Anaheim work tirelessly day-in and day-out, 24/7, to ensure the proper care and treatment plans are administered to their clients. If you are ready to accept the help for in-patient care, Lighthouse Anaheim is the place to go. I have been here all together 202 days at the lighthouse, recently stayed 90 days.. I got nothing but good memories at the lighthouse, the staff is very approachable.. I heard over the years guys in there say that the program here isn't good.. I learned that it's not so much if it's good or bad but what I put into my own program and the lighthouse is a good place to find your real self if you're ready to let go of your own ways.. to honestly surrender.. and be honest with yourself..the lighthouse was my life saver and I knew their light is always on for me to come and feel welcomed each time I relapsed..I had the privilege to have visits from my best friend and family I wanna thank so many staff members for helping me. First of all I went in weighing 170 and left weighing a healthy 199 lbs thanks to my cooks Danny making me fat in a good way , mama B, Jessi, Rita and Christian making my meat perfect. Thank you to the drivers Glen, Rob (Rubano love that nickname), Jos and Wil for good conversations along the drives.. Thank you to client care women Christina and Lisette for getting things of work and medical business taken care of.. thank you to my girls Vanessa and Shannon for helping mentally.. thank you to the leaders of the lighthouse Teresa, Ladonna, Karla.. Jenna & Michelle Jesse. last but not least thank you to my support staff you guys made my stay fly by and had awesome talks when I was happy or mad or irritated thank you Mike, Austin,Eric, Mason, Nicole(detox), Stephanie, Amanda, Jake and Geo .. I know there's others in staff I didn't mention but I thank them also.. if you're ready to change your whole life around i recommend the LIGHTHOUSE.

I came here for courtesy dose in August and again in November. They are great there! If I move out here this is the clinic I definitely would go here.The price for just 7 days of methadone was $140!! This is the 2 nd time I paid this price for a week. We don t have much money we are trying to get our lives back and this is a life or death medication for us.The methadone is way overpriced here, while it is not an expensive drug from the pharmacy.

Recovery beach has been great. Love the staff. Blue has been a great teacher and allowed me to have peace while working on myself.

Overall my stay (90 days) at RB was amazing. These folks at Recovery Beach really have your best interest in mind body and spirit. Between the amazing food (which cost me an extra 20lbs) the amazing nurturing nurses and staff as well as massage therapist weekly, you couldn't ask for more. Never the less the groups run by Blue and Paxton are insiteful and really help set the tone for a positive learning and growing experience. 5 stars all day long for me I truly recommend RB (from one addict to another)

The edge saved my life. Many many times, I would not be here without the love and support from the amazing staff here. My stay here lasted over two years off and on and they truly never gave up on me even when I gave up on myself. They always saw my potential and took amazing care of me. There are a lot of treatment facilities that only see you as a number and only care about money this is not one of those places they truly care about every single client and put their heart and soul into providing the best care. Thank you to Allie the clinical director she has never given up on me, provided me so much strength and stability she is one of the most kindhearted people I have ever met. I truly do not think I would have made it this far in my recovery without her. Also the therapist Daniel was the best therapist I have ever had he provided so much empathy and a safe place to heal. Shout out to Edgar for his amazing groups and always making us laugh and Tiffany for always having an ear to listen and her beautiful empathy. Thank you Makoa and Cari for being kind amazing and helpful case managers. Most everyone on staff has their own recovery story I think that's what makes it feel so safe as well as easy to relate/open up. I've been in recovery a long time and I have been to a lot of treatment centers and this is the best one I have ever been to. Shout out to Nick and Sam too the activities coordinators for always planning amazing outings and showing us that we can have fun sober. I have so much love and appreciation for all of the staff here they have seen me at my lowest and my highest and were always there to pick me back up. My nephew attended The Edge’s Mental Health sister program called The Forge, and I can’t express how grateful I am for the incredible staff and support he received. He frequently mentioned how kind and attentive the housing staff—especially Trevor, Joe, and Ann—were throughout his stay. Their compassion and dedication made a significant impact on his journey. Since coming home, he has made tremendous strides in his recovery and overall well-being, and I firmly believe it’s thanks to the outstanding care and guidance provided by The Forge. I highly recommend this center to anyone seeking professional and compassionate help for themselves or a loved one.

I went through the Phoenix house and the 90 day program, I actually ended up staying 120 days I completed the program and now I'm a proud member of the Alumni program.Being given the opportunity to give back to this program that saved my life is the very least I can do.Honestly I can't say enough about the Phoenix house.If you want to get sober and stay sober this is the perfect place for you.I Absolutely love this place.

This place was a literal gift from god. I am beyond thankful for the program as a whole but also the staff like hip-hop Darrel and Andy also nurse mike made a huge impact on my sobriety. There are no words to express my gratitude for Cornerstone. The staff is phenomenal; beginning with Dr. Stone (who founded the company in 1984), Maria Carter, my case manager and all around superhero, all the case managers, the therapists, the nurses, and the techs are all genuinely interested and fully invested in your sobriety. They re also all incredibly caring and hilarious which makes a tough process sooo much easier. This was not my first rehab but it was by far the best. I would highly recommend Cornerstone to anyone struggling with addiction. They bring a fresh outlook to recovery that other facilities lack. Best of all, they believe in you and host Alumni events and an app to stay connected after you move on. Five stars!P.S. Special shout out to Dave Grasso, who is an incredible case manager, group facilitator, but also a comedian who shows patients how much fun we can have in sobriety!

Maria helped me to see where I needed help the most. Maria is knowledgeable, intelligent, committed, caring, and actually CARES about me as a person and my sobriety. I'm my opinion her most unique and powerful asset is she actually listens. I will be forever grateful. She provided a safe environment, a detailed discharge plan, and hope. Casa taught me not only how to recover from addiction but also co occurring disorders like depression and anxiety. Their staff is always there for you and it s where I was able to meet many friends who I still have in my life today. Thank god for Casa. It saved my life!
